I’d book him again in a heartbeat

No, I had an event in Daytona Beach again I would absolutely call Michael and talk to him about it. He took all my stress away immediately on our first conversation and delivered on every promise talk about flexibility they were awesome. You can’t go wrong with these people.

I’m so glad I found this company!!

This company hands-down was better than any other company that I called and I’m so glad that I chose them. I was very nervous and Michael immediately anticipated my needs and answered my questions without My even asking them. Jeff., the photographer, Was so friendly and professional. My whole wedding party commented on him positively we had a tiny wedding, but it was just as important as a great big wedding, and we were very happy with the photographs and the unbelievably quick turnaround time.

Simply Amazing!

We hired Michael for our daughter's wedding and are so glad we did. His level of professionalism was astounding from the first contact to the wedding day. Turn around time was amazing and received way more pics than we anticipated. He was willing to take whatever special shots we asked for. He did an amazing job capturing the story of their wedding and was never obtrusive. We are thrilled with the result and cannot recommend him more highly. I think he enjoyed taking the pics as he was a part of the family too!

Amazing quality pictures!

Michael was in every spot to capture each moment! As the bride I needed told where to be...everything happens so fast! Michael was fantastic at jumping in to make sure I had all the pictures I wanted that I did not think about at the moment! Thanks Michael!

Best experience ever! I appreciate all memories captured on your film. I did read great review before choosing Michaels Photography and video, but they were beyond the description. Words won’t be enough to describe. To top it off the price was well within our budget more than enough to chose from. I love them!! Great work!

Amazing experience with this team

I have nothing but positive things to say about Mr. Rollins and David (our photographer for the day). I was a little worried as I am not someone who likes being in front of the camera but David made me feel at ease and confident. The photos came about beautifully as well and the turn around time was nothing short of impressive.

From the email correspondence to the service. Michael’s Photography was superb. Our photographer Dan was amazing and so personable. We absolutely loved his customer service and the pictures. I would book with them in a heartbeat again. Also the ala cart package was budget friendly too.

Joyfully Charming

Dan Lerro brought an effervescent joy to our special day. His energy, expertise, and professionalism combined to beautifully capture our special moments. He went out of his way to create the perfect shot, moving furniture and showing us sneak peeks along the way. He happily accommodated our guests, adding some shots that can only be described as classically us. I highly recommend Michael’s Photography and Dan Lerro.

Amazing photographers for our wedding on Nov 13, 2020

Let me just start by saying that Michaels photography and video is a great company to hire for your photography needs. We had to reschedule our original wedding date due to covid and Michael did not hesitate to get us rescheduled. He was very easy to communicate with and responded to emails within a day. Before our wedding day, photographer Dan Lerro reached out to us by phone so that we could discuss the timeline for our wedding. He made great suggestions on what we should do and when we should do it. On our wedding day, Dan was great to work with; he joked around with us and talked to us like we were his friends, not just his clients. He got truly amazing shots of us and everyone else, we ended up with more than 800 photos! It was hard to decide which photos were our favorites because they were all so good. I would 100% recommend this company to everyone looking for a photographer.

Absolutely amazing!

10/10 would highly, highly recommend. Michaels Photography was a pleasure to work with. Very professional. He was very flexible about our payment plan, the photographer was absolutely amazing the day of our wedding. We got more pictures than we could ever dream of and they came beautifully packaged in a DVD case with our personalized cover. We were extremely impressed with the service they provided and would strongly recommend to any future couples looking for a photographer in the central FL area.

Michael's Photography and Videography is absolutely the best in the business! It is no surprise that they continue to remain on top of any competitors. Their level of professionalism and quality of images is second to none. My wife & I chose Michael's to capture the wonderful memories of our wedding and did they ever deliver! We went with the photography, videography, and photo booth services... the trifecta! Dan Lerro was our primary photography and he is simply the best. He went above & beyond for us and had us smiling all day long! Bruce was our secondary photographer and he did an excellent job as well. Danny was our videographer and he captured all the amazing moments throughout the night. Jeremy ran the Photo Booth and created an entire photo album for us by the end of the night! Michael is such a nice guy to talk with and he definitely supplied us with his "A Team" for our wedding. We chose to go with Michael because of his transparency and great reviews. Well there is nothing but truth behind all of his fantastic reviews and we highly recommend his prestigious company. One of the best decisions we ever made was choosing Michael's Photography and Videography for our wedding.

