April wedding

We had the pleasure of working with Keith as our minister 2 weeks ago at our wedding ceremony. He was highly recommended to us by my sister in law. The first time I spoke to him he was super personable I got to know him and throughout the process he got to know myself and my husband. He put my mind at ease knowing that we are working with someone who has a lot of experience (he was the minister at my sister in laws wedding in 2016!) He listened to my vision for my wedding day and always gave me suggestions. I wanted to include my son in our ceremony and he gave me an idea of having him walk me down halfway to my now husband and also the candle ceremony, our son loved it! He was always very thorough, informative and professional. The day of the wedding he was there 45 mins before like he had said to rehearse with us. The ceremony was beautiful he included every detail and even included a little prayer( he even moved out of the way at the end of the ceremony for the photos!) We are very glad we chose Keith as our minister!

Top notch.

Keith officiated our Long Island wedding and we couldn't be happier with his work. He's warm, helpful and was responsive throughout the entire planning process. He's also quick on his feet and seems prepared for all types of wedding ceremonies, so I'd recommend him to anybody looking for an officiant in the area. Keith is a total pro.

The Perfect Officiant

Keith officiated our wedding this past October and we couldn’t be happier. Our wedding plans were a bit unconventional, planning our ceremony in just a month with only immediate family attending. Regardless, Keith made the entire process stress free. Thanks to him, our ceremony was exactly what we wanted. His speech was amazing. It included details about us a couple, which proves he pays close very attention to detail. And bonus points for being funny!

Keith is the best!

Keith was the perfect officiant for our wedding. From the moment we spoke to him, I knew he was going to create a meaningful and thoughtful ceremony. He worked with my partner and I to create a personalized ceremony that guests are still talking about a month later! He was extremely kind, and it felt as if he had known us for years! He also made his way into Manhattan to officiate our wedding! We are forever grateful for Keith!

Keith was amazing to work with!

We had such a wonderful experience with Keith as our officiant. Everyone thought it was a perfect ceremony. We were able to work with Keith on our style and choose our vows. He was so punctual on our actual day and made us feel so at ease before our ceremony.

The perfect officiant for us!

We found Keith via positive reviews from past brides within Facebook wedding/Larkfield related groups. He was the one and only officiant that we met in person and, after ending up talking, laughing and getting to know each other for almost 2 hours, we knew that we could trust him to marry us. He has done hundreds of weddings at Larkfield alone and we felt comfortable with his level of experience and professionalism. Our ceremony went smoothly and was light, at times funny and genuinely filled with love. Many of our guests asked us afterwards how we knew Keith because he seemed to know us so well despite us only speaking with him a few times. Everyone raved about the job that he did and we would absolutely recommend him again and again to future brides.

Keith is absolutely AMAZING!! My husband and I started our wedding planning during COVID, and from our first initial phone call with Keith he was nothing short of professional, friendly and personable. Before our call was over my husband and I knew we were booking him without even meeting him. Communication throughout our time was seamless. Fast forward to our wedding day and he was prompt, knowledgeable and so comfortable to be around. Our ceremony was beautiful!!!! There was not a dry eye in the house and his words were so meaningful. We watched the ceremony on our wedding video and still everyone was crying because of the superb job Keith did. He was one of our favorite vendors and would recommend him 1000 times over and over again. We will totally be using Keith for future events should we decide down the line to renew our vows. Keith was amazing!

My venue suggested I use Keith as an officiant. And thank god they did! My first conversation with Keith I think we were on the phone for 2 hours while he got to know all about me and my fiancé. He remembered all little stories and things I told him and made our day extra special. He helped me outline a perfect ceremony. My guests could not stop raving about him. He’s professional, funny, and just an amazing human. I would highly recommend him as an officiant.

Nothing short of amazing

I was looking for an officiant very cautiously due to Covid. I didn’t want to commit to someone and have to postpone and lose money but Keith made me feel Beyond comfortable. He had us fill out a small questionnaire that really made my husband and I reflect on our relationship. My husband thought that he would be able to say his vows without writing them down but once he heard Keith describe our love he was speechless. Keith made sure to incorporate both of our personalities into speech as well as abiding by our wishes to not make it very religious. I can’t thank him enough for the wonderful union he conducted.

