Beautiful Flowers

I was very pleased with our order for our wedding back in June. Our flowers were beautiful and looked great in our pictures. The staff was very nice and patient with me during our meeting. When I went to pick up the flowers the day before our wedding they didn't all fit in my car, so they delivered them to us the next day! If you need flowers for a great price, hire Norfolk wholesale.

Floral Package

We didn't want to spend a ton of money on flowers, and Norfolk Wholesale delivered a package for an unbeatable price ($200!). We had gorgeous flowers for all of our attendants.

Amazing team!

I was looking for affordable flowers for our wedding as I really didn’t budget much for the flowers. In starting my research for a florist, I was shocked to see some of the prices. With Norfolk wholesale, I was able to get way more than I imagined I could for so much less than other florists! I did put together our centerpieces, but got everything else preassembled. The flowers were stunning!! Everyone complimented with how beautiful they were and they really set the scene for our wedding. We picked the flowers up Friday morning for our wedding Saturday. The team was ready the minute they opened and had all the flowers loaded within minutes and explained everything to us in detail about how to care for them. Overall, fantastic experience!

Beautiful arrangements

Over the years, Norfolk Wholesale has been my family’s go-to place for flowers but this was the first time to ask for arrangements on a grander scale. They were breathtaking and lasted long afterwards at home. My venue was outside the usual zone and they worked with me on options for delivery. I live out of the area so it was great not only to meet with members of the team in person but also to share ideas of flower choices and colors by email.

Excellent All The Way Around!

Norfolk Wholesale was the perfect fit for us. For what we wanted/needed, a $1500 quote (which is what we received from alot of other florists) was excessive. Norfolk Wholesale allowed us to pick and choose which options we wanted professionally done and which we wanted to DIY. Great service, great pricing and the bouquets came out amazing!

Effortless and Helpful

When I went for my consultation, I still uncertain what I truly wanted. I had selected a few pictures from Pinterest of what I liked. Sandy was truly helpful in offering suggestions regarding what flowers and colors would be the most suited for what I was looking for, as well as staying in the price range I wanted to be in. Sandy made me a small sample bouquet to take home that day. The flowers arrived on time to the venue and they were more beautiful than I could have imagined them to be. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.

Beautiful, affordable flowers

Norfolk Wholesale Florist did an amazing job preparing all the flowers for our wedding. We knew we didn’t want a lot of flowers, so when I went in for my consultation, I prepared myself to deal with someone pushing me to buy more than I wanted. I was 100% wrong. Sandy was so nice and did not pressure me to buy more than I planned. I told her my general vision and she executed it perfectly. I showed her some bouquets I was interested in. When she told me the price, I asked if she could do something smaller for cheaper and she said not a problem. My bouquet was beautiful!! For the bridesmaids, I just ordered mixed greenery bouquets and they looked great as well. They cut up the eucalyptus we wanted for the tables at no extra cost, which was so helpful. They did such a great job, and were very very affordable. I would definitely recommend them!

Absolute AMAZING!!!

We were recommended by a friend to use Norfolk Wholesale for our wedding flowers and I’m soooo happy we listened!! We made an appointment and all I had were picture references to what I wanted for our May wedding. We met with Brie and to say she did an amazing job is an understatement!! We had the appointment and Brie ordered our flowers and brought us back to check on them about 6 weeks later and I loved what she made. We also got to take the sample bouquet home. When the flowers were delivered to our venue I was beyond happy with them that I had to call and thank Brie for her work! Also, the mother’s and grandmothers raves about the bracelet their corsages were attached to; such a girly, tasteful touch! We also rented an archway for our outside ceremony which worked great! The Wholesale was soooo easy to work with and the delivery was effortless! We will definitely order and buy from Norfolk Wholesale again!! Thank you, Brie!!!

Lovely bulk flower order

One of my bridesmaids did the flower arrangements for my wedding, but we ordered all of our flowers at Norfolk Wholesale. Luci was very easy to work with, and she made sure that we had all the flowers we needed. Sometimes flowers aren't exactly in season or the batch isn't just right, so she made sure there were other options in order for us to achieve our floral vision. I would recommend Norfolk Wholesale to anyone looking to order beautiful flowers!

