Most beautiful Flowers Ever.

We used Missy 12 years ago for our first daughter's wedding and now again for our youngest. She is knowledgeable and helps plan what you need and do not need which is unusual but of course will do whatever you like. Her flowers are the most beautiful arrangements that we have ever seen out of all the events that we have attended. We could not be more happy with the service and product from Missy. She made our venue beautiful.

Everything was better than we could have ever imagined it to be!

These flowers were absolutely perfect! Even the photographers said they were the best they had ever seen and they have been doing weddings for many years!

The perfect choice! Williams wedding 6/25/22

Our flowers at our wedding were perfect and just what I envisioned (better, actually!). I had a rough idea of what I wanted and sent multiple pictures and was so so pleased when the bouquets arrived in my dressing room that morning. And the flowers are one of my favorite parts of our photos, looking back. So happy that we chose Missy Gunnel’s Flowers for our special day! 10/10 recommend.

Exceptional, exquisite, dreamy

Missy Gunnels and her team far outdid my wildest dreams and expectations. She executed my vision for a dreamy white and green floral wonderland, even better than I imagined. She is so easy to work with, going above and beyond in communication, exquisite ideas, and seamless execution of plans.

Absolute perfection!

I decided to use Missy's business based on her reputation and seeing her work for years at other events. I gave her a very basic idea of what I was thinking, and she took it from there. I was not surprised, but still so very impressed and happy with the result. Everything was perfect, from the bouquets to the ceremony flowers and centerpieces. We had some family items I wanted to use, and she incorporated those beautifully. I recommend checking her Facebook page for examples, since my words can't do her work justice. I highly recommend working with this company - you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic ….couldn’t have been more pleased.

Both bride and groom lived 3 continents away (14 hours time difference) plus delaying the wedding a year due to covid. Missy was wonderful and so supportive. The arrangements were lovely and bouquets exactly what the bride wanted. Would highly recommend this florist. She also worked well with our wedding coordinator and our church.

Excellence start to finish !!!! Very professional and talented.

As a first time Mother of the Bride, Missy walked me through what I needed to understand and was available for all of my subsequent questions and concerns. Dream come true!

Missy and her team did PHENOMENAL!!! When we met i had an idea in my mind of what i wanted.. but seeing our flowers on the day of our wedding, completely blew me away! They exceeded every expectation, and it way beyond what i could ever image! Incredible work! She truly is an artist! Our wedding was flourishing with breathtaking arrangements around every corner! No space was left untouched by beauty! People were talking about how gorgeous they were all night and even months later! It was a real life fairy tale! Missy was super easy to work with and has so many years of experience, so it made it easy to trust her. Especially seeing the work she had done before, I knew it would be fabulous! Hands down, Missy and her team knocked it out of the park! All of our guests were STUNNED by the beauty of her floral arrangements. We had used her lanterns, garland, cake stand, and had our bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces done by her. Even with our limited budget, she made it look like a wedding right out of a magazine/my Pinterest page. I cannot recommend her enough for a wedding florist. Trust her team and her system and like she said herself, I never do an “ugly wedding”. I am so grateful to have booked her for our wedding.

Post hurricane wedding

As the mother of the bride in the 10/12/2018 post Hurricane Michael wedding described in my daughter Kate's review, I want to add that Missy's reputation for artistry, reliability, and flexibility were more on display than ever given the circumstances of this wedding. I later heard she and her folks worked by candlelight. We so much appreciate her efforts in helping this wedding come together as it did. Her experience and can-do spirit were very reassuring during the process. I would highly recommend Missy!

Missy Gunnels has impeccable taste and makes the most beautiful floral arrangements!

Missy Gunnels is a perfectionist in the best way possible! When I first sat down with her to plan our floral arrangements for our wedding, she was incredibly thorough and she has such an eye for what is beautiful! The best part is that I didn't feel pushed to do anything more than we weren't comfortable with- she was happy to accommodate our budget and our subtle arrangement ideas. Everything was absolutely lovely and perfect!
2 days prior to our wedding, category 4 Hurricane Michael hit the Florida panhandle. Despite much damage and destruction, Missy was calm and incredibly professional; she emailed me the day before our wedding to check in on how we were doing and to let us know that on her end, it was "business as usual"; her positive attitude really helped me that week. Little did I know, she and her team did all of our arrangements and bouquets by flashlight that week because she was without power! She did not let the hurricane get in her way in the least- extremely professional!! Thank you a million times, Missy!!