So personable and professional

Booking Keith was one of our best wedding decisions. I reached out to him just 5 days before our wedding and he responded instantly. We chatted on the phone before he sent me some ceremony samples. While we were just a few days ahead of our wedding, I was immediately comfortable booking with Keith. Our ceremony was exactly what I had hoped it would be. Family and friends raved about how well spoken and genuine he was during our ceremony and a few assumed he was a close friend or relative. He is so professional and personable. After the ceremony he arranged for the Best Man and Matron of Honor to sign the marriage license and emailed me a photo copy on the spot. What a great service!

Perfect Choice

My wife and I are not very religious and we just wanted a basic, no frills ceremony officiated by a normal guy. We met Keith for coffee and we knew instantly that he was the right choice. He is very down to earth and normal, and he understood exactly what we were looking for. For the actual ceremony, he drafted a script, we played around with it a bit and made some edits and sent it back to him, and we were good.

We had an unfortunate situation during the actual ceremony because it was outside and a truck going in reverse behind the garden where we got married was making loud beeping noises and made it very difficult for people to hear. Keith had to stop a few times and make some jokes out of it. But he handled it well and he was funny and charming, and all of our guests were very impressed by him.

Would recommend him to anyone looking for a secular officiant.

Amazing Officiant! Modern, fun, kind, and responsive.

Keith was amazing! I attended a wedding in 2011 that Keith officiated, and I knew then that I wanted him to eventually officiate mine (I hadn't even met my husband at that point in time!). We reached out to Keith about a year out from our wedding in the Summer of 2017. From our first call, we felt totally at ease with him. We discussed our backgrounds, our preferences and ideas for the ceremony, and he has us answer a variety of questions to get to know us better. He helped us curate beautiful readings and was familiar with our venue (the DeSeversky Mansion) and how to time out a few key elements of the day. He was responsive, calming, and FUN! Rest assured that he can accommodate your specifications. We wanted a secular, poetic ceremony that felt like US and involved a few readings by our dear friends and family, and Keith delivered! His rates were reasonable, our families loved him, and he made our experience incredibly meaningful and special.

We couldn't have asked for a better officiant. This man put his heart into making our ceremony personalized for us! Of all the decisions we made regarding our various vendors and services, choosing Keith to be our officiant was probably one of the easiest and best decisions we made. Keith was personable, easy to talk to and created a beautiful ceremony that our family and friends are still talking about. Keith shared a moment with each of us the morning of our wedding and put our minds at ease and took so much stress away. Keith was amazing! Our ceremony was fabulous. We incorporated the family medallion into the ceremony for my step daughter based on Keith's advice, and it was such a special moment. She even presented us with the rings since my husband didn't have a best man. We rehearsed literally 20 minutes before the ceremony and it was perfectly fine. Everything turned out great. People were telling us during the reception how we knew Keith because the ceremony was so personalized. Filling out that questionnaire definitely made the ceremony unique. If you want a lighthearted, fun, and genuine guy to perform your ceremony, pick Keith!! He was awesome!! Thanks so much Keith!!

Keith was honestly one of the highlights of our whole wedding. My husband and I, including our families were so nervous and had no idea what to expect but Keith walked us through every step of the process, while keeping us laughing the whole time. He made us feel so relaxed and all of our guests agreed that he delivered a well written, well spoken, beautiful ceremony. It was everything we asked of him and more. I would recommend him a million times over, just the best!

Keith did an amazing job officiating our ceremony for our wedding last Friday. We chose to personalize our vows and I am so glad we did. Keith was an amazing officiant at our wedding. From my husbands and I first encounter with him we loved him from the start. He was very informative, attentive and engaging. We appreciated his wisdom and insight of his speech. His humor was great! My guest just loved him! My husband was very appreciative of the advice he gave him the day of the wedding. He also gave wonderful direction to our bridal party as well. He truly went above and beyond. In a video taken from one of my guest. You see Keith bending down to fix my train after he pronounced me and my husband as man and wife. I was applauded by this because just a week ago Keith shared that he had surgery on his ankle but assured me that he will not miss our special day. What true dedication! It's also amazing when others pointed out his awesomeness. We have no regrets and we are happy we had him share in our special day. I highly recommend him! Thanks Again Keith!

