Amazing experience

As a wedding photographer I already knew exactly who I wanted to DJ my wedding. NPA is simply put, the best! Great value, great people and SO MUCH FUN! I can not recommend NPA enough!

So happy with our DJ choice!!

NPA was recommended through our venue and was the first vendor we booked after the venue! Blair was so quick to answer every email I sent throughout the process. Paul was our DJ and absolutely killed it! Our ceremony mic wasn’t working day-of and he stepped in and provided help even though we hadn’t booked them for the ceremony services. For the reception, we sent a playlist with the general vibe we were going for and he perfectly curated around it and had us dancing all night! Music was the #1 biggest thing for us for the night, and so many people commented how full the dance floor was all night. We are SO happy that we went with NPA.

A very fun night

Blair was very helpful with planning and organizing everything. Derrick our DJ was great even though we provided a song list to be played at reception he allowed our guests to make requests if they chose to. He was very professional. We highly recommend Nashville Party Authority

The best DJ in Nashville!

Nashville Party Authority did an amazing job at our wedding!! Communication with them in the months leading up the wedding was clear and very prompt. They gave us the option of providing our own playlists, which we very much appreciated so that we could have our favorite songs played. Brandon was our DJ, and he did such a great job introducing the various speakers at dinner and pacing everything else the whole night. Highly highly recommend this company!!

They were amazing

I would highly recommend Nashville Party Authority for your DJ services!!! Their prices are very reasonable!!! Blair was awesome through the whole process! This was my first wedding happening out of state and Blair made it so easy to plan!! We were extremely happy with Blair's service, as well as Preston’s service, at the wedding!!!! I am not sure how we got connected with Blair and Nashville Party Authority, as we are not from TN, but I truly believe that God had a hand in it!!! Blair was so accommodating to my extra requests and through this whole journey he was very present, his response time was immediate, and his experience was very helpful! We have to say that Blair and Preston nailed it!!! Not ONE complaint did we have. Give yourselves a huge pat on the back!!!! We are so grateful that we had the opportunity to work with Blair and Preston!!!! They both did an AMAZING job!! The bride and groom and guests were very happy, and the dance floor was full the entire night!!! Thanks for the wonderful night!

Incredible DJ

I would highly recommend this DJ company to anyone who is looking for an easy person to communicate with. We ran into a tiny hiccup during our planning process and Blair had it fixed within the day. Brandon was our DJ for the night. He did an absolutely incredible job understanding the vibe we were looking for and playing songs that we would all love. He was nothing but professional and nice throughout the entire night.

Great DJ from NPA

Our DJ from Nashville Party Authority was very good. He was engaging, but kept the show about the bride and groom. He was able to gauge the energy of the room and play games when the dancers needed a break. We were very happy with his professionalism and the way he made the wedding a night to remember.

Such a fun night!!

Brandon was our DJ on our wedding day, and he was a huge reason why everything went smoothly! Blair was an excellent communicator and very friendly. I’m impressed how efficient NPA was on our wedding day, and our guests were on the dance floor all night! I would definitely recommend them to any future newlyweds!

Our DJ was absolutely amazing! We changed a couple of things last minute and he made sure to make it work and it was perfect. Everyone was on the dance floor and had a blast! Highly highly recommend

The best dj!!

Our dj was AMAZING!!!! He did such a good job, I’ve actually had a few people ask for the playlist during cocktail hour. We did not provide specific music to be played during cocktail hour nor the reception and I can tell you we were blown away! Our dj kept the party going all night!! Everyone had a blast and he really knew what type of music to play to keep the dance floor packed! I HIGHLY recommend.

Best vendor we hired!

Kevin, our DJ, and Blair, our coordinator, were both AMAZING to work with. Blair helped me build our timeline and made sure we had songs selected for all the most important moments and also allowed me to put in some song requests. They were easily the best/most organized vendor we hired. They were also very accommodating when we needed to move our date due to COVID. Kevin was very nice and professional but also knew how to get the party started. I ended up on the dance floor for almost the whole night which is exactly how I hoped to spend my wedding reception (he also did a great job with the ceremony music). All of this amazing service was also very reasonably priced. I'll be recommending this company (and especially Kevin) for all future couples!

Professional and engaging!

Blair with Nashville Party Authority was amazing to work with! Very professional and accessible! He sent Kevin to DJ my daughter’s wedding and he was fabulous! This was the second time we had Kevin as we asked to have him again after using NPA for our middle daughter’s wedding. The dance floor was never empty and his song selection was spot on to keep everyone engaged! I would highly recommend NPA!

