The Bently we reserved looked awesome and our driver for Pech was very professional, flexible and on time. We loved their service and would recommend to anyone.
We had Peck Limousine provide us with a limo to take our wedding party around KC for pics. The driver was very friendly and professional. I did a lot of research on limo prices in KC and they were the most reasonable. The driver was right on time. Great vendor!
Pech was a joy to work with! Even after a deposit snafu, the Bentley was there and ready to drive us around Kansas City on our wedding day! The only reason I gave a 3 instead of a full 5 stars for quality of service is because the air conditioning in the Bentley wasn't very effective on the 95+ degree day, and the seat of the vehicle left burgundy-colored streaks on the back of my dress. They're not large or dark, but they're definitely there, and I need to make an extra dry-cleaning trip to get them out before a second, local reception in a month. I think they may need to change the way they treat the leather seats...or possibly cover them when it gets that hot out!
Edit: I've upped their stars back up to 4 for quality of service because, while the issues with my dress didn't go away, when I contacted Pech about the issue and approached them about covering a portion of the dry cleaning, they didn't hesitate and immediately put a check in the mail for a very reasonable amount to help cover the costs.
We had the 1963 Cadillac Limousine, and it was a highlight of the wedding. It was so elegant and classic and the only one like it I found in the City. The driver was timely and very professional.
Our driver was so nice and so professional. The car was beautiful and the service was everything we had hoped for. We had the Bently and it has some difficulities. It is an old car keep in mind and it overheated when it first got there and our driver wasn't sure if he was going to be able to get us to the reception. But by the time we finished our pictures the car was cool and got us there in elegant style. We truly had the red carpet service. -minus the overheating :) and the driver was a tad late because he got lost.
Pros: best rates around answered emails promptly came on time, and very professional
Cons: the limo arrived to house to take us to church-- brokedown. however, the 2nd limo quickly arrived to take its place. (pro) However, that limo -- the air conditioning didnt work.
Overall, they were good, but I would make sure to ask for working AC if you're having a summer wedding.
Top notch customer service from the start. All our questions were answered and they clearly know how to cater to folks who don't rent limos on a regular basis... very easy to work with. We actually rented 2 limos on the day of the wedding. Don't believe that you can fit 10 adults in the "10 passenger" limo - 9 was comfortable (while I was sitting up front pointing out a specific route in the park to the driver) but when we all crammed in the back it was nuts. The interior of both vehicles are starting to show their age, but were sufficient. If you're looking for perfection, we clearly didn't pick the 2 perfect limos in the fleet... perhaps there are others? The driver during the day was excellent: friendly, professional, and flexible. The driver after the ceremony (for a far shorter period of time) was good: had a few difficulties with getting him in the right direction though (had to repeat directions). Overall we were pleased from start to finish. We'd change a few things (number of riders, routes, times, maybe the car), but we'd still go w/ Pech.
We got a limo to drive the bridal party to the wedding and my husband and me to the hotel afterwards. Very clean, on time, very professional, very flexible when we had to change some times last minute. Actually drinking champagne in the limo on the way there with my closest family and friends was on of the funnest parts of the day, I'm SO glad we did this! Definitely recommend them!
Our driver was fabulous and fun! He rolled out the red carpet for the wedding party at each stop and didn't care how loud we got in the back of the limo! He definitely turned our night into a party, plus he was on time for every pick-up he was supposed to make.
Pech was half the cost of every other limo provider I called. All of the other limo services wanted me to pay for the full length of time from the drop off at the reception through the end of the reception. Pech only charged me for the one hour of transportation needed before and after the wedding. They saved me a bundle, were super friendly, and the driver was early for both trips. I'd definitely use them again.
Pech limosine service was just OKAY in our opinion. Our wedding package was to include champagne, red carpet, and a "Just Married" sign on the back of the limo. When the limo arrived to pick up the wedding party from the church, all the limo drive did was open the door. I told him that our package included red carpet champagne and a "Just Married" sign. He got out a bottle of champagne, but our wedding party was already inside the limo when he offered to put down the red carpet and offered to hang the Just Married sign. It should have already been in place when we exited the church and we thought it was very unprofessional to not have it all in place. We wanted photos of our party coming out of the church and walking on the red carpet and that did not happen.
Absolutely perfect!! We rented a Bently to drive us around for pictures and it was so much fun. I felt like an idiot, but for some reason I thought there would be air conditioning. That was dumb on my part considering how old the car is, but overall the ride was very enjoyable! The windows brought in a great breeze which helped with the wonderful heat and humidity of Kansas City. We decided to rent a limo and another car the week of the wedding and we were able to do so without any problems at all! The driver was very patient at my parents' house while we waited for my late bridesmaids. :)
We recently rented a classic Bentley from Pech Limosine for our wedding pictures. We were having an "Old Hollywood" style wedding and wanted some of our pictures with a cool classic car, and Pech is the only place in KC with classic Bentleys. The initial ride to our first picture stop was fine, the driver was on time, and the service was very professional. However, when we were ready for him to pull up to the picture location (the whole reason we rented the car in the first place), the car wouldn't start. Not necessarily Pech's fault, but we were not told before we paid for the car that this might be a problem, and did not get to take a single picture with the car. They took us back to our venue in a stretch limo, which was nearby so we didn't have to wait long in the heat, but missed the entire purpose of our car rental. Disappointing that they couldn't have notified us of this problem before we rented the car or given us another option for pictures. We were given a small discount for our troubles, "in accordance to the services which were provided," but we never got what we actually were paying the money for in the first place.

Although I'm hesitant to admit it so as not to scare anyone who would really like to have an authentic classic car for a picture-perfect wedding, unfortunately there is always a slight risk when dealing with 50+ year-old technology. We actually fly in an expert Rolls Royce/Bentley mechanic from San Francisco (http://rgrossesq.com) twice a year to check over every single classic British car in our fleet - he had just spent a week in our garage back in April. When the car wouldn't start after the driver's repeated attempts, I actually came out myself quickly to make sure that it wasn't something simple. We ended up having to tow the car. I certainly would not have sent the car out if I would have been able to predict its refusal to cooperate - we believe the heat may have contributed to the fuel pump failing during the trip. Normally we would have another classic car available relatively quickly, but that particular Saturday every one of our 6 Bentleys was booked at that time. we got a limo for ourselves and wedding party for pics between the wedding and the reception. by the time we got in the limo after the first stop the car was overheating and there was no A/C. by the time we got to the 2nd stop the car had died a few times and we were sweating like pigs. they sent a replacement but by that time we were drenched and close to the reception site. overall not great. Hoever later we got a towncar to take us to our hotel and it worked out perfectly.

We rented a limosine for my bachelorette party. When the limo arrived it looked decent but as we started our ride there was no air conditioning and this was the hottest day of the year so far. It made our ride miserable. I called and they were very nice and decided that they would give me a free ride on our wedding day from our church to our reception hall. They told us we would have the wedding package which was red carpet and just married signs and decorations. When they got there the limo wasnt decorated and had a huge dent down the side. The limo driver was very nice but was not dressed as professionally as I thought he should be. I would recommend this limo company is you just want to ride in the limo but you dont care if your hot or if it looks nice on the outside.
We only wanted a limo for the exit of our wedding and we were able to pay for just one hour with Pech Limousine. They were prompt and professional. Plus, we loved the romance package of red carpet, champagne, and the just married sign.
