Beautiful music and flexible/professional with changes
We had to reschedule due to COVID and Perfect Harmony Strings was AMAZING and flexible and helped us make the transition to our new postponed date smoothly. They provided beautiful music as guests found their seats and played the selections I requested during the ceremony. If you are looking for top-notch musicians, this ensemble is perfect for your big day! -

Brilliant string trio
Honestly they were the highlight of the wedding - playing everything from Handel to Fall Out Boy beautifully. We had them play as guests gathered before our garden ceremony, the ceremony processional and recessional, and for a cocktail hour before we went in for dinner. Professional, sweet, talented. -

Gretchen and the musicians were a blessing!
Gretchen was helpful and understanding throughout the planning process. We opted for the quartet for our ceremony in Florida. The musicians were lovely and played beautifully. Many of the guests shared in the weeks that followed how wonderful the quartet performed. Hope all of you are blessed! -

the perfect sound!
Perfect Harmony Strings was such a wonderful addition to our ceremony and cocktail hour! My husband and I both agree that the ambiance they were able to create for outdoor wedding was unparalleled. We had a variety of genres played; from more traditional sets to the modern day hits- The set that resonated most with us was my walk down the aisle to ' Halo' by Beyonce. Perfect Harmony Strings truly was a dream to work with. -

Beautiful wedding music!
We hired the Perfect Harmony string trio for our vineyard wedding. They were great to work with - they were accommodating and communicative throughout the lead up to the wedding and helped us with our music choices. Their performance on the day was beautiful, they are all very talented musicians and their music made our wedding ceremony very special! -

We really enjoyed Perfect Harmony!
My Husband and I really enjoyed working with Perfect Harmony. We had first heard the ensemble play at a friend's wedding and knew they would be perfect for our own big day. Superlative - Perfect Harmony exceeded our expectations!
These musicians were great. We had a very simple affair (a marriage celebration), and just asked them to play an eclectic mix of classical and contemporary music - and they were perfect! Beautiful sound, not intrusive, no supervision required - wonderful sets of music just right for the occasion. The back and forth before the party was effortless to make sure they understood our needs - they have a huge repertoire if your taste in music runs one way or the other - they were very professional and we would recommend them to anyone!! -

Wonderful choice for vineyard wedding
The Perfect Harmony Flute Trio performed for our daughter’s wedding ceremony and cocktail reception in October. Their music was just beautiful and perfectly fitting for the outdoor vineyard setting. Very Responsive when planning & beautiful duo experience
I had a really wonderful experience with Perfect Harmony while planning for my wedding.
I had a wedding planner; however, she was mediocre in her planning and vendor options. I found Perfect Harmony on my own and couldn’t have been happier!!!!
Since I am an event planner in Los Angeles I take very good notes of the vendors and the quality of the individuals and the services.
Perfect Harmony went above and beyond. I had a really wonderful experience with them leading up to my wedding and the day of. They communicated very well and were knowledgeable of my venue (Ronald Reagan Pavillon room — amazing!)

One of Our First Vendor Selections
Perfect Harmony performed the ceremony and cocktail music at a friend’s wedding years ago. After countless weddings and events over the years I always remembered how beautiful their performance was, so when we got engaged I knew that I needed to hire them for our wedding. As expected, they did not disappoint! Gretchen was quick to respond to emails and provided a TON of information right off the bat which was super helpful in the planning process. Honestly, the hardest part in the entire process was picking out the songs we wanted on the playlist. We loved working with Gretchen and her team, and highly recommend that you consider working with them too! -

Perfect Harmony helped us achieve a smooth, beautiful, stress-free wedding day!
Everything was beautiful beginning to end. We had a string trio, 2 violins and a cello. Gretchen was professional, very responsive, and answered any and all questions I had. She made a potentially stressful situation easy. Perfect Harmony has an expansive selection of music ranging from classical to pop. My husband and I mixed a little bit of everything together for our special day. On our wedding day, they arrived in a timely manner, set up quietly, and packed up and left when their set was over. I remember their smiling faces during our ceremony, but unfortunately I was too busy to get to tell them thanks. So THANK YOU perfect harmony for giving me the music I had always dreamed about for my wedding day. Thank you for being so wonderful, so talented, and for making this process easy. Perfect Harmony did a wonderful job playing our ceremony music for our Richmond, VA wedding this past October. Gretchen was very responsive via email which I was grateful for as I was wedding planning from out of town. PH's repertoire list was very extensive and really was a good mix of all styles of music. We had a hard time narrowing down the handful of songs for our ceremony music as there were so many good options to choose from! We had two musicians for our ceremony and received numerous compliments from guests saying how great they were.-

