I can't even describe how wonderful it was to work with Nola Flora for my wedding day! I planned my entire wedding remotely and they made the entire process so easy and helped me create a vision that was better than I could have imagined!! Honestly, this was the only part of my wedding that was zero stress from start to finish. When I had an unexpected venue change, Ashley and her team were SO flexible and made amazing decor recommendations to fit the venue and budget. From the delivery of the bouquets, floral arrangements, and decor to their various places everything was so professionally and seamlessly done! I remember looking at the setup before the event for the first time in complete shock at how phenomenal the arrangements and decor were. Nearly a month after the wedding, people are still reaching out to me just to compliment how beautiful everything looked--and I truly cannot take credit for any of it!! The florists here are true artists and definitely know how to elevate a space into something unforgettable! I am so appreciative and thankful I chose Nola Flora to work with on this special day. -

Ashley and the NOLA FLORA Flower Ninjas did absolutely incredible work on all the floral aspects of our October destination wedding! Everything was so beautiful! From my bridal bouquet, to the table arrangements, and even a little something for the easel with our fur baby welcome sign! The asymmetric arches for our ceremony were perfect and so gorgeous! It was all that we envisioned and more! I can’t thank Ashley enough and highly recommend NOLA FLORA! -

NOLAFlora was perfect! My flowers were gorgeous and Ashley was amazing and a consummate professional. All of my questions were answered timely and all of my requests were done with perfection. The day of my wedding, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They worked directly with my venue and when I arrived, everything was set up. I cannot rave enough about my experience with NOLAFlora! I highly recommend! Worth every penny! -

Amazing from day 1
We are locals and had our wedding in New Orleans...there were some hiccups in our wedding, but the flowers and everything they did in the courtyard was absolutley PERFECT ! Creative, kind, hard working flower ninjas is what Ashley and her team are.... and thankfully this part of our wedding will be remembered and talked about forever. Guests are still talking about the flowers! -

Susan Sent on 02/06/2013I contacted NOLA FLORA at the very last minute regarding personal flowers for my wedding. As I was not doing any decoration or centerpieces, I didn't make flowers a priority, but in spite of my last minute request, Ashley and her colleagues were able to work with me to get everything I needed. My bouquet, bouts and corsages were beautiful and perfectly matched the vision I had in my head. My bouquet in particular was so rich, deep and beautiful, and I love the way it pops in all my pictures. My photographer was super excited when she heard I was working with NOLA FLORA, which should tell you something about the quality of their work! Communication with them was great and they delivered the flowers right on time to my hotel suite. I'm so pleased my coordinator recommended them. -

Ashley was a complete joy to work with and alleviated my fears of being an out-of-town bride. My bridesmaids had different color dresses and Ashley had me email her photographs of their dresses along with floral arrangements that I liked. Ashley and the Nola-Flora staff were able to create bouquets and arrangements that complimented the rich hues that each of my bridesmaids wore, and my bouquet was stunning! Any changes or extras that I wanted to add were never an issue. I can't begin to thank Nola-Flora for making this bride's day a dream come true.

Jolie Sent on 02/05/2012Ashley was wonderful! I'm not a big flower person; I only knew the colors I wanted & didn't want. She guided me in the right direction & was able to keep everything in my budget. She has a very nice, neat & organized shop which says a lot about a business.
She was on top of everything as the day got closer. I didn't have to worry about anything. The flowers were delivered everywhere on time & they were absolutely beautiful! -

NolaFlora did our wedding flowers for our destination wedding. Ashley was super accommodating and easy to work with. She gave me lots of great ideas and was very conscious of my budget. She was just excited about making flowers for the bridles of the horses for my horse drawn carriage entrance as I was! The flowers turned out even better than I had imagined!

Lisa Sent on 11/02/2022Yes, We Signed a Non Refundable Contract for a Wedding... Then Covid Changed it All
I was mother of the bride and my daughter's wedding was scheduled in New Orleans for June 2020. We signed a contract with NOLA Flora long before we ever heard the word COVID. In March of 2020 the wedding invitations had already been mailed and the wedding was planned and contracted for over 200 guests at a local church and indoor reception venue. There is no denying this contract with Nola Flora was non refundable and a big lesson learned on our end .... alway protect yourself from the unforeseeable. Nola Flora collected 11k from us on signing for a 50% deposit of the estimated floral budget for the wedding. When things shut down and it became obvious the June wedding would not be able to occur, we made the decision to reschedule to Dec 4, 2020. Nola Flora happily let us roll the contract to the Dec date with no problem. As Dec began to approach, it was still obvious the city mandates were not going to allow us to host the 200+ indoor wedding. At this point we made the hard decision to pull out of New Orleans and the wedding was reschedule for the spring of 2021 in Florida. Ashley, owner of NOLA Flora, was asked and was most willing to travel and fulfill the contract at the new Florida venue if her scheduling allowed. As you can imagine, many factors went into rescheduling and replanning the wedding. The date which we ultimately had to choose was not one on which NOLA Flora could travel. This was very understandable by us. At this point, we asked to be released from the contract. We asked Ashley if she would consider keeping 3k of the 11k as a payment for her time and the time she had spent on our design plan for the wedding that never occurred in New Orleans. We felt this to be a fair offer and had hoped she would see it that way. There was not going to be any flowers, goods or services delivered to us going forward by Nola Flora. Although Ashley was not legally required to return any portion of our monies, it was most disappointing to us that she chose to stick fully to the contract and not reach some sort of agreement with our family. It also can not be denied that our contracted indoor wedding was not allowed on the June 2020 or Dec 2020 dates as per New Orlean's city mandates imposed by mayor in her phased Covid reopening plan. This was by far our most disappointing experience with any vendor and none of the $11,000 was refunded.
