Beautiful Venue! I wouldn't have changed a thing!

Old Town Manor made our wedding day unforgettable. An extremely professional team with great communication. We had a more intimate ceremony and reception with approximately 30 people, and it felt incredibly perfect in this venue. I would recommend to everyone!

The Day of our Dreams!

We had our wedding at Old Town Manor on 9/30/23 and the entire weekend was everything we could have hoped for, and more! The staff was incredibly friendly and generous from the moment we arrived until our group departed. Would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend OTM for a special event, or if you are simply looking for a beautiful place to stay in Key West.

Truley Magical Experience

I chose Old Town Manor as the location for my wedding ceremony without actually seeing the space in person. Alison provided all of the information and pictures I needed to make my decision. OTM is a unique and cozy place for your wedding, and the staff was such a pleasure to work with. Communication is everything when it comes to planning a wedding and they were spot on in that category. We also had them make two specialty cocktails which were delicious, our guests were still raving about them the following day.

Amazing Wedding Experience

OTM was super-helpful. They gave us a in-person tour and we fell in love with the location.
They were so helpful with the set-up and the rooms.
I definitely recommend the bar package.
The brunch the day after the wedding was great as well.

Perfection!

The staff, the accommodations, the property, the location are amazing! It was the perfect venue for our wedding and reception. It was better than I ever imagined. Their breakfast is the best! Ceremony Venue

The OTM staff was amazing to work with for planning a destination wedding. We had 8 people total staying on the property and had our ceremony on site as well. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff takes great pride in making everything wonderful. They went above and above for us and truly made the process seamless! Being directly located near Duval Street made sure seeing easy!

November 2022 Wedding

If you are looking for an intimate, historical and romantic place to have your wedding in Key West, then look no further. From the time we inquired to our actual wedding, OTM made the process seamless and unforgettable. Alison, their event manager and the OTM team are truly amazing. They go above and beyond to make your special day such a great experience. We decided to do room blocks with OTM and rent the Skelton House next door for our wedding weekend. Guests were raving about the charm of OTM and the Skelton house. We can not wait to come back for years to come! Thank you OTM team for making our wedding process such a pleasant experience.

pitch perfect wedding setup!

Old Town Manor was the perfect venue for us! We did the full buyout package in mid-December and held our welcome gathering, ceremony, reception, and next-morning brunch all at the hotel. OTM is gorgeous and was beautifully decorated for the holiday. We were on the upper end of what is permitted for guest count (60 people) but everything was seamless and everyone enjoyed the cozy, house party vibe of our events. We got tons of compliments! Alison, Jamie, Rachel, and the rest of the team made everything simple and straightforward and really made everyone feel at home! We loved having the hotel filled with friends and family-- it made it easy to coordinate and spend informal time with folks between the big moments. We came away from the weekend so joyful and delighted with how everything turned out. Thank you, OTM!

BEST B&B in the best location

We rented out the OTM for our wedding this past weekend, (we didn't have our wedding ceremony/reception there but we all stayed there for the weekend) and it was literally everything I wanted in a B&B. We booked out all the rooms at the inn and got the discount for renting them all. Rachel, who was the amazing staff member working when pretty much everyone in our (insanely) crazy family checked in, said "the house is yours". They were SO accommodating and welcoming and willing to help with anything. Alison, who I worked with for the last year via emails and phone calls, left us a beautiful pillow with our wedding date on it, and Rachel helped bring around welcome bags we put together after we checked in. They made us feel so special and wonderful.

For the inn itself....well it was amazing. The rooms were beautiful, pool was beautiful, and Dock, the friendliest cat, just lounged around every day. Not to mention the food!!! Breakfast was delicious and everyone in the family enjoyed it. The location was the best...1 minute off of Duval street, but not loud at all. Private, quiet, and the most beautiful gardens and courtyard. We HIGHLY recommend this beautiful place, especially if you have a large group that you have to accommodate.

Amazing Place to Host Wedding/Guests

We rented out the entire B&B for our wedding weekend and it was wonderful! The location is amazing - quiet but Duval street and all the action is right around the corner. The rooms were immaculate, the breakfast was amazing, and everyone at Old Town Manor went above and beyond to make sure we had a great wedding weekend. We will be staying there every time we go back to Key West!

Intimate venue with historic charm & an amazing team to work with

We had an intimate 40 person wedding at Old Town Manor this past weekend. It could not have been more perfect for us! Alison, Jamie, Rachel, and Haytham all have a calm energy, and went above and beyond to help us and our guests. Hurricane Ian was threatening to cancel our event, but OTM did a wonderful job keeping us updated, and being flexible with our guests travel plans. The historic inn is beautiful, and perfectly located in Key West. It's so picturesque, our photographer seriously could not find a bad angle on the property! Highly recommend the All Yours Package, where your guests rent out all 14 rooms. We enjoyed hosting several events throughout the weekend, and using Old Town Manor as a home base for our adventures around the city. We had a such wonderful time with all of our friends and family, much to the credit of the attentive and caring team at Old Town Manor!