Perfect Harmony did a great job as the ceremony musicians for our wedding ceremony! Their strings trio played beautifully. From a planning standpoint they were very easy to work with and Gretchen is responsive and professional. My mother came across Perfect Harmony Quartet online and booked them for our wedding at Keswick Vineyards in Charlottesville, VA. Gretchen with Perfect Harmony and my mother were in close contact over about a year’s time coordinating music for our wedding. Perfect Harmony has pages and pages of music to choose from for your big day; AC/DC and Journey to Bruno Mars and Adele. We used their services for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Not much to say that hasn't been said about Perfect Harmony! I wanted a string quartet to play contemporary songs at my wedding, and they delivered beautifully! They played for the ceremony and cocktail hour, as well as showed up early to rehearse with my brides-man who sang "At Last". They were professional, accommodating, and neither I or my wedding coordinator had any issues with them day of. I would recommend them to anyone needing not only wedding musicians, but anyone needing a string quartet! -

We had the pleasure to work with Perfect Harmony for our wedding and we cannot ask for a more perfect touch to our ceremony. They arrived promptly to set up at our venue and worked together with our officiant and wedding coordinator for the cues. They have a wide selection of musical pieces to choose from (from religious to movie soundtracks and pop culture) and are very flexible in allowing you to choose what music to play. Their responsiveness was stellar and they were very patient in answering all of our questions; we received a response from them probably within a few hours. They delivered quality music and we received a lot of compliments from our guests in regards to their professionalism. You will not regret choosing them to be a part of your wedding! -

We hired Perfect Harmony String Quartet to play the prelude and processional at my daughter's recent wedding. They were just wonderful--excellent musicians who did an outstanding job playing both classical and contemporary pieces. Even a wedding guest who is a professional musician was very impressed. They also played several extra pieces for the prelude when we unexpectedly delayed the start of the wedding due to a bout of rain! -

This group was fantastic to work with and I would recommend to anyone looking for beautiful music for their wedding or any event. I was planning a wedding out of state and had no clue where to start for ceremony music. Gretchen was so great to work with and responded quickly (even though I know she was busy) to my emails. She gave me suggestions on the flow of the ceremony and when I needed music as well as gave me examples of music that would work with my big day. We almost didn't book live musicians for our wedding, but we ultimately decided to splurge and book Perfect Harmony. It was one of the best wedding decisions we made, and they were probably the part of our wedding day that guests raved about the most. We booked Perfect Harmony because of their unique and vast repertoire.... we wanted classical music before our ceremony, a mix of classical and contemporary during the ceremony, and contemporary music during our cocktail hour, and they were the only quartet we could find that could do it all. And they do it really well. They played everything from Schuman to Sinatra to Queen to Bruno Mars, and it all sounded great. We asked them to play a special piece that wasn't in their repertoire, and they made it happen for a very reasonable fee. Gretchen was also awesome to work with.... enthusiastic, organized, and totally professional. Perfect Harmony isn't the cheapest, but after seeing how they transformed the atmosphere at our wedding, we felt like they were an outstanding value. If you are looking for a quartet that can seamlessly transition from traditional classical music to classic rock to top 40 and more, you will not be disappointed if you book Perfect Harmony. 100% worth it. -