As soon as I spoke to Keith on the phone I knew he was the right fit for our wedding. We had all our guest at our ceremony and Keith was like a friend or family memeber. He performed the most beautiful and personalized wedding ceremony. Guests are still raving about how wonderful Keith was. He also submitted our marriage license for us. Let me start off by saying I never write reviews, until I met Keith. He officiated my 09/16/17 wedding. My husband and I were extremely happy with him. He did exactly what we asked for. After the ceremony, many guest had come up to us and said how much they loved his message. He is funny, sweet, and makes you feel very relaxed. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!!!!!

We used Keith for our wedding on 8/13/17 and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! He will cater your ceremony to whatever you want, short, long, religious, non-religious, etc. He tailors the speech so your guests will think he's an old friend of yours. Keith recently officiated my wedding on August 12, 2017. I was very picky on who I wanted to offiate my wedding because I wanted everything to be perfect. Well Im so glad I picked him because he was so professional, friendly, and always new the right things to say. He made me feel at ease in the most stressful time of my life. He was amazing!!!! Our wedding was this Friday, 8/11/17. I found Keith on Weddingwire and his excellent reviews gave me confidence that he would be a great officiant for our secular ceremony. He was extremely responsive to all our questions, and his questionnaire helped him to get to know us as a couple, and helped make our ceremony personal to us. After we had been told short notice a few months before our wedding that we no longer had an officiant we had come across nymarriages.com and Keith was available right away. We had gotten prices and talked to other officiants but they did not compare. Keith was very easy to work with. He provided us with a format for our ceremony that was exactly what we were looking for. We did not do a rehearsal with him when we could have and still everything was great! He definitely does his job well and we were very happy to have selected him as our officiant for the best day of our lives.

Keith from NY Marriages is a top notch, personable and professional Wedding officiant. My husband and I were looking to have someone who wasn't too religious, but someone who could also still make our ceremony appealing to the older more traditional crowd. He was able to incorporate elements of a traditional wedding with a modern, meaningful and romantic feel. Keith and myself only worked through phone and e-mail leading up to our big day, but upon meeting him, I felt completely at ease (even arriving almost late to my own wedding!). Keith made our day special by incorporating little tidbits about Will & I and making sure to invoke smiles and laughter from both us and our attendees. We had rave reviews from our guests! Keith is incredible. From our first phone call I knew he would be perfect, but he exceeded my expectations. We wanted a non-faith ceremony and something short and sweet. My father had passed away a few months before the wedding and I was nervous about being too emotional to get through the ceremony. Keith handled everything with grace, humor, and experience. He kept everything lighthearted and made sure we laughed and smiled the whole day. I was shocked to receive so many compliments from friends and family members (even grandparents) about the ceremony. Do yourself a favor and hire this man. He will do exactly what you want even if you don't know what it is you want.

Out of all of the officiants my husband and I met with or spoke to, NY Marriages was not only the most affordable but much more importantly Keith Gugliuzza was the most relatable and down to earth. He had the most personality and we immediately felt a connection and knew this was our guy. He was always accessible and responded quickly to all of our questions and was willing to meet with us after work hours so that we could meet in person months before the ceremony. Keith was an excellent Officiant! He responded promptly to emails and was flexible with our needs. He arrived to the venue as he said he would. He has professional and calm demeanor. Keith was amazing!!! This was a second marraige for both of us so the traditional vows would not work for is. What he put together was amazing. We also had "borrowed and old" wedding bands as we were going to be tattooing our actual bands. What he put in to replace the traditional was perfect. He was professional, sincere and had both of us as well as our guests (minus our 3 year old son), at full attention on what had prepared. Would recommend him to anyone looking.