Best small wedding venue

From the start Old Town Manor helped in all the details of planning and booking a venue from a far super easy. I worked with Alison throughout the process and she was super attentive and answered any questions I had quickly through email. I hired my wedding planner Vicky Furman who the Manor recommend that took care of the major details. When we arrived a few days before our wedding Alison and the staff made sure we were comfortable and answered any other questions or concerns we had. Thank you Haythem, Rachel and Jamie! We had guest stay at the Manor and they all raved about the location and how easy it was for them to run quickly to their room to change or take a moment since it was super hot and humid during our weekend and our guests were not use to that. All the rooms were unique and had their special setting so it was a game for us to go visit each others room.
If you are looking for a one shop stop venue for a small wedding, where you don't have to decorate crazy to feel special, Old Town Manor is your stop. Only flowers we used were for the alter and tables because the tropic greenery were perfect. Thank Old Town Manor, we will be back next time we visit Key West.

We had a destination wedding and this was the PERFECT spot for our closest friends to stay and have our rehearsal dinner. I would recommend it 10000 times! The staff was GREAT. The food was great! The rooms were BEAUTIFUL!

Our wedding was at old town manor 08/13/2022 Alison is an angel and helped us through the entire process with planning as we do not live in Key west and did not see the venue until the day before, and let me just say… STUNNING the tropical background was beautiful and perfect for our wedding guest to keep everyone shaded and comfortable. 10/10 old town manor is amazing and we are so thankful for them!

Very beautiful venue

We loved this venue and it was so convenient to have most of the hotel booked with our family. They were very helpful and responsive. We also booked a mimosa breakfast and everyone loved it. Thank you old town manor and rose lane villas. The pool at rose lane was great for our family nice spot to chill out.

Perfect Intimate Tropical Garden Wedding in Old Town

We held our intimate wedding of 26 guests at the Old Town Manor in April. We could not have been happier with everything about our experience there! The guest house itself is located just a block off of Duval street and yet quiet, peaceful and so perfectly Key West, with its charming brick courtyard, orchids blooming from all of the palm trees and Doc the resident kitty who lazes about in the lobby. We worked with Alison and she was great, guiding us in finding our vendors and booking our guest rooms. What I loved most was that we were able to have all of our guests stay on-site with us so we could enjoy an extended weekend of festivities and time together. Alison and the staff were so flexible and easy to work and we were easily able to tailor our wedding and events to our taste and budget. This is not a cookie cutter, choose package A, B, C…like so many destination wedding venues. If you’re hoping to create a one-of-a-kind, special and intimate gathering, look no further than this sweet little hotel and wedding venue.

A fantastic and wonderful experience!

It was so great to work with Old Town Manor for our wedding weekend. The rooms were a great value and our friends and family had a great time. We hosted our welcome party there the night before the wedding and the wedding and cocktail hour there the following day. The gardens are beautiful (saved on decor costs too!). It was a breeze communicating and working through all the details, I feel like I barely lifted a finger.

Dream to work with!

Old Town Manor was hands down the best!! We used them for our hotel block and rented out the entire manor and the Skeleton house next door. Upon arrival they had gifted us a pillow with our wedding date and had a bottle of champagne on ice. It was the perfect island greeting after coming in from Alaska! The hotel staff knew immediately who we were and were extremely accommodating. They catered the breakfast to the dietary needs of our guests and cleaned the rooms very quickly. This made getting ready so much easier! We also used Old Town for our rehearsal dinner site. The back garden was an intimate setting and I didn’t need any additional decor. Did I mention we planned everything sight unseen? It’s walking distance to all the best spots. Alison and her team took great care of us and I would recommend this location to any bride!

Dream Wedding in Key West

Old Town Manor and it's staff made our dream wedding a reality. We wish we could do it all over again! Being from out of town and planning a destination wedding can be stressful, but Alison and her entire team made sure that we were taken care of throughout the entire process. They were all highly responsive and accommodating to our needs from start to finish. We decided to do the Weekend Buyout option of all of the rooms at the Manor and rented out the William Skelton Home next door for 14 of our guests(Which we highly recommend). In total we had 70 guests attend for our dinner and reception (we held ceremony 2 mins offsite at The Oldest House Museum & Garden), which we were worried may be too many for the space, however, it was perfect and still intimate like we wanted. The rooms at the Manor are spacious and decorated beautifully, each having their own unique style; Plus the proximity to Duval St. simply can't be beat. A quick tip is that there is a Wendy's almost right next door which was a lifesaver for late night cravings ! The daily breakfast was great and they even had gluten free options upon request. Overall 10/10, we had the best destination wedding weekend with our friends and family ! Thank you OTM for everything!

