The Oakland Zoo is an upcoming wedding location that I would recommend for anyone who wants an alternative venue and flexibility. Our guests loved it!

We had to negotiate our wedding ceremony inside the Zoo and I hope we paved the road for future brides and grooms. The Zoo was hesitant at first, but once we got ahold of the right people, they were very helpful and supportive. Because we were one of, if not the first, to marry inside, we had to do a lot of leg work. I think that the Zoo will be smooth sailing with these events in the future. Amber, Tim, and Vince are great!!
