Bed covid wedding ever

We had Rick as our driver and he was always where we needed him to be and on time. Having a restroom on our bus was very convenient while we were taking the pictures. The bus was super clean and and it fit my large bridal party easily on there. I will recommend them to everyone! Plus you can’t beat their pricing

Couldn't have asked for better!

We absolutely loved using this company for my Bachelorette party and then again for our Wedding Day! We worked with Tom to book and navigate details of the trips and he was exceptional with our needs and any changes to the plans. We also worked with drivers Doug and Kenny and both were amazing as well. They were professional, personable, flexible and TONS of fun! We will definitely be using this company again in the future.

So much fun!

We used MotorToys for our wedding. The limo was the perfect size for our wedding party. Avery was our chauffeur and he was great. He was on time and was very nice. I highly recommend this company!

Motortoys is by far the best limo service in the area! I spent countless hours trying to find the perfect limo service for my wedding! The sales team, specially Matt Wenstrup answered every question I had professionally and promptly. The driver Sam was professional and fun! He took the time to connect to my wedding party! The bus we rented was beautiful! The whole process was easy, and well worth every penny!! I would totally recommend this company!

We hired Motortoys for our rehearsal dinner and wedding. With the option to buy 12 hours at such a reasonable cost, we were able to have a limo both days, stopping the clock for 5 hours on our wedding day (we loved this option, thank you). Motortoys has an excellent reputation and deserves it. Our limo was immaculate with fresh ice, bottled water, glassware, lights, and music. Dennis, our chauffeur, arrived on time with a huge smile and great attitude. Everyone who rode in the limo talked about how wonderful he was, and knowing that he really enjoys his job was great to hear too.

During the rehearsal, Dennis even brought waters in a small cooler, just in case any of the bridal party felt thirsty. Thank you, Motortoys, for your responsiveness and kindness during a very (sometimes stressful) time.

When I messaged them on wedding wire they reached out to me asap. They were quick to respond. They have deals going on that i am able to pause their service an use them again at a later date. I've never had a company cater to my needs. It is a little pricey but i do believe it will be worth it!

We were sooooo beyond happy with our experience with Motortoys. We reserved a black Cadillac limo for our New Year's Eve wedding and it was awesome! We worked with Brittany initially over the phone and via email. Not only was she on top of everything, but she was easy to communicate with and super nice. On the day of the wedding, our chauffeur Eric Norris, was incredibly accommodating, on time, and just a joy to be around. I think the wedding party enjoyed having him around as well. :) I could not say enough good things about this company. :) I would not hesitate to get in contact with them or ask for a quote.

We loved our party bus from Motortoys! We got the 27 passenger bus, which includes a bathroom. The bus was clean, had working air (heat/AC...we used both throughout the day/night), and had working music. It set a great atmosphere for us to have fun riding around for pictures for our wedding! Our driver Rick was very nice and helpful. When we spoke a few days before the big day, he told me exactly where he would pull up to pick us up (our downtown hotel is kind of a tricky pickup location for large vehicles), and he made it very easy. He also suggested that I bring a sheet to put around my white dress just to make sure that I don't accidentally brush up against something and get dirty. This was a great idea, and I did bring a sheet. However, I do think I would've been fine without it because the bus was very clean inside and out. My only complaint is that our driver accidentally drove us around for an hour after our ceremony when he was only supposed to drive us around for a half hour and then return us to our venue. This sort of crunched our timeline once getting back to the venue. It really was no big deal though! I would just recommend going over the timeline one more time the day of the wedding to make sure you are both 100% on the same page. It wasn't a big enough deal to give less than 5 stars. Thanks motortoys for making sure we were riding in style!

I genuinely cannot think of anything that could have made our experience working with Motortoys better. Not only will we be SURE to use the company again for any future events, but I will absolutely be recommending Motortoys and our chauffeur, Eric Norris, to anyone I ever hear looking for a rental vehicle.
My interactions in the office were with Brittany Frey and she was amazing. Each time we spoke she took time to be thorough in explaining all details and was so friendly and enjoyable. I spoke with many different limousine companies and my interactions with Brittany were the reason I ended up choosing the company. She made me feel that this was the best vendor partner option and instilled the utmost confidence that the event would go smoothly.
Needless to say, the day-of and rental experience was also flawless! Our chauffeur was Eric Norris who was wonderful. I was so impressed that he called me the week of the wedding to run through the day. I have heard so many horror stories about transportation details going awry, so going over the details of the day with Eric made me feel so relaxed and confident in the company. During our time with him, Eric made sure to keep us on schedule, was prompt in taking us to each of our destinations, and was so fun to be around! He was so polite and respectful of everyone. I could not have asked for a more perfect chauffeur, he blew us away and exceeded all expectations!

