MARGIE BELL ALMOST RUINED MY WEDDING! Being so busy trying to get everything together, I didn't notice until 45 minutes before my ceremony that my flowers hadn't shown up yet. When I called the floral shop, no one answered, so I called her cell and she was OUT OF TOWN. Of course I got upset, and she proceeded to literally YELL at me and tell me that I gave her the wrong date (does she REALLY think that I would get my own wedding day wrong???) and said that I hadn't called her in months... so I'm going to take her the invoice with my CORRECT date along with my cell phone bill that shows all the calls I made to her in the several weeks before the wedding.... words cannot describe how angry I am over the fact that not only did she mess up, but that she did not accept responsibility and raised her voice at me.... unbelievable... steer clear of this shop.

UPDATE: I went to the shop to go and pick up the refund on my deposit and Margie still refused to accept responsibility. I showed her the invoice with the CORRECT day on it and she said that she had me down on two consecutive Saturdays and she thought it was the second one. SHOULDN'T SHE HAVE CALLED TO ASK?! She also said that I hadn't paid the entire bill in advance. This was true, I had put down a deposit that was well over half of the total bill and had I known that the rest was due before the wedding day, I most definitely would have taken care of it, but most vendors just asked that I bring a check for any remaining balances on the wedding day. Even so, shouldn't she have called to ask about the balance if that was a problem instead of just not showing up? This lady infuriates me.

I was so thrilled with all of our bouquets and boutonnieres. The flowers were EXTREMELY fresh and everyone was so wonderful! I would recommend them for just everyday flowers too. :)