Old Town Manor is truly a unique little gem right next to Duval street. Perfect venue for the smaller more intimate ceremony and reception I wanted. Destination Wedding Key West

We absolutely loved our wedding week, not only in Key West, but Old Town Manor. Everything was perfect, staff were very helpful, the property was our own private Oasis! Best weekend of our life!

When my husband and I got engaged we knew Key West was where our wedding had to be. We quickly found Old Town Manor online and were immediately sold. We decided to book the entire hotel for the weekend and also use the courtyard for our welcome party and ceremony. Over the next year, Alison, OTM's amazing Coordinator, worked with us to make sure all the planning was going smoothly and made recommendations as needed. Once the weekend rolled around we were blown away by how beautiful the hotel was and the staff was incredible from the moment we arrived. They even made a cute pillow with our wedding date on it! Both events went perfectly! One of the best parts was being able to spend so much time with family and friends since we all stayed together at the hotel. It was truly the best weekend of our lives and we can't wait to go back to celebrate our anniversary for years to come. I cannot recommend Old Town Manor enough!

Professional and Personal Wedding

I can’t thank Alison and the staff at OTM enough! Our wedding was exactly how we had hoped! We did not see the venue in person prior to booking it for our wedding. Alison was kind enough to Facetime with us so we could see some of the grounds and accommodations. After many many months of thinking about how the wedding day was going to look and then how it ended up exceeded all of our expectations! Alison was very thorough and personable. She was always available to everyone to answer questions or make accommodations. The staff made sure everyone was happy and comfortable. Our room was beautiful and perfect. It felt like we were leaving home when we had to leave! The most amazing wedding

We picked this place because of the location and the fact that we could rent out all the rooms for our guests and have a wedding in the property. First of all, it is a beautiful, historic home that is kept so well maintained. The staff was on top of everything from the very start. My guests were all so pleased with their rooms and their whole stay. The breakfast was top- notch. I really had such a memorable experience. It was the best wedding we could have imagined. Wonderful intimate wedding at Old Town Manor!

We chose Old Town Manor for our micro wedding, and it was absolutely wonderful. We booked everything remotely, and Alison was so great to work with through the whole process. The pictures don't do the space justice. We had a beautiful ceremony in the back courtyard, followed by a seated dinner in that same space. It was absolutely wonderful, and I would definitely recommend choosing Old Town Manor!

Intimate Romantic Garden Wedding in Paradise

This venue was absolutely spectacular. We had our ceremony and reception at this venue. It was a stunning site with lush foliage and cool shade in the hot Florida heat. We had a group of about 13 stay at the Manor for the weekend and 26 total guests for the wedding. Alison and the staff went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect and to make our guests feel welcome. The vendors that were recommended by this venue all ended up being A+. They offer free complimentary breakfast every morning in the courtyard where all of my friends and family could mingle. It was a super convenient location and close to all the action on Duval st. but was also tucked away enough to be quiet and relaxing at night. The staff was flexible, warm, and attentive. The Manor is unique and beautiful. My experience there was perfection and I can't wait to go back to celebrate our anniversary. If you are looking for an intimate fairytale wedding in the heart of Key West, please book Old Town Manor! I cannot get over how wonderful this place is!

Dream wedding venue!

We fell in love with Old Town Manor during our first visit- we built our entire wedding weekend around the venue! The manor is truly one of the most beautiful venues on the island. Renting all 14 rooms and staying on property with our guests for the weekend made for an incredible celebration. The gardens and courtyards were perfect for our wedding of 50 guests. We hosted the reception dinner in the side garden, and dancing in the back courtyard. (Plus a welcome party the night before, and an awesome “hangover brunch” the morning after).

Alison, Haytham, and the staff at OTM deserve 100 stars for their hospitality and kindness. They covered every detail- from expertly managing all 3 of our events hosted on property, to recommending and managing the other amazing wedding vendors, to concierge services and escorting luggage to rooms, to receiving packages on our behalf in the weeks leading up to the wedding- they did it all.
The gardens are stunning, the suites are pet-friendly, comfortable & unique, and the location cannot be beat! We highly recommend contacting Alison for your Key West event- she was so easy to work with through the whole planning process and very accommodating to our guests. If you are looking for a space for your intimate event, Old Town Manor is it!