Such a Party!!

What a freaking party!!! DJing is a lot of pressure to keep the dance floor energetic and moving; they definitely lived up to the pressure! My husband and I were most excited to celebrate and dance with all of our guests and Nashville Party Authority had EVERYONE on the dance floor!

Nashville Party Authority definitely lived up to its name. Our DJ played the right songs and accommodated the festivities with the right mix of rock, pop, hip-hop, and slow love songs that characterized our relationship and our party. He was efficient and played our requests first, and was a crucial part of the success that had everyone singing, smiling, dancing, and having a night to remember.

Great DJ!!

We are so happy we chose Nashville Party Authority to be our wedding DJ! Blair was very attentive during the planning process and answered all of our questions right away. Kevin was our wedding night DJ and he was fantastic. Due to covid restrictions we weren't allowed to have a dance floor but Kevin adapted so well and still played music that we and our guests absolutely loved, going so far as to take requests from our guests as the night went on. We had an amazing experience with Nashville Party Authority, I highly recommend!

Best DJ ever

We just had our wedding last weekend and they were great! The ceremony was absolutely beautiful and the music flowed so well, no glitches or mess ups. And the dance floor had people on it all night. I can’t thank them enough for giving us an amazing day!

Awesome DJ!

Our DJ, Kevin, did everything he could to keep our guests up on their feet dancing! He listened to our wants and needs as bride and groom in regards to what type of music to play (no unedited music prior to 7pm) and when anyone requested a song that didn't fit that need, he always checked first. I would recommend NPA for anyone looking for a great time!

Great Experience!

We had the best experience with NPA! They were our DJ for both the ceremony and the reception. They were extremely responsive, professional, and did a wonderful job of selecting music that kept everyone on the dance floor. They made sure to play all of our "must play" songs and steered clear of our "do not play" list. We were so happy we had them be a part of our big day!

Dance Party

We cannot rave enough about Blair and Kevin for helping make our wedding ceremony and reception so special. It was a pleasure to coordinate all the details with Blair. He's incredibly organized and provided honest guidance / feedback when requested too. Kevin brought the vision (and party) to life on the big day. The song selection and the order of events were spot on. Kevin was also a saint when we had a few extra requests and pivots. It was a great time and we have Blair and Kevin to thank for it.

This is my second wedding experience with NPA and I can't say enough positive things about this team. From start to finish, they are kind, prompt, and pay great attention to detail. A big thanks to Patrick for reading the crowd and knowing what to play next. In my opinion, NPA can't be beat!

Best Day Ever

We attended a wedding that used NPA as their DJ last fall and pretty much knew that's who we wanted at our wedding. Fast forward to last week when we got married, and it confirmed we made the best decision. Kevin, our DJ, had the dance floor filled all night long. There was never an awkward moment where people didn't know the song or the dance floor emptied out, which is amazing. He also did a wonderful job with the ceremony, announcing, and interacting with guests. Truly a great value for the best service! Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Experience

It was great to work with Nashville Party Authority! Meeting ahead of time to go over all of our songs and then being able to send them a suggested song list was a relief. The ceremony and reception music were perfect throughout the night and we danced our butts off!

Great service, great music

Blair was great to work with to plan our reception. Our DJ was wonderful. Our ceremony musician did not show up and our DJ seamlessly filled in for our ceremony music. He played great reception music that had the dance floor full all night.

Great Job!

They were great! Only thing that did not go perfectly was that they played the wrong song when I went down the aisle. Other than that, it was awesome working with them!

Perfect DJ Choice For Our Big Day

Blair was so great to work with! He was very quick to respond to any questions or song request changes leading up to the wedding, & the cost to have a DJ for the whole day was very affordable. Wonderful, professional, fun- book them!

I cannot recommend NPA enough! I worked with Blair in the wedding reception planning process, and he was very prompt in responding to my emails and answering any questions that came up. My mom and I met with him to go over the reception timeline, and he was so organized and professional and helped so much in this part of the planning. Nik was our DJ for the reception, and he was wonderful! He played a great mix of music and customized it to our guests (we are Alabama fans, so he surprised us with an impromptu playing of the fight song). I had a BLAST at the reception, and NPA was a huge part of this. I looked at several DJ companies, but I am SO thankful that we chose NPA!!!

We loved dancing the night away and NPA was a big part of that. They sat down with us before the big day and talked through the nuances of the job to make sure we were comfortable and kept the dance floor packed the whole night!

Highly Recommend!

