Fantastic DJ/MC and wonderful team

Mike and his team are top notch! Not only is he extremely professional and organized, but he is so friendly and makes the whole wedding planning process feel seamless and as stress-free as possible. He was great at seeing our music taste and preferences through our requested playlists and expanding upon them to make our wedding day feel like our own. Beyond keeping the dance floor lively and fun, Mike is a great MC that makes sure the night flows smoothly while maintaining guests' attention and keeping everyone entertained. Mike Jones Entertainment was absolutely phenomenal for our wedding. From our first consultation to the last song of the night, Mike was professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. He took the time to understand our vision, music preferences, and timeline, which made everything run smoothly and stress-free.

The ceremony music, cocktail hour, and reception were all executed flawlessly. Mike transitioned seamlessly between moments, keeping everything on schedule while maintaining a fun and relaxed atmosphere. When it was time to dance, he truly shined—reading the crowd perfectly and keeping the dance floor full all night long. Guests of all ages had an amazing time and couldn’t stop talking about how great the music was.

Mike also did an excellent job as an emcee, making announcements clearly and professionally without ever taking attention away from the couple. His sound quality, lighting, and overall presentation were top-notch.

Mike Jones was an incredible DJ. I cannot recommend him and his company enough. He uses an app called VIBO that makes planning as easy as pie. He’s personable and made every detail perfect and personalized. We hired him as our DJ, as well as used his Photo Booth services. Everything was truly a dream and Mike went above and beyond what we even hired him for to make our experience what it was. He is truly an experienced professional that will make your day seamless.

Book DJ Mike!

We had a truly wonderful experience with DJ Mike Jones for our wedding. From the start, he was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, and put us at ease during our Zoom meetings.

The planning process was also very smooth. The app provided was intuitive and allowed us to easily create our wedding timeline and select the songs for our playlist. On the day of the wedding, everything proceeded according to our schedule, thanks to Mike's excellent facilitation and his skills as a fantastic MC.

DJ Mike turned a springtime thunderstorm into the most epic dance party ever!!

Mike Jones was a phenomenal DJ for our wedding. He was highly engaged from the first conversation we had with him. It was obvious from the start that he’s one of those people who not only loves what they do but also has a strong love for people. He cares deeply about making sure the event goes off exactly how his clients want it to, and to try and ease the stress of planning a wedding. Because of that passion and genuine care, he excels at ensuring everything is done well. Mike worked extensively outside of the actual event hours. He coordinated with our family members who wanted to surprise us during the wedding with a special song and game during speeches. We changed how we wanted the slideshow set up a few times, and we were very grateful for his flexibility and willingness to work with us to ensure the slideshow was presented exactly how we wanted, even though this meant more time preparing for our event.

Mike and his team were professional throughout the event. They arrived very early to ensure everything was set up perfectly on our wedding day. Despite adverse weather conditions, he worked quickly and diligently to overcome technical difficulties. He was also incredibly flexible with our changing venue setup, even up to the last minute, ensuring we could have our ceremony on the porch with a perfect audio setup.

During our dance party after the ceremony, Mike and his assistant expertly navigated the varied music tastes of our guests, ensuring everyone had a great time. The dancing was the absolute highlight of our wedding – everyone was on their feet and belting our favorite songs together in the pouring rain. He brought foam LED lightsabers that were a huge hit and truly made our dance party feel special. We would have never thought to include something like this, and now we can’t imagine our wedding without them. This truly highlights his expertise and wealth of knowledge that you can lean on. He’s a great partner to have because he ensures you get the wedding you want while offering reliable guidance whenever it is needed.

Amazing wedding DJ!

Mike was the most organized and responsive DJ we found for our wedding and he was already familiar with our venue, kimball hall. He had a great hands on program that made me feel like the entire day would go smoothly. He was always available via text if I had any questions. A few days prior to the event we found out there was a music festival across the street. I was so worried people wouldn’t be able to hear the ceremony but Mike did amazing and guests even commented on how well he did and everyone was able to hear our vows. He kicked off dancing with some complimentary lights and dance floor props! Truly a great choice in vendors for your wedding day!!

If you want a fun reception, hire Mike Jones Entertainment!

