They were very easy to work with. I liked the tuxes, but there was only one option in their least expensive category (three categories, each with the tuxes in each category at the same price). It would be nice if they had more options for grooms on a budget. -

This was a true disaster.
We came here at David's Bridal recommendation. All of my groomsmen, groom, and family were measured for their tuxes six months before the ceremony and came in for a final check a month before. Three days before the wedding the tuxes arrived. They were the wrong color, wrong style, didn't fit, and the father of the bride was informed he did not order a tux even though he had a receipt. I was so upset and the manager came in and informed me I order the wrong color and the wrong style. I pointed out that all the receipts match with the correct infromation and one person had the correct color.
We had to get the men remeasured and were then informed the tuxes would not arrive until 8:00 am of the day of my 11:00am wedding. The tuxes arrived at 10:45 that day and were still wrong. We mixed and matched the styles and colors so the men would be comfortable; however, they were oddly fitted and did not look right.
The manager wouldn't give any money back at first but then decided to refund the cost of the suit coats. -
