Amazing Welcome sign

Paper and home team was amazing to work with from beginning to end. They made my Welcome sign for my wedding, and I could not have asked for a more beautiful one. The quality was amazing. Thank you!

Beautiful Invitations

I had such a fun experience designing my invitations with Beth & Kaide. They were absolutely stunning and the prettiest wedding invites I’ve ever seen. They were wonderful to work with and very responsive as we decided on the final design. They also made my seating chart, menus and programs in the same theme and they were all gorgeous.

Paper and Home is amazing!

I got my save the dates and invitations here. Working with Kaide and Beth was amazing. They really go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, from the design to the wording. They are also super fast with response times which I really appreciated. I loved my experience with Paper and Home.

Paper and Home was great to work with on all of our wedding needs! They created exactly what we were looking for regarding our save the dates, invitations, seating board and special notes. Unique and beautiful assets at a reasonable price! They were super easy to work with and very responsive. They answered all questions and made us feel very comfortable!

Kaide at Paper & Home was so easy to work with from start to finish. Before we initially met with Kaide to get a quote we were concerned about the pricing being out of our budget. Absolutely not the case. They are very competitive and can work within your budget. Kaide was organized and kept the process moving without any additional stress. We got so many compliments on our invitations and all the coordinating pieces. Thank you Kaide for helping make our day so special.

Amazing team to work with! They really took the time to understand our vision for the wedding and their creative team worked to provide a lot of options. They made an otherwise overwhelming process seem very simple and seamless with step by step directions.

After working with them on our wedding (save the dates, invitation suite, thanks you letters, escort cards and name plates), we loved everything so much we even had them do some shower invitations!

Brooke, Michael, and Kaide are PHENOMENAL people to work with. We ordered our Save the Dates, Invitations (and inserts), Table Numbers, and Escort Cards through Paper and Home and could not be more thrilled with how everything turned out. In particular, we received so many compliments from those invited to our wedding about how the invitation was one of the prettiest wedding invitations they have ever seen... and that is totally a testament to the amazing work by Paper and Home.

In addition to delivering such a gorgeous product, everyone at Paper and Home is incredibly kind and patient. Kaide and Brooke (who I worked with most throughout the planning) were very accommodating with any changes or requests that I had, always responded quickly, and were always so cheerful. It's pretty appropriate that their email signature line has "spread cheer" in it!

We are so grateful to everyone at Paper and Home, but especially Brooke, Michael, and Kaide. Thank you for making this such a seamless, easy, and fun process!

Because of these guys, wedding stationery was our easiest favorite thing to plan for the wedding, hands down. They are extremely supportive and will make you feel very much at home! They are very experienced, very professional, and most of all, they are very, very sweet. They narrowed down our myriad of choices and helped us create very personal invitations which included a few little drawings I had made! They are such a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend them to anyone for any occasion!

My experience was great! Paper and Home really did an amazing job. My fiancé and I were in and within minutes we knew exactly what we wanted. Invitations were perfect! Our seating chart also turned out great! It matched our invitation style. Absolutely perfect!

I think the word AMAZING is an understatement when it comes to Paper and Home. Their customer service is very personable. They make you feel so welcomed, like you are a part of their family, and they make sure YOU ARE HAPPY! The design team created one-of-a-kind pieces and are not afraid to go "outside the box." We were so happy with ALL our stationary and they are unique and beautiful pieces that reflect who WE are and that we will forever love! You don't have to look anymore... PAPER AND HOME IS IT!!!

Your invitations set the stage for the wedding and Paper and Home really accomplished that with our custom invitations. There was a small hiccup, but P&H made it right quickly and handled the job wonderfully!