Mike and his team went above and beyond for our wedding. The song we chose for the mother-son dance was a cover on YouTube- without us even knowing, Mike contacted the singer in London and received permission to use the song. Additionally,
everyone at our reception was on the dance floor- from my 80 year grandparents to my 8 year old stepson. We got married on New Year’s Eve and had a very long reception (from 7pm- 1am), and there was never a time that the dance floor was empty. We totally attribute that to Mike Jones and his team! They’re the best!

Wonderful Experience

Mike Jones, entertainment and events were exceptional to work with! We hired them for a photo booth at our daughter’s wedding this past September. No power, no problem!

Mike and his team were quintessential professionals from our first meeting to our wedding day. He clearly has this process down to a science, and whether you are in active conversation on check-in calls or working through a very savvy app, you always know things are orderly and the day will be a smooth process given all the prep work. Our actual wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception was perfect and Mike had the technology to make this a smooth process. The catch? A flash summer storm knocked out the power in our wedding venue just after the ceremony. Mike and team had equipment that ran on a backup generator, so we just kept the party going. Truly above and beyond, thanks Mike!

MIKE JONES!!!!

If you grew up in the late 1990's and early 2000's like my wife and I did, you all remember the name 'Mike Jones' - the song became iconic and you'd hear people randomly yelling the name if the song was stuck in your head.

Thus, when Nicole and I were researching vendors (and we were very meticulous about every detail of our wedding), I knew immediately I had to call Mike Jones at the very minimum. It didn't take long, however, to know he was the DJ we would pick!

Mike and I connected immediately and he understood the vision we had for the night - we wanted it a very upscale ceremony, yet we wanted our guests to have fun during the reception. Suffice to say, Mike Jones nailed it!

We had the entire wedding on the dance floor until we got kicked out. And I mean, EVERYONE on the dance floor! You were having to bump into shoulders or maneuver your way through people just to get off the dance floor for pictures. Our calves are still burning +5 days from the wedding from all the jumping up and down we did.

What I appreciate most about Mike, however, was his consultative nature. He made himself available multiple times. He even came to the rehearsal because he wanted every detail from his end to go over well (note - my family added a special tribute for my mom who passed away a few years ago, so I truly appreciate the extra attention Mike provided us to ensure the voiceover recording/tribute went over well). I mean, what DJ goes to a rehearsal? Only one man - that's MIKE JONES!!!

My ONLY regret is that the night went by too fast. If we somehow were able to make time stop, it would've been an even more perfect night. At the end of the day though, we can't thank Mike enough. He was incredible and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

DJ Extraordinaire

Bill & Mike were an awesome DJ/MC team. Mike made sure were set up for success with all our music choices and timing of things song wise and Bill crushed it with the DJing/MCing the day of our wedding. The VIBO app was a game changer with the planning process allowing us to easily input our song choices and answer necessary questions. They are also experts with events at Lanier Islands (also a preferred vendor) which was a HUGE plus as they knew exactly what kind of arrangements we needed for both the ceremony and reception spaces. We had the most wonderful experience working with Bill & Mike! 10/10, highly recommend!!

Seamless and selfless

The Best Decision!

Mike Jones was one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding process. Dj mike jones is the best

Mike is absolutely amazing. Hes very organized, detailed, and communicative from day one. We have worked with him countless times and have seen him work his magic and we KNEW we had to have him as our DJ (and officiant!) He uses an app that pretty much breaks every single thing down into groups for you to make planning easy. Mike 10/10 is the DJ you want at your wedding. You will NOT be dissapointed. Mike Jones made choosing music we like, super easy. He provided a great tool that allowed us to choose music for each section of the wedding separately. Mike Jones was our Dj and also our officiant for our special day. We truly love him so so much! He and his team has definitely made our day memorial and just PERFECT! Hi! We loved MIke! I was not worried about anything for the wedding except the flow of the entire day, the ceremony going perfectly, and the sound being exceptional! Mike exceeded our expectations! I saw him at my cousin's wedding and it was at Howe Farms as well! I was so impressed by their wedding! I knew I had to have him come MC and DJ mine! Everything flowed so well. His communication skills were impeccable. It was all so professional but fun! The sound quality was amazing. I was so at peace knowing I had him to make my wedding my dream day. I would HIGHLY recommend for every bride to use him. I do not think brides and grooms realize how critical it is to have an excellent MC and DJ. Mike was amazing!! We loved him!