Amazing intimate ceremony

We cannot say enough good things about our experience at Old Town Manor. The venue is absolutely beautiful, the breakfast is incredible, and the staff was extremely helpful throughout our entire weekend. We rented out the Old Town Manor house and grounds as well as the William Skelton house next door for the 33 guests that attended our wedding. Alison (manager and event planner) was thorough, responsive, and helped us every step of the way. The proximity to Duval St, bars, restaurants, and landmarks could not be beat. It was off Duval just enough to be quiet and tranquil. They gave great recommendations on vendors (Great Events and Eventfully Yours are also great) and truly made our wedding weekend an awesome experience. If you are looking for a small, intimate, magical wedding weekend this is the place to do it!

The old town manor is a charming little place. All the employees including Alison and Doc (the residential cat) were so extremely accommodating and friendly during our stay there. Our wedding welcoming party went off without a hitch! I can not thank everyone enough that was involved in making our wedding weekend turn out to be so perfect! Padavano wedding

Everyone at Old Town Manor made our wedding weekend so special! We did a buyout and all of our guests had a great time. They were very helpful every step of the way with breakfast and suggestions for restaurants and activities. We had to reschedule due to covid and they were beyond accommodating. I highly recommend Old Town Manor to anyone in Key West. The pillow with our names and date was a sweet personal touch that I loved!

Highly recommend!!!

I would highly recommend staying at the Old Town Manor when visiting Key West. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are all clean and beautiful. They also have a very nice breakfast. We had booked the entire Old Town Manor for the weekend of my sons wedding. All of our guests were impressed. We cannot wait for our next visit. Amazing venue

Alison & team are spectacular! I couldn’t recommend this venue more. We had one heck of a weekend and lots of last minute changes due to weather and OTM was quick to offer any help they could give. Absolutely perfect!

The Old Town Manor was absolutely perfect for my small intimate ceremony! Alison was fantastic to work with from the beginning as well as the rest of the staff upon arrival. Very quick on answering questions and providing great vendor recommendations. My husband and I as well as our ten guests all stayed at the Manor and everyone was beyond impressed with the property and the staff. They all operated beautifully during this pandemic to give us the wedding of our dreams. The location is close to everything and the property is so charming and quaint as soon as you step into the gardens. We will be back!

Wonderful Elopement Stay

My husband and I made the decision to go with Old Town Manor for our elopement in Key West and could not have been happier! Our room at the sister property, Rose Lane Villa, was clean and was the perfect for what we needed. Working with Alison and Haytham was an ABSOLUTE pleasure and they each went the extra mile to make the entire planning process easy peasy, often answering several back and forth emails, as well as making faulous recommendations on where to go and what to see while we were there. We felt so well taken care of and will definitely be back!

Beautiful venue and easy to work with

The Old Town Manor is such a beautiful venue and Alison is very easy to work - we highly recommend! While we unfortunately were unable to have our wedding as planned at the Old Town Manor due to the corona virus (and instead arranged an at home, backyard virtual wedding), they were extremely helpful both during the actual planning of our wedding and the challenging process of having to cancel our wedding. We cannot speak to an actual ceremony since ours had to be cancelled, but we hope to one day return for an anniversary and/or vowel renewal ceremony. We give the corona virus negative 1 star, but the Old Town Manor 5 plus stars!

A beautiful buyout

Romantic December Wedding

I could not have asked for a more smooth experience. Everything turned out better than we had imagined. Alison and staff were always available for anything we needed and everything we didnt know we needed. I was concerned that the venue would be too cramped for my 75 guests but it was perfect for the ceremony, the seated dinner and the dance floor. The venue itself is intimate, romantic and magical. The lighting was beautiful. I added some more string lights, which the hotel was happy to accommodate. Many people came to say it was the best wedding they had been to. I could not have asked for a better evening.

Wonderful staff with Old Town Manor

We were married in Key West in 2009, and had rented out OTM and did our original reception there. For our 10 year anniversary, we did a repeat visit and had our anniversary party there. I'm happy to say that even though the ownership has changed, the property has done nothing but improve over time, and the entire staff there was a pleasure to work with. Much thanks to the great staff there, and we are looking forward to a return visit!

DREAM Wedding!!!

Words can’t describe how wonderful of a time we had at our Old Town Manor wedding. We booked it sight unseen (only based on reviews like this!), and then visited only once before our big day. Perfect Welcome Party & Send Off Brunch

We had the pleasure of renting out all the rooms at Old Town Manor and using the back garden area for both our welcome cocktails the night before our wedding as well as casual brunch the morning after. Both were everything I could have hoped for (as the bride) - it was a great atmosphere to set the mood for our tropical weekend celebration, conveniently located, and the staff was phenomenal to work with. Alison helped us with all the details of how much to order for food and drinks and recommended great local spots to add to our brunch on top of the really fantastic spread put on by her team. She was patient and flexible with us as we kept changing our minds and helped us execute the perfect weekend. We also did first look photos in the garden - gorgeous!! Absolutely loved all of our experience working with this team and venue.

