I would highly recommend this venue. Lynette the events coordinator was so responsive to our needs and was extremely professional in all of our interactions. Her follow through and attention to every detail was impressive. She was truly impeccable with her word. She also provided some preferred vendors which I too highly enjoyed working with.
The chef was wonderful and so accommodating. He prepared a menu to reinforce our Tuscan wedding theme (including a beautiful antipasti station, plated ravioli, fruit infused water carafes, flatbread served on pizza boards, etc.) In addition, he and his team catered to some dietary restrictions including GFCF, and a severe garlic allergy without any hesitation. We had nearly 200 wedding guests and I was so impressed by the quality of the food and that every course/plate came out hot, a rarity at most weddings I have attended.
The bartenders and wait staff were attentive to guests and made sure that water and wine glasses were always full. Plates were served and cleared efficiently and all meals were served hot. Lines at the bars during cocktail hour (and the entire evening) were minimal and guests enjoyed a variety of cocktails.
I couldn't be more pleased to have held our reception at MVCC, and don't have one negative thing to say about the planning process, food, service... or anything for that matter. Thank you so much for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!