Mike Jones Entertainment and Events was the best choice I could have made for the DJ for my wedding reception. Mike is the nicest guy and he's so helpful with providing information, helping you plan the perfect experience for your reception, and gathering together all of the details to make your event absolutely special. Finding a good DJ was one of my biggest sources of stress while planning my wedding because the reception really makes the day. Mike was very forthcoming with information and answering all of my questions about his various packages. I cannot suggest his top package with the photo booth enough! The photo booth was an absolute hit with my guests and my husband and I now have a book full of photo strips and wonderful notes from our guests to remember our day. Emma ran the photo booth for us and she was so friendly and a lot of fun! Everyone, especially the kids, loved getting to interact with her! Bill did a phenomenal job keeping our reception running smoothly. He did a great job of reading the crowd and picking the music that our guests were the most responsive to. Bill, Emma, and Mike were the most professional and friendly people I could have hoped to have run my reception and I am so grateful they were there! I would pick them all a million times again and cannot sing their praises enough. One detail I was really excited about was having orange glow sticks for the sendoff (sparklers were not allowed at my venue) and Mike went out of his way to make sure I had the exact size, color, and number I wanted. He has such great attention to detail and really understands how to make moments so special. He had me record a special message to my dad that he wove into the music for the Father Daughter Dance and there was not a dry eye in the venue! He really helped make the moment unforgettable! I have gotten so many compliments from my guests since the wedding on how fun the reception was thanks to Bill, Emma, and Mike!!

Officiant and MC/DJ - Spot On! Ask him about a "voice over" dance.

The absolute best Officiant and MC/DJ out there! His voice, WOW, what a voice he has, his professionalism, his calmness, his knowledge and attention to detail is spot on!! Our wedding date changed a couple of times last year & we weren't sure we would be able to retain Mike however, he stepped up to assist with our planning and made it happen. We went from planning a 100+ person weekend event to 20. Mike performed his magic & surprised us all with the most special father/daughter dance with a "voice over". While I was dancing with my father, my audio love letter to my dad played during the song, not to miss the words of the song nor the words to my dad. This is a moment I will cherish forever! Couldn't Recommend Mike Enough

Working with Mike Jones was such a pleasure! He was very personable & easy to talk to from the very beginning. He always had an open line of communication, even making sure we got his phone number so that we could text him if we needed a quick response. Working with him leading up to the wedding was great, but working with him on the day of our wedding was truly exceptional. He directed the room very well throughout the entire night & was able to read the room well & make decisions on what needed to be done to keep the party going, especially for a lot of the children at our wedding who may not have been as interested in dancing. He made our wedding into the party we wanted it to be, & was a major part of making our day an experience we will never forget!

Mike Jones was fantastic! Very professional, accommodating and had terrific advice to create the best experience and environment for my daughters wedding! To my surprise, he overdubbed my daughters testimonial about growing up with me to my song I picked. She didn’t know the song I chose and I was clueless about the overdub? It was so beautiful and passionate! As the father of the bride, it made my night! And apparently everyone else’s too. Not a dry eye in the place. I think Mike even shed a tear. He definitely became a part of our family that night and we are forever grateful to him. I would highly recommend him and dare to say you’d make a big mistake if you didn’t.

If you want a 10 Star entertainment service on a 5 Star scale, HIRE MIKE JONES! Mike is very professional and interested in learning about the couple and their expectations of their wedding day. He felt like more of a friend than just a business transaction and went well above and beyond meeting our expectations. We hired Mike Jones Entertainment for DJ, Photo Booth, and Uplighting services and could not have been more pleased with all. Great communicator, great app to download where you can load and get recommendations for various playlists for each part of your wedding and reception, and even went the extra mile to mix in an old recording of me and my dad singing together when I was five years old into our Father/Daughter dance song as a surprise. It was so touching and special. The photobooth was fun and professional and my guests really had a great time. There are also several other surprise touches that he includes that make hiring him and his team the best choice for anyone looking to hire the best entertainment for their big day. We loved mike!

We're so happy and thankful to of had Mike Jones Entertainment as our DJ/MC for our wedding day. It is so evident that Mike truly loves what he does and being a part of any couple's special day! He was so wonderful (and so helpful) to work with during the planning stages of our ceremony and reception music. Everything was flawless! Bill was our DJ/MC and we cannot say enough kind words about how great and professional he was on our wedding day! Literally everyone was on the dance floor, even my husband's grandmothers did not want to leave the dance floor or stop dancing! Brought the House Down

What can I say about how awesome Mike is? Well he is awesome!! He was not only our DJ but also our officiant! We wouldn't trust many people to do both but he did and did both to perfection. He was extremely helpful and creative during my planning process.He also made it easy with a handy dandy music app. He helped me surprise my Dad during our first dance with a recording of me saying how amazing my dad is. Literally brought the place to tears and created the most special moment for us. Mike also helped me to create the most perfect Photo Booth experience and surprised us with copies of everyone's silly photos in the sweetest photobook. He brought the house down with his skills and ended our night with the perfect song. I could not recommend him more!!!