After an unsuccessful experience with our first vendor, Brooke and Michael at Paper & Home reassured our confidence and trust that our save the dates, wedding invitations and accessories would be exactly what we envisioned and wanted. From the moment I walked into the store for our first consultation I knew it was the perfect match. Not only are Brooke and the entire design team amazing, but they are friendly, patient and very professional! The entire process could not have been smoother without the coordination of Lisa....she is extremely organized and meticulous, and most importantly easy to work with! She kept me on schedule throughout the design process and production. I would 100%+++ recommend P&H to any new couples, new parents or simply to stop in the store (if local) for stationary or a quick gift! They have great items! I wish I cold give more stars than 5, because they truly deserve it. This is the most amazing group of people I worked with throughout my entire wedding planning process.
I was getting extremely discouraged about finding classic, traditional invitations for my wedding. Everything was online, nothing had ribbons or pockets, and just looked as if I printed it myself. I reached out to my wedding coordinator at my venue, and she immediately recommended Paper and Home. I looked up their website and was so excited about or appointment for my consultation. We met with Brooke and she is absolutely the most creative, patient, and sweetest human being I have met. She knew immediately where to look based on what I told her I was looking for. Within about 5 to 10 minutes max, we had found our invitations and I was so excited because they were absolutely gorgeous. Then came picking the small details, this is where Brooke was amazing. I am not good at this small stuff and she led me every step of they way. Once we had come up with the design, she handed me over to Lisa. Lisa is blessed with patience as well. I probably changed my escort cards and addresses a hundred times, and each time I emailed her, she was probably even more sweet than previous time. She is the go to person when you need a question answered, and quick! I never had to wait a long time at all for a response, which was wonderful. Michael was always a smiling face when I came in to pick up my invitations and again for my escort cards. The entire Paper and Home team understands that these are special times in people's lives and they are 100% there to make sure their customers are happy. I cannot express how wonderful this company is. You will not be disappointed whatsoever. They are worth every single penny and then some!!

Paper and Home was recommended to us by our wedding planner, and from the first meeting Brooke and Michael were incredibly friendly and helpful. Brooke spent a great deal of time with us going over every possible paper color, font, etc. that they offer to design the perfect invitation for us. They were able to provide us with something that was truly special. Throughout the entire process they were extremely professional, providing us with multiple proofs and timely responses. They were even able to accommodate a somewhat unusual request: a large seating chart board in lieu of escort cards. My husband and I recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation.

Lisa is wonderful as well. She responds in a timely manner and sends multiple proofs for you to view to make sure you get exactly what you want.

I met Paper & Home at a wedding "mixer" held at West Elm in Henderson. I spoke with Brooke about a specific idea I had regarding keepsakes for the wedding. After identifying what we wanted, Brooke gave me much needed advice regarding the artwork we had selected, and I was impressed with her confidence and know how immediately.

When the first set came in, she actually sent the work back because it did not meet her quality standards, something that really impressed me. The final quality of what was produced was outstanding, and had me decide to use the company again to help with our escort cards, which also turned out beautifully. I have since recommended Paper & Home to others planning their wedding, and will use them again whenever the need for their services next arises.

Our wedding planner at Scheme Events recommended Paper and Home and they did a wonderful job. My fiancé was not very excited about going to pick out our wedding invitations but once we were done he was so surprised at how simple it was. Paper and Home made it so easy for us to pick what we liked and make decisions that the whole appointment only lasted about 30 minutes. In that short amount of time we were able to create beautiful and unique invitations. Several of our guests said that the invitations looked like they were invited to a celebrity wedding. We also had Paper and Home create our wedding programs, escort cards, and menu cards. Everything matched perfectly and came together beautifully. If you are overwhelmed with the thought of invitations go with Paper and Home because they make it so easy!

I cannot say enough great things about Paper and Home. My husband and I had planned to create wedding programs, escort cards and favor tags by ourselves to save money. With only 2 weeks to go until our destination wedding, we quickly realized that the task at hand was way over our heads given the time we had left until the big day, not including the hassle of designing and printing everything! Paper and Home to the rescue! We happened to drive by their location on Fort Apache and stopped in with the intent just to look around. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by Michael, Paper and Home's founder, who asked us a few questions about the items we were hoping to create and encouraged us to peruse their look book of customized work produced for past clients. Immediately we were impressed by the quality of Paper and Home’s work, and artistry of their design. In less than an hour, my husband and I had picked out designs for our wedding accessories and created a work order. Working with Michael and the Paper and Home team was an incredibly easy and smooth process. Since we were getting married out of state, Paper and Home had less than 9 days to create our accessories, and amazingly after only 8 days our order was ready for pick-up! Paper and Home not only delivered on a short deadline, but also produced beautiful products that we loved. Thank you, Paper and Home for taking the stress of making our own accessories off our shoulders, and for creating such beautiful products on such a short time frame. We would definitely recommend Paper and Home!

After spending weeks looking online and ordering free samples from invitation sites I was underwhelmed and frustrated. I wasn’t finding anything that looked and felt the way I envisioned.

