  We hired Party on Stillwater for "day of" coordination for our June 2016 wedding. Robin's connections and professionalism helped me confidently pull together the final details for our wedding during the last month leading up to our big day. She advised us on a number of vendors and her experience working with popular local vendors became invaluable the day of the event ... when one of our vendors didn't show up on time! I especially appreciated Robin's calm way of handling the situation; ultimately none of our guests were aware of the blip and everything came together smoothly. Her ability to manage the day of coordination allowed me, my fiancee, my mom and our wedding party to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about the details. Bonus points: she's a ton of fun to work with and knows everybody in town!

  Robin from PartyOnStillwater was the best decision we made for our wedding. Her connections led to other outstanding vendors which made us feel like we had the best people on our wedding day team. She had good ideas and access to everything needed to put on a good party. Robin took care of everything at our wedding and the feedback we received from our guests about her service was outstanding. She was honest and helpful in reducing our cost for those necessary wedding items that can add up. On our wedding day, her team was timely and professional. We would highly recommend Robin for not only wedding, but any of your party plans. She truly made the difference in the ease of our wedding day.

  Robin at PartyOnStillwater was amazing. She helped me plan a wedding shower in my home for my niece for 45 people. She recommended the caterer, did the decorations, provided the tables, prepared and posted signs to get to my house, chairs and tableware and centerpieces. One of her staff also stayed to help facilitate the party as well. It was outstanding! Everything was perfect! I would highly recommend PartyOnStillwter for an event and will definitely use them again for my next party.

  PartyOn Weddings and Robin are truly AMAZING!!! Having never done this before, I went to several different venues and Robin by far was the most helpful and eased the stress of planning a wedding. She truly made it feel simple and she and her staff were absolutely marvelous on our special day. They made everything run flawlessly and when I thought I would need to think of something, Robin already had it taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend them and sing their praises at any opportunity I get. A HUGE thank you to Robin and PartyOn Weddings for making our day PERFECT!!!

  I turned 50 and wanted to throw a large party but didn't have the time to put into planning it. I told Robin my ideas of how I pictured it. She found the venue, helped me pick out a menu, provided tables and decorations, and and when I arrived the evening of the party, all I had to do was put on my tiara and enjoy my family and friends! She is incredibly organized, listened to my wants and needs, and exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Robin and Party On Stillwater/Party On Weddings to everyone. I plan on using Robin for all events that I will have in the future!

  My husband and I can not say enough about Robin and her team at PartyOn Weddings. With under a year to plan our big day, Robin took our wedding from a small idea to a fairy tale. From finding us an amazing venue to looking at simple pictures of ideas we had in mind, Robin and her team went above and beyond to make the planning effortless. I personally do not know how much work goes into planning a wedding since Robin made it seem like a piece of cake, but with a wedding party of over 22, 200+ guests, and a do it yourself venue consisting of a 60x100 tent, drapping, lights, grounds to manage, and SO much more; they pulled off the wedding of the year....with no hiccups! Robin and her team truly made our wedding day the best day of our lives.

  I wasn't sure how to go about planning a big event and Robin at PartyOnStillwater was very helpful! She helped me to figure out what I would need for the number of people coming and had great suggestions to make the party a success! They came and set up everything and took it down the day after the party! It was fantastic!

  Party On Stillwater totally came through for my wife and I for our Graduation Event. From planning to execution, they had a plan for everything and made it very, very easy. We had only done one other graduation party and using Part On made the whole process so much easier. I would definitely recommend using them for any party event. Thanks.

  Robin did an incredible job! Dawn and I trusted her completely and we never worried about anything. She gave us the sense that we could count on her for everything and we did. We even had a last minute medical emergency that affected the ceremony and the reception and she handled it with ease and complete professionalism. She had great suggestions that added a special flare to our day. And, her decorations were amazing. Dawn and I were in awe when we walked into the room. You may pay a little more for her services, but the little extra cost will be well worth it. Robin is very sweet, very personable,and fun to work with. She is awesome and we would not hesitate to hire her again. And, take her advice for flower and catering vendors too. She knows them well, they do a great job too, and they work wonderfully together.