Nashville Party Authority provided excellent DJ services for our wedding at the Opryland Hotel. We only had our DJ (Jeff) service the reception and my only regret is not having him do the ceremony as well. They provided music and lighting for our entire scheduled reception and offered to add additional half hours of their services for reasonable rates. I planned my Nashville wedding while living in Chicago, and my fiancé in England, so it was great to find a vendor that lived up to their reviews because that’s truly all I had to go off of.

Jeff was very kind and very talented. He knew exactly what music to play to get people dancing and exactly when to change the song if the mood just wasn’t there. He was extremely flexible when I decided mid-ceremony I no longer wanted to do the bouquet or garter toss because the audience just didn’t seem right for it.

The major thing I was worried about was the arrival time for the DJ was scheduled RIGHT at the time my ceremony was to begin. No one was going to be able to help them setup or direct them to the appropriate room. This turned out to be no problem at all. They found exactly where they needed to be and I never heard of them arriving, getting lost, being late or anything! By the time I came up for the cocktail hour everything was up and running and the DJ came right over and introduced himself to me. Super professional. I’m so glad we went with NPA, I can’t recommend them enough!

From the very beginning, Blair was so easy and fun to work with. He was VERY quick to respond to any questions/changes we had. Preston was the DJ at our wedding and was so much fun. We owe a HUGE thank you to NPA for a great time at our wedding on Friday 9.28.18 in Nashville. The music was a huge hit and our DJ, Robby, led a great party! Working with Blair and Nik was an absolute breeze! Blair made the whole process probably the easiest part of the wedding planning and Nik did an incredible job on our wedding day! Nik killed it and had our guests dancing the whole night. Every guest I've asked about the wedding night said it was perfect and so much fun! We booked our wedding ceremony and reception with NPA and could not have made a better choice! Our planning meeting with Blair was super easy and his experience in the field certainly puts a stressed bride at ease. Chase was our DJ and he was absolutely fantastic! Even after most of our guests had left, he kept the party going because the wedding party wasn't ready to call it a night. He was very professional but also a lot of fun! The whole evening went smoothly and stayed on schedule with his help. We will certainly turn to NPA for any future DJ needs. I highly recommend NPA!!

Working with Blair leading up to the day was a breeze. He was very flexible with the changes we had. Day-of, Nic was great. He worked well with my day-of-coordinator in the lead up to ceremony and reception. At the reception, he played everything we asked for and was great at reading the room and adjusting music accordingly. We used NPA for a recent event and they were fantastic. Blair was great to work with in advance - keeping the surprise, finding and downloading special & specific music and working with us on the event schedule. The DJ, Preston was terrific! He adjusted to our needs after we had a delayed flight for the guests of honor. He even stayed late to make sure the guests got plenty of dance time in. We could not have asked for more. We used NPA for our wedding on March 10th, 2018 at ONE at Cannery Row. Since we live in Texas, we based our decision solely on their reviews and we could not be happier. We coordinated with Blair over the phone & through email; he guided us through the itinerary and even acquired specific tracks we had chosen from YouTube for our ceremony songs. We sent them a Do Not Play list and a list of songs we liked, but trusted their judgement overall. Our reception was just one big dance party and so much fun! I wish we could do it all again and just dance all night! Thank you!

We got a great rate for a DJ. Blair was super professional and super responsive throughout the booking process. Kevin was our DJ, and he did both the ceremony and reception. Everything played exactly how we requested, and he emceed the night smoothly and kept everything on schedule. Most importantly, the dance floor was a hit all night long! Oh. My. Goodness. NPA was absolutely amazing! From the very begin of the whole booking process with Blair to meeting our DJ Josh everything just flowed so well together! Josh did an amazing job mixing old school songs with some of today’s hits and made sure that everyone was on their feet dancing the night away! Blair and his team are awesome! I had nik and Daniel as my djs for my wedding ceremony and reception. Everything went great and I had total faith in them that they would be the best. It was awesome to meet and plan with the DJ team in advance. It gave a very clear understand of the flow of the wedding and how the DJ was going to work with us to keep a flow to the wedding ceremony and reception. We had some rain and so the wedding was slightly delayed....the DJ was so great to entertain the guest while we were waiting for the showers to clear up. ...Was even smart enough to play some songs about sunshine! The guest really felt like he knew what WE wanted to hear! Kept the party ALIVE all night! Kudos for helping to make our wedding a huge success and memorable for all!

