  When a bride asks you to ship 8 ice cream cakes from New York to Virginia for a summer wedding - Mercer's Dairy says yes!! I grew up on Mercers and was insistent that it be a part of my wedding day. All between email communication with only one face to face visit, Ruth and the team at Mercers made custom cakes for my day that were absolutely perfect!! It was such an out if the ball park idea but Mercers was happy to make it a reality. I miss the old home town charm that comes with this kind of business.
