Best venue! Nicole was amazing she made sure everything was perfect. Food was great and the view was amazing we are so happy we chose to have our wedding her.

We were married at Monte de Oro in September and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! First, the event manager, Brittany Roderick was the best to work with – she was easygoing and professional during the entire process, and made us feel very welcome. We booked over a year in advanced and communicated throughout the process. Brittany was quick to answer any questions as well as offer advice. You couldn’t ask for a nicer person to work with Brittany exceeded our expectations.

The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. All of our guests had a great time. The venue itself is beautiful, inside and out. Monte de Oro only allows one wedding per day and being the only wedding on site was a huge plus. We absolutely recommend Monte de Oro without hesitation!

My partner and I were lucky enough to be shown Monte De Oro today by Brittany, the venue coordinator and events manager. The venue is gorgeous, and it is very clear that if you plan your wedding here, she will take great care of you. Just on touring this location alone, no bride would feel disappointed after planning her wedding at this winery. Customer service is great, and the staff really cares about every wedding that happens here.

I had my wedding ceremony at Monte De Oro Winery and from the very first meeting to check out the venue everything was amazing. Jordan and Kristina are both so knowledgeable and very helpful through out the whole process. They help you with anything you may need along the way. The actual day of the wedding Kristina was helpful through every step of the way. I had the wedding ceremony of my dreams. I can not recommend them enough. Customer service is great, the venue and view are breath taking. Love love love this place!!!!

This winery was the perfect setting for our son and his beautiful new brides wedding. Facility is clean and well maintained. The event staff are professional and friendly. Special thank you to Ken, Jordan, Richie, Mary and the entire staff for creating a very special evening for our family.

The venue is beautiful and they give you what you need to have a nice wedding. If you want more decorations, you supply your own and you are responsible for prompt removal. The venue is clean for the most part but litter and debris could have been swept up better

MDO was absolutely fantastic! They helped us through the entire process, making sure every detail was ready for our big day. And when it finally arrived and everything got hectic, the MDO staff was on point, on time, professional and awesome! I would highly recommend MDO.

At Monte De Oro you can choose the vineyard patio, indoor winery with glass dance floor, cool barrel room—or multiple locations. They offer tables, chairs, linens, tableware, umbrellas, and other furniture.

Watch for wind in Temecula! Thankfully, the staff came to our rescue by taping down our décor. One of the owners, Ken, was personally involved to ensure our event was a success. Wow.

My fiance and I were on a budget but I'm sure all of our family and friends who came to this gorgeous venue think we spent way more than we did. I could not recommend Monte De Oro and its staff more! Besides the beautiful location, Ashley and Candice and the staff at Monte De Oro were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.

We searched a lot of places and met with a lot of people before selecting Monte De Oro. From the start we were impressed. Our coordinator Candice Gregg was on top of everything from the beginning. Not only was every meeting a great one prior to the wedding, but the menu tasting was such an unbelievable experience. The Chef was one of the best I have ever experienced with over the top horsderves and meals. The professionalism and service we experienced was what really made our wedding perfect. My wife and I both have a very high standard for service and Everyone at Monte De Oro, starting and ending with Candice Gregg was who made that all happen. Whoever hired her did a great job, focus on retention now haha ;) She managed to juggle all of my vendors, vidographer, photographer, florist, photobooth, band, dj, etc. etc. along with all of the guests and wedding party people who of course at any given time wanted something, she kept everyone happy which in turn kept us happy. I am absolutely impressed with everything and will be speaking about this to all of my friends and family for as long as I live, the happiest day of my life was made perfect by having it at Monte De Oro, and having Candice Gregg as my coordinator. Thank you!