We rented a limo to take pictures around downtown Cincinnati and in Covington before our wedding ceremony. Our driver was great! He had no issues navigating the city and made our day special. Since it was hot out he kept the limo nice and cool and well stocked with water. We were glad we decided to rent a limo to transport everyone rather than trying to carpool. Motortoys was hands down the most affordable limo service we were able to find in Cincinnati and I would highly recommend them!

Motortoys was so easy to work with from the beginning! I was very nervous to be overcharged or charged some additional hidden fee, since so many people experience that issue, but Motortoys was honest and upfront the whole time. Rick was AMAZING! He called me a few days before the wedding and wanted to know what he could do for us, to make it easier on us. I was concerned about bringing a cooler on board and forgetting it, so he brought an additional cooler for us to use, stocked full with ice! The day ended up being rainy, but Rick was there the whole time with an umbrella ready to escort me around with the umbrella, as well as the other ladies (and gents)! His attitude was the best, so friendly and funny! He was very go with the flow and he worked amazingly with my photographer and videographer as the photo spots changed several times... he was just the BEST!! We are so glad we hired Motortoys and would do so again in a heartbeat. Rick, thank you SO MUCH for making our rides everywhere so easy and comfortable, we love you!

I used Motortoys for our transportation on our wedding day! I cannot say enough good things about this company!! Our party bus truly made our entire day! We had so much fun driving to each place. The bus was so clean and our driver was amazing! Unfortunately it rained the entire day but the driver would get out of the bus and follow me everywhere with an umbrella to make sure I didn't get wet! He carried our bouquets around for us and would place them back in their cardboard box when we were finished with them for the time being. I couldn't believe it!! I would recommend Motortoys to every Bride & Groom searching for transportation! Thank you Motortoys for helping to make our wedding day absolutely perfect!!

I have to say one of our best decisions for our wedding was choosing to book a limo through Motortoys. We had one of the big limo buses and it was really nice and large and fit everyone well. There were plenty of spots throughout the limo to store drinks and keep them cold and our driver even had ice ready for us to use. The driver was very professional and got us where we needed to be on time.

We did the split day and stopped service for a few hours during the reception which was great because we were able to drive around for a couple of hours after to continue partying and take some people home. I would definitely book Motortoys again.

Our limo driver was RIck and he was amazing! Extremely professional and made the trip to and from the church fun! While the bridal party was getting pictures he took the little kids in attendance from the church to the reception which they absolutely loved!!! He went above and beyond to make it a great day!!!!

Sure, motor toys has a fleet of options for transportation, but our driver was absolutely made the difference! He treated us like royalty and helped all the women in and out of the limo while blocking the tires so our dress wouldn't get dirty. Honesty, the level of service and driving that we got from our driver was worth every penny! He even assisted at the chapel in letting my father and know when to walk through the doors at the chapel. Thank you for everything!

Loved the flexibility of motortoys!

We rented a hummer limo for our wedding day and it turned out to be one of the better (and more fun) decisions of our day. The driver was right on time, even though we weren't ready yet. It was great for shuttling everyone around for pictures. We even were able to do a first look before the ceremony by having me (the groom) sit up front and my now wife sit in the back with everyone else. The chauffeur was extremely nice and always held an umbrella for us since it was raining, meeting us at any doorway we were coming from. One of the reasons we went with motortoys was the option to split up the service. We were able to pause while we partied at the reception and resume service when we needed to be taken back to the hotel! A great service!

Christopher our limo driver went above and beyond just driving the limo around during the day for us. He was very professional and made sure we had a nice smooth fun day! He did a very good job making sure we were on schedule and collecting peoples things and making sure everything got to where it needed to go. He went above and beyond my expectations. I could not say enough great things about this company. We had a 20 passenger Escalade. It was beautiful. Our guest raved about how beautiful it was. It was very comfortable.
Our driver Terry was amazing. He was very sweet and accommodating. we had to change photo locations last minute and he had no problem doing so.
The company is extremely professional and worked within my budget. Money WELL spent.

Perfect! They followed our time line perfectly. Polite, Kind, helpful, funny! Our driver was the best. We did the 12 hr rental of a party bus that helf 24-25 people. the wedding party was comfortable as they traveled to the venue for pictures. Our to town Guest were picked up and brought to venue so they didn't have to drive, At the end of the night the driver helped us take flowers and gifts home. Would totally rent from them again and recommend them!