Searching for a floral company for a wedding that didn't cost an arm and a leg and have minimums, proved to be one of the more challenging aspects of wedding planning until we found Norfolk Wholesale Floral. From the first moment I contacted them to the day of the wedding, I received nothing but professional service from everyone there. Prior to booking them, I set up an appointment to go in and speak with their florist who specializes in weddings. She asked me a series of questions to get a better sense of my vision, also including which flowers I liked and didn't liked, which flowers work well with the time of year I was getting married, etc. She then went to go make a sample bridal bouquet for me to see and take home. She nailed my vision! The sample bouquet was beautiful and exactly what I had envisioned. When it came time to talk about pricing, Norfolk Wholesale Floral was far less expensive than any other florist I had spoken with and I believe the quality to be the same, if not better. On the day of the wedding, the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc., arrived on time and were so beautiful and stayed that way all the way through the night. I would not search anywhere else for a florist for your wedding!

Go See Kelly! I loved my floral experience at Norfolk Wholesale. Kelly met with me numerous times to ensure that everything was exactly as I envisioned it. She was accommodating, responsive, and provided me with multiple options (as I was a little indecisive). She talked through centerpieces with me on a few different occasions. I never felt as if she was trying to sell me the most expensive option. Instead, I felt as if she genuinely cared about my goals, financial limitations and making the wedding flowers as beautiful as possible. The flowers looked just as described (aka. BE-A-UTIFUL). I'm not a big flower person, I never have been. I knew I didn't want flowers on the tables at my wedding, but I did want ceremony flowers. I can't even begin to tell you how many florists I visited that turned their noses up at a small order (bridal bouquet, 2 attendant bouquets, and 2 boutonnieres). Norfolk Wholesale was AMAZING about it. They took my inspiration photos and ran with them, creating exactly what I wanted. They're communication was amazing, I called twice to change little things (ribbon colors) a few days before my wedding and they were totally understanding. Their prices were the best I encountered! Seriously, close to costing me half of what other florists cost.

Sandie was very professional and to the point finding out what I wanted. She suggested floral to fit my taste and even created a mock bouquet for me to see. I supplied mason jars for my centerpieces. I wanted a “just picked” look and they nailed it! I was so thrilled when we picked them up. They have reasonable prices as well

I had looked at a lot of different places to buy flowers for my wedding. I decided to go look at Norfolk Wholesale Floral 2 weeks before my wedding. I didn't have a consultation booked but Luci was amazing. I had a look that I was going for and she was able to find the perfect roses, greenery and other flowers. She let me know what would be best since I was getting married on the beach and I was afraid they would wilt. I didn't want a formal looking bouquet, I wanted the Boho look and I was putting the flowers together myself. I had a very small budget but the flowers that I received looked like I spent a fortune. I received so many compliments on them. I'm so glad that I picked Norfolk Wholesale Floral to purchase our flowers.

I LOVE Norfolk Wholesale Floral! We planned our wedding from NY, but went down to Va Beach to see Norfolk Wholesale in person. We met with a really nice young woman, and I told her I wanted something simple for our small beach wedding, purple and white hydrangea in mason jars. She told me doing it myself would be soo much cheaper, and she was right! So I just had all the flowers delivered (along with my bouquet, boutonnieres for the Dads and corsages for our Moms). Norfolk delivered everything right on time the day before the wedding, and the flowers were GLORIOUS. I had never seen a purple hydrangea in person, only all over pinterest ha ha. They are HUGE (way bigger than the white ones) and each one a slightly more beautiful shade of purple. I LOVED them! I was scared they would die before the next day (the wedding day), so the delivery guy gave me instructions on how and when to water them. They were GORGEOUS the day of the wedding and for several days after! We stayed in the house with those beautiful flowers in mason jars for another FIVE DAYS before they even started to show signs of wilting. I would absolutely, 100% use Norfolk again for all my flower needs. All their staff was wonderful to work with, sooo much cheaper than using a florist, and it couldn't have been easier to DIY the flower arrangements. In fact, I made the flower arrangements (literally cut the ends and put them in mason jars with water, so easy) with my parents the night before the wedding. It was a bonding experience and made it extra special the day of the wedding, knowing they helped me put them all together.

I'm a flower child through and through. Norfolk Wholesale Floral absolutely blew me away from the moment I had my consultation with Sandy to when I saw them waiting for me the day of my wedding. The entire experience was amazing and WELL within a reasonable budget. I had no idea how expensive flowers could be, so I was discouraged after talking to several florists and getting quotes that seemed so high. After meeting with Sandy, I was honestly shocked at how reasonable the quote was compared to all the other quotes I got, for the exact same flowers! I quickly called my mom, told her I found our florist, and we were well on our way. I wish so badly that there was a way to keep my bouquet fresh and as beautiful as it was the day of my wedding. Besides marring my husband, I can honestly say, the florals were the favorite thing about our wedding. Absolutely breathtaking!

