We hosted all of our wedding events (except our ceremony) at Oak Crest. Oak Crest hosted my bridal luncheon on a Friday afternoon, our rehearsal dinner later that night, and then our cocktail hour and wedding reception on Saturday night. My now husband and I and all of our bridesmaids stayed at the mansion for the weekend. With all of the events and multiple people staying their at the same time, I thought it might be difficult for the venue to manage everything but they absolutely blew me away with their level of service and how quickly they flipped each room to deliver the guest experience that we wanted for each event. Lisa, the venue owner and coordinator, worked with me on the Thursday before my wedding to ensure that we had every detail nailed down for all of the events, which really put my mind at ease. And then Oak Crest executed on the details so I could focus on being present with my family and friends. It truly meant the world to us. Lisa also made all of my bridesmaids who stayed at the mansion feel so welcome and special and several of them said they were so glad they stayed for the weekend, as it made the logistics so much easier. I should also note that the food at Oak Crest is EXCELLENT! We had multiple guests tell us that they were shocked by how delicious the food was, particularly the chargrilled oysters and the potato bar that we had. I was admittedly a little nervous about the food leading up to the wedding because I had not done a tasting with the venue before our big day, but now I wouldn't change a thing. The food exceeded all of our expectations! Thank you Oak Crest for making our wedding weekend so special!

The oakcrest mansion inn did a incredible and fantastic job for me and my husband's rehearsal and wedding day. Lisa and her team went above and beyond with making every moment fun and magical. All of our guest have said they had a wonderful time at the rehearsal and wedding. Me and my husband couldn't agree more we are so glad we picked the oakcrest for our venue!!. Thank you again!!

Oak Crest Mansion was the perfect location for our December wedding! The venue is beautiful and the staff will take excellent care of you. Lisa was the best coordinator we could have asked for!

The service is excellent. The Coordinator is attentive, flexible and went above and beyond to make our dreams come alive. This beautiful home was the perfect spot to host our family and friends for our wedding. This is a one stop shop - locations, food, flowers, decor, rooms, and so much more - that makes wedding planning easy and affordable!

This picturesque mansion was a beautiful place for a wedding and reception! So many great options for pictures and ceremonies! The staff was incredibly accommodating and patient. It made the wedding and wedding reception a truly enjoyable experience!

The old house, the ballroom, the staff, the weather, the service all came together so well to make the perfect wedding day for our daughter. This place is beautiful and the people who run the venue know what they are doing. Highly recommended.

When we walked into Oak Crest, I knew it was the location of our venue! It is beautiful and Lisa was so incredibly helpful in planning and organizing our day! I struggled with finding a florist and rental company… Lisa does both!! She took pictures of our vision and turned them into a reality. We had such a classy and gorgeous wedding in Pass Christian. She also played a roll in finding a horse and carriage for our parents to surprise us with!

Oak Crest Mansion Inn hosted our wedding. They were always so professional and flexible. All of our friends and family were in awe of the beauty of Oak Crest and still talk about it when they see us. If there was ever a question on whether or not we could afford a certain service, they would always work with us to satisfy our needs. My only complaint is sometimes they were hard to reach or take a while to get back with you, but all of our questions were always answered. Thank you Oak Crest creating my dream wedding into a reality with your beautiful venue! I couldn't have asked for a better venue.

Chef Patrick and his crew stepped up and helped my family after another local catering company folded and took half of our total wedding budget with them. He contacted me and offered to help with the catering. After interviewing several other caterers who didn't seem to get my mixed vegan menu we decided to go with Patrick not only for the major discount he was willing to offer us but because their food and service was beyond par. He seamlessly mixed local comfort foods and vegan dishes into a fabulous gourmet buffet. With a few changes and cut backs that no one knew of we were able to have the wedding of our dreams and still on budget. People are still complimenting us on the food that night and I am looking forward to working with Chef Patrick again!

I was planning my wedding while living 4 hours away from the venue, so I needed a venue that could be attentive and help me cover all the details that could slip through the cracks while I wasn't local. Lisa from Oak Crest Mansion did that! She handled the florals (which were stunning), linens, centerpieces, tables, and chairs. She kept everyone in my party on track, and Oak Crest's staff was super efficient and kind. Lisa also did a great job helping me coordinate with the few vendors I did have like the band, and made the planning super stress free and easy for me. It was great that my family didn't have to worry about things like cleaning up after the event. The planning sessions we had together were very organized and the invoicing was clearly laid out. It's not the cheapest option for wedding planning, but I paid for convenience of a wedding planner and timeless venue, and I think it was well worth it. It was the perfect day for me! My one issue with the venue might have been the catering and restrictions. The prices were a bit more than anticipated, and we didn't get to take home the leftover food or alcohol we paid for. But I think more diligent budgeting, menu planning, and RSVPing would have helped a lot. The food is the last thing I think about when looking back on the day.

And honestly, the venue with all its perks and Lisa's services was more affordable than most of the venues in this area. Lisa is happy to adopt your vision and make the day yours. I would say Oak Crest is systematic and efficient about its layouts and timelines, but that doesn't mean they're not customizable. I had some pretty hard rules about wanting to limit how much waste was produced at the wedding and they were happy to be flexible with me and honor my wishes. And I think the variety of events the venue hosts shows for itself how versatile it is.
