  South Korea and Japan family trip.

  Thank you to Susan Rice for helping us plan our vacation. My family and I had an excellent time. Everything was very well organized. She booked our flights, hotels, tour. Everything.

  Sue and her team at New Era Travel are truly AMAZING!! Sue went above and beyond for us. After Hurricane Sandy closed all the airports in NY we had no way to make it to our honeymoon in Europe for our Mediterranean cruise. Before even reaching out to her, Sue had re-routed our flights so that we would make it on time. She managed to do this when most flights had been cancelled. Once we got on the cruise, Sue had upgraded us to a Suite and we were THRILLED!! She was wonderful and I will never use another travel agent again. Her team made our honeymoon extra special and they are such professionals!!

  Grisel was fantastic. She was a gem in our honeymoon planning. A bunch of things went wrong with the tours, but I don't think it was through any fault on her part.
