The ladies of Party Cape Cod were so wonderful to work with! They were so patient, friendly, and professional through the entire process. Everything went smoothly in terms of deliveries to and pick ups from our venue. Can't recommend them enough. Highly recommended if you're considering working with them! -

So easy to call and get a hold of Kristen or Amanda . Anything I needed was done right away !
Such a great company to be part of my special day . Kristen and Amanda were awesome to work with . I changed many things each week and Kristen made it seem like it was no bother . When they came to set up the tent I also had the pleasure to meet with Russel . He was just amazing with
us . He took the time to talk to me and go over the layout and also met my every concern and need that I had . I must say they work very hard !!!! I did ask Russel if I could help string a light to see what it was like and he let me help him . I was so appreciative to be part of process. Kristen and Russel you are the best in my eyes and thank you for everything!!!!! Best company EVER !!!!!!Party Cape Cod's reply:

User2318857 Sent on 09/16/2015I loved working with Party Cape Cod. Our wedding is 9/26 and I was able to do much of my communicating with them via e-mail, which is great because sometimes it's hard to sneak away from work to make important wedding planning calls ;)
They worked with me, helped me find the tent and sizing that I need and thanks to their brochure of add on items I was also able to get a bubble machine! I am so excited about the bubble machine! Haha
Their service was great, they were quick and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them again. -

User1357985 Sent on 10/01/2013Party Cape Cod has great quality rentals. The tent was beautiful and was set up quickly but securely. They were able to accommodate our special request of hanging hand made chandeliers. We had significant number changes to our wedding size, twice, and they were more helpful at making changes to our rental list. They even gave us a special keep sake. -

Fortunately, they provided a more expensive option to make up for their mistake. This set us back about 20 minutes on our wedding day, but we were grateful for everything to work out. -

Megan Sent on 06/22/2017We had to rent chairs for our beach ceremony, and found the best price through Party Cape Cod. They were easy to work with from start to finish, through the initial quote to payment. Also very responsive! They did have an additional “beach chair fee” which was not ideal, but the whole quote was still cheaper than other companies. They were very timely on delivery and the whole process went smoothly. I did not find this out until after the fact, but my mom and brother-in-law ended up setting up the chairs even though I had paid Party Cape Cod to do it. They did take them down themselves though. -
User1320661 Sent on 09/09/2013Party Cape Cod was excellent in the fact that the girls in the office were very efficient, friendly and super accommodating with setting up times to meet in the showroom and set up sample tables, and also very prompt with returning my emails. My only complaint was that while they did drop off the majority of the rental equipment and set it up a few days in advance, I was extremely disappointed that no one arrived with the silverware and table clothes until noon the day of the ceremony. I also didn't find them to be very flexible with package pricing since I did not use any of the glassware in the package I figured I would be able to get a discount on the 18 table runners or colored linens I added. I did not. Also found it odd that after all was said and done I was charged for one place setting replacement. I find it hard to believe someone walked out with their dirty plate & silverware.
Overall, I would give them another shot just be very thorough when asking questions about when ALL of our rental equipment will arrive & count off returned items with them in person instead of taking their word for it weeks later when we get the bill in the mail. -

Wish someone warned me to stay away
I wanted to do business with a local Cape Cod business but clearly that was a mistake. Beware if you are considering them......
I made the mistake of trusting Party Cape Cod for napkins for my wedding. I was looking for light pink linen napkins and they mailed me some swatches, one of which i selected I paid a deposit, signed a contract and thought it was taken care of. My elderly mom picked them up for me two days before my wedding on her way off the Cape. I saw them the day before my wedding and knew immediately it was not what i ordered. They had swapped out the pink linen napkins for terribly cheap polyester ones in a different shade of pink. In addition, when i called, they blamed it on my mother because she "didn't bring the swatch in for pickup". The owner Charlene was terribly rude and disrespectful and really didn't care to help. My wedding planner found new napkins, drove to providence RI to pick them up to save the day...all while i had to pay much more because of the rush. Charlene simply sat there and blamed it on my mother and was incredibly rude to work with while I was crying the day before my wedding....she couldn't have cared less.
They are quick to promise you something, take your money and then bait and switch you on a cheaper product and hope you don't notice.
I will say that two employees (Marilyn and Susan) were wonderful but it was clear they weren't empowered to help much or make any decisions without Charlene who was unwilling to do much.
Please see the picture attached which shows the linen swatch they sold me on and then the crappy polyester product they gave us. The napkins they gave us were such poor quality that I cannot imagine anyone using them for any event, never mind a wedding. -