Motortoys was awesome! We had a party bus pick the girls up at my moms house. It was hilarious to see this enormous bus sitting in our neighborhood. We were able to put a couple of bottles of champagne in the built in cooler along with a ton of mini champagne bottles. We brought plastic cups in case there were enough glasses but there were! We also had enough room to bring in another cooler one of my bridesmaids packed with beer. We had 24 people on the bus-we all fit in! I was completely impressed with the driver since about 5 inches of snow fell the night before. The driver was very friendly. The sound system worked perfectly (although we did need to bring our own USB cord for our iPod...I don't know if that was mentioned to us before). Definitely recommend them!

The bus we got for our wedding party was absolutely amazing! It sat 24 passengers. It had a great sound system which we plugged our phones into so we were able to party form one destination to another. I've been on other buses in the past and this by far had the most room and was the most comfortable. The best part might have been the bathroom on the bus!! When we first got on, it was stocked with ice, bottled water, napkins, and wine/champagne glasses. Our driver's name was Toni and she was very professional and friendly. She called me a week before the wedding to get addresses of all of our planned destinations so she was prepared with directions. Then of course, our destinations changed on the spot and she more than happy to take us where we wanted to go.

I LOVED our driver! He was so fun and helped me in and out of the limo like a true gentleman! The limo was clean and had water in it for us. They also let us bring some of our own drinks (wink wink) for after the ceremony!

I worked with Mike at MotorToys. He was very helpful and professional. I actually used the limo service to take people from a hotel downtown to the wedding venue. I had the driver work directly with a friend since I was getting ready at the time the guests were picked up. I was nervous about this, but the driver contacted our friend the day before to confirm details and everything was perfect!

Motortoys Limos were impeccable! The driver had the limo to us before the time we had it scheduled to arrive. The driver was very professional and more than willing to deal with us even after changing the schedule twice. We used motortoys for both our bachelorette party and the wedding and I have nothing but good to say about both drivers. The limos were spotless, always filled with waters, and beyond what I expected. Will definitely use again in the future.

We had the best time on our limo bus. Our driver got us the various stops in a timely manner. We were able to listen to music, dance and drink on the bus. It made for an amazing time even before the wedding started. Our driver was very friendly and well manned.

Motor Toys did a great job for us on our wedding! We asked them to drive on some back roads, and they were able to handle them, no problem! It was a wonderful limo, a fun driver, and a great addition to our day! Thank you!

We had previously ridden in a similar limo if not the same one with Motortoys for a friend’s graduation party a year before our wedding. When we thought about transportation, we immediately decided to check their rates and compare, knowing the service had been excellent the first ride with them. What we found were excellent rates for the 8 hours we needed to go from hotels to church and then to the park and reception. Our driver Matt was great, we had no issues and he was very down to earth and eager to help us out when needed with anything. Overall we had a tremendous experience again with Motortoys and highly recommend them. They would be our first choice next time we have any special event!!!

We had such a great experience using Motortoys. We rented the Rolls Royce and it was perfect! It was in such great condition and the driver was so professional, prompt, and so well priced! We couldn't have asked for a nicer car, better service - it made our day so spectacular and memorable!

I could not be happier with Mototoys.
We rented the party bus for our wedding- from 2pm- 2am. We sent them our itinerary a few days before as well as dropped off a bunch of drinks and we were good to go.

The quality of the party bus was amazing. It could hold 26 people, had room to walk around (even with a huge dress!), included champagne glasses and water, had karaoke, a bathroom, lazers, etc.
It was a great help in getting to the park to take pictures, from the ceremony to the reception, but the party really started when we left the reception. The wedding party and some friends and relatives piled in and we all had such a great time dancing and singing and riding around town. We stopped at White Castle and got some sliders and the night ended far too soon... I didn't realize how much fun the party bus would be and next time we rent it we definitely won't waste time at a reception or bar! It is really like your own private club on wheels!

As far as the chauffeur goes, Dale P was professional, helpful, and went out of his way to make our night as stress free as possible. He even waited outside our house while we changed and helped us carry our bags through the hotel!

Very SWEET DRIVER, Jeff took our 2 boys age 5 and 4 for a ride around parking lot. They were disappointed when they walked out that the limo was'nt for them, then the driver asked if they wanted to go for a ride. He took our boys and aunt for a ride and even turned on lights and music for them. Our boys talked for days how much they loved riding in the limo, it made them feel very special.

Motortoys was great. We had the black Lincoln Town car which was perfect for our day as we never had our entire party in the limo at once. The price was great- we had the Friday night special and they gave us a deal and we used them for my husband's bachelor party night too. The drivers were great and very professional. I recommend them to anyone for any kind of party.