Cocktail Garden Party

As parents of the groom, we held a Cocktail Garden party in the gardens of the Old Town Manor the night before the wedding. Alison helped me with all the details and was extremely flexible last minute with changes etc. It was a lovely venue, the caterer was great and the bartender/service at the Old Town Manor was excellent. We also hosted a brunch for additional people the morning after the wedding that turned out wonderful as well. I would recommend this venue as the location, pricing and staff lend itself to a lovely time and event to be shared by family and friends.

The best wedding venue in Key West, hands down

I wish I could give 10 stars. First of all, have you seen OTM? Its the PERFECT spot for an intimate gathering of friends/ family for a wedding or party. From the responsiveness and flexibility of their event staff (thanks Haytham and Allison!), to their very organized/ discipline approach to payment / organization, to the venue itself, everything was just stellar. My wife has always been the sappy one of us two, but even I have to say that our weekend there was unforgettable and magic. It will be a persistent and cherished memory that we will never, ever forget. The grounds were spectacular, the rooms wonderful, the AM breakfast buffet amazing (guest comments: WOW THIS IS SOME BOUGIE GOOD STUFF!). Its right off Duval but also nice and quiet. We had some weird/ special requests of the OTM team and they didnt even blink. They were very very accommodating (thanks for hosting a bunch of loud Cubans in my family!) and very sweet throughout. I can't understand why someone would choose another venue in KW =)

Intimate, relaxing, elopement with the best atmosphere and staff

The staff at OTM was phenomenal. I was in contact with Allison, the event coordinator, the whole time and if i ever reached out she was always quick to reply. She made recommendations and then reservations when the time was closer. She was flexible with timing and communicated well so i always knew how i could reach her. The staff at OTM was amazing as well, breakfast was always good and if we ever needed new towels or just a place to relax, we were always met with a smile. I cant recommended this place enough. It was perfect.

The Best Decision We Made Was To Have Our Wedding at Old Town Manor

The absolute best decision we made when planning our Key West wedding was to have it at Old Town Manor. Alison and her team were phenomenal taking excellent care of both myself, my (now) husband, and all our guests.

The property is beautiful. It captures the full old town Key West charm with their lush gardens, cozy lobby and porches, and comfortable, unique, and inviting rooms. Their location is also excellent right off Duval Street -but not on it! This way you’re within steps to all the action, but not in it when wanting to get some rest. Their daily breakfast is filling and tasty too!

We live in Boston, so when we began planning our wedding we were starting from scratch. Alison provided us with an enormous amount of detail so we were comfortable booking the wedding weekend sight unseen. (We had been to Key West before, but never to Old Town Manor). Alison then provided us with a list of preferred wedding vendors to choose from. From that point forward we weren’t planning as out-of-towners anymore, but like locals. We hired our wedding planner, photographer, and caterer all from that list. When we finally did get a chance to go to Key West to finalize details and meet in person for the first time prior to the wedding it was as if we were already family.

All of our guests that stayed at Old Town Manor over the wedding weekend loved their experience as well. One even said to us that the next time they come to Key West they won’t even look at other hotels because we introduced them to the best!

We give the highest rating to Old Town Manor and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an intimate beautiful outdoor ceremony and/or reception setting, with attached rooms for guests, and an awesome, friendly, and flexible staff who will make you and your guests feel incredibly welcome.

Old Town Manor and its staff are exceptional! We have stayed there numerous times, but for our wedding they really went above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience. Old Town Manor was hands down the best place my husband and I could have chosen for our destination wedding! We booked out the manor and the pink house next door. It was awesome having the grounds to ourselves and all OTM staff were amazing to our guests. We mainly worked with Kelly and Jonathan, but everyone involved in our wedding was great! Alison and Haytham were helpful with our trolley booking as well. Anything we needed was taken care of immediately. If you are looking for a venue for your Key West wedding, you seriously need to look no further. OTM has beautiful grounds, amazing staff and has a great location in Old Town. Perfect would be an understatement to describe our wedding day! :)

Kelly answered all my questions as I was looking into staying at the OTM for our wedding, of which I had many. We rented out the whole place and it was a great value in Key West, especially for the quality. It was wonderful to have the whole place for our group. Pet friendly. They also allow kids when you buy-out the place. Each room is unique and beautiful. Breakfast was about the same everyday, but nice. The grounds are lovely. It was nice to grab coffee and breakfast and site at tables with our family/friends in a beautiful setting. Water bottles placed in the rooms, along with water and tea available in the lobby was a nice touch. They provided us with a personalized gift and sent a thank you card, details are to the max and they made sure the stay was very special. All the staff were accommodating. Kelly made sure to check in us during our stay and took care of things we delivered there. The location is ideal. We were able to walk to all of our events. We look forward to having a special place to stay when we return. I cannot recommend this place enough. It was prefect for us!

