    Ross Peterson did an amazing job! I couldn't have asked for a better photographer. He was on time and started capturing every detail the moment he arrived. From the engagement pictures to the wedding and then the bridals - he made everything perfect! I have had friends book him as their photographer after seeing my pictures, and they too have been extremely pleased with his services.

    Awesome! Great help and fun to work with, very chill and unobtrusive the day of! Great package value. They do not have a big web presence which at first was scary to me (I do not actually live in St. Louis where the wedding was so I used the internet a lot) but don't worry- they are great and helpful.

    My wedding was about 7 months ago. I have emailed and called Ross multiple times. I heard from him a little over a month ago and was told he will give me an update on my wedding albums. I dont get to see rough drafts of the ablums which im not happy about. But really at this point I dont care I just want my wedding album. I am concerned I wont get them. He is already paid in full of course. Be very carefull when using them.

    Business onwer seemed great and nice until after the wedding actually happened. The photographers on site were great the day of the wedding. They really worked with us well and took amazing photos. However 6 months after the wedding I still have not received any proof of the photos except online viewing and I was supposed to have received them months ago. Owner is not doing well with returning e-mails or phone calls in last 2 months. Not a happy customer

    The photgraphers were wonderful onthe day of the wedding. They were very fun and flexible. However, after the wedding we have only seen our pictures on their website. They won't answer any of my emails or messages left on the phone, infact no one ever answers the phone. Now 7 months after my wedding and nothing, no response, no pictures, no nothing. Very upset and disgusted with this photographer.

    My husband and I just celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary and we still do not have our wedding albums that we paid for. Based on the reviews I just read, I see now that it's not just us... this seems to be a problem for many people. I was originally told that it would take a few weeks for our canvas we ordered to come in and it took several months of me hounding Ross before we received it. In regards to our wedding albums (we ordered one for us and two parent albums), we were told it could take a few months to come in. Well, here we are a year later and we still don't have them. After months and months of emailing and calling Ross with very little response, I sent him an email a few weeks ago stating that I was done playing games and that I wanted the contact information for the "lab" he often referred to. His response only included an email address and as suspected, I haven't received a response. This is incredibly disappointing! These pictures are memories of the most important day of my husband and I's life. Photo314 is a joke and I am going to file a report with the Better Business Bureau. Please do not waste your time!

    It has been a year and 8 months since my wedding and we still have not received anything but our CD's with our photos on them! We paid for a package including Wedding Album and parent albums as well as a canvas and Wedding Video! We have been trying to contact them ya phone and trough emailssince only a few weeks after the wedding day and have not been able to get a hold of anyone! No response! A few months ago I received an email stating sorry for the delay and that they were working in the albums and video and will get back with us shortly! Once again, nothing....I feel this email was only in response to the fact that I informed them that I was currently in the process of sueing them for fraudulent practice! WARNING: they are theives! I would ask that everyone who has experienced the same issue to press charges and exploit them with bad ratings as much as possible! This was the worst experience of my wedding day! Terrible people!

    Its been over a year and a half since my wedding and I have contacted ross numerous times and I am not getting a response. I have paid in full and still have not recieved my albums. Does anyone have any contact info? Their numbers are allchanged. We paid for a service and we should get our products. Do NOT hire them.

    Absolutely do NOT hire this company. They seem very nice and friendly and even took some good pictures the day of the ceremony, but it has been over a year since our wedding and we have still not received our wedding albums (as stipulated in our contract). They have not returned emails, texts or phone calls in 6 months. Ross Peterson is a fraud. He should be exposed for the thief that he is.

    Ross was super nice and now I just called 1.5 years after my wedding bc I havent talked to him since, and only have CD's of my wedding and nothing else. This is ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will be sueing them. ALso i just called the phone number and it is disconnected. What do we do now!

    Ross did a great job photographing my engagement pictures then as soon as my engagement pictures we over and he received my money in full i was informed he was not photographing my wedding. the photographer that shot my wedding did not get half the shots i asked for. and i am still waiting for my albums and i have not be able to get a hold of Ross since december 2012 at all. He is very unprofessional!

    Have been unable to get a hold of the photographer for almost a year. Still need my albums and parents albums. Paid a lot of money to not get everything sent back to me. Don't even know if they're still in business but hopefully won't be anymore if they can't deliver products they sign a contract for! Worst memory of our wedding ever. Never thought it'd happen to us.

    Photo314 was great on the day of wedding, however it's now been 8 months and we have not yet received our albums. In addition, no one at Photo314 will return email or phone calls. You're better off picking another service.