We used the Escalade limo, and it was great. Our driver was very professional- he made multiple trips back and forth to the limo to get flip flops and more beer while we were getting pictures taken! We had the limo for 12 hours for an exceptional cost! Our driver was the nicest man ever, highly recommend.

Outstanding! their fleet is large and they are quick to get back to you when you call. We used their white escalade stretch limo for the wedding party and their rolls royce for my husband and I after the wedding. Very good drivers who look professional.

Wow. We used the Hummer limo, and it was great. Our driver was early, professional, and just a pleasure to have around. The ride was smooth, even in tight corners. Great all around, highly recommend.

We were overall satisfied with the services provided by Motortoys. We were notified early on who our driver was and he even reached out to us the day before the wedding. He was on time, flexible when we needed to switch our itinerary, and got us to each destination promptly. When the original limo we picked out had mechanical problems they called us immediately and offered an upgrade that worked even better for our big day!

My husband and I used Motortoys for our July 4 wedding - We did a 6 hour rental of the ~25 person limousine bus. I would highly recommend the limousine bus - It was very nice and clean and had plenty of space for my ~20 person wedding party to dance and hangout. The driver arrived on time and followed our pre-planned time line throughout the day. The driver was also polite, professional and fun. I would highly recommend Motortoys!

They worked with me on budget because I didn't want to spend a lot. Always responsive to emails and phone calls.

We rented a "20 person" Escalade which was well-kept and fully party-bussed out. The only downside was the 19 of us in it - were packed like sardines. It would have been much more suited for 15 or less.

Our driver was flexible (we were running late) and got us everywhere we needed to be! He even managed without difficulty through downtown construction, traffic and the Pride Parade!

Awesome!! We got the 14 passenger Hummer all day. Our driver, Rich, was great! Even when we were running late and hitting traffic he went the back ways just to get us there on time.
My only complaint was that it was a scorcher the day that I got married and the limo really didn't get that cold to keep the wedding party cool. But completely understandable. Motortoys is a definite recommendations and Rich is the best!!

We had a 20 person H2 Hummer. The price is a little over what I would have wanted to spend, but the service was excellent. They offer a 24 hour rental that can cover any transportation for your entire wedding day. The drivers pay special attention to the bride, especially helping with your dress in and out of the limo. You can bring any alcoholic beverages you like in a cooler, and they will set everything up for you. They also have satellite radio and karaoke in the limo.

Our driver checked in with us a couple of days in advance and arrived early the day of the wedding. Our only complaint was how hot the limo was when we got in originally. It would have been nice if the A/C had been running before he picked us up. It took awhile for it to cool off and the day wasn't that hot....it was actually cooler outside.

We went with the 20 passenger Escalade for the entire day and I'm really glad we did. Our wedding was pretty much an all day event as far as the wedding party was concerned and not having to worry at all about transportation for the day was a huge relief. The drivers were super nice and they where they needed to be when they needed to be there and even made a trip to McDonalds to get my young nephew some much needed lunch. I would definitely recommend Motortoys, especially the all day package.

Great vehicles to chose from. Beautiful Hummer and Navigator limo was used for our wedding. We were on time everywhere I went. My only complaint would be the friendliness of the staff. The man on our rehearsal night was amazing while the 2 on our wedding day did not go above and beyond to help us out- and not much interaction with us.

Motortoys did a great job- arrived on time, let us play our own music, and had ice on the bus. Kind of pricey but I guess comparable to other companies. Th bus was clean and beautiful, just like the pictures, the air conditioning was on, and they let us eat and drink on the bus too. He even drove around for a while so we could have some "party time" on the bus. Overall, I was very pleased with them and everything went very smoothly!

We booked a 14 passenger limo about a month before the wedding and we loved working with Motortoys. They provided us a great limo to take us to get our pictures and they were decently priced. We would use them again!

They were great! Had the best deal in town that we could find. They were on time and were really flexibe as we didnt get them our itinerary until 3 days before the wedding! The driver was super nice and was great with the little kids we had with us!

The cost was very reasonable, they also threw in some freebies. The only thing that I was upset about was when the limo was told to come pick up me and my girls from the salon he did not show up for 50 minutes after that time. Which made us over an hour late to the ceremony site, which took up an hour of my photography time. So, their were some pictures we missed and the limo service did not try to do anything to say they were sorry or make up for the delay. The limo was very very nice, clean and well presented the driver was professional. Just the timeliness.

Great wedding party bus! But beware of how many people the bus will actually fit once you get all the snacks, coolers, bouquet holders, etc on the bus along with people. I would recommend over estimating the space you need for the people you have in the wedding party.

