Oh they were great- second dress I tried on was the one- so easy. It was more expensive than my budget so I bought the sample dress for a discount and they threw in the veil. They did a great job, so many gorgeous dresses there and very professional. The only minus was my dress didn't really look pressed when I picked it up but I didn't care enough to ask them to do anything and they probably would have if I had asked.

Worst experience of the whole wedding. Mr. Nolte will being utterly charming when you go in for the first time all the while shoving stuff on you. Then once he has gotten you to buy something it goes down hill. I ordered my dress, a tiara, and jewelry(that was pushed on me by Mr. Nolte). When my dress came in and I went for my first fitting a lot was wrong with it, and my tiara wasnt there. I also told them I hated the jewelry and wanted to return it and they said no returns on anything. I can understand that on dresses, but not jewelry they had in stock and I had never taken out of the store. The experience went even more downhill from there. They keep not having my tiara and finally my wedding planner called Mr. Nolte and said that we were none to happy with how we were being treated. Mr. Nolte called me himself apologized and assured me he did not know what had happened but we had reordered the tiara personally and it would be in in two weeks. They called three weeks later and said it was in, but when I went for my fitting the week before my wedding it was not there. I ordered the damn thing 14 months before my wedding. They were unapologetic and said I could go to the other location and maybe they would have something in stock so I rushed there(granted this the friday before my wedding the next saturday) and people at the Leawood store were a little more helpful and showed me books b/c I didn't like anything in stock. Ashely said she would order it that day. On tuesday I got a call that I could I could pay 100 dollars to overnight it or it would be in friday. I was livid, I was their damn mistake I should have had my original one over 10 months ago they should be overnighting it so I didn't have to stress out until they day before my wedding to see if they were actually going to be getting one this time. Then after all they put me through they wanted to charge me to deliver my dress which they had said was included. I would NOT GO THERE!

the best! i went to several stores where i live (new orleans) before going to overland park where my family lives to shop for a dress. i was not treated very well at all in the stores in my town but the staff at nolte's was amazing. they were so sweet, squeezed me in at the last minute without an appointment, stayed after hours, showed me many many dresses. they have a bunch of different designers and then they have mr. nolte's dresses as well. i bought one of his and it is just the most amazing dress i have ever seen. he's so creative. and the dress was made just for me. it needed few alterations when i finally got it, and that was because i had lost some weight (yay!).

it did take 4 months to get it in, and that was quick for them. so don't special order a dress if you don't have time to wait. i had mine 4 months before my wedding so i was fine, and they guarantee you'll have something to wear on your wedding day, they'll make it work.

i also ordered my flower girl dress through nolte's and they were really helpful, making sure we knew how to do the sizing and getting all the information to the manufacturer. they told us it might up to 8 weeks to get the dress and it came in about 2!

a big thank you to ashley at nolte's she called me and kept in touch and made sure everything was going smoothly and that i was happy. i felt like a princess on my big day and alot of that has to do with the dress!

Nolte's was really nice I got my dress cheeper there than some other bridal place off of shawnee mission parkway I saved a lot also I got my vail, Cake toper they where all helpful.

Even though my dress was promised on a few different dates, it arrived in time for alterations and the big day! Brides must understand that dresses take time to come in, so don't freak out! My first meeting was with Mr. Nolte himself, he was very polite and very attentive to my wants and my budget. He immediately knew what dress to show me based on me and a few of my likes-the first dress he showed me ended up being the dress I fell in love with and the dress that fit and looked absolutely positively stunning! I also purchased all of my bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dress from Noltes and they were fantastic! The alterations ladies are wonderful and are the best! If you can I would set up the initial appt with Mr. Nolte and get his opinion, he can definitely steer you in the right direction! I never felt more beautiful or looked more beautiful than on my wedding day! I will always remember the look on my groom's face when he saw me coming down the aisle, his jaw dropped and he had the biggest grin and that was priceless!

Stay Away. I ordered flower girl dresses, mothers dress, jewerly, shoes, purses, guestbook, pen, flower girl basket, ring pillow and all of my tuxedos from Noltes. The service started out great until the dresses didn't come in and all of the lies started rolling, I was told 3 times they had been overnighted when in fact they didn't show up until the week of the wedding. Every tuxedo came in completely wrong. When the problems were addressed I was yelled at by Mr. Nolte the day before my wedding. He told me 3 times he could write me a check and call it even. THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING. Let's just say I had a 6 figure wedding and Noltes Bridal was the only problem I had. Stay Away!!!! THIS IS FOR THE NEW BRIARCLIFF LOCATION.

I wasn't pleased at all with them. Everytime I walked in I felt like I was out of place. They owner was very nice, but the women who worked there were never really friendly. My bustle came undone and tore from my dress before the reception even started.

The prettiest dress I've ever seen! I knew a little of what I wanted and they had my dream dress. Pricey but worth every penny. The owner is so nice and knowledgable. I ordered my dress May 06 and I was told it SHOULD come in Nov 06-It didn't arrive until March 07. The wedding was July 07 so there was still plenty of time for alterations, etc. but I had trouble getting them to call me back about what was taking so long. I was still strongly recommend based off of selection and how pleased I was with their product.

I wore Monique Lhuillier and went to Nolte's because they were the only store in the area that could special order her dresses. I had a specific dress in mind and they were able to get it! The dress came with a sash and somehow that did not get ordered, but as soon as we noticed it, it was ordered and quickly came to the store. I also had my dress fit there and she did a terrific job. My bridesmaids' dresses were Vera Wang and they also special ordered those for us. They offer free delivery of the dresses to the church on the day of the wedding, but instead I chose to pick it all up the day before. They were perfectly pressed and waiting for me. What I loved the most was that I was able to go in a few extra times and just try on my dress to show my close family and friends. They were very accommodating!

the dress was perfect, very high quality. it was expensive, but you get what you pay for. they were very attentive at the beginning, but it faded a little as time went on. i will say, though, that my dress was 100% custom, and i ordered it only 3 months before my wedding, and they got it here in time.

I got my bridesmaids dresses here and they also found someone to custom make me a veil. I was very pleased with everything.
