  Wow that was one of the most exciting experiences I have ever had...It was so much fun,and worth every penny! I would reccomend this service to every one I know. The Business owner was so helpful and kind. The Carriage driver was so nice and he had a great sense of humor. He was on time well dressed The carriage was clean. He went out of his way to give us a great experience oh my goodness I cant say this enough the BEST...

  Highly recommend

  We hired MidC-City Carriages to take me (the bride) and my parents from the hotel to the church on wedding day. It was a beautiful day, and our driver was right on time, waiting out front for us. We rode through the French Quarter, down Bourbon Street to the Church. It was such a special moment for the three of us and the photographer, as we rode together. The driver was friendly, the carriage was clean, and we got to church on time! Highly recommend, as the company was reliable and easy to work with.

  On November 23rd. My son and I took a ride on one of your carriages. The carriage number was 19 and it was a green color. The driver’s name was Sandra and the mule’s name was Big Mamma.
  
  We had no idea that they only take cash. There were no signs nor did the driver inform us ahead of time.
  
  During the ride the driver proceeded to mock me by pointing out the I was “texting”. I was surprised that she would care about that and that she needed to teach a middle age woman how to behave. I said nothing.
  At the end when I offered her my credit card, she said that she only takes cash. I do not carry any debt cards on my and the only cash I had plus all the change from my family added up to $73, ($5 short). She immediately got offensive and said she is going to call the police. Then she started the name calling and running after me on the street. I was frightened and humiliated in front of my entire family.
  
  This issue ruined our first time visit to New Orleans. We had no cash to give to street people, trains, or just to have for anything else. As a result we could not go to the garden district since the train was cash only. All this, because your company does not have a simple on credit card use. To top that, we were heart broken to be treated like that by one of your drivers.
  
  We spent a little less than $2000 for this trip. On my photographers’ income this is a full month’s pay. Do you see how easy it is to ruin someone else’s time? Do know how that feels?
