I just don't know if I can say enough about Melanie's gift to shoot the perfect photo; she seems to have a gift for capturing the unique, genuine moments. Since Jenny and Brad's wedding was an intimate gathering we considered taking photos ourselves. After seeing the proofs, we realized that would have been a huge mistake! Melanie was fabulous to work with, not only was she professional but her knowledge of wedding etiquette helped answer some of those last minute questions that we would have spent valuable time investigating! Thanks again Melanie, we now have beautiful memories of Jenny and Brad's special day!!!

When I found out I was getting married I knew I wanted Melanie Swan as my photographer. I already knew her work, which was some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. She is so professional and patient. She wants to make your day so special! I would recommend her to anyone.

Melanie Swan's portraits are simply stunning! She is especially talented at seeing the "right" moment to grab a candid portrait. Visitors to our home often praise our wedding portraits, as well as portraits of our two small children. Not only is her product praiseworthy, so is her calm, responsible manner during the portrait session (and, perhaps more importantly, during the wedding!). I couldn't recommend her more highly.