Our Wedding Day

Mike Jones is seriously the best vendor I have ever worked with. We hired him to create a slideshow, DJ and provide mics at our rehearsal dinner & for our wedding day! Not only is he always punctual in responding, he has the best music, interacts with the crowd & truly made it a party that all of our guests are still raving about! The slideshow he created was beautiful & every time I needed him to change something last minute or needing anything, he was there for me. I truly loved our planning sessions as well because he is not only a vendor but also treats you as a friend. Best DJ ever, truly! All the feels!

I am not sure where to even begin- except that you and your guests will not be disappointed! I had the pleasure of working professionally with Mike for over 5 years and knew that I wanted him to be a part of my husband and I's perfect day! Mike is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, prepared and likeable guys you will ever meet! He is highly organized (which all bride's need!), very responsive and seriously the best at what he does! He went out of his way to meet me just a few weeks prior to the wedding to make it one of the most memorable ones anyone has been to! Mike offered the idea of my husband and I recording sperate, short notes of my voice for the father/daughter dance and my hubs voice for the groom/mother dance. Mike was able to take our recordings and meticulously insert our messages into the song and swept everyone off their feet- not one dry eye in the room! All of our guest have talked about how great of a DJ we had - from his stellar voice to his amazing set up that played some awesome music videos! Our wedding was all about making the best memories and having an absolute blast with our family and friends so we didn't just book Mike, we also got his photo booth! Talk about some good times! We now have a phenomenal book signed by all our loved ones, right next to their wild and goofy photos! If I could give Mike a 5 million star rating, I would! Everything went perfect!

Mje the best dj!

Mike jones! who?! Mike Jones! Relatively everyone at our wedding was in their early 30s or ladder 20s so the name was a “HIT” for sure! Besides the name being a hit, Mike was amazing! He played the songs we wanted and I know from previous bride friends that’s hard to find. Some djs have a set wedding list they like to stick to. I was referred to Mike Jones from another DJ who was unavailable and I’m very happy with the referral! Mike worked with me through a Wedding postponing when Covid caused the national shutdown and he was so understanding as the days finally led up to the new date of the wedding. “I was a bit of slacker” due to postponed wedding Covid blues and participating in online school. If I could do it all over again I would go straight to Mike Jones Entertainment! I had friends and family for weeks tell me how much fun they had and I know most of that was Mike’s doing for sure!!

Best DJ Ever!

Mike Jones hands down is the Best! He is truly living out his passion and mission in life.
Mike is very responsive and professional. We were overwhelmed thinking about coordinating all of the songs for the ceremony and reception before meeting Mike. Mike uses a music app you are able to share with guests. The music app allows you and your guests to choose your favorite songs and also recommends songs if you’re not sure of what to choose. This allows Mike to get a good idea of your style when creating your customized playlist. He’s mindful of who’s in the audience listening and makes sure all enjoy dancing the night away. Matt’s grandmother and aunt weren’t able to attend and we were so bummed. Mike came up with the idea for Matt’s grandmother and aunt to call and leave him a voicemail he could then edit and play at the reception. This was priceless!!! It was a such a kind gesture and we are grateful. Mike feels like a part of our family and was a true blessing on our wedding day! It’s a no brainer, Mike Jones is the DJ you want on your wedding day!

The PERFECT DJ for a Bride!

Mike is such a sweetheart! It isn't everyday that you come across such a kind, compassionate and caring person who genuinely aims to please. Dancing' the night away

I don’t write reviews a lot, but Mike Jones is truly worth a shout out! Right when we hired him, he met my mom and I for coffee to discuss our hopes and desires for the big day, and so we could get to know each other. It’s such an important day, and you want to know/like EVERYONE who is there! Mike is so sweet, very easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about what he does. He has an easy to use app that you get to upload songs to so he can guide the music section to your liking, but also is great at reading the room and seeing what gets the crowd going! He took time in the evenings for Facetime “meetings” with my spouse and I before hand so that we were all on the same page before the big day! He worked closely with our wedding coordinator too so that everyone had the same vision. He is great, and I highly recommend Mike Jones for your DJ and entertainment needs. This is an incredibly important day, I get that, and they..get that!! You will be in good hands! Best wishes!!!!!