I cant thank Michaels Photography enough. My husband and I got married in Orlando the week after huricane Irma hit. With all the stress of mother nature coming, michael was able to asure me there would be someone there to take pictures. That someone was Nick. Nick did an amazing job! He was very personable and easy to talk to. He was able to capture moments of our lives that we can look back on years to come. Good ones at that!. Also i did the A La Cart deal and that was an amazing price for exactly what i wanted. Many other companies wanted well over $1k just to take the pictures. I was trying to be frugal as i had a set budget and didnt want to try to exceed it. The a la cart was just right. I got to view my pictures 5 weeks from when i got married... yes it seemed like forever but it really isnt id rather them take their time and get great photos then get them quick and be sub par. So thanks again michael and nick.

Michael's Photography captured my wedding perfectly! Michael arranged everything beforehand and made it so easy. I am not a big photographs person and was totally lost, but he made it very simple. Erika was my lead photographer and she was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, really listened to me, and too gorgeous photos. My entire family loved her. It was really important to me to not spend the night taking photos and she found a way to be fast, but still get lots of beautiful pictures that I will cherish forever!

I had Erica as my photographer for my wedding and she did an amazing job. She made sure she stuck to a time line and she made sure everyone else did too. She also came equipped with a ladder for aerial shots. Erica is also the sweetest person and had the best customer service and she blended into the crowed. She felt lIke she belonged there. I found Michael's Photography after contacting many photographers and found him to be the most reasonably priced. He was very friendly and professional on the phone, and although not located in Orlando, they were very familiar with my venue. The quality of the photographs and video was great! We thought both Dan and William (the photographer and videographer respectively) did a suberb job and we were very happy with the final product. I received the photos very quickly as well. I just received our completed wedding pictures from Michael's Photography. I cannot express how amazing they came out. I dealt with Michael after having an issue with my original photographer and he was so professional and really helped me to accomplish what I wanted. We were planning a Florida wedding from Missouri, and were looking for something simple and affordable in a photographer. The ala carte option (pay by the hour) Michael's offers was perfect for us. It was easy to communicate with Michael via phone and email. We didn't have Michael himself as the actual photographer but had Dan, who was clearly a very experienced photographer. We were pretty disorganized and had a few issues (i.e., our altar started to get washed away by the tide 20 mins before the ceremony) and it was nice that Dan wasn't bothered by this and in fact really helped us move things along. He was professional but at the same time friendly and funny, and worked quickly to get all the great shots we wanted to get in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend Michael's Photography for any special occasion in the Daytona/New Smyrna Beach area!

Dan @ Michael's Photography did an amazing job on our wedding day. Not only was he efficient, but he kept us laughing the whole time. During my search for a photographer I was getting very discouraged because we were on a budget and every photographer I was coming across was OUTRAGEOUSLY priced. Their "packages" included this I didn't need or could do myself. Michael from Michael's Photographer did a fantastic job of answering all my questions, some of which must have sounded completely strange at times. He helped keep me calm and explained everything simply so I could understand EXACTLY what I was getting. His A La Carte pricing was EXACTLY what any bride on any sort of budget needs AND I managed to get two shooters in that one amazing price. I got all my images via their website AND on a disc WAY BEFORE the deadline originally given to me and my photographers were a pleasure to work with. Any shot or picture that I asked for or wanted was taken. Highly recommend!!!

You guys are truly pros. We're very happy with the pics. Already sent the link to family in germany and italy. That's a great way to share the pictures. Michael was always available to quickly answer my many questions. The photographer was very professional and took wonderful pictures. My husband and I had a very small wedding with a ceremony that did not need photographer for very long. Through Michael's photography I was able to get a photographer at the rate I needed. Which is very rare! I needed only two hours for ceremony, traditional shots, and a few shots at the lunch we had. All came out beautiful and very quickly received my photos on a CD which is perfect! I loved all my photos and it was a smooth experience! What more could anyone ask for!

