NYX was phenomenal! You do not even need to give them a list of songs you want played. They just walk into the room, get a feeling for the crowd, and play hits that will have your guests dancing the whole evening!

I'd also like to add that I did not ever hear them try to advertise or solicit business during my event, which was greatly appeciated!

I had so many compliments from the guests regarding the music and the lighting. My favorite compliment was... "this was truly a celebrity wedding." Everything was so perfect and all thanks goes to NYX.

The DJ was professional and had great music selection, the MC really hyped the crowd and got everyone dancing, the lighting added so much to the mood. I really could not have asked for more.

Howie is great to work with to create exactly the vibe that you want for the music. It was important for us that the entertainment be a unique experience for our guests so Howie suggested incorporating 2 live musicians. Our guests couldn't stop talking about it.

DJ Leko was GREAT! We wanted to keep our guests on the dance floor all night and he did just that! He paid attention to how the guests were reacting to the music and made any necessary changes to keep the party moving.

Howie, Sandra, and their team did an amazing job at our wedding. They had excellent suggestions for our play list and were really committed to keeping everyone dancing and enjoying the wedding. They were also honest about what was less likely to work (such as my husband's list of 20-some headband songs). Yet they were also sure to incorporate the aspects that were important to us. Sandra was very responsive along the way with suggestions, questions, follow up with our other vendors, etc.

When things got off schedule due to key family members' late arrival, Sandra and Howie were able to improvise in order to keep the flow and still fit in the important elements. Howie really got the audience involved and during the garter toss had us all at the edges of our seats. I would highly recommend Sandra, Howie, and their team at NYX Entertainment.

Howie and Sandra of NYX Entertainment were SUCH a pleasure to work with. We hired NYX Live and we were thrilled with them. They put on an unbelievable show! Thanks so much for being a part of our wedding night!

We were happy with NYX and they were professional. The DJ was awesome. He missed a few "must-play" songs but we had a lot on our list, and he went with what was right for the mood/timing. That would be the only thing we could say that wasn't perfect.

They did both the ceremony and reception music, so they can do both. The DJ arrived early to set up, which we were stressing about weeks prior. It all went off without a hitch and everyone had a blast!

People are still commenting on how great the music was at our wedding. Dj Hibachi was phenomenal. Played everything we wanted to hear and had some great new mixes. Couldn't have been more satisfied.

NYX Entertainment provided music for our cocktail hour and reception. Their staff is very professional and friendly. The 5-piece latin band that played our cocktail hour was wonderful and NYX was very flexible and accomodating in letting us select exactly which songs would be played during the one-hour set. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed with our DJ. Several details we had discussed prior to the wedding about specifics that we wanted, such as song selection, were not followed through as we had asked. Based on the price for their services, we were expecting a much higher level of quality.

Everyone at NYX was GREAT. We met Howie and right away we knew that we were dealing with someone who was really passionate about what he does and cares about doing a good job. Sandra was so helpful and always there to answer questions, set up any scheduling and help us with changes to the list and put us in contact with our deejay. The day of, Russell, our emcee, and our Deejay, were there ready to go and get the party started. They were so entertaining and really added to the atmosphere so everyone danced all night. The majority of our request list was played and in such a way that it really made the night flow. The equipment worked great and I really was really impressed how they made everything work so well in the different rooms for the cocktail hour and the ballroom. I would recommend them to ANYONE. So knowledgeable and SO MUCH FUN.

NYX was amazing! Before I found NYX, I searched and searched for a band that could play everything I wanted really well, much less able to play everything I wanted..top 40s, r&b, hip-hop, sinatra, and 80s. I loved the energy of the band but wanted a DJ so I could have all the different types of music. I had no luck until I was referred to NYX who had the best concept Ive ever heard of...the concept is to have a DJ along with live musicians that play live music via instruments over the DJ's music, so you get the energy of the band, but get to hear any song you want as you still hear the original singer of the song...its was incredible! We had a drummer, percussions, saxaphone, etc...just imagine Sinatra with a live sax! I used MC Howie and he was so prefessional and sooo incredibly detailed...everyone kept saying how amazing the music was and the dance floor was packed all night! At one point, Howie started rapping the 80s music himself right on the dance floor in the middle of the crowd! NYX, especially Howie, was by far our best choice and I would recommend him to everyone!

We were extremely pleased with NYX entertainment. From the beginning their enthusiasm and expertise put us at ease in knowing we made the right decision. We are still hearing comments on how impressed guests were with them!

We had an amazing wedding night and we owe much of that to NYX - they were great!! I really did not have to worry about anything - I left it to them to pick out a number of the songs - introduction, cake, etc - and was happy with all of their choices. The team was really nice and very talented. All our guests were dancing and I think that's the most you can ask for!! As for the pre-wedding service - they were always there to answer any questions and were right on top of getting things taken care of. It was a wonderful experience overall!
