  Heidi Vassel made us the most beautiful bouquet of flowers! We had our wedding at a greenhouse, so we were looking for a florist who could work with our budget of ~$800 for only the bridesmaids/bride bouquets, boutonnieres, and cake flowers; Heidi was willing to work with our budget when most other places require a minimum $2000 purchase. The flowers turned out so beautiful and true to our vision, she delivered them perfectly on time and fresh, and she was open to suggestions! She event went ABOVE & BEYOND when our wedding party forgot the wedding cake flowers at home, she came to our rescue and brought additional fresh cake flowers to the reception, AND spent personal time decorating the cake. We couldn't have asked for a better florist!

  Heidi Vassel made us the most beautiful bouquet of flowers!   Book Heidi! She is AMAZING! Her flowers were gorgeous and much more beautiful than any other vendors I have seen! She has done all of my friends' weddings. On our wedding day there were 22 other couples getting married in the Draper Temple that day. Out of all the flowers, the ones she did for us were by for the most beautiful and unique. For the reception I wanted a flower decoration above the place where my husband and I would greet guests, but it wasn't in our budget. On our wedding day, Heidi surprised us and did it for us as a gift! It was so sweet of her. She is definitely the best florist in Utah!

  Without Heidi, my wedding would not have been the dream that it was. She was so helpful by making my ideas become reality. She made sure to communicate with me multiple times each week and she was so quick to get back to me when I had questions. Her ideas are so unique and creative, I had people commenting on the flowers constantly! I would highly recommend Over the Top Floral for any event. She is the best!

My only complaint would be that she was very unresponsive after our first sit-down meeting. I emailed her, messaged her on facebook, texted her, and called her before I was able to get a response. She did say that she changed her email after our initial meeting, but I wasn't aware, so I was very concerned by her lack of communication. In the end she did pull through, but the stress that was caused by her lack of communication wasn't helpful. She also had mentioned in our initial sit-down that we would go over which flowers to use and even have me accompany her to the wholesaler to choose, but this never happened and I only found out which flowers I had on the day of the wedding. If you aren't concerned with specifics, and you have a tight budget, I would still recommend Heidi.
