I was very impressed with Petal Gardens. I ordered samples of the organza 6x9 bag to see if the ornament for the Bridal Shower would fit in it. To my surprise it fit perfectly. We chose the white color. My daughter's bridal shower isn't until September 2012 but I figured we should get everything ready. I can't wait for her to see them at her Bridal Shower! This company sent out the samples so fast and now I just ordered 50 of them. Can't wait to put the ornaments into the bags! THANKS Petal Gardens

These freeze dried rose petals were 100% perfect. They made up my aisle, the table decorations, dance floor decor, and were completely biodegradable. The petal color was vivid and they clung to my long dress all night. Bravo!

I was contacted within 10 minutes of placing the order to confirm and it was shipped out the next day! I received within days of ordering them!
The only complaint I have is that many of the petals were bent or had folds, which in the way I am planning on using them, does not work well, but I am going to try to work around it!

I ordered 120 cups of rose petals for tossing cups and to line the aisle at the ceremony. I put a note on the order form that I would appreciate it if they could make the mix more “lavender/purple” if it was possible. When the petals arrived I was surprised to see that they did such an amazing job of getting me a total purple mix of rose petals. Not only that there was a note on my invoice that said they gave me extra petals since there was some ivory mixed in. Awesome.

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with Petal Garden. I placed my petal order in May for a mid July delivery. When I did not receive my petals as expected, I called to inquire about the delivery status. I was told my petals had already been delivered and that I needed to check with Fed Ex. When I contacted Fed Ex (which I feel I should not have been the one to do this), they confirmed that they had delivered my petals, however I was still petal-less...either the box was stolen, or it was delivered to the wrong house (which is the more plausible situation). I explained this to Petal Garden, who said my options were to reorder the petals or wait to see if the box is found. IF they got a refund from Fed Ex, they would refund me at that time. Needless to say, I did not feel I should have to reorder and repay for another bunch of petals. This was poor customer service; Fed Ex is an extension of their business. They choose who they use, and what method they use to deliver their product (ie: no signature is required upon delivery). I explained my feelings and expectations to the owner, who compounded the poor customer service with saying "There is no way I will replace the petals, it's too late to make you happy". I never received my original petal order, nor did I place a new order. I certainly am not a happy customer, however, being treated correctly would have made me happy, even after there was a problem.

We offer a choice of FedEx, UPS, or USPS for shipping, with several methods to select from each carrier (such as ground or air). She selected FedEx, and unfortunately, as can happen with any carrier, her package was missing after the tracking showed it was delivered. Our policy in this situation is for the customer to either reorder or wait for the outcome of the tracer. We then submit a claim with the carrier, and if the carrier is unable to prove delivery to a secure location at the correct address, we refund the customer in full for the disputed delivery or reship the order at no cost. This customer, however, requested us to both credit her in full for the disputed delivery in addition to having us ship a replacement at no cost, in effect having us ship two orders and her ending up paying nothing for either of them. I ordered some freeze dried petal to use as part of our centerpieces. For $2 they will send you up to 10 different color samples and when you order they will ship your order based on your event date which was nice. The petals were of exceptional quality. The colors were great and after letting them sit our for a week or so they really softened up...not as soft as a fresh petal but they were no longer brittle. They looked like fresh petals, not dried.

I don't think the coupon that came with the sample should have an expiration date. And if it does it should be more than just a couple weeks after your sample order.

Although we state on the coupon that the order must be placed within 30 days of ordering the sample, we have always honored the discount regardless of the date.
