I really loved working with this vendor. I felt she went above and beyond what was expected of a florist. She delivered the flowers for a reasonable rate and helped pin the flowers on everyone. She added some extra decorative touches in the ballroom that were nice. She made sure that the flowers got on the cake. It really lowered my stress level on my wedding day knowing she was there.
Email was always responded to within 24 hours (sometimes within 2 hours!). She gave me several flower options so I could decide what worked for my budget. On the wedding day, she added a jewel to my bouquet that I had not requested, which was also a nice touch. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous.