Sandy at Norfolk Wholesale is fabulous!! I wanted simple and no nonsense. After chatting with her during our appointment, we worked everything out and she made the most gorgeous silk flower bouquets that will continue to be center pieces in our home for years to come! If you're on the fence about silk or fresh flowers, go see Sandy! I went with silk flower center pieces for the reception tables as well so I could continue to display those flowers throughout our house. I highly suggest silk flowers if you're going to be traveling with them. That also factored into my decision since our wedding was in OBX.

Sandie and the team at NWF are awesome. I used them for my wedding flowers, and it was such an easy process. I gave them pictures of my wedding flower vision, and they delivered! Everything was beautiful and perfect. The prices are unbeatable! I went to two other florists, and they wanted about $700-1000 more than what I was quoted at NWF.

I had such an AMAZING experience with this team and my wedding bouquet was BEAUTIFUL. (Cascading with white calilies, blush and white roses) I really wish I could remember the name of the young lady that assisted me the most but I cant! Im so sorry but again great experience and wonderful outcome

Excellent service start to finish! From initial design (where they patiently reviewed flower names with me!) to pricing, to delivery (on time and everything was gorgeous) I would highly recommend Norfolk Wholesale Floral. I was able to stretch my wedding floral budget ( 14 table tops, 6 wrist corsages, 3 boutonnieres, bridal, MOH, flower girl) and you'd never know it from the look, quality and design of the flowers.

I am not big on flowers, so I really wanted simple red roses and nothing else! Norfolk Wholesale had a great "budget" rose package that was perfect for my wants! The roses were beautiful and fresh, and we paid a fraction of the cost we would have paid at other florists. We also rented columns to use for our ceremony and flameless candles to use for our reception - their rental prices are great! Definitely check out NWF!

I loved the idea of DIYing my flowers, so I went here for ideas and ended up getting everything picked out on the spot! I created 8 bouquets and 12 boutonnieres for $300 and since I picked fake flowers, everyone could keep theirs after the wedding! I met with Sandie to discuss options for my flowers and she was fabulous. She showed me pictures and gave suggestions as to what would look good with my vision. I purchased bridesmaid bouquets, corsages, bouts, a floral cake topper, and bunches of roses, babies breath, and queen anne's lace for my centerpieces. Everything was beautiful and my bouquet smelled amazing! When I met with Sandie, I asked about having astilbe in my bouquet and she was honest that she may not be able to get it in October, so I was pleasantly surprised to see sprigs of it in my bouquet on my wedding day! Sandie suggested calla lillies for the boutonnieres and it was a great recommendation because they looked very classic. My centerpieces turned out so beautiful as well!

I had no idea what I wanted for wedding flowers besides my colors. The consultants at Norfolk Wholesale worked with us to refine the plan for bouquets (5), boutonnieres (2) and to identify affordable, in season and hearty flowers for us to purchase wholesale for a friend to pick up and arrange for centerpieces (12). I even walked out the door with a sample bouquet! Everything went beautifully during the wedding weekend and we came in under budget on flowers. Communication with this vendor was strong and my bouquet was gorgeous!! I am so appreciative that my wedding coordinator pointed us in this direction for flowers.

I could not have had a better experience in choosing my florist. The flowers and design were just perfect, even better than I had envisioned! The price can't be beat. The bouquet I ordered for my maid of honor was placed in a vase of water after the ceremony and the flowers were gorgeous for a full week! My friends/family have used Norfolk Wholesale Floral for non-wedding reasons for years. I was looking for DIY flowers, and this place is the perfect place. They do offer wedding flower consultations and packages, but I did not utilize these. Rather, I went 2-3 times before I placed my order and bought some flowers to test out my designs/ideas. I then called to place my order, and picked it up 2 days before my wedding. The final cost was only $250, and I ended up having more flowers than expected (for a wedding with 130 guests). The flowers were beautiful and they gave me advice on how to keep them perky (I had hydrangeas). I will definitely keep going back to them for flowers - not only are they a great deal, but the employees are super helpful and the flowers are beautiful!!!