Then I found Paper & Home. From the first meeting I felt a big wave of relief. Brooke was wonderful and took the time to talk to me and ask me questions about what I was envisioning. (I’m not the most creative or descriptive person so it can be hard for me to express my thoughts/visions) She quickly picked up on what I was after and we narrowed in on the layout. From there I was excited to see what custom designs the Paper & Home team would come up for us. First Round of designs were great. A couple of tweaks and we were set. It was truly a pleasure to work with everyone at Paper & Home and my invitations / escort cards and table names cards came out so perfect and were such a perfect match to the overall décor and feel of our wedding.

Looking forward to getting our Thank you cards and also working with them in the future for other special life events.

After trying to bargain shop with a cheap invitation lady who stopped answering my calls after I signed a contract with her, I was desperate to find a new company to make my invitations stress free. I was able to get a same day appointment and met with Brooke. She has been beyond helpful and has always responded to me very quickly. Our first appointment was on Tuesday and by Friday I had my second and final proofs e-mailed to me. Although I have not received my invitations yet, I am very confident that they will be exactly what I want. Paper and Home may be a little more expensive than some other companies, but it is totally worth it especially since unlike some companies, they actually have a very nice studio where you can view all of their samples. I HIGHLY recommend them!

At first we weren't going to do anything custom but them we saw Paper&Home at a bridal show and really like the different options they had. When we met with Brooke we decided to get custom Save the Dates and Invitations. They did an amazing job and provided different options to choose from. They are quick to respond to any questions and quality is great. Everyone love the save the dates and invitations, they were just beautiful. They were great to work with.

Michael and Brooke are a professional , caring and creative couple to work with for our wedding invitations. From the initial consultation , when my husband and I weren't exactly sure of the style we wanted or what direction to take, Brooke took the time to ask the right questions and obtain an understanding for what we like and do not like. She hit the nail on the head with the options we were sent to review and then the finished product was simply amazing. Guests were even complimenting us on the style & design and that carried through to the escort cards which Paper and Home designed for us also. We highly recommend Paper and Home; they also proved to be very accommodating with time and budget - a huge plus during the wedding planning process!

Brooke and Michael are awesome! We were super-late in generating our wedding invitations and they met with us the same day we called, knocked out a great design for us, and were super prompt with follow-ups and proofs. Our invitations looked great and were a big hit. We'd definitely recommend Paper and Home to any couples getting married from the Las Vegas area. Thanks guys!

I feel bad it took me this long to write about this amazing couple/company. My wedding invitations were even more beautiful than expected. I was skeptical going because I had planned on doing them myself as my husband and I paid for the wedding ourselves and had to cut in certain places. I felt people threw out invitations after the wedding so why waste the money right?? WRONG!! Paper & Home not only fit into our budget, but they were STUNNING and I know a lot of our friends and family complimented and still have them 4 months later (which I was surprised to hear they kept them) So many compliments and just such sweet people to deal with. We had ours frames of course but they are so pretty...my husband even had the final say in what we did because he loved them so much!! YOU MUST USE THEM!! LOVE LOVE LOVE

We chose Paper and Home for our invitations, escort cards, and thank you cards for our wedding. We were very impressed with Brooke's professionalism and how personable she was. She was very quick with replies and options for us. Her creations fell perfectly within our theme and many of our guests stated we had the most beautiful invitations they had ever received. Brooke and Michael were so easy to work with. They designed gorgeous invitations, thank you cards, table signs, menu, and seating chart for my wedding. I initially thought about making them myself to save some money, but I'm so glad I didn't. All of the products came out so perfect! Brooke really jumped through hoops to make sure every element was perfect and in time for my wedding. I would highly recommend to anyone needing these services.

We used paper and home for our ceremony programs. They were beautiful. Their team really worked with me on fonts and layouts and made them match our wedding invites. I contacted them late and was worried I had missed the window of opportunity since we were less than 2 months away from the big day but they really came thru. They also delivered them right to the ceremony location so I didnt have to worry about making a special trip to go pick them up. What a pleasure it was to work with this team!!

Brooke and Michael will create the invitations of your dreams! After having a horrific experience with another invitation company my now husband and I called Paper and Home and we were able to get an appointment the very next day! I showed her two pictures of an invite that I loved and we told her some information about the wedding and she knew exactly what we were looking for. The very first thing that she showed us we ended up choosing because it was just that perfect!!

We took care of some info about the wording and a few very fast emails back and forth and we were on our way to getting the best invitations possible. They take such care in detail that my monogram on my invite was touching a bit and I asked if it was possible to move them and without even blinking she did it for me.

They are so friendly and professional and Michael made sure that we were well taken care of and kept us up to date on our payments and when our invitations would arrive. Don't waste your time trying to do it yourself or going to another company, you may spend a pinch more than other places but you will NEVER regret doing it! Money very well spent!!!!