We did not utilize OTM as our venue for our wedding - we rented out the entire place for our friends for the weekend of our wedding and I must say, it really was one of the highlights of our trip. We regularly travel with a large group of friends and really wanted to be close during our wedding weekend. I met with Kelly about 8 months before our wedding and she gave me a tour - I was absolutely in love with the place. When we checked in though, my expectations were exceeded.

Kelly and her team were so helpful in setting up our friends with bikes, scooters, etc. for them to ride around the island on. All of our friends were so impressed with the service and kept raving about what a good idea it was to book out the entire place. During breakfast it was just us in the court yard, and we could all get together back there at any time of the day or night. The rooms were gorgeous - everyone was really happy with their accommodations.

Kelly catered to my every need as a bride - from putting packages in my room as they arrived - to having champagne waiting for us when we checked in - and even a sweet gift and card for us. I miss this place already. I would highly recommend this for a group over a hotel block ... you really feel at home and the location could not be more perfect. Did I mention that I miss this place already? We will definitely be back.

Old Town Manor and it’s staff exceeded our expectations in every way! We booked the inn for our destination wedding site unseen, but Kelly helped us every step of the way during the planning process and throughout our wedding weekend. She made us feel se welcome and right at home! From the moment we arrived (late in the evening) Alison and Mojo were there to greet us and get us checked in. Alison even helped distribute some of our welcome bags that night for the early arrivals we were expecting. The rooms are lovely with tons of charm, yet all the modern amenities you need, and the housekeeping staff keeps everything in pristine condition. David the groundskeeper keeps the gardens and common space beautiful during every time of day! Throughout the weekend we had questions about things to do and places to go, and Robert & Haythem were always there to assist us and lead us in the right direction. Each staff member was so welcoming, it made us feel right at home. And I can’t forget the breakfast and coffee! It’s absolutely delicious and all of our guests looked forward to it every morning. The staff even offered to serve our leftover wedding cake during the breakfast after our wedding night and our guests went crazy over it!! Everything about our weekend was perfect and it truly exceeded my expectations in every way! Can’t wait to go back!!

This place was great and I hope the storm wasn’t too unforgiving with them. We have been worried about the staff and the manor, since it now holds dear memories of a great time.

And talking about time, we had a lovely one during our stay; all staff members we met, from the coordinator Kelly, the front desk staff (I apologize for I can’t recall names, but definitely the gentleman that greeted us on Friday evening and the Harry Potter fan girl from the weekend), to the kitchen staff, had such a great attitude and made the stay an unforgettable one. Honestly, I had never experienced such great level of service that truly felt genuine. Props to you guys!

Although we had a very small and intimate wedding ceremony, the staff made it feel like such a special event and for that we are deeply grateful for.

The place was very lovely and all guests were really nice; we actually got acquainted with several of them, and that made the stay that much more pleasant.

All in all, words can’t really describe how magical our stay was, and we are looking forward to being your guests again!

We are super pleased with how everything came out. Kelly answered all my questions and she made sure that our day was special. I never thought we would have the space, and caring people that we did. Our special day was so amazing. Our guests were so happy with our venue. Everything was absolutely perfect. Kelly was so attentive and so helpful. Haytham was so attentive to ours and our guests needs. The breakfasts were so amazing. They even put our gluten free cereal, knowing I (the bride) has celiac. Couldn't have imagined a more beautiful setting to have our special day. Everything was perfect. Seeing the sign on the bike rack warning them that it was going to be moved for our wedding was so 'real' feeling!

We are so incredibly thankful for overall experience provided by the management and staff of the Old Town Manor. We chose Old Town Manor sight unseen from Michigan. We knew we wanted a lush garden party feel, casual ceremony setting and a place where all our guests could feel comfortable as our wedding home base. The staff took great care be sure all of our guests enjoyed their stay and that our wedding went off without a hitch.

We stayed at the Rose Villa and it was MAGNIFICENT!!!! Before we even left, we began to google vacancy for the following year as we cannot wait to return here. The place is very clean, and gorgeous! The full kitchen is great - especially with small children. The pool is awesome - wasn't crowded at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Kelly, worked with me every step of the way. She truly cares about her clients and wants them to be comfortable and happy before they even arrive - thank you Kelly! If you are traveling to Key West, I would most certainly book this place, you will not be disappointed at all!