Mike is the best wedding DJ out there!

We found Mike as he was hired to work our friend's wedding a while back and he made a great impression on us. I'm so glad we went with Mike, he was very easy to work with and the guy is just a true professional. You can really tell he loves his job. We had two areas for our wedding and we used Mike's setup for the ceremony and the reception dance floor with no hiccups whatsoever. He is very good at reading the crowd and our dance floor was filled for pretty much the entire reception (which was perfect for us)!

He also offers a photobooth with awesome props if you are looking for that.... and he gave us a book with all of the photo strips from the wedding.

We recommend DJ Mike Jones to anyone who will listen!

Mike jones is incredible!

You NEED Mike Jones as your DJ! Not only is he an awesome DJ, but he ensures your wedding day runs smoothly from the beginning of the ceremony to the end of the night. The sound and music for the ceremony were absolutely perfect, and the songs and transitions during the reception were wonderful. He is very professional while also being upbeat and a good time, and he goes out of his way to ensure your wedding is one your guests won't forget. He actually CREATED the song that my wedding party and I entered into the ceremony to (he took a longer song, shortened it, moved some parts around) until it was exactly what I wanted. He even had the idea of recording a sweet message from me to be played prior to the father/daughter dance as a surprise for my dad. He goes above and beyond, to say the least. In addition to his talent as a DJ, he keeps the latest technology to provide the best service to his couples. His DJ stand has a huge screen on it that can display a slideshow of pictures, a personalized design of your names - whatever you want, he can do it. He has incredible uplighting options that can be used during your day, as well. I can't say enough about Mike! Mike even introduced us to his wife, Audrey Jones of Georgia TLC Events, who happened to have been a life saver to us during the wedding planning process. They're the BEST duo to include in your big day!!

Made the day perfect!

I have known for 11 years that I wanted Mike as my DJ/MC since he did an awesome job at my sister's wedding back in 2008. I didn't even look around for any other possibilities. You can tell he truly cares abut his clients and will do anything for them. He was great with communication before the wedding even when I wasn't the best at getting back to him. He is extremely accommodating and did as much as he could for us so we wouldn't stress too much. I wanted a DJ/MC that would make the reception a party where everyone was dancing and having fun. That is exactly what I got. So many people came up to me afterwards and said this was the best wedding ever. Mike is the reason it was so great and I am forever thankful!

Best dj!

Mike was absolutely incredible. He really cares about making the playlist specific to the client and is so on top of everything. From the ceremony to the last dance, every transition was so smooth. The dance floor was never empty, he kept the party going the whole night. He also has the coolest photo booth set up, and it was a hit!! He's incredibly kind and easy to work with. GROOMS - Read this Review!

I feel like there are a lot of Bride reviews, but if you're anything like me and my wife - as the groom, I was heavily invested in getting the right DJ that would work for us (mostly me, while my wife-to-be was working diligently with the other vendors), and our guests. As a self-professed music connoisseur (haha), I personally wanted to hand select specific songs to be played throughout the day, but also didn't know where to start, or how to best organize my thoughts and preferences. Mike Jones made this extremely easy, personal, and always provided excellent feedback (based off of his vast experience, as well as his knowledge from being a certified wedding planner, too). The easily accessible processes he has in place to basically 'fill in the blank' on song selections and suggestions were revolutionary. The planning leading up to the Wedding was impeccable, and just when we thought it couldn't get any better, he executed his job flawlessly on rehearsal and wedding day. He was able to adapt to unique circumstances (such as providing clear audio during the ceremony for the officiant, singer, and pianist), and take the initiative with our wedding planner during points of friction. For the reception (which is the most important thing), he read the dance floor perfectly, in a way that satisfied everyone from all different generations (and even different countries) throughout the night. He went out of his way to make cuts to songs for the father-daughter, mother-son, and first dance in order to accommodate for time limits and choreography. In certain unplanned situations, Mike just said and did the right things that either got the 'crowd' laughing or just focused on what was at hand. I am not sure what else I can say to another couple about him to convince them that Mike Jones is worth every penny - an upright man, a square deal, on the level. So many things from the day of our wedding were so memorable and meaningful, yet, the number one thing I keep hearing from our guests afterwards is how great DJ Mike (and his radio announcer voice) was! Mike wasn't just our DJ - he became and integral teammate in making our wedding the best day of my life, and I am forever grateful.