Keith officiated our wedding on August 29, 2015. From our first meeting with Keith up until our wedding day, Keith was exceptional. We found Keith after reading reviews about NY Marriages online and set up a meeting right away. Keith is very personable, funny, and sincere - I definitely felt like I already knew him for a long time, even though I just met him. These characteristics were very important because we wanted our ceremony to be genuine and heartwarming, especially since our ceremony was outside the church, much to the dismay of our families at first. Keith understood this right away, and we chose the package in which we could personalize the ceremony by filling out a questionnaire first. We provided Keith with a lot of information, but he tastefully coalesced the highlights of our answers into a beautiful, genuine, and personable ceremony. We received so many compliments from all of our guests (including our family!) about Keith and his execution of the ceremony. We were thrilled and truly enjoyed ourselves!

The day of our wedding was quite hot in the sun, and Keith felt the pulse of the our guests and made sure to not make the ceremony very long. Moreover, Keith arrived about 30-45 minutes before the ceremony, introducing himself to my family and bridal party by making us laugh and cutting the nervous tension, well, especially for me. Keith went over the logistics of the ceremony to everyone, and I was relieved. Within the week after we were married, Keith sent us a PDF of our marriage license for personal records. The official one from the state should be coming in a couple of weeks. NY Marriages is also reasonably priced and worth every penny.

Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Keith for your wedding ceremony as he is professional, personable, and down to earth. He truly made our wedding ceremony an unforgettable one, not just for my husband and I, but for all of our guests.

Keith was amazing! He officiated our wedding on August 9, 2015, and he made us feel so relaxed. My husband and I were not seeing each other before the ceremony, and it was difficult not to see one another! Keith knew this and acted not only as our go between with words of encouragement, but he also acted as one of our biggest cheerleaders! My husband was so nervous and he assured him that in the other room I was excited and so ready to see him! He also explained exactly how the ceremony would work before we walked down the aisle so we knew what to expect, which was awesome! We are of different faiths, and he blended them perfectly. Our families were so pleased, and everyone said the ceremony was beautiful. It focused on our love for one another, as well as our own personal story. Keith let us fully customize the entire experience, and he was with us throughout the entire journey! His support and guidance made all the difference!! During the ceremony, he encouraged us to talk, hold hands, and do whatever we needed to feel comfortable. He was funny, lighthearted and kind, and just so positive! We loved having him as our officiant.

We eloped from the rest of the world since my kids lived in Japan and one of his lived so far away from us. There was no point in inviting others when our kids couldn't participate. On the actual day of our wedding, I was feeling nervous that we had nobody but just one witness and fhat it was going to be just a signing of the marriage license. Keith made our wedding ceremony absolutely perfect. It was like he was a part of our family. So many of our guests said they really liked our officiant because it wasn't just a "job" to him. He made us laugh, feel so comfortable and was really helpful with the entire process which we were (obviously) new to. With him sending us the PDF of our marriage certificate, we were able to take care of all of our legal documents right away rather than having to wait 6-8 weeks which made life a lot easier. Keith from NY Marriages was excellent! My fiancé and I spend a lot of time looking for an officiant. As the ceremony is the most important part of the wedding, it was important we find the perfect person! We had been to several non-religious wedding ceremonies before, and they were pretty awful! The ceremony we chose was one from several samples he showed us, and we really loved all of the wording. We also had two readers who chose their selections from a huge collection Keith sent us. Keith was easy to communicate with, and he responded to emails and phone calls in a timely manner. He even helped edit our program just days before the wedding. On the day of, he was a great calming figure, making sure we knew exactly what we were doing, and worked with the other vendors and our bridal party to make sure everything ran smoothly.

Keith at NY marriages was every bit as good as his reviews state. Choosing an officiant if you are not religious is a very hard task. The minute I talked to him on the phone it was clear he knew what he was doing. He worked in some of our personal stories and kept the ceremony light hearted and sentimental (which is hard considering he didn't know us). That was exactly what we were looking for. He is an excellent speaker and made my shy groom feel much more comfortable by taking a lot of the guess work out because he was so experienced. So many people commented on how great he was and asked us how long we have known him. I would highly reccommend Keith!