My husband and I loved the "can do" attitude of the Monte De Oro staff. They were very accommodating and willing to go out of their way to make our day just the way we wanted it.
When you have your wedding at Monte De Oro you get the entire venue to yourself which was a huge selling point to us when comparing to other wineries that have 2 or 3 weddings on one day.
Candice was extremely responsive and easy to work with. She was very organized and kept really good track of all the tweaks we made throughout the planning process.
Head chef William Campbell was great. The food was delicious and during cocktail hour he found us (bride and groom) in another room and served us personally. Classy!
We had our cocktail hour in the barrel room (our guests loved it!) and dinner outside around the fountain at sunset. We rented market lights to put over the dinner tables. Dancing was inside on the glass dance floor which was perfect because even though we ended up having good weather, it can get hot in Temecula and the inside/outside options at Monte De Oro allowed our guests to get into the air conditioning during cocktail hour and dancing.
Overall we would give Monte De Oro winery 5 stars. You will not be disappointed if you have your wedding here!

Monte de Oro helped make my dream wedding a reality. The entire wedding planning process was so easy. Candice was very attentive and quick at responding to emails and helping me nail down all the specific details. The day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly and looked beautiful. All of my guests remarked that the entire wedding was one of the most fun and most stunning weddings they had been to.

We really enjoyed our special day at the winery. It was nice getting a list of preferred vendors, as it made our planning so much easier. Candice and staff did an amazing job! We can't thank them enough. Everything was wonderful!

I fell in love with the venue the second I saw it. When my groom and I met with the coordinator we knew we had found the place. She made the whole experience so wonderful . She was always easy to contact and a lot of fun to work with. The food and wine were just the added bonus. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing .

We had our rehearsal dinner in the gorgeous barrel room of Monte de Oro. All the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. The food was delicious, and of course the wine was amazing. It was a great experience for everyone!

I could not be happier with the service I reached from Candace, Kelly and the rest of the Monte De Oro staff. We had a small wedding and most venues we visited had a high minimum number of guests (100+) for weekend weddings, but not Monte De Oro. They had a reasonable 50-person minimum for Saturday weddings, and no minimums any other day. One of my favorite things about Monte De Oro is that they are dog-friendly, so our pup got to be part of our special day!
Candace was our main coordinator and she was phenomenal! She was very responsive to my phone calls and emails and worked directly with several of my vendors on the logistics of setting everything up so I didn't have to be the middle-person. We were running low on beer during cocktail hour and she immediately had it re-stocked by dinner. Any question or concern that I had leading up to or during the event, she would take care of it. She was super dependable and just plain awesome to work with! I cannot recommend her and Monte De Oro enough!

Everyone at Monte de Oro were more than helpful! We planned our wedding from Virginia and Candice and Kelly were very accommodating. They provided a list of vendors and we loved DJ Carl who often works with them. We are so excited that we chose Monte de Oro for our wedding! We couldn't have asked for anything better and plan to visit for our anniversary.

Candice, Kelly and the whole staff at Monte De Oro were so wonderful through the entire 14 months of planning my daughter's wedding!! We live in Arizona so we had to rely on email mostly to communicate. Candice was right there to help and responded quickly to all my questions and request! I was never told "NO" to anything, they accommodated absolutely everything we wanted!! We visited 12 different wineries in Temecula before we chose to go with MDO; it wasn't a hard decision, the venue is breathtaking! The day went off beautifully and we have received so many compliments from our quests on how much they loved Monte De Oro and it's wonderful staff. I would recommend Monte De Oro, Candice and Kelly to anyone who would like an elegant and worry free event!!

We are extremely pleased with how perfect our wedding turned out to be. It was absolutely perfect.

I had my wedding at Monte De Oro last summer and it was beautiful. The Winery had a romantic, yet sophisticated setting that left me speechless. The elegant ambiance consisted of a unique barrel room where my guests enjoyed cocktails, and a splendid and stunning reception area just to name a few.
Not only was the atmosphere gorgeous, the food was delicious as well. Many guests commented how impressed they were with the perfect amount of savory food and wine (and beer).
The staff and coordinator(s) were also dynamic. They made sure my husband and I were completely taken care of (before and during the wedding) and our wedding party and guests as well. Even during the process of planning the wedding, the main coordinator (Kelly) made it enjoyable/easy because she was very generous, sympathetic, obliging, helpful and accommodating (to name a few), to our considerations. She was amazing.
My husband and I were so impressed with our experience and enamored with the venue as well, that we became permanent wine club members. To this day, we still wine taste there because they always have new additions of their exquisite wine.
Monte De Oro is a unique and elegant winery that would be a perfect venue for weddings, gatherings, or even to wine taste.