As soon as I called Brooke, she was able to accommodate me in every way. She made our meeting convenient for me and worked around my schedule. She was able to show me many different examples for my seating chart. After finalizing my guest list, Brooke designed my seating chart, with her suggestions and it looked beautiful! She even dropped it off at TPC Summerlin for me where I saw it for the first time. It was absolutely amazing- both my board (which was about 3' tall by 2' wide) and the quality and service created by Brooke.

I have never worked with such a professional company before! Brooke and Michael were amazing. Paper and Home provided the escort cards for our wedding and their design was just what I was looking for...a lot of fun with a touch of class. Paper and Home was one of the best choices I made for my May 5, 2012 wedding! Brooke is wonderful and hit the nail on the target fulfilling my paper needs. My husband and I did a lot of research before deciding to go with Paper and Home for our wedding invitations. First, we just loved Brooke and she was so easy to work with. Second, she was patient and designed several different invitations based on our vision. Third, she was prompt and professional. Brooke and Mike are talented and personable, warm and so much fun, and exceptionally good at what they do. Not only was everything always on time (even ahead of schedule) and not only were they both always responsive, but the quality was second to none. The paper was gorgeous, the printing was perfect, and the invites set the tone letting our guests know what they were in for...and it was perfect. Brooke of Paper & Home designed the most amazing invitations for our VIP guests at Crash A Wedding For Breast Cancer...a fund raiser for The American Cancer Society and my wedding. She had to think outside the box on this one and design something that would work for not only a wedding, but a fund raising event. Her help with putting this together made my job so much easier... Theres a lot of stationary stores in the valley where you can get your invitations done but I'm glad i went to this vendor referred by my photographer. They made everything personalized and unique to how you invasion your invitation to look like. Brooke and her team are very understanding and kind to always response to your inquiry and i have to add and remove some of the details to my invitation just to get it to how i want it to be. The finished product is everything that i have imagined it to be. Since invitations is the first impression you are sending your guest about your wedding paper and home is going to give you that perfect good impression with their work .

My wife and I had a great experience working with Brooke and her team on our wedding invitation, wedding program, reception menu, and thank you cards. Being from out of town, we met with Brooke in person twice but she was able to quickly grasp the vision we had. We worked through the details over email and they were very responsive with answers to my questions and meeting deadlines. We highly recommend Paper and Home. Their organization and attention to detail made it one less thing we had to worry about for our wedding.

Invitations are my favorite part of weddings so when it came time to make ours, I was very picky about every detail. Brooke and her team understood my vision and was able to deliver on what I was looking for! We live in CA but visit family in NV frequently and on one of our weekend trips decided to kill two birds with one stone and get our invitations done. We had visited previous shops in CA (even fancy ones in the Silicon Valley) but none compared to the quality of work that Paper & Home had. On top of that, the customer service from the minute we walked into the shop, sat down and designed with Brooke and all the follow-up emails with the rest of the team had us feeling at ease about the whole process. Paper and Home will definitely be who we use for future stationary needs!

Paper and Home came recommended to us by our wedding planner. As an out-of-town couple getting married in Vegas, it was important to us to have a stationary store who not only did great work, but had great communication. Paper and Home came through for us and did a great job.

We took a trip out several months before the wedding to do some planning, and Brooke sat down with us for an hour to discuss what we wanted. She showed several samples and listened to what we liked and didn't. That was the last time we saw Brooke in person, but we had consistent communication with her team via email after that.

They gave us several proofs to review and "fixed" anything we didn't like. They were extremely flexible with us. The final product turned out great. They did a great job of getting us high quality, custom invitations at a good value.

Michael, Brooke and the rest of the Paper and Home team created my dream wedding stationary! I found them by chance at a bridal show and loved that they specialize in customizing stationary. I gave them my vision and they ran with it. We had so many compliments on how ornate and beautiful our save the dates and wedding invites were. We used them for our invitations and they turned out amazing. We met with Brooke and she custom designed our invitations and we made changes few times before finally deciding on one. She helped us stay in budget by making recommendations on where we could cut money and they were still beautiful. She was very responsive and we got them within the time we were quoted. We were going to have them print our menus, table names and place cards as well but I felt it was a little expensive. Granted, I didn't shop around so I can't make a good comparison. Overall we were very happy with them and I would definitely recommend talking to them if you want an invitation that is just a cookie cutter. I saw their portfolio and they have some really great, unique, cute ideas!

