  Very positiveexperience! Nancy was great!

  I was nervous about finding the right person for my hair and makeup for my wedding day; Nancy was recommended by a friend and I am so pleased with her services! Not only is she great at what she does but she is also reliable, punctual, caring and will make you feel calm, (which is key on your wedding day). She did a great job at making me look natural; she was intentional about creating the look I requested, highlighting the areas I wanted, while making suggestions based on her experience on what would look best (it is worth listening to the expert). I highly recommend Nancy!!!

  Nancy is the total package and a joy to work with. She did my hair and makeup for an evening party themed "Tropical Chic" and I could not have been happier with the results. I arrived to my appointment a little early and she was very accommodating and started prepping me right away. Her professionalism and love for her art were always present and she was willing to offer color and style options while keeping my preferences as her priority. We had a fabulous time talking and having some girl time which made me feel right at home and before you knew it I was ready to go. Guests at the party complimented me on my look and I could not have been happier. Nancy stays current with the makeup and hair trends to offer her clients a wide variety of options and she has very good quality makeup which will look flawless at your event and you won't have to worry about re applying so you can enjoy your special moment. In 2017 I have already booked Nancy for my maternity photo shoot as well as my baby shower and I can't wait to see the results! I highly recommend Nancy and encourage you to contact her for a consult.

This was a trial for my hair and makeup for the wedding and I couldn't be happier. Nancy puts your Pinterest pictures to shame and does an even better job at recreating updos and makeup. She will be doing both my hair and makeup for the wedding. Her prices are more than fair for what she offers. Look no further.

  Nancy is incredible! This was the first time I ever had my hair and make up done for an event and had it stay perfect all night long! She is also wildly talented and was able to do everyone in my wedding party and some family members hair and makeup perfectly to what each person wanted. I can't say enough great things about her and her assistant! They were great and fun to work with!!!!

  Before I found Nancy I didn't think I could afford to have professional hair and makeup for my wedding. I saw a review for Nancy on another blog site, and decided to contact her. She was a true professional from the beginning, and very understanding of my budget, after my trial we were able to make some adjustments for "the big day", and I couldn't have been happier with the final results! I cannot count the number of compliments I received on my hair, and the makeup was stunning! Nancy was punctual, and flexible even though I was running late she was able to get me and my bridesmaids ready in time. I highly recommend her!

  Nancy is simply the best! Number one, you won't find a nicer person to hang out with during your wedding morning- she is easy going and relaxed, something a bride needs to encounter as she is getting ready!   Nancy Porras = MAGICIAN, because that's what she really is. I have to give some perspective on the kind of magic she had to pull off. Hurricane Sandy came to visit us in NYC 5 days before our wedding in Florida. Didn't know if airports would open in time so we ended up driving down to Florida 2 days before the wedding. I was stressed and exhausted & it showed. Morning of the wedding I was looking ROUGH. I'm talking dark circles, pale, blotchy skin, limp hair - just a hot mess. I knew Nancy was capable but had a lot of work to do. She was very detailed, paid attention to my ideas on hair & makeup & was most importantly a consummate professional. She had to do my hair & makeup plus 5 other people & managed to keep us on schedule (no easy feat with 6 women) while making us all look gorgeous. I really think you have to see my before & after pictures to appreciate her work. I looked amazing when she was done with me. My make-up was flawless & very natural looking and held up through the crazy party our wedding turned into. I thank you Nancy, for making me feel truly beautiful on one of the most important days of my life!
