WOW!!!! What can I say about Morgan's? The whole staff was wonderful. They didn't try and sell us anything. They would just sit and talk with us and try and get to know us. Since my ring is so unique they wnated to make sure we got what we wanted and would be happy with it. They remembered us and it is still nice to walk in and they can carry on a conversation with them because we have gained a friendship through the past months.

We actually had to deal with them a lot because of some insurance issues that we had. Our store management didn't handle the situation very well but I was able to call and the corporate office was more than willing to be helpful. They kep their word and we finally left happy three months later.

WOW!! I can't even tell you how impressed I continue to be with Morgan Jewelers. I purchased my husband's ring through them per his request. About 8 months after our wedding, my husband jammed his finger while coaching wrestling. We hoped that his knuckle would eventually go back in size and his ring would fit again. To our dismay, it still hasn't gone down. We went to Morgan's looking for his ring. We found the ring he had had, but he saw a new ring that he liked even better. We decided to purchase the new ring for him instead. To our amazement, Morgan's told us that they would exchange his old ring for a new one even if it wasn't the same style! What a deal!!!!
