You wouldn't hear an unkind word from my mouth. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We received our disc of images approximately a month after the wedding. The pictures were beautiful, and we look forward to displaying them for years to come.

I loved all of the services from Memory Productions! The staff was great and they followed what I was asking. They were very flexible with time and fit great into our budget! I'd recommend them to anyone!

I booked them to provide an incredible package on Photography, Videography, and Photobooth rental. Our experience with Memory Productions from our first meeting to receiving our final product was Incredible. We cry every time we watch our wedding video, which has become a favorite when we are entertaining at home. The images they captured were absolutely breathtaking. All of our guests commented on how friendly and hard working the staff was on our very long (AND HOT!) wedding day.

These photographers took absolutely beautiful pictures. I had a little trouble getting a hold of them after the wedding, but they seemed to be having some office issues. When I did get a hold of them, they made up for my troubles and fixed everything I needed. So, in the end, I am very satisfied with their work and their service. And the bottom line is that I now have all of my wedding pictures and they are beautiful. They took a ton of great pictures, both casual and formal. And the more casual ones are the ones we decided were our favorites. They are very creative and know how to make everyone look great. I can't say enough how great their product is!

I hired Memory Productions located in Canal Fulton, Ohio for my wedding videographer. I was familiar with the company and was impressed with their work posted on their website. My husband’s family lives out of the United States and were unable to attend the ceremony. Therefore, we budgeted carefully and limited other services so that we could ensure a wonderful keepsake of that day. We contracted for the Silver package which included a fully edited video, two manned cameras, ten final copies, ceremony coverage, transition coverage, and reception coverage. We had met with the owners to express our desires for the video.
The day of our wedding only one person showed to man the camera. We had contracted for two. They set up a tripod for the second camera. Our wedding was July 30, 2010. We anticipated the video upon return from our honeymoon. I contacted him on August 26, 2010 to give him the song selections for my video. From there he assured me they had everything they needed from me and would get going on the video. A month later, on September 18th, 2010, I contacted him again to check on the progress. Three days later I was told they were putting on the finishing touches and they would contact me shortly. A month later, I still had not been contacted. On October 12, 2010, I called them to request the video, as family was traveling to my husband’s country and we would like to have the video to show them. They assured us they could finish it and I would have it for the trip. We were uncertain as to why our video was taking so long to complete when others, having been married after our date, were posted online and viewable by family and friends. We were given no explanations, just empty promises.
On October 17, 2010 we received our video. Great disappointment overwhelmed us as we anxiously watched the production. Instead of a close-up of me walking down the aisle, being able to see the two adorable flower girls, or my husband’s reaction to me as I walked down the isle. These views were obstructed by the congregation’s heads because only one person was running the camera. Breaking the contract of two manned cameras as promised, capturing the main events of the wedding and reception were minimal. Many of the cherished events we wanted on camera were eliminated and replaced with mediocre footage of people dancing the dollar dance with me instead of major interactions between my husband and me. I contacted Memory Productions with our concerns and disappointments, only to be promised again that they would provide a video that would please us. That was three months ago, and they have not delivered.
It has been difficult corresponding with the owner. He fails to answer our emails or calls and then offers excuses. We finally contacted him again recently to follow up on the product he promised. Once again, he promised that if we gave him a week, he would deliver the video of our dreams. That timeframe is long passed, and we are left disappointed further. We have asked for either the video equal to the quality presented on the website or a partial refund for breaking the components of the contract. Neither was fulfilled. I notified him in an email to let him know I would regretfully be posting our experience with his company in hopes of further clients experiencing the same disappointment. As of this posting, we have had no further communication; just disappointment and frustration.

I chose Memory Productions, because it was the only photography company in the area that would let us hire them by-the-hour, instead of getting an expensive package. We got 3 hours of coverage and 2 photographers, which was plenty of time to get shots before, during, and after the ceremony. The photo proofs were posted online by the time we got back from our honeymoon, and we and our family/friends could order prints using their online form. We also got a free DVD of all the digital files to keep!

The only issue I had was trying to contact them by phone. I got an answering machine most of the time, and when I left a message I wouldn't get a response for a while. Besides that, they were very professional. All my emails were returned, and they wrote up a contract beforehand, and a photography release with my digital files.

Most importantly, the photos looked amazing! I was very happy with the results, and we are extremely picky because we both went to an Art and Design College. We got some great posed and candid shots, and some really fantastic artistic shots of us the chapel!

Our wedding turned out great. I've watched it over and over since we got it. The price was very resonable. We recieved our video 3 months after our wedding, which was fairly reasonable. The sound and lighting were great! I only have two complaints; the fact that I called at least 8 times over a 2 month period with no phone calls back, after our wedding. Our video doesn't have as many personal interviews as it should. We paid roughly $100 for interviews and only got about 7. Tons of people stated that they left interviews, that we never got.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We gave them a list of "must have" pictures that were supposed to be taken during the wedding and ceremony. Most of these were never taken. After the wedding, they posted our pictures on the website. I chose my favorites, and they created an online album for us to sign off on. I had several technical issues with their website, and as a result, I left them several voice mail messages, and sent several e-mails. They were very slow to respond and very unprofessional. The album looked terrible, and I had to spend hours telling them what pictures to use and what not to use. It is also very hard to tell what the actual picture will look like by looking at the picture on their website. The album is absolutely terrible. Don't let these people ruin your wedding. I am very thankful that we had two weddings, and the pictures from our first wedding turned out amazing (we obviously used a different photographer).