I heard of Brooke and Michael of Paper & Home through a mutual friend and I am so thankful for word of mouth! Not only were they both fabulous to work with, my invitations turned out better than I could have imagined. After looking through many inspiration books and not finding exactly what I wanted, I sent them a magazine clip of a pattern I liked and the next proof that came was exactly what I had envisioned. When I started receiving RSVPs, numerous people commented on how beautiful and classy my invitations were. They are worth the price as the quality and appearance were exceptional and you get what you pay for. One small hiccup was the envelopes that came with my save-the-dates didn't seal (printer issue) however they were able to get me new envelopes pretty quickly.

Rude people

I went on the knot and wedding wire to look for invite boutiques as I had a specific design in mind. I scheduled a phone call and spoke with Rhiannon. She was terse and rude on the phone but I brushed it off as the sample I was shown looked nice. I emailed her asking about formatting changes and she never responded. I called and left voicemails but ultimately gave up. Worst customer service and there are way better invitation/design boutiques out there.

Absolute Nightmare

From the very beginning we had problems with Paper and Home. My initial appointment was rescheduled due to waiting 45 minutes while another client ran late, which was fine, things happen. I had to leave so I informed Beth I would call to reschedule. Due to this Kaide left me a message stating she would offer me 30% off all services. When we decided on the invitations she mistakenly gave me 20% the whole bill and I told her the voicemail said 30% and she fixed it immediately. However I also had a 20% coupon for only the save the date cards from an expo. I said I wasn’t sure if I could use both and she said I could and all was said and done. I was very surprised she would let me use both and even mentioned that! But once I went to pick up the save the dates and pay the balance they refused to give me the additional 20% and said that I was confused because it was one or the other. She thought I was talking about the percentages she messed up on for the appointment issue. It wasn’t worth continuing to argue over. The billing paper I was given was a joke and should have been redone by Kaide before I left since their own paperwork confused them. They definitely need to improve the billing and paperwork. It would avoid a lot of upset people and when you tell a customer something, honor it! Unfortunately what irritated me the most was that we discussed trees on my invites/save the dates, specifically we talked about the tree trunks but when they gave me the first draft it was some eluclyptis leaves from their stock images. They didn’t put any effort into it. Stressing out, my fiancé and I drew up a rough draft and brought it in for their graphic artist. (This was all things I had hoped I would get help with by hiring them!) What finally sealed the deal for me giving them 1 star was the lack of care. When I went to inquire about my guest list addresses they said they needed to send me the template. Well if I’ve been talking to you about finalizing my last draft for my invite and ordered a hard proof already why wouldn’t you have sent that to me a week ago? Or long before that for that matter. The invitations were very late due to every step getting delayed because of this or that. Every little thing I felt I had to fight them on. I hired someone in person to avoid all these issues and get hands on help but I choose the wrong company! My invitations were the most important thing for our wedding with my fiancé being a mailman we wanted to put everything into them. I am very disappointed and wish I had thought twice before handing them the deposit! In my opinion their employees need to be more proactive and take some responsibility for their actions. I didn’t get any effort out of anyone until I demanded it and still they would find every excuse to blame anyone but themselves.

Our initial meeting with Brooke went very well and we felt like we chose the right vendor to produce all of the printing needs for our upcoming wedding. Then, once we paid the deposit and the process began, things began to fall apart. We were turned over to a staff member to complete the design and process the orders. Each minor change took approximately a week, even minor wording changes. Finally after 3 weeks of back and forth, we finally agreed to the final proof and were told it would take 10 to 15 business days to complete the order. So, in total it was going to take 6 weeks total from design to completion for this order! After all of the delays caused by the slowness in their design process, this timeframe would not work for us, and we were charged a $300+ expedite fee, which we paid. While not happy with the invitation order, we reached out to owner, Brooke discussed our dissatisfaction, but suggested we move forward with the remaining printing items if we could negotiate a discount in the originally paid expedite fee. She was unwilling to take responsibility for the delays and stated that the fee was non refundable, nor would they make any other concessions for the remaining orders which we intended to place with them. At this point, we have enlisted the assistance of another printing company to complete our needs. It's sad that this company's sales pitch was so good, but the follow through and customer service was so terrible and wouldn't even discuss their failures in order to continue doing business with us. Furthermore, when picking up the order we did have them complete, the person at the front desk was on the phone talking with another dissatisfied customer, apparently we aren't the only ones receiving poor service from this company.