A few months before my wedding, my original officiant left her job without notifying any of her clients. With the officiant being a crucial part of the wedding, of course I panicked. I found Keith on one of the bridal websites and saw how amazing his reviews were (WHICH ARE ALL TRUE) so I decided to give him a call. After frantically explaining my situation, Keith was very reassuring and professional. Keith was really amazing! We met with him about 18 months before our wedding, and we knew he was right immediately. He was the one and only vendor where I didn't meet multiple people to see which I liked best; I knew right away that he was perfect. I emailed him a few times, and he always responded very quickly and answered all questions. He ran through our rehearsal about an hour before the ceremony. My husband and I did not do a 'first look' so I was not present for the rehearsal but everyone said Keith was great. He came up to meet with me shortly after that and run through everything with me. He also chatted a little which was GREAT to distract me when I was very anxious waiting the half hour or so for the ceremony to begin. Everyone kept telling me how wonderful our ceremony was. I even have a family member who has been married over forty years and asked for his info because she wants to use him to renew their vows for their fiftieth! He made the ceremony so personal, you would've thought he'd known us for years. It was also wonderful that while we were taking our photos during cocktail hour, he tracked down on his own the Best Man and MoH to have them sign the license as our witnesses. When he found me at the end of cocktail hour, it was only to tell me that everything was completed! He sent in our license the Monday after the wedding, and our marriage certificate was waiting for us when we got back. I definitely recommend him!!

Keith officiated our wedding August 10, 2014 at the Crest Hollow Country Club. We could not be happier with the amazing service he provided. He not only performed the ceremony, but guided us through the entire process. He answered all of our questions regarding obtaining the marriage license and how to go about a name change. Our ceremony was tailored to incorporate traditions from both the Jewish and Greek Orthodox religions. By answering a simple questionnaire, Keith was able to take the information we provided him with and create a ceremony that left a lasting impression. After the ceremony countless friends and family members approached us to say what a wonderful job the officiant did. Their next question was whether he was a friend of ours or how long have we known him for. These comments were a true testament for how his delivery is personable, articulate and overall phenomenal. Keith gugliuzza is an amazing guy. Called him last minute for a wedding in our home. He came in his day off to marry us!!! The ceremony was so beautiful. Everyone loved it!!!!! Keith felt like family . He stayed for a whole after and got to know everyone. The ceremony was so great I'm already planning a ten year vow renewal haha. Thanks so much Keith! You are the best!!!! Keith Gugliuzza exceeded our expectations as our wedding officiant! We found Keith through our best friends who were also married by him. We were so impressed by their ceremony that when it was our turn to get married, we immediately e-mailed Keith. Working with Keith was the least stressful part of our wedding planning. He was always there to answer my many questions promptly. He tailored our ceremony the exact way that we wanted it and so many of our guests gave us compliments. We were worried about how to incorporate a memorial for my husband's parents. However, Keith worked with us to make it perfect. If you are looking for a wedding officiant, Keith is the guy. Keith is wonderfully intuitive and professional. We felt like he understood us immediately and had a handle on the direction we were looking to go in for our ceremony. I wanted to take a moment to write about my experience with using Keith as our officiant. I was in Canada and my partner was in Florida and we were planning an intimate ceremony in Central Park. I found Keith online and he responded almost immediately with a response and other very helpful suggestions to expedite the process of marriage in New York. He was beyond flexible as we had to change our date of the ceremony to another date and time and he accommodated us. He sent us the ceremony verbiage options and we chose them (slightly last minute). Being a same sex couple we were apprehensive about vendors we chose and had to rely on the website reviews. Keith went above and beyond. He showed up early and met with us. His personality made not only us but our guests feel amazingly comfortable and relaxed. When it came to our vows, they were unbelievable. It was like they were written just for us with all of the personal touches. He is an absolute professional and is an expert at what he does. I highly recommend him not only for local ceremonies but also for out of state ceremonies if you are looking for a truly unique and humbling experience. We cannot thank him enough and hope that we meet again! Thanks so much for making our special day extra special!

It was truly a pleasure working with Keith at NY Marriages. Another person who I cannot say enough nice things about, BOOK HIM. Keith is AWESOME, FUNNY and really gets to know the couple he is speaking about. NY Marriages personalized our ceremony as if they knew us as a couple. All our family and friends loved it. NY Marriages also handled the return of all paper work and we received our license in 3 days. Unbelievable.