I am a bride that admittedly doesn't have very many opinions about flowers, so when I met with Sandie, we went through some pictures and I showed her what I liked. Sandie made a beautiful bouquet for me, my bridesmaids, and simple, classic bouts for the gentlemen. Norfolk provided rental pieces for our ceremony. Arch, pillars, shepherds crooks, lanterns, that had that rustic chic look. The items were beautiful- - just perfect for the location. Their service was impeccable. In addition, I bought flowers in bulk ( bunches) since I was the floral designer, and the service I received from Amanda and the others was wonderful. When a filler leaf I'd ordered came in somewhat spindly, they gave me something else right on the spot. They alerted us in advance of a few minor problems and offered substitutes, even taking the time to take pictures of alternates and text them to us. We went into Norfolk wholesale on a whim, we looked at a few other florist in Norfolk, Virginia and just had not found that florist that we could relate to or understand when they talked about flowers. My husband don't know anything about flowers only the basics , a rose, carnation, daisies , we only know the ones that are commonly known. However we walked into a busy store and still they made time for us, sat us down and really talked to us about what our vision was. Sandie showed us examples in multiple books then she parted us for a quick minute and put together a bouquet just the way we talked about a free-flowing , wildflowers with that just picked style and she blew me away. At that point I knew we could trust Norfolk wholesale to do a good job. They gained our trust! At that point we started to discuss all the bouquets, corsages, center pieces, bouniteers and decorative flowers. She helped us to personalize each group and when we didn't know what a flower was she simply brought it out and showed us and then paired it with what ever other flower we wanted to use. Being visual was a BIG HELP! . The prices BLEW ME AWAY! They were amazing affordable! I could not BELIEVE the price that we were quoted compared to the other local florists! They became my favorite place to pick up monthly flowers for the house even! So 5 stars is what I give Norfolk whole sale florist and I recommend them to everyone! They truly care, and value their customers and they defiantly assure an unknowing bride what she is getting to the T of her vision!

When I started planning, I had no idea what flowers to pick, I have more of a black thumb so I was totally clueless when I went for my consultation. I came prepared with a low budget and my pinterest board and my consultant (kelly, I believe?) just took it and ran with it! She made sure I stayed within my budget and still got everything I wanted. They called to confirm my order and even though I added more tables for my centerpieces, they had no issue with it. When we picked our flowers up the Friday before the wedding, I was in shock.. the flowers were absolutely beautiful, the bouquets were stunning, and the customer service was incredible. Everyone at the wedding couldn't stop telling me how beautiful they were. I sent them home with friends the next day as we left on our honeymoon and they're still telling me how amazing they look and smell. I love fresh flowers, so I knew for my wedding I wanted fresh flowers everywhere! Thanks to Norfolk Wholesale I got exactly what I wanted! We opted to do the flowers ourselves, but the staff was incredibly kind and helpful anyway. They told me exactly what I needed to do to keep my flowers fresh and pretty for our day. We picked them up 2 days early so we could make the centerpieces, corsages, boutineeres and bouquets, and everything was ready for pick up exactly when I requested. The flowers we still gorgeous 2 weeks after our wedding!

BY FAR THE EASIEST VENDOR and PROCESS of my entire WEDDING!! The flowers was one of the last things on my list. I came prepared with a lot of photos to make this process easier. I had my consultation with Katie, who was very knowledgable and amazing! I was in and out in an hour and thirty minutes. They are a bit pricey, but worth every penny spent. The flowers were beyond my expectations. Shelly also helped me to make sure they were the correct sizes for my centerpieces and delivery time. You will not be disappointed with these flowers! Highly recommend going this route for your wedding.

I came across Norfolk Wholesale through my wedding planner. She had worked with them before and said they make beautiful arrangements. After speaking with them and showing a few pinterest photos for inspiration, they knew my colors and what I thought I wanted. I did everything over the phone and email since I live in another state. So I had no clue what I ordered until the day of.A couple weeks before the wedding, I had to change the amount of table arrangements and boutonnieres, which they did with no problems. I had a short engagement but they were able to schedule me for a consultation and take care of my event on short notice. The consultant listened to my requests and then was able to show me the flowers she suggested. We were able to get all the flowers we needed and came in under budget! They did a beautiful job on our flowers! We got several comments from guests about how beautiful the bouquets and centerpieces were. They were great about listening to what you want and gave helpful ideas and suggestions to make your vision even better. They were so nice and accommodating too. This place was amazing. I am not a very big"flower person", so I did not want to spend a lot of money on flowers. We were having an outdoor wedding in a rustic area of town and I only wanted a few flowers for decorations during the ceremony and the reception. Everywhere else I went wanted to charge us a fortune for so little product. Norfolk Wholesale Floral was not only reasonably priced, but better than I could ever anticipated. They actually came in below what I budgeted and had more than enough flowers to spare. When we went in, I did not know exactly what flowers I wanted, but I did have a vision. The wedding associate brought my vision to life and knew exactly what I wanted. She was quick and efficient. We did not have to spend a lot of time in the store before we left with the perfect order for our perfect day.

