  I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the necklace I received from this company. They have a satisfaction guarantee on their website and hassle free returns, which is a joke. They took the necklace back but only gave me partial credit due to a "restocking fee" that was never mentioned in my email communication with their representative and all returns must be received by them within 7 days. I would not recommend this company-unethical and poor customer service.

  I ordered jewelry from this vendor and was disappointed in the quality, I didn't expect much for my $100 but it was just really cheap and didn't end up working with my outfit. I followed the instructions and got a return authorization number and returned the items within 7 days. By the way 7 days is a ridiculous timeframe for a return. My package was eventually returned as refused (funny because they took one piece of jewelry out and did give me credit for it - think that might be postal fraud). The reason they gave me was they said the necklace and earrings I ordered were "custom" made for me. Custom jewelry is UNIQUE, ONE OF A KIND not jewelry that a colored stone is dropped into a standard setting. Their website touts a 100% satifaction quarantee but apparently they do not adhere to that claim. I would not recommend this to anyone.
