    I highly recommend Moody's. They are a local company but have you covered if/when you ever move out of the area. They take pride in their work and will work within any budget without trying to upsell you (at least in our experience). We definitely will be buying more from Moody's in the the future.

    My FI got my engagement ring from Moody's. It is a stunning ring and was within our budget. They will also service the ring free of charge

    Moody's is absolutely amazing! Not only did they help my husband find me the perfect engagement ring, but the day he proposed they sized it right away and were so excited for us! Their ring selection is absolutely gorgeous!

    Moody's did a few custom pieces for my wedding jewelry, a wedding band with stones from my mothers ring, and a necklace with a stone from her wedding ring also. They both are beautiful pieces of jewelry that I will be able to wear forever! Staff was very friendly and helpful, and I even got a hand written thank you note in the mail for shopping with them.

    Jim Rice has been excellent. He's remembered me from the first time we came in just to browse and every time there after my fiancee proposed to me. Jim helped us both create a one of a kind custom piece both for my engagement ring and my wedding band. I couldn't be happier with the service and the pieces themselves.

    Our rings are beautiful and the lawaway option is a perfect solution for tight budgets! They will make you feel like you don't belong in a jewelry store if you don't have money, but I'm still pleased with our rings.

    I bought my fiance ' s wedding band here. He found a band he loved and was able to take it the day of purchase. The salesman was very attentive and listened to what we wanted. We are pleased.

    My wife and I have been married for three wonderful years. I decided to use a diamond stone from a family heirloom that has been passed down for generations. I went to Moody’s Jewelry to find the perfect wedding band to place it in. One month later I was placing it on her hand. We both agreed we have never seen a more beautiful ring. The problem with the ring, more appropriately the setting, began a little over a year later. We noticed that it sounded as if the stone was rattling. We decided it was best to stop wearing the ring until we could take into a professional at Moody’s to correct the problem which they did. After two months of wearing the ring we once again noticed the rattling sound so once again stopped wearing the ring and took it to Moody’s for repair. This process of wearing the ring one or two months, hearing the rattling, and taking it into Moody’s for repair happened a total of SIX TIMES! After the sixth repair a Moody’s employee told my wife even though she could hear the rattling it was safe to continue wearing the ring. One month after this disaster struck! The diamond was gone. We approached Moody’s to voice our vexation with their employees who mended instead of fixed the ring on six occasions and the employee who told us there is no conceivable way the stone could fall out. Instead of being met with concern and possible ways to amend the situation we were met with resistance in honoring their warranty. The managers would tell us what we wanted to hear rather than truly try to resolve the situation. Eventually the employees ignored me all together. I have contacted Moody’s or left messages on 31 occasions only hearing back a total of 7. My wife also wrote one very heartfelt letter to the owner which we never received any sort of response from. Moody’s has ignored my calls, disregarded their responsibility, and neglecting to truly try to help me.