Monte de Oro is an amazing venue to host your wedding or special event at! My husband and I were married there in the fall of 2012 and it was just perfect. The event manager onsite made the experience so easy and stress free and the chef did a fabulous job preparing a wonderful culinary experience for our guests. The venue has an unique barrell room below ground that was perfect for our cocktail hour and the tasting room was such a beautiful setting for dinner and dancing. The venue is all inclusive so they were able to supply everything for us..tables, chairs, linens, table settings, staff, bartenders, catering and more! Overall it was such a great experience and reasonably priced compared to other venues in the area. I would recommend to anyone as I couldn't of asked for a better experience!

My husband and I were married here on April 27, 2013 and could not have been more happy with this location!! The staff was always warm and friendly to us and Kelly was super quick to respond to any emails I sent her. The food was amazing (our guests would conquer!!), the location was perfect (guests loved the huge window in the main room and glass bottom dance floor!), and the experience was unforgettable :). I would not hesitate to recommend this venue to ANYONE!!

Beth and Kelly but more specifically Beth was wonderful to work with (she was my main contact). All my requests were answered in a timely manner by email and she was always pleasant and accommodating when I visited the site before the wedding.
I chose Monte De Oro because of the views and the access to the winery. We were allowed to have our guest experience the grounds outside as well as in the barrel room for cocktails and finally the tasting room for dinner. We got great reviews from our guest about everything, no complaints.

The wine, food, and service were all good.

So I would recommend Monte De Oro for a wedding or just for a day visit to taste their wines.

Amazing Wedding Venue!!!!

My family has been members of Monte de Oro's wine club for years so, when it came time to pick a venue for my wedding, it was the first place we looked. From the very beginning, Kelly and Beth went out of their way to make our dream wedding come to life. While they had yet to have an indoor ceremony, they were more than willing to give it a shot [And it came out absolutely stunning and perfect!!!] Over the 8 months between booking Monte de Oro and the actual wedding [August], Beth and Kelly always made themselves available to answer any questions my family had via email, phone and in-person meetings. In fact, not only did Kelly and Beth constantly look out for our needs but so did all the other staff. It truly felt like we were a part of a family.

Wedding Day: Absolutely everything was perfect. If anything went wrong, we had no idea. It all flowed seamlessly and it was the truly the perfect evening. [Yes, I know I am being redundant but there are not enough words to describe how truly fabulous everyone at Monte de Oro is and how unbelievably amazing our wedding turned out.] I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with. I would highly recommend the venue to anyone looking for amazing view, delicious food, terrific wine, 2 fabulous wedding planners included, and a once-in-a-lifetime evening.

Absolutely stunning venue!!!! From the outside ceremony space, to the barrel room for cocktail hour, and finally the amazing reception room inside - we could not have been more thrilled with how everything turned out. The staff is top notch and the coordinators (Kelly and Beth) are wonderful to work with!! They definitely make sure all your needs are taken care of AND do whatever they can to make your day absolutely fabulous!!! There is no such thing as a bad picture here because every spot is gorgeous!!! Recommend to ANY bride who wants the perfect winery wedding!!

We recently got married at this beautiful venue and are STILL getting compliments from all of our guests!! Not only is this winery simply stunning, but the staff was so accommodating and friendly. Kelly and Beth were absolutely FANTASTIC to work with and made everything easy and stress free. We knew this was the perfect place for our wedding and HIGHLY recommend this venue to any bride. We will definitely be back to enjoy a tasting on the patio, as this winery now holds a special place in both our hearts!!

My husband and I recently got married at Monte De Oro and we have nothing but great things to say not only about the venue but the great people that work there.
The wedding coordinator Kelly was a delight to work with. As we all know sometimes us brides can be demanding and quite difficult, but Kelly was so attentive (always responding to my multiple monthly calls and emails) and so helpful that all my requests were granted and our wedding day exceeded my expectations.
In addition to a wedding coordinator who is always there for you and as sweet as can be there is a wonderful crew of amazing people who also made our special day run smooth and be one of the best days of our lives. The wine servers are superb, the chef is AMAZING, and the waiters are so attentive.
I have already recommended this venue to newly engaged friends and will continue to do so in the future.