Missy provided excellent customer service and expertise and the flowers and centerpieces were beautiful. She and her team seemed invested from the beginning. She helped me select vases and candle holders for our tables and hightops. I shared my desire for a simple and elegant event and Missy delivered! A 5 star rating isn’t enough to explain how talented Missy is! From our initial meeting to the wedding day, Missy was so easy to talk to. She’s so sweet & her team is also amazing. After showing her a few pictures and explaining my vision, she said we will make it happen.

When the flowers arrived at Mission San Luis on my wedding day, I couldn’t stop looking at them. They were everything I wanted and more! If you want the most beautiful flowers on your wedding day, don’t look further. Missy is absolutely amazing and so accommodating! I am so thankful to have had Missy’s talent apart of our wedding day. The flowers were stunning and I couldn’t imagine anything better.

Missy Gunnels and her team did a wonderful job on my head wreath, bouquets and reception arrangements. They were exactly what I wanted and more. They really added a pop of color to my wedding! Missy is easy to work with and is very helpful when it comes to picking out the best flowers for your special day. She lets you know what is in season, if a specific flower you are wanting will be costly and if there are variations in the colors of a flower you want. She is great! I would recommend her to anyone.

Missy was absolutely amazing. She taught me so much about the flowers as we were going through and picking the ones I liked or had seen in a previous arrangement. She created beautiful masterpieces from the bouquets, to the groomsmen boutonnieres, to the ceremony arrangements and then the reception! Wow, the reception was stunning and the flowers made it all come together! When I walked through the doors of the Champions Club at Florida State University, I was amazed at the beauty of it all. There were 3 huge arrangements on the tables when you walked in and then it just continued throughout the room. She even recommended we put a huge wreath hanging behind the band, and man am I glad we said yes! Missy is a breeze to work with. She is flexible and will absolutely make sure that you get what you want (all within your budget). I came in with a ton of photos and she was able to name every single flower and greenery bit in every photo (the sign of a true professional), then worked with me to narrow down what types of flowers would be in season and easy for her to get the week of the wedding. I really felt like I was a part of the process, and was more than confident in her ability to deliver exactly what I wanted! Missy was the very first wedding vendor I booked and paid a deposit for - seriously, not even 10 days after I was engaged I was sitting at Missy's house and talking about my wedding vision with her! Missy was a no-brainer vendor choice for me - I wasn't going to have anyone but her. We discussed my wedding vision at that first meeting and it changed, a lot, throughout the planning process and Missy adapted to every change - giving me new quotes, ideas etc. She was a dream to work with. And then there was the execution of the vision - it was beyond perfect. Way better than I could have ever dreamed. The ceremony space was elegant, the ballroom was drop-dead stunning and my bouquet made me cry when I saw it. It was everything I could have ever wanted but better. Missy Gunnel is the most amazing and professional florist you could ever hope to create flower artistry on your wedding day...and then times that by a thousand. She took exactly what I had in mind - elegant, formal, but with a romantic looser feel and transformed the space into my dream wedding. Every detail from the flowers hanging from the pews in the church, the spectacular bride and bridesmaids bouquets, the tall pillar arrangements, candles, the flowering arch in the church, etc. was perfect. My mom and I met with her countless times discussing details, working on the budget, different flowers for each arrangement, you name it, and she was the most patient and solution solving person I have ever met. I am so thankful that I was able to book her and have her work her wonders on all the venues. One of my favorite things about her is she also donates the flowers after the weddings to nursing homes. She is as wonderful a person as is her work. When it came to picking a florist, we already knew would be using Missy. We know a lot of people who have used her in the past and she does great work! I wasn't looking for a flower explosion at my wedding (I wanted my guest to be able to see the other person sitting across from them at the table) and I wasn't particular about the types of flowers I wanted. I wanted white flowers with some greenery and gave her a couple examples of what I was looking for. Missy was a joy to work with. With little input from us, she put together the most beautiful bouquets from the bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, and the table bouquets and decoration. The best words to describe her, and yet they aren't enough, are thoughtful, understanding, creative and highly imaginative. We had met several months prior to our wedding and she understood we were on budget. She worked diligently with me, utilizing flowers in season, and coming up with a color palette that fit our fall theme. When the flowers arrived for the big day, my jaw dropped as to how beautiful they were. The colors were amazing, the variety of flowers were beautiful and she managed to make arrangements in mason jars look like a million bucks. We were able to use them as hanging vases for the aisle at our ceremony, then reuse them for small but very well seen centerpieces. Missy is the most approachable and talented florist. She has wonderful ideas and is open to all suggestions. She was always able to solve last minute problems and changes and our wedding was exquisitely beautiful thanks to her!