The prices were considerably less than a traditional florist as well. I had one primary point of contact throughout the process, and she kept me constantly informed. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on flowers, and I didn't have to! But the amount we got for the price was fantastic!

I live in Los Angeles, so I wasn't able to go in and talk about what I was looking for. Instead, I called and spent so much time on the phone with them tossing ideas back and forth. We were both online looking up different photos, saying "yes" and "no" to this or that. I was truly amazed at the amount of time they spent helping me figure it out, from so far away. I loved Norfolk Wholesale Florist. I talked to many vendors who were charging me 1,300.00 for a reception and ceremony package. When I went to Norfolk Wholesale I only had to pay 900.00. The flowers that we ordered from them were perfect. They were fresh and looked amazing in the DIY bouquets that we made. The ladies even gave great advice on how to construct the bouquets and with such and amazing variety, we were able to pick up extra flowers at the last minute. We didn't need all of them, but at such great prices it didn't create a financial burden on us. These guys have such an amazing assortment of flowers, I highly recommend them to anyone trying to save money but not compromise on quality.

The flowers I received from Norfolk Wholesale Florist were a perfect 10!!! I ordered centerpieces, bouquets, wristlets, etc. Mostly roses and hydrangeas and every single flower was perfect, beautiful and fragrant. The service was amazing, I appreciate that NWF was proactive and called me to verify everything, I had some last minute changs and they were made without any fuss. Delivery was on time and the set up was beautiful. I really can't say enough, I cried when I saw how lovely the flowers were :)
The building is ugly but everything else is amazing, especially the low prices!!!

Great flowers - great value. I ordered 45 stems of hydrangeas and 3 bunches of peonies and only paid $500! I picked them up on Thursday for a Saturday wedding, and kept them in water in a cool dark space. The flowers looked even more beautiful the day of my wedding, than they did when I picked them up. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would order flowers from here again.

We had a fantastic experience working with Norfolk Wholesale. They were professional, and knew exactly what we wanted. When we picked up our flowers, they were stunning. They explained to us how to handle them, to keep them looking fresh, and even gave us extra roses. They helped us load everything in our car, and were extremely friendly. Brenda assisted us in selecting the flowers and greenery and she was great. They had us review everything prior to packaging the flowers. We made all of our own bouquets, boutonniere's, and table arrangements. This is the place to purchase the flowers in bulk.

Norfolk Wholesale beat my previous quotes for flowers by more than half the cost. They took their time in my consult (which means a lot) and helped me stay with in my budget. The flowers where fresh and wrapped with care. My bouquet came out more vibrant and larger than I expected- it was perfect.
They helped me find silk flowers for my bridesmaids hair and offer a huge selection.
Very knowledgeable in flower selections and seasons, and hands down the best deal in town

My husband and I strongly recommend Norfolk Wholesale Florist, their specialist meet with us a few times and even ordered sample flowers so we would have just the right colors for our special day. The price was amazing and they even have vases and other items you an rent cheaper than purchasing.

Norfolk Wholesale Floral (NWF) did an outstanding job on our wedding!! Sandie was easy to work with and executed over vision flawlessly.

The flowers were noticeably fresh, bright and a focal point during the ceremony and reception. We also requested water gels for several of our vases; they turned out beautifully. NWF even surprised me by placing beautiful yellow orchids on our wedding cake – a perfect touch.

The value and quality is superior to other vendors in the area as they are a whole sale warehouse. I would highly recommend utilizing Norfolk Wholesale Floral for your special event.

I met with several florists before deciding on Norfolk Wholesale. Of all the people I met with, Norfolk Wholesale had the best customer service and the lowest price. If you are getting married in the area this is where you need to go. We got our entire wedding package - 3 "small" bouquets (they sure didn't skimp on anything), 2 beautiful bridal bouquets (we were two brides :), 5 boutonnieres, 2 wrist corsages, a huge GORGEOUS centerpiece for our buffet AND delivery to our venue for what some people pay for just their bridesmaids and bride. We gave her our colors (peacock and plum) and told her our theme was peacock and she designed the most amazing flowers we could have imagined - all within our very tight budget. She was so easy to work with - I would recommend them to everyone.

My bouquet turned out beautiful. The other flowers we ordered weren't exactly bloomed yet so they threw in two free dozen roses for us to use instead. Reasonably priced, and very friendly!