Beautiful grounds, clean nicely decorated rooms, quaint ambiance. Just right size and number of rooms we needed for my daughters destination wedding. Wedding Planner Kelly Langley was very helpful , very professional, friendly and always there to help or answer questions/emails w quick reply's. The remaining staff Haytham, Alison, Katie, Kelly & Mojo were just as good. Loved our stay there, all the guests said it was the best wedding they ever attended. We had our pre-wedding welcome BBQ/drinks reception at the courtyard in Old Town Manor and everything couldn't have turned out better! Kelly and the team were extremely helpful, responsive and flexible (especially considering we were looking for a last minute venue mere days before the event) and the ambiance of the venue was exactly what we were looking for. We put the team in touch with vendors and they were able to liaise with them directly to get everything on site, set up and later broken down and were very professional and friendly.

Old Town Manor was the perfect place to have our wedding! We rented out Old Town for the whole weekend. It was so nice to have all of our friends and family there with us. Kelly at Old Town is amazing and really makes the whole process easy. I would highly recommend having a wedding here!

For my daughter's wedding we rented both the Old Town Manor and the Pink House next door for the family and wedding party. The 3 days could not have been more perfect. Kelly attended to every tiny detail. On arrival we entered to a lovely black board welcoming the wedding. On the soon to be newlywed"s bed was a tasteful pillow with the date of their wedding. The lobby is welcoming and has flavored water and ice tea available 24/7. The rooms were tasteful, quaint and very clean. Kelly helped us with a welcome dinner and a final brunch. The events were perfect and seamless . I did not have to worry about anything. The outdoor patio is beautiful, filled with lovely orchids . This area offered a wonderful place for everyone to meet and catch up in an informal environment. We were allowed access to a catering refrigerator for any food and drink outside of scheduled events. The breakfast is varied and wonderful! The front desk, staffed by Haytham, Alison, Katie and Noor, always had helpful suggestions for restaurants. They also arranged any transportation needed and arranged for bikes to be brought to the property for all to use. I would definitely stay here anytime I am in Key West. Many of our quests stayed in other bed and breakfasts and frankly they did not compare. I can not thank everyone at Old Town Manor enough for helping to make this wedding week-end perfect!

Our wedding at Old Town Manor can be described in one word....PERFECT! The location was amazing; close enough to walk to just about everything, but far enough that you felt secluded and had the island to yourself. The staff and grounds were fantastic. Breakfast each morning had plenty of options and was delicious. Everything was perfectly coordinated and tailored to what we wanted, with plenty of great suggestions from Kelly. We knew we were in great hands from the first time we walked grounds, through months of planning and through our fantastic weekend!

The Old Town Manor is a beautiful tropical venue to hold a special event. We held our daughter's Wedding Rehearsal Dinner there just last weekend and with Kelly's help it was a memorable evening for all in attendance. The tropical gardens with the black iron tables and chairs provided the perfect spot for an evening of celebration and great food.Kelly was there to help in anyway needed.At the end of the night she and another staff member helped us with the clean up. It was fabulous! Many of our guest also stayed at the OTM and had a splendid experience.

Kelly was awesome to work with from the first time I emailed asking questions about the Skelton House, to all the work she did above and beyond the call of duty at our event at the Old Town Inn. She was helpful, professional, fun to work with, responsive and ready to do whatever it took to make our event successful. She had the Skelton House set up beautifully and was always there if we needed anything. Her staff Katie, Haytham, Alison and Mojo were terrific...very knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. We booked most of Old Town Manor and Rose Lane Villas for our wedding guests and we had our rehearsal dinner at Old Town Manor in the little courtyard area. We had about 80 people and I would say that would be about the most you would want to have in that area. It was done beautifully, Kelly was so helpful getting all of the details right since this was a destination wedding for us. She kept in contact with me my email and all of the details were accurate online with regards to the rooms. It is really nice staying so close to Duval Street, but it feeling far away from the party scene.
When we arrived, Kelly gave me a tour of the grounds and the rest of the bed and breakfast, she walked me over to Rose Lane Villas and on our bed was a custom made pillow with the date of our marriage on it as a gift, a very nice touch! Kelly arranged for a bunch of bikes to be at the B&B for my guests to use and I didn't have to hassle with being there when they arrived or when they were picked up.
I highly recommend Old Town Manor and Rose Lane Villas for a wedding compound, rehearsal dinner spot, any kind of party where you want everyone to be close.
I like this B&B because the breakfast is a beautiful buffet of all kinds of stuff, you can sit out in the courtyard with friends or family while you eat. And it was great because its dog friendly, our dog was in our wedding.... he roamed around the courtyard area in the mornings while we all ate, it was fantastic. (If anyone else was there other than our friends and family we had him on a leash).