Best DJ Ever

I have been to a lot of weddings and none had the dance floor going like ours. Mike was awesome!!!! He played great music, catered to the crowd, and really made the dance floor the place to be!

Mike shows he personally cares about the bride and groom and was wonderful to work with! He gave great suggestions for ceremony and first dance songs. His site was also user friendly and a great way to organize music. 11/10 stars! I can not recommend Mike enough! He is the best DJ I have ever seen!

Danced the Night Away

Mike Jones Entertainment is one of the best around! Working with Mike on our wedding ceremony music and reception playlist was so much fun! He’s amazing at adding to songs to lengthen them enough to get everyone down a long isle. He’s very personable and wants to make sure his clients get what they want and I will say we were highly satisfied! Bill worked with us on our wedding day and kept us going on the dance floor all night long. Oh, and he had one powerful fan going and let me cool down a while before I had to get back out there- life saver!!! Would definitely recommend them to do any event you have coming up, but make sure to book ahead or you’ll miss out!!!

DJ of the Century

Where do we even begin with describing how fantastic Mike Jones is... He is the epitome of a perfect wedding vendor, and our wedding was a party because of him! From the moment we met with Mike, we knew he would be the perfect DJ for our wedding. Before we even signed the contract, he was prepared to go above and beyond to make our day spectacular. His online event planning system made it easy (and even fun) to pick out song requests and help plan the playlist for our reception. We also had Mike run the music for our ceremony. Every part of that was flawless. He had the option to use the sound system that was already at our venue, but he insisted on using his own equipment because he wanted to make sure we were experiencing the best quality. At the reception, his emcee voice was spectacular, and he had everyone moving and grooving on the dance floor all night. My husband and I still have friends and family telling us how much fun they had dancing and partying at our reception- and that is all thanks to Mike Jones. He really pulled out all the stops to help make our wedding better than either of us could have ever dreamed. Mike Jones is absolutely incredible and I would recommend him to everyone! He made our day so incredibly special and wonderful and all of our guests mentioned how great he was. My grandma is a lot older and has a walker, but still got out on the dance floor and Mike made a point to make sure she felt special and was calling her by name and talking about how great her "dance moves" were over the mike. She was beaming. He was also very flexible and willing to make our day exactly what we were envisioning. Whether that was customizing our first dance songs, or customizing what the screen read on his DJ stand.. everything felt very "us" and personalized. He has an online portal where you can even choose the songs you "must have" or refuse to have which is wonderful. We also used his photobooth and were able to design our own photostrips which really added a lot to the day. He also provided a photobooth book for our guests to put a copy of their pictures in and write us a little note. We ended up using this as our "guest book" and it was really fun to look back at all the pictures and notes when we got back from our honeymoon. We also get the digital copies of all the pictures taken in the photobooth which will be fun to have! Our day was everything we could have imagined and more, and a lot of that was due to Mike Jones! If you're looking for a wedding DJ- definitely book him!

Best decision ever!

BOOK MIKE JONES NOW!!!!

Mike was single handedly the BEST vendor that my husband and I booked for our wedding day. I would argue that a DJ can make or break the party and Mike KILLED IT. Every person was out on the dance floor, both young and old. Mike surprised us by bringing glow stick necklaces for everyone to wear and he made everything SO EASY throughout the entire process. I literally had nothing to worry about, because Mike had it on lock. Additionally, Mike met us at the venue prior to the wedding to ensure he would have everything he needed to make everything smooth and easy. For an organized planner like myself, this was awesome. He put me at so much ease and I didn't worry about anything. For the actual wedding day, he showed up six hours early and had everything good to go within no time. Mike is friendly, extremely accommodating (especially for military and law enforcement personnel!!), and I could not have been happier with our choice. Mike is 100% worth every dollar we spent. I seriously could not have imagined the day without him!! Thank you for helping make our day absolutely magical, Mike!!! YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!