With a week until the wedding I received a call that they wanted to change our limo due to the impending weather (snow was in the forecast). We were changed to a larger, but I don’t think as nice of a limo. Note: If you want to listen to music in the limo, make sure someone makes a CD, radio reception was poor and the USB plug did not work. Our Driver was on time, attentive and gave great service.

Wish I could hire the driver, not the company..

I'm rating this company three stars because the company itself was a bit of a mess but our driver was great. Our driver was definitely worth five stars. The company lost my contract. It wasn't the end of the world but it still wasn't very professional. None of my other vendors had to call me and recollect all my information.

Avoid this company! My family and I had a terrible experience with Motortoys Limousine Company Valentine’s day weekend 2013. We booked them to transport us from my son’s home in Indian Hill to a comedy club. The evening before & the day of, the driver called my son several times to go over the reservation that had already been solidified. When he wouldn’t stop harassing my son, we requested a new driver that would stop. When the driver arrived, he said that he needed me to sign more paperwork. He said that we needed to sign a contract stating that I would be liable for any damage he sustained to the vehicle if he were to wreck. I have never heard of this before & I have ridden in several private cars for my company. He also went on to say if we were “a minute after 12:30am, we would be charged $200”. This is all while we were trying to leave because we had to arrive to our destination on time. It really put a damper at the beginning onto our family evening out. In addition, a headlight was out in the car & the stereo didn’t work. The headlight alone put us in jeopardy. I called the company to speak to the owner the following Monday & this is how he explained their actions. He said “Indian Hill clients are our worst customers & they have boulders in their yards, & tell the drivers you can make it” and the “Indian Hill clients always get drunk & tell their drivers to do things they shouldn’t, & come after them the following day to pay for any damage they cause.” I’ve never been treated so poorly & like a child by a business in my life. I explained that to him & he offered me a free limo night, & I explained that I did not want anything free. I just wanted him to understand how the experience affected our evening & what our expectations would be in the future. He said that they have reasons to do that for Indian Hill clients. I said that if that’s how you are going to do things, then we will not be using their services. He said “you go your way, and we’ll go our way.”

Nearly ruined my wedding!! I booked Motortoys several months prior to my wedding. Signed all of the paperwork and complied with all of there requests. A traditional Indian wedding entails the bride's mother giving the bride away to the groom after the ceremony. The groom waits for the bride in a fancy car and the bride enters the car and drives away. This is a very traditional, important, and visual seen that takes placein front of all the guests. I had 350 guests waiting for this to happen. It was an hour away from ending and the Rolls Royce was still not at the building. Little did I know that these guys do not answer their phones on Saturday! After many, many, many phone calls I got a hold of the owner and he said he would look into it and call me back. Turns out they screwed up and thought they booked me for 12:30 AM instead of 12:30 PM. He did apologize and said he could have a driver out there in 2-3 hours. Do they understand that a wedding follows a time frame?!?!?!?I then told him how that was simply unacceptable and he needs to get in the car (uniform or not) and get the vehicle to the wedding ASAP. He said he would and could be there in 30 minutes. 30 minutes went by and nothing. I called him up and after getting a hold of him he said it would take him another hour. The physical location of the wedding was literaly 2 exits away from his office. I would never use this company and advise anyone thinking about it to avoid at all cost. The owner did not seem sincere in understanding how much he screwed up my wife's perfect day. He did refund my money but in no way did he offer any goodwill. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I reserved a Limo from Motortoys for my wedding. The driver arrived on time to pick up the bridal party and take them for pictures at Mt. Airy forest. But from there on there were several delays which were not due to traffic but rather the driver's inability to maneuver the limo in Mt. Airy forest. I understand a Hummer limo has a limited turning radius, but the problems the driver had handling the vehicle showed a lack of experience and/or preparation to do her job. The resulted delays forced us to modify our itinerary so the groom's party could not have our pictures taken at the scheduled location.

Additionally, there were several functional issues with the limo itself. The stereo system did not work, so on a celebratory wedding day, we had no music. Also, the air conditioning system was not working in the passenger compartment (on a hot August day) so we were pretty hot. The driver was forced to keep the divider between driver and passenger compartment down so A/C could be pumped into the rear, but this wasn't really adequate.

I emailed Motortoys and after not hearing back for a few days, I followed up with my complaint. The company President, Tom, replied back in a confrontational manner. First by trying to discredit my claim, followed by another excuse, and concluded by saying it it's all irrelevant because the contract says they are not responsible for the issues we had. There was no apology or sense of understanding that a customer was dissatisfied.

We spent a lot of money on our limo through Motortoys and its unfortunate that their service is this poor. I'd not recommend using Motortoys service.