This DJ got it right for our daughter's wedding! He arrived early in plenty of time to get set up and played until the last minute. He was spot on with the music for the ceremony, making seamless transitions with the different songs. He played traditional love songs during the dinner time which were fun for all and then knew exactly how to get the dancers onto the dance floor later. He played something for everyone. I am overly thrilled with our DJ Josh. He was very accomodating and my friends and family never left the dance floor for 3-4 hours straight. We had the most amazing time. I booked NPA well in advance and was very happy with the price. Closer to the wedding, NPA did a great job communicating with me and setting the schedule that worked best for our wedding. Every email was answered promptly. They worked with me and gave be good recommendations on time. The big day, they were on time and set up exactly where we wanted them too. NPA is seriously the best in the business! My Dad was also a DJ for a very long time, and I was completely blown away by Blair and his team, especially Josh (our wedding DJ). Blair made sure my husband and I were happy with every detail and checked in frequently to see if we wanted to change anything. Blair is such a sweet man and you can tell that his business is a passion of his.
Josh was a our DJ and even when my wedding planner changed a few things on him the day of since my cake was starting to melt, Josh continued to go with the flow and made sure he did all the right changes. Everyone was dancing all night- they picked out most of the music an played the songs I loved. As the father of the groom I wanted to let you know that your music selection was perfect. The bride and groom (a trumpet player) were elated. I was under the impression that my son had given you suggestions and was quite surprised that other than the traditional dance selections you created the perfect playlist for our son's wedding. Joe was the DJ for our wedding ceremony and reception, and he was AWESOME! The song transitions during the ceremony were very smooth, and songs were never just cut-off. Also, everyone loved the music that was played during the reception, and Joe never let the dance floor become dull. Blair was the person I stayed in contact with at Nashville Party Authority, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was always very responsive to my emails and phone calls. If you are looking to book a DJ for your wedding...stop looking and let Nashville Party Authority take care of you. They just did my son's wedding reception at Cabana's and it was fabulous. The way they were able to feel the mood of crowd and keep things going were awesome! It even got my 86 year old mother up dancing and she hadn't danced in over 50 years! This is the ONLY place you need to look for an over the top entertainment experience for your wedding!! I called so many DJ's in the Nashville area and so many had boring conversations or a voicemail box. When I called NPA Blair answered the phone and made me feel like my event was the only event he had going on. Blair took the time to talk to me about the bride and groom their preferences. AND, was the only vendor that trusted us to pay them on the day of event. Now what more could you expect other than that to trust they would show up and perform?? I've been to a lot of events in my day and I had 100's of people at our daughter's wedding. People from 4 months of age all the way through to 80 years and every age LOVED the selections our DJ chose. We NEVER had an empty dance floor. Blair was awesome! Great music library and very great on the mic. You always worry about them being cheesy and he is not. The guests filled the dance floor all night.. and I think that speaks volumes!

We planned a destination wedding and was worried about picking a dj and/or band without knowing anything about them. Out wedding planner suggested Nashville Party Authority and we are so glad she did. Blair did an amazing job. Wedding guest kept asking us if we gave his a play list or a do not play list because the music fit us so well. He kept everyone dancing and did an amazing job. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to enjoy the night and not have to worry about the entertainment.

Nashville party authorities was an amazing company to work with! Blair was very fast when responding to emails and was always on top of communication. My cousins sang for the ceremony and we had to rent a second PA system for them. I thought this would be a hard process but it was very smooth. I couldn't have been happier for the reception too because Blair made the process very smooth. He would address everyone back to their seats before the speeches, father/daughter dance, mother/soon dance and I thought that was such a good idea because if others were in different parts of the venue, they would know what was going on. It was also a reasonable price for such a great company.

As a wedding photographer, I have been to a good amount of weddings and have heard some great and not so great Djs… I was nervous about booking a DJ after witnessing receptions with mediocre DJs who played music that wasn’t getting the guests dancing, ending the night earlier than was intended. I talked to a few DJs before contacting Blair with Nashville Party Authority, who I’ve been recommended to multiple times before. I was still nervous even Blair had raving reviews because it was finally MY wedding day, and I wanted everyone to dance the night away. I shouldn’t have been so nervous because Blair was PERFECT. Seriously, our live instruments during the ceremony he hooked up to his equipment played without a flaw, there were no blunt stops to the first dances, the music was perfect for getting everyone dancing, and nobody wanted to leave at the end of the night. My husband and I even wanted to stay and keep dancing the night away. It was the perfect day, and I owe a lot of that to Blair and Nashville Party Authority.

We absolutely loved Kevin's DJ'ing for our wedding reception. He kept the dance floor full the entire night, played all of our must-plays, and refrained from any cheesy or distasteful songs that may not be wedding-worthy. Kevin really made the evening flow smoothly throughout, and even sent us off with an impromptu tunnel made by all of the reception's guests- so much fun. Thanks Kevin, and NPA!