WOW! All I can say.
Mike is incredible. He is kind, funny and so easy to work with. We did not have to worry about a thing! We got married 2 weeks ago and I still have people messaging me saying how much fun they had, how they have never seen such a packed dance floor and even asking if we will share the playlist! Everyone had a blast!
Mike also provided the photo booth + props and holy cow- SO much fun! If you are wondering if you need a photo booth- YOU DO. Even my grumpiest coworker took several pictures and loved it- lol!

Great to work with!

Mike was the perfect DJ for our wedding! He was incredibly accommodating, and went out of his way to personally meet us beforehand and ask us about any specifics that he needed to be aware of. He worked with us and the venue, and kept the party going until it was time to go for the night. Our guests were on the dance floor singing and dancing most of the night. It was perfect!

Knows how to get a party started!

We absolutely loved working with Mike Jones! From the planning to the day of the wedding, everything was great. He knows how to read a crowd, and kept the dance floor full all night! Raised my expectations of what a DJ should be

Mike Jones was one of our favorite vendors to work with in planning our wedding. Not only was he extremely professional, but he was flexible and willing to work with our schedules well. He made the planning as easy and personalized as possible, and on the day-of it paid off in the flow of the event! Mike helped make our brunch wedding a dance party, and some day of surprises (including a photobooth) made our day so special. Absolutely loved having MJ Entertainment at our wedding.

Well, what can I say about Mike from Mike Jones Entertainment and Events?... He is the Bomb.com! From the moment we met him we had an instant connection. We admire your professionalism, work ethic and the love you have for what you do everyday!

My In laws knew that we really wanted a photo booth but never had a chance to get around to booking it ourselves so they called Mike! We were SO surprised when we walked into our reception and discovered that they had done this for us. Best. Surprise. EVER! We had already met Mike through our Wedding Planner, his wife. So we were extremely excited to have them there together!

He was so interactive and fun and the experience was everything!! The photos and props were a plus AND the guest book that we received at the end is just the best and full of great memories we will have forever! SO sweet and so thoughtful... Thank you Mike for taking part in our special day in many more ways than one! You really are SO special to us and our family and friends adored you!

Mike did an AMAZING job! We have received SO many compliments from our guests telling us how wonderful our DJ was. Mike was professional, always available to answer any questions, and a fantastic DJ. I was so disappointed to see so many of my guests leaving before we started dancing since we had a later wedding, but the songs that Mike chose got a lot more people onto the dance floor than I thought we would've had. I was so impressed! His setup was also very impressive, and he even brought glow stick necklaces for our guests. Everyone from our youngest to oldest guests had one on and had a blast. Thank you, Mike! I would 100% recommend him for any wedding!

Mike Jones did a fantastic job for our wedding! Mike was the DJ for both of my brothers weddings and there was no doubt in my mind that I was going to hire him for ours! Mike Jones was wonderful at our child’s recent wedding ceremony and reception. He went above in beyond in helping us with things even outside his scope. He truly has a spirit of servant leadership and excellent customer care. We should have used him for the entire reception instead of the unpredictable band! Mike Jones made our wedding day absolutely amazing. Mike was so easy to work with--super responsive and accommodating. He helped guide us through the wedding ceremony and reception timeline, advising on how to leverage music to make our day even more special. Mike went above and beyond the call of duty--he helped mix a surprise Father Daughter dance for me which was a big hit. Additionally, he brought awesome glowsticks and necklaces to make the dance floor more fun.

We couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Mike Jones helped make our day one for the books and I would recommend him to any Atlanta bride looking for a true professional to help keep the dance floor hopping!

Mike was essential to making my wedding a fairy tale! He brought everyone to tears during the ceremony and brought the party to the reception. I have NEVER seen as many people on the dance floor as there were at my wedding! He is great at getting everyone involved!

He was also very organized throughout the entire planning process and even had his own website where we could create music playlists for the wedding. Mike was a pleasure to work with and helped make our wedding incredible!

The quality of service you get when using Mike is amazing. He helped us plan our music down "to the tee." He skyped with us so we could talk about our plan and what we were thinking. Everything was very organized. Mike even has an amazing online site that has everything you need; from the different types of songs and dances to a list of suggested titles to use. Mike made the ceremony and reception come together and made it into our perfect day! If music sets the tone, then Mike set it to perfect!

Bill was right on que with all of the announcements and even made sure my mom got back into the room before they cut the cake.. so she didn't miss it. The attention to all of the details from the planning meetings was spot on... just like they said it would be!
You could see that Bill & DJ Pinky were having fun right along with us, not sitting down and not participating like we have seen at other weddings. We loved it and we have you guys to thank for that! Ask for DJ Bill!!