The experience we had at The Old Time Manor went way beyond what we could have ever dreamed possible. Our Wedding was small so everyone was able to stay at the Manor in rooms all around the beautiful patio garden. We were all there getting to know each other 2 days before the wedding which made things less stressful. We could spend time together and then go out on the town in walking distance. Then wake up in the morning and have a wonderful breakfast together in the garden patio. Everything went smoothly and the staff made us feel like family. Can't say enough good things about our stay at The Old Time Manor. It made our Son's Wedding a wonderfully intimate experience.

Thank you Old Town Manor, you exceeded all of our expectations!! We got to attend the best wedding we've ever been to and it was ours. The setting was beautiful and the reception was so much fun. We rented out Old Town Manor and the William Skelton House so everyone was together all weekend. It was a really special event for everyone. We had family members stay in the William Skelton house that haven't seen each other in over 15 years. Breakfast every morning was soooo delicious. Both properties are beautifully decorated and well maintained. Also the location is ideal since it's right off Duval and Eaton, our guests could walk around the city and come back to their rooms easily without getting cabs or driving. The reception was really beautiful with the gardens and cafe lightening as the backdrop, we hardly needed to add decorations. We had 51 guests, we brought in a few tables and used most of Old Town Manor's tables and chairs. The DJ set up in the back of the courtyard and the dance floor was fun since our guests in a more intimate setting and didn't feel like they were on display. They also provided a bar tender that was awesome and friendly! Kelly did an amazing job coordinating with all of our vendors and our wedding planner to make sure everything was in place. Kelly answered tons of emails (from us and our guests) over the past year and was available for questions all weekend. Our guests told us the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I'm so happy we stayed at Old Town Manor, it was truly an memorable experience for everyone!

Absolutely perfect! The location is so close to everything. You can park your car and not need it again til you leave which is great in Key West. The grounds are so lush and beautiful. Kelly did an amazing job handling all of our needs. Our reception went off without any issues at all. The rooms were very nice and our guests all loved their accommodations. Even though we were steps from Duval it was quiet and peaceful at night. In the morning the breakfast was even better than I hoped. If you want a very intimate, warm, and inviting setting for your reception, this is the place.

Old Town Manor, made our day their top priority! Kelly will always be one of our fondest memories of our wedding day. She made us feel welcomed and handled any unexpected situation with a smile. We could not be more happy with the services provided and our wedding guests raved about their accommodations. We rented the venue for our wedding weekend and every guest noted the exceptional service. During an outfit malfunction, Haytham quickly pointed the groom to a spectacular store and even phoned beforehand to make sure the groom was given top priority. He even stayed after hours to accommodate late arrivals. Our wedding coordinators could not speak more highly of Sebastian. He offered endless service to them with a smile. Katie and Allison added to the exceptional service by giving advice and routing our party of 30 to the best locations the island had to offer. Just to paint a vivid picture, we asked the room steward for extra towels. As I opened the door, my fur baby took off. Without missing a beat the lady scooped up my fur baby and handed me towels with a smile. Our wedding was a dream come true and we are forever customers of Old Town Manor.

We booked the entire Bed and Breakfast for our wedding weekend , the experience was absolutely marvelous !! We felt in love with the property when we went to see it a few months before the wedding, we visited different lodging places but the Old Town Manor was the number one! From the gardens to the uniqueness of the rooms, what an amazing place!! The staff was so accommodating and friendly , the manager Kelly was very professional and helpful , from responding emails , answering all kind of questions we had to being very welcoming to us and to our guests! The staff was so nice too ! Sebastian was very helpful answering questions about the Island and giving us suggestions for good restaurants and places to go ! The kitchen crew was amazing , especially Blanca ! She was so friendly !
The breakfast is out of this world !!! So fresh , organic , delicious !!!
Mojo, the house pet was so cute and lovable and we were so pleased the way they treated our dog ! They made her feel right at home!
The house is very charming , elegant , the rooms are beautiful ! Since we booked the entire house for our guests we were able to see all the rooms and our guests were so pleased with our choice! If you are getting married , we will suggest the Anniverssary room! Perfect room for a bride to get ready ! Besides it is so beautiful and you will feel like is set back in another century! :-) ( the only thing about the Anniverssary room that I wasn't too happy with was the shower floor , it is a bit wore out) other than that it was perfect!
Just a few steps away from Duval Street! And that is plus !
The one downside is the parking , don't plan to use your vehicle during your stay there , that parking garage is pretty far and us and our guests weren't too happy about that.
We highly recommend the Old Town Manor , we are so happy we choose it as our wedding headquarters!!
Can't wait to go back!!