Working with Nashville Party Authority was GREAT. It was nice to be able to worry about one less thing on our big day. Talking to Blair and exchanging e-mails was always very easy and he was great to work with and very pleasant. I thought that our DJ, Kevin, was awesome. Everything went SO SMOOTHLY and he was very nice. All our guests had a great time during the ceremony and reception. I honestly don't think it could have gone any smoother. Also, my father-in-law had a surprise for us that he planned out with Kevin. It was extremely thoughtful of him, and wonderful that Kevin and Blair were willing to work with him on this video surprise. Everyone had a great time and I would strongly recommend them!!!

I had Nashville Party Authority DJ for my wedding this fall - they were great from day one! They have been doing this for years so they really made us feel comfortable. My fiance and I met with Blair who made a detailed timeline of our reception and then helped us pick out songs for each part of the reception! They left nothing to chance everything was planned and taken care- they really put a lot of thought into it and took care of the details. Jordan was our DJ for the wedding and he was a pro very professional - there were no hiccups - nothing was awkward! He really made it fun - I am so glad I chose NPA I didnt have to worry about anything!

Don worked my daughters wedding on May 4th 2014. My daughter had been out of state for two months before the event so little details had been missed. We wholeheartedly recommend Blair and Nashville Party Authority. We met with him in person before the event, and this provided great peace-of-mind. He is a true professional with great experience. We had a great deal of confidence in him and his craft. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to make sure that all guests have a good time and do not want to worry about the music. He's got everything under control! He also does an excellent job announcing the wedding party and events (garter toss, bouquet toss, cake cutting, etc.). He has a great voice, and he does just enough (not too much). We were very pleased!

Nashville Party Authority far exceeded all of our expectations! Blair was professional and confident in his crew. Blair was already booked on our wedding date, but he assured us we would be thrilled with someone else. Josh was great! The music during dinner was a perfect blend of older classics to newer soft pop. It made dinner time more enjoyable and even fun! My husband and I wanted our reception to be a blast, and we wanted people to dance. NPA intuitively selected song after song to please our guests. The dance floor was PACKED from the moment it was opened to our guests after dinner. It was an absolute blast! We entrusted the song selection to the DJ, and that allowed my husband and me to enjoy the reception ourselves! They took some requests from our guests which brought a personal touch to the fun! The schedule of the night was seamless from the toasts to the first dance to the mom/son and father/daughter to the garter and bouquet toss to the last dance and every moment between! We have had so many of our guests tell us that it was the "best wedding ever"! Everyone had a blast, and EVERYONE danced (grandparents, parents, cousins, friends young and old)! If you want the "best wedding ever", hire NPA to handle the music! It's sure to be an unforgettable and amazingly fun night!

We used Blair, with Nashville Party Authority, to DJ our wedding reception in July at the Hermitage Hotel. Blair was simply AMAZING! He was a true professional, from the very first meeting, to the very last song. We only gave him our first dance song, and mother/son and father/daughter dance songs, and he chose the rest! He said he reads the crowd, and plays songs accordingly. And that he did! We had a very small reception, with 60 people, and EVERY SINGLE PERSON danced ALL night long!

Countless people, including my Mom (the Mother of the Bride! You know how picky they can be!), came up to me all night and said he was the best DJ they had ever seen. He helped to make our wedding reception absolutely perfect. It was a dream of a night. Blair was such a pleasure, offered great prices, top notch service, and I would recommend him without the slightest bit of hesitation. Blair, THANK YOU! You were amazing!

Nashville Party Authority provided the D.J. and ceremony music at our wedding at Cellar One. It was perfect! Brad was the D.J., and did an amazing job. His music selection was spot on, and kept everyone dancing. We talked with Blair about the songs ahead of time, and they were great about communicating with us and our wedding planner and making edits and last minute changes. We loved our experience!! We hired Nashville Party Authority to provide dinner and dancing music for our wedding reception. They were fantastic to work with. Blair is very responsive to emails and phone calls. Our DJ, Brad, showed up early, was energetic and enthusiastic, and did a great job playing music that kept our guests on the dance floor! We had some unusual requests, which he accommodated with no problem. I would highly recommend NPA!

Nashville Party Authority was great! The process and planning went very smoothly and they were a joy to work with. We did not have a wedding planner and NPA really helped us with the timeline both before the wedding and on our special day. We had such a great time, our DJs were fun and very professional.
