Paul was cheerful, friendly, approachable, listened carefully, and was quite well organized. During the planning phase, he explained how the ceremony works in general, and gave us many options to customized our ceremony. He worked easily via email and was very responsive. He arrived early for the ceremony and spoke clearly during the ceremony; while injecting just a small touch of humor. I had no reservations about hiring him and, now that the ceremony is over, would definitely recommend him!