My husband and I are very grateful to have had Michael's Photography and Video complete the photography and videography for our beach wedding. They are all such a GREAT team! From the start, Michael was very helpful and detailed with answers to any questions we had. He responded very quickly either by phone or email. Just a genuine person, you can tell. Then we had the amazing opportunity of having Dan and Danny as our photographer and videographer. Dan was also very genuine and made all of us feel special. Not to mention, he was so professional in making sure we got all the shots we wanted. We had emailed shots prior of what we wanted and he nailed them! He had our bridal party laughing which helped. Danny also was fantastic and sincere while following us every step of the way to capture sentimental moments for our video. Again, so professional! Both Dan and Danny were prompt and you can tell they are very experienced. They worked well too with our other vendors. All in all, the price was more than fair for the overall value. Going with the pros shows! Michael did a nice job of editing our photos and getting them to us. Again, we're so lucky and grateful to have went with this company!

I went through a professional photographer and videographer called, Michaels Photography. Our photographers name was Dan and our videographers name was Danny. They were both outstanding at what they do. Dan had an awesome personality and made everyone in the wedding party smile and laugh. The pictures turned out amazing. The wedding video was phenominal and the most beautiful thing my husband and I ever saw. If it wasnt for them, our wedding would have not been everything we ever dreamed of. They are worth any cost to have something so wonderful to cherish for the rest of our lives. Michael himself, is one of the nicest and most kind hearted people I ever met and spoke to. Michael did great work for my wedding day! My pictures came out beautifully! We was so proficient in capturing all the best moments of the day. Michael's Photography was a great vendor to work with for my wedding. Pictures were one of the most important parts of the wedding for me therefore we spared no expense. We purchased one of the biggest packages with 2 photographers and 1 videographer. They were on time, ready to go, and not missing a shot. I was worried about the pictures of my fiancé with the groomsmen (at a separate location after months of telling my fiancé to make sure to get... or do a certain shot...) but the photographer got some great shots that I love! They were so nice they were even helping move my dress around and helping me on and off steps and overall just really nice guys to work with. I am loving my pictures and can not wait to see the video of our big day! Unfortunately, it rained (a lot) on our wedding day so our hope of getting pictures on the golf course was ruined but Michael's Photography made the best of it and found awesome spots to capture some great pictures! They were easy to work with, listened to our ideas; what we wanted, etc. and when we forgot the list of family pictures we wanted, they just went with it and had them down quickly to get us to our party! I felt like we did not have to wait forever for our pictures to be processed and sent to us.. which I was so happy about!
Overall, I would recommend Michael's Photography for anyone's big day! You'll get your money's worth in a lifetime of amazing pictures (and what I'm hearing is a great video :) I'm very happy with their service!

My husband and I were short in time and looking to stay to a reasonable budget but not lose quality. To start with mike the owner was very easy to work with, he offers packages that works with every budget, no hidden fees and he looks to give you what you want within your budget. Our photograher Dan was fun, gave great suggestions, easy to work with and most importantly didn't miss a moment on wedding day. You can go wrong with this company for photo"s, trust me spent hours meeting with others and nothing compared the value and the result we got. We were thrilled with the video and videographer from our wedding on April 20th. The videographer was Jan, and there was a 2nd videographer during the ceremony. They were so discreet that I didn't even realize that there was a second person! When we got the video back, I was overall extremely happy! The recap is especially touching. I emailed them shortly after watching the video about a couple of misspelled words and another thing or two, and they were very quick to make the changes and send me another copy of the DVD within 2 weeks of my initial email. Overall, we are thrilled with the quality and promptness. We still haven't even gotten our wedding photos back and are so glad to have something to re-live the best day of our lives. I had a great experience with Michael's Photography and Video. I just today was able to see my pictures online and I couldn't be happier with the turnout. There are so may good shots I am going to have a really hard time choosing which ones to put in my album. I was supposed to get married outside and unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. Michael and Jan took it in stride and they were awesome. I did not see them much during the reception unless they wanted me to see them and to me that is a sign of a great team! I would definitely like to use them again for another event and would highly recommend Michael's Photography and Video!