We loved Mike! Our initial thoughts in the early wedding planning stages were to forgo the expenses of a DJ. However, when we attended a wedding that he worked, we very quickly changed our minds. Mike is a class act and is willing to go above and beyond to make his clients' day the absolute best. This guy.... Mike Jones... Met us several times to discuss the ceremony and what we wanted. He Listened to our requests/ needs for our ceremony and also provided several suggestions and ideas on how to take it to the next level. I've been to many events he's DJ'ed. His reputation and professionalism speak volumes, which is why we knew we HAD to use Mike. On the day of our wedding things just weren't going our way. It was raining, pictures were all rearranged, and Mike even got in to a car wreck on his way to the venue. Regardless of his own situation, he was able to call in reinforcements and showed up himself in time to render his services. Our wedding turned out AMAZING!! Though not what we planned, everyone's plan B worked out without a hitch. Mike kept the party going until the very end. It all seems like a blur now, but Mike is one of those concrete pieces of memory that will live on for years. If you want "just a DJ" look elsewhere. If you want a true "Master of Ceremonies", someone who will invest themselves into your day and go the extra mile to make sure it happens, then look no further. I am certain that Mike Jones is the man you want.

I first met Mike about 3 years ago when I asked him to DJ my niece’s wedding. Since that time, I have had him DJ another niece’s wedding, two additional parties and now be a game show host! Last week, we were a hosting a Trivia Game night for approximately 40 women. From past experience, I knew it would be difficult to keep this group focused and for them to actually be able hear me over the chatter. So, once again, I turned to Mike and asked him to MC the event. He went above and beyond what I ever expected! He brought all of his professional equipment (microphone, music, lighting, etc.) and set the stage for a fabulous evening. Not only was the setting awesome, but Mike’s “radio worthy” voice and outgoing personality made him a hit. He interacted with the guests, kept the pace moving, and made even the most reserved women join in the fun. To quote a text I received later that night from a friend, “Mike made the night…what a gem!”.
I always knew Mike was an awesome DJ but now I know Vanna and Pat need to watch out he would give them a run for their money as a game show host!

Mike was so valuable as a dj... Worth every penny. We didn't have a wedding coordinator so he stepped in and told everybody where and when to be during the ceremony. He totally ran the show and organized everyone at the rehearsal. When we were stressed out and nervous before the wedding he calmed us down and made us feel relaxed. I am thankful that Mike at Mike Jones Entertainment and Events was our DJ! Mike was phenominal to work with throughout the wedding process. I had started out planning my wedding long distance as I was in the process of moving from California to Georgia. He set up FaceTime calls so we could see each other and have a more personal touch. He also attended an in person meeting with me and my fiancé and my Day of Coordinator (his wife). Mike provides a website which you input all the information he needs to know for the ceremony and reception and it also has a list of recommended songs and gives you a chance to input Must Play/Do Not Play music, etc. In addition to planning music for the day Mike was so helpful in giving advice on how to ensure the flow of the event went perfectly. Mike went above and beyond as the day got closer, I mentioned I wanted to do a slide show during my Father/Daughter dance and he volunteered at no additional cost to put together the slide show. He also provided the Up-lighting for ambiance as a gift to me and my husband and it was so beautiful and took the look of the reception to the next level! On the day of the event not only was Mike on time, well dressed, and ready to go, but he made our guests feel at ease. Mike provided the music for both the ceremony which was outside and the reception which was inside at Lake Lanier. Several guests commented that he was “the best DJ they had ever seen”! He was able to read the feel of the room to determine which songs to play and when, he conducted our Newlywed trivia game and was tasteful and classy. To add to his going above and beyond I had planned to do a glow stick exit and when I mentioned it to Mike he let me know he would provide the glow sticks for the reception and exit, he even got an extra clasp for my 5 year old flower girl when she lost hers but insisted she just wanted a clasp and not a new stick. My advice would be to book Mike Jones ASAP! He was absolutely amazing and so accommodating! Mike drove 2+ hours to meet my husband and I on a weeknight for our meeting. We feel like we've known Mike Jones for years. He was the absolute best and helped us with anything we needed. He also kept people on the dance floor until our reception was over. He is so professional it's unbelievable! We definitely recommend Mike Jones Entertainment and Events!!