I think the biggest compliment you could give an officiant is a bunch of your guests asking how long you have know him 5 years, 10 years? Seriously at least 20 of our guests thought Keith was a friend who got ordained to marry us. We knew he was the perfect choice for us when we first met him. When we met with him felt like he was a friend immediately. We spoke for about an hour and had a bunch of emails back and forth and he sent me his questionnaire which we completed. The words he said when marrying us were so beautiful he used all of the most important parts about our questionnaire and made our ceremony exactly what we wanted even though we didn't really even have to tell him. He is fantastic and again, really cares about the people he marries. From what I know he is the one who does all of the ceremonies himself which was very important to me. I would have hated to see a stranger up there when we’re getting married. He stayed for a bit afterwards and talked to us and chatted with our bridal party and seriously everyone loved him. I couldn't imagine being married by anyone else. It's amazing when you find someone who truly loves what they do! Keith is a very special person!!!

We were so lucky to have found Keith!!! So many people told us how they thoroughly enjoyed our ceremony and thought he was wonderful. Many told me how they were moved to tears. We aren't really religious so we knew we didn't want that kind of ceremony. He incorporated exactly what we wanted and some aspects from our religions (to appease our family!) Keith was a pleasure to work with. I found him while performing a google search on Justice of the Peace Long Island. I contacted Keith and my now wife and I met him at a Starbucks for a meet&greet session. My wife and I explained ourselves to him and what we were looking for in our wedding (non-religious). Keith was very personable and he had a great sense of humor. Keith arrived at the Westbury Manor in plenty of time for our ceremony. He calmed both of us down and the ceremony went absolutely perfect. ALL of our guests thought he was great and they thought he knew us personally. We couldn't have been happier!! Keith took care of the paperwork and we got our official license on 10/28. What a great find!

Keith was an absolutely amazing officiant! From the moment my then-fiance and I met him we knew he was exactly what we were looking for. He was extremely personable and was open to any ideas we had. We wanted our ceremony to be very personal, have a sense of humor to it, and be on the short side. We filled out the questionaire and worked with Keith on the ceremony and it was exactly what we wanted. The moment he showed up on our wedding day he put me completely at ease and our guests were shocked to learn that we had only met Keith recently as it seemed we had known each other for years. Keith came recommended from another Scottish bride, knowing he was good eased our minds as everybody is "fabulous" on the internet. From the moment we met (at the actual wedding) his bright fun personality shone through. He done well with the information we gave him, which was not much, and still managed to make our sermon personal and fun, and using his diplomatic ways managed to move another wedding party from the Ladies Pavilion, we had a permit, without a fuss.

We would not hesitate in recommending Keith to anybody he was a joy to work with.

Keith was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to our wishes. For our ceremony, we wanted something a little bit different than the norm, and Keith did a great job making that happen for us, as well as keeping us up to date with ceremony wording changes along the way.

Prior to the wedding we received a copy of the ceremony for our approval, and after the ceremony we received a digital copy of the marriage license on the next business day.

On the wedding day itself, Keith was amenable to small changes and explained everything. He is charismatic and professional and we couldn't have asked for a better officiant.

Keith officianted our wedding ceremony and he was great! We chose a marriage/love ceremony instead of the traditional religious one. He explained in detail to me everything I needed to know and do before the wedding and was always willing to answer any questions I had. I felt very comfortable with him. We chose the pkg #2 that was personalized. He sends you a questionnaire to fill out and then incorporates it into the ceremony. I met him in person for the first time the day of the wedding. He came dressed in a suit and looked very professional. The ceremony he read was beautiful and everyone commented on how loving and meaningful it was. I would highly recommend Keith Gugliuzza.

My husband and I are not very religious so finding Keith was wonderful! We knew right off the bat that we wanted him because he was very down to earth. We didn't want something traditional and Keith really helped make our ceremony light, fun and modern. He really took the time to get to know us as individuals as well as a couple. By doing so he was able to incorporate a lot of personal touches about each of us into the ceremony! I loved every second of it and so did my guests! I would highly recommend NY Marriages!!!!!!!