Missy did an amazing job putting all the arrangements together for my bridesmaids and my centerpieces. I never had to worry about any of it. She helped me feel so relaxed and the entire wedding turned out beautiful.

Missy did a fantastic job creating the arrangements for our wedding. The bridal bouquet and bridesmaids flowers were incredible, and she was able to use some ribbon that I had picked out to match our wedding decor. She listened to what I wanted and made suggestions for different types of flowers to get the look I was going for. The arrangement she created for our buffet table was absolutely beautiful and received a ton of compliments throughout the evening. We had a smaller budget for our wedding flowers, but Missy was super flexible and gave us exactly what we asked for. She truly is the best!

Missy is truly an artist. I have high expectations and she exceeded them. The arrangements were full and absolutely beautiful. My daughter loved her bouquet. There was not one thing that disappointed. If you use Missy, you will be happy. She is great!!

Our daughter used Missy Gunnel for her wedding April 27,2013. The flowers were the most beautiful at a wedding we have ever seen. Missy was amazing! She was great to work with. She wasn't pushing any kind of flower on my daugther only wanted to do what she wanted. Offered suggestions to show her different flowers Krystle had in mind. We changed things up several times she had no problems with that. She called us back everytime we called her. We have had so many, many compliments on Missy's flowers. They are absolutely amazing. YOu will LOVE working with her! Thank you Missy for making my daughter's dreams come true with your beautiful bouquets, flower arrangements, the beautiful wedding arch you created for us !

Missy and her staff were wonderful to work with. Everything was just as my daughter dreamed of and Missy had lots of pictures to show us what it would look like. We were so happy with all of our flowers, truly a southern look at the Southwood House. Would highly recommend using Missy!

Missy Gunnels did an outstanding job on decorating for our wedding! We got married at Honey Lake Plantation in February and I wanted something different! Hydrangeas are beautiful, but I wanted to see flowers that were unique, classy and elegant! Missy led me in the perfect direction! She had amazing ideas, I sure wish I could have my wedding all over again!!!! I hope to use Missy for any event in the future!!!

We absolutely loved our flowers from Missy Gunnels. My mom and I met with her about 6 months before our wedding to discuss color schemes, flower preferences, etc. I don't know much about flowers, but I had heard great things about Missy so I just explained to her my vision and trusted she'd know what to do. I am so so glad I did! The flowers were more beautiful than I could have imagined. She was so patient with me when we had to make multiple changes to our order, and was incredibly responsive and professional. I would definitely recommend Missy!

I will start by saying that I was EXTREMELY picky about my wedding flowers. I probably changed my ideas six times or so, but Missy never missed a beat. Once I finalized my flowers with her, I was certain they would turn out exactly as I described (and sent to her in many, many pictures). When I saw the flowers as they arrived to the venue on my wedding day, I could not walk away from them to go and finish getting ready! Not only that, I then proceeded to drag everyone to the reception venue to see them and marvel over them as well. They were not as I had described and sent to her in pictures...they were SO MUCH BETTER. There is no way I can fully describe my excitement and happiness in the work that Missy and the ladies that work with her did in creating all of the flowers for our wedding. Working with her was so easy...and then she was able to give me flowers that looked as incredibly awe-inspiring and beautiful as they did. Missy is the best, no doubt about it.