I highly recommend Michael's Photography. Everyone that works there goes above and beyond and are friendly and professional. Devon helped me every step of the way with every detail up to my wedding and it was as if I was talking to one of my good friends. She was amazing!!! She even gave me really good advice on other vendors that I may want to use! Jan, our videographer, was extremely funny, he kept us laughing and smiling! He definitely has a gift for getting all your special moments captured. He even helped some of my other vendors who were fairly new to the wedding scene and gave them advice! He is absolutely the best as far as videograqphers go! Jan knew we were doing a butterfly release to honor my mother, and it was a special part of my wedding. Him and Michael made sure that was the cover of my DVD! Not just anyone thinks like that! Michael, put all the special and final touches to my wonderful experience, making sure every detail was included! He greeted us and made sure that we absolutely loved our product! Picking a photographer was one of the hardest decisions we made during our wedding planning...we ended up choosing Michael and we couldn't be happier with the end result!! We have well over 1000 amazing images captured from our special day and an awesome video to help us relive all of the special moments from that day. Michael was beyond amazing to work with and made us feel so comfortable from the moment we stepped foot in his studio for our engagement session. i was looking back through our pictures-- and not just pictures of bill and i, or bill and i cutting the cake, or me and mom.... it's so much more than that. It's almost like a photographic diary of our day. you visualy tell our story of not only our wedding day, but you captured our unending love that's the foundation of our marrage. And the video.... it's a masterpiece. I've never seen anything like this before. when we were watching our video, it was like we were there, reliving our wedding. beautifully done. I can't wait to show this to my grandchildren one day. You did an amazing job, we coudn't be happier.

Florida's Finest Photographer!!!
We had a New Year's Eve Wedding at the Hilton-Daytona Beach, and my husband and I are grateful to have chosen Michael at Michael's Photography and Video to do our photos!! They are ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!! He captured everything we requested and more!! Everyone who's seen our wedding album is amazed at the photos, the layout, and the book itself- it's to die for!! Also, we received 5-star treatment prior to our wedding. Michael will take his time to thoroughly review his packages and services he offers. Michael is very professional and friendly! I got so many compliments from family and the bridal party saying, "I love your photographer, he's so cool!" The pictures were beautiful and coming from someone who loves to pose...I LOVED all the candid shots he took. He was able to capture our special day so well. We have been able to look back and say "Ahh remember that..." The video was great too! I wish I would have chosen a different song (you get 2)...but all in all the quality is great and it's a perfect way to look back and remember the most amazing night! The shorter version is fantastic to send to loved ones that couldn't make it. Overall I give Michael and his team an A+++

Michael's Photography provided the photography services at my wedding a week and a half ago. Throughout the entire process, from our initial inquiry through the day of the wedding, Michael and his team were absolutely amazing. On the day of the wedding, Michael ensured that every important moment would be captured on film. He went above and beyond without being overwhelming. I never felt the need to feel pressured to smile for a camera or stop at any moment for a staged pose during the reception. The result was in our picture quality and it was phenomenal. Also, the turnaround time to see our photos was really quick. Although Michael's Photography is based in Daytona Beach, he came to North St. Augustine to cover our wedding. I HIGHLY recommend Michael's Photography without any hesitation. I will be sure to call on him for future events!

Best decision you will make regarding your wedding plans..............total peace of mind when it comes to your photography needs.............I was sold based on the storybook photo album. Then came the actual event and the result was perfect.

Michael was absolutely amazing! I could not have asked for a better photographer to capture my special day. I met Michael the day of my wedding and he made me feel so comfortable and beautiful :) The turn around for the photos was so quick...that when I came back to work, my co-workers had seen the pictures online before I did! My copy of the pictures was waiting in my pile of mail when we got back from the honeymoon! BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS that captured the hapiness, love, and fun that everyone shared that day! Not easy to do! I would recommend to anyone! Worth every dime!

Michael's photography is a wonderful company to have worked with. Our wedding was at 9pm, during a full moon on the ocean. Michael captured every shot beautifully. My husband and I contine to use Michael's photography for our family pictures also. We have a 9 month baby girl, and had pictures of all of us,with her at 2 weeks old, and 6 months old, and pictures of only her at both months. They were all beautiful. I also had pregnancy pictures taken of myself nude, at 8 months. Michael was able to put me at ease with being photographed. My pictures came out beautiful,and very artistic. Just how I wanted them to be. I will never have that opportunity again to be photgraphed pregnant for the first time ever again. I'm so glad it was Michael who did it. My family will continue to work with Michael for all of our photography needs.
