  Great style, fun to work with

  Michelle was so great. From the first emails/meeting to the fun, easy wedding day experience, to the final product was all incredible. She and her second shooter listened to us, and perfectly captured the spirit of our day. Our guests didn't even notice they were there, and they worked very smoothly with the videographers as well!

  I was referred to Michelle from my band, Mish Mash (who incidentally rocked my reception exceptionally hard), and I am SO so glad they did. Michelle was a joy to work, we hit it off from day one. Kind of like the old art adage, I don't know photography, but I know what I don't like. Michele checked out everything I sent her as a "what not to do." From that, and taking the time to get to know me and my now-husband, really got what we were about, and what we wanted from the day, and it comes through in her photography 100%.
  
  She even went above and beyond, letting us use the engagement session the day after the wedding at the MN state fair. We were all zonked from the day before, and it was a crowded and exhausting experience, but she had fun with us and took some great shots of us in the fair in our wedding gear, and that extra effort gives us a gift I will forever be grateful for.
  
  If you want a photographer to get to the heart of what you're about. Michelle is your gal, hands down.

  Michelle did an amazing job with our engagement and wedding pictures. She did a great job capturing our personalities and was very flexible with our location requests and getting specific shots. We have received numerous compliments on all of our pictures and would recommend Michelle to any future bride. We will definitely be using her services down the road for family pictures!   Michelle was amazing to work with. She was very responsive from the first email I sent. We had a no -traditional wedding & she was flexible with our timing and activities of the day.
  We loved having her at the wedding. She definitely fit in with our guests and felt like she was one of th, we never felt like we were being pulled away to take photos.
  When we got the photos back, which happened very quickly we were incredibly happy! They were all so beautiful & exactly what we wanted.
  We will definitely be using Michelle's services again in the future!

  Michelle is the perfect balance of the consumate professional that one needs to be when entrusted with a couple's special day, and artistic flair that cannot be faked in the final product. She truly helped make our wedding day this past August run seamlessly, and it was such a weight off of my shoulders to know that it was one less thing for me to worry about, because I had the utmost confidence in her abilities as a photographer. She completely listened to our vision, as well as was able to pool her years of professional experience to help enhance that vision with other creative and appropriate suggestions. She arrived early and stayed as long as we needed her. I was so happy to see that she remembered all of those important detailed shots that you definitely want to see in your wedding album, but that can sometimes slip a bride's mind in the midst of the chaos of the big day. Michelle was definitely able to provide a professionalism that was second to none, with extremely reasonable prices for the top notch quality of her work. Her editing after the big day was also amazing without taking away from the realism of the day. I would most definitely recommend her services to any bride and groom looking for a quality, professional and creatively inspired wedding day photographer!

  Brides and brides to be, you want to and must book Michelle Tanner! she has amazing and creative ideas that help any session. She also stands back and let's the event play out itself all the while getting phenomenal candid, "in the moment" shots that are priceless. She is punctual at the event and with product. She has ideas that are cutting edge..you photos will NOT look like everyone else's...instead you will have beautiful original photographs that are art pieces you will want to hang in large form on your wall. You will have so many photos to choose from after your session you will be finding space for them. She has a way with using light, background and environment that is above and beyond.