We hired a string trio from Perfect Harmony for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. Working with Gretchen was very easy. She was responsive by email and called the day before the wedding just to confirm all of the details. They have a HUGE repertoire list and you can choose every single song, if desired. We choose traditional music during the ceremony and pop/rock songs for the cocktail hour. We also asked them to play a selection of Beatles love songs as guests were getting seated before the ceremony, and many of our guests told us how much they enjoyed that. For my daughter’s wedding we wanted a string ensemble to play during the ceremony as well as the cocktail hour. Let me start by saying we were very lucky and blessed to get Gretchen Heller and Perfect Harmony String Ensemble. My daughter and fiancé decided on a trio with the violin, viola and cello, and were blown away from the extensive repertoire list offered by Perfect Harmony. They chose beautiful, traditional music for the ceremony and had fun changing it up to more modern for the cocktail hour. We also had Perfect Harmony accompany a family member (an accomplished flutist) they had never worked with before. After coordinating everything via email and phone and with just 30 minutes of practice prior to the ceremony, they played Ave Maria…and it still gives me goose bumps just thinking about it. It was simply beautiful! And so many of our guests commented on how great they were and how they added to the ambiance.
I most highly recommend Perfect Harmony to any couple who wants that “something special” on their wedding day!

These musicians were truly amazing on our wedding day. We selected the violin, cello, flute trio. The price was right and the service was superb. The service came with 30 minutes of pre-ceremony music, processional and recessional music, and an option for extra music during select portions of the ceremony (such as a unity ceremony). All of our questions were answered and we were well taken care of. The musicians played a medley of Beatles love songs for our pre-ceremony music, which was a big hit with the crowd. They really helped make our day even more beautiful. -

Gretchen did a great job as the ceremony musicians at our wedding. She promptly responded to all emails and made sure that every little detail with regards to the songs was taken care of. On the day of the wedding, I didn't even know they arrived since I was so busy but all of our guests said the musicians were wonderful. I would highly recommend her! -

Gretchen and the other musicians were extraordinary at my wedding! I couldn't have imagined them being any better. They set the stage for an amazing wedding and cocktail hour. I look forward to using Perfect Harmony again at additional functions and would recommend them to anyone looking for real musicians! My guests commented on how special and extraordinary Perfect Harmony made our wedding. Many of them said they found themselves happily trying to determine which modern song was playing - amazed that it was the Beatles, Lady GaGa, etc. Many commented that they never thought it was possible to enjoy a string ensemble (and flute) this much! We got a lot of complements from guests on our string ensemble selection. Perfect harmony offered a huge selection of music including many contemporary hits. Gretchen was friendly and easy to get ahold of. On the day of the event, they arrived early, looked professional, and did a great job. I highly recommend them. -

We used Perfect Harmony for our ceremony music and our cocktail hour. We chose traditional music for the ceremony and it was absolutely beautiful. During the cocktail hour we chose modern hits in string version! We unfortunately didn't get to hear this part since we were off having photos done, but all of our guests raved about it and they loved trying to guess the songs! The owner, Gretchen, was great to work with throughout the planning process. She provided a huge list of music to choose from as well as tips for selecting ceremony music. She was quick to respond to my questions.
In the beginning we weren't sure it was worth it to book ceremony musicians but I am so glad we did and so glad we chose Perfect Harmony! It was well worth it! -

It was a pleasure to work with Gretchen and the perfect harmony players to make our wedding a beautiful event for everyone. Prior to our wedding I have talked to Gretchen on the phone and via email to coordinate the music both on the standard playlists on their website and off. When I asked if they could play Erik Satie's gymicopedia a piece usually done on piano Gretchen just said that all they needed was a little time to rehearse. The day of the wedding we arrived to find our guests entertained by a string quartet doing a magical performance of gymicopedia. Our other musical selections were ode of mans desire, cannon in d, the town hall meeting from the film pride and predjudice, lastly the ceremony concluded with Coldplay's viva la vida all of which sounded wonderful on strings. The music left everyone at our wedding rejoicing to no end. We cannot tank Gretchen and the perfect harmony players enough. -

Gretchen and her team did a fantastic job at our ceremony. Gretchen was extremely responsive and provided great assistance with our choices for our ceremony music. On the day of the event, the trio arrived early and delivered the arrangements right on cue.
Working with Perfect Harmony was professional and easy. They delivered exactly what they promised with no drama.
The string trio was a great addition to our ceremony and we highly recommend them for a wedding or other event. Reasonable rates and easy to work with. -

Perfect Harmony was great to work with leading up to my wedding as the group was helpful to me when I had questions about the flow of the ceremony and the music they perform. My ceremony went off without a hitch and the music was beautiful. My husband even commented after the ceremony how much he loved the music they were playing before I came down the aisle.