My wife and I were married at Monte De Oro, and it was the best day of our lives! We worked with Kelly Harris and her assistant Beth. Leading up to the wedding, Kelly and Beth were attentive in providing the type of wedding that my wife envisioned, especially as my wife constantly changed her mind. They, along with the rest of the staff at Monte De Oro, treated us like family as they formed a professional yet personal relationship with us. This relationship that we formed has my wife and I frequent the winery as Wine Club Members where they know us by first name and continue to treat us well. Not only were we delighted with the way we were treated, but all of our guests confirmed in us the quality of personalities of the staff.
The venue itself was gorgeous. The spacious and open tasting room was a perfect place for our reception of 175 guests. It was a comfortable size for everyone, all of the tables, and the dance floor (which was glass and bounced!). The patio/vineyards is where the ceremony was held, and it was beautiful. The patio is open and it has a great view of the vineyards and a large peaceful fountain. The food was terrific- our main courses were salmon or sirloin steak. And of course, the wine was enjoyed by all (personally we have been to many of the wineries in temelcula and we agree that their wine is among the best).
Overall, I could not have imagined a better place to get married. Monte De Oro, with their professional yet personable staff, helped my wife and I to have our dream wedding. Thank you Kelly, Beth, and all of the other staff for making our special day unforgettable. -Stephen and Brittney

My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams in July 2013 at Monte De Oro. They were organized, friendly, and open our ideas for the ceremony and reception. Kelly and Beth are a pleasure to work with, and the staff is extremely hard working. Our friends and family kept telling us to be prepared for something to go wrong, but everything went smoothly and perfectly the whole day and night. I really can’t imagine a better place to get married. My husband and I felt like royalty with our own dressing suites and champagne to calm the nerves. The transitions from the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception were seamless and the food was substantial and delicious. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and highly recommend Monte De Oro.

With over 21 years of military service, I have a habit for attention to detail. Kelly Harris and the staff at Monte de Oro Vineyard provide the most personal and professional service any new couple could ask for. My bride had every concern corrected and every dream turned into a reality. Master Chef Taylor created dishes that pleased every person at our wedding, young and old. The scenic views created the perfect place for all of our memories to be captured on film. And of course, Monte de Oro has the best wine in all of the Temecula area. We cannot stress enough how pleased we are with everything that happened during the wedding and highly suggest this venue to anyone for any type of event. We will be going there for many years to come.

This location is beautiful and the large indoor windows with high ceilings over looking a fountain in the patio make it perfect for an indoor ceremony with lots of natural lighting. (They do outdoor options as well but I preferred the indoor one). Lots of great opportunity for photography on the grounds with various scenery (vineyard, cellar, patio, fountain, high ceilings,). They have a glass floor that looks down to the wine cellar, which is pretty cool. It's one of the few beautiful locations in Temecula that offer a ceremony only package with a decent price and privacy for the event, so it was great for my situation. It came with chairs, archway, 2 tables with choice of color for the linens, and the whole place to your self for 2hrs, as well as photo opportunity the full day.

Kristina was great to work with, friendly, and very accommodating. Although sometimes the messaging on here took a little longer for her to reply to but overall I was still happy with the service. A few minor things that could be improved on was the bridal suite for getting ready was in the wine cellar so it was a bit too cold if you're sitting in there too long (keeping in mind that it is a hot summer day), so bring a jacket off you get cold easily. Also noticed some spiders/cobwebs in various locations on the grounds (stairwell to cellar, downstairs bathroom, near the trees on the patio area) so it could have been cleaned up a little bit better. Otherwise, an amazing place to hold your venue.

They do it right at monte de oro. The ambiance, decor and overall beauty of the venue can't be matched. Excellent staff: very helpful and accommodating. We had the perfect day.
