Megan is the best there is! She exceeded our expectations and provided us with the most incredible wedding photos. All of our friends and family were beyond impressed as well. We loved that Megan stayed throughout our entire reception. She captured so many amazing moments of all our friends and family having a great time, which was something that was really important to us. When we looked at our photos for the first time, it felt like we were reliving the entire day. She captured not only the moments, but the emotion behind them. She is extremely creative and has tons of unique ideas. She is also easy to work with and was open to all of our thoughts and suggestions. I would highly recommend Megan to anyone and everyone!!

Megan was absolutely amazing to work with both in the planning stages and on the day of the wedding. We were planning our New York wedding from Kansas, and we hired Megan after interviewing her over iChat. Megan made herself available to us for over an hour and a half so we could ask all the questions we wanted. She was very truthful and honest about what to expect on our wedding day. In the months leading up to our wedding, she did a great job staying in contact with us and coordinating logistics. On the day itself, she was very professional and attentive while also maintaining a nonintrusive presence. We are thrilled with the photos and album! Everything is beautiful and we have amazing memories of our wedding day, thanks to Megan! We have a perfect blend of artistic and traditional photos that capture emotions, scenery, and elements (like our rings, the cake, flowers, etc) in ways I never thought were possible. Megan was an absolute pleasure to work with. Before the wedding she was very clear about the documentary style she works in and how she aimed to document our wedding. On the day itself, she did her job thoroughly, competently, and all but invisibly: I didn't feel like I had a camera in my face all the time, but she was there, getting the key shots. She did the portraits quickly and creatively, putting everyone at ease and getting us back to the party as soon as possible. She also turned out some absolutely amazing shots, as I knew she would�some of which were on her blog for us and our guests to swoon over within three days. Megan is truly an artist and our pictures look awesome. She doesn't charge for extra hours like other wedding photographers we met with. She was there the whole day and and we hardly noticed her snapping candid shots during the reception. Also, she does not charge extra for proofs and you can keep all your pictures and print them as you like. We highly recommend Megan!!!

Megan was an exceptional photographer. She took pictures that captured our day without us even knowing. Megan was a great photographer who not only stayed longer than any other photographer's that others I knew used, but provided us with great unique photos of our special day! She was easy to work with, very responsive and got along great with us and the other guests. It has now been just over a year for us and wow has time flown by! Recently we have ordered our second album from Megan. Just after our wedding we had to move to a new state and job transfer for me. Megan has not only stayed in touch with us EVERY step the way, but was gracious enough to give us an extension on things due to my job requirements and the everyday issues life throws at you.

I spent over thee months researching photographers. My father did wedding photography for years, and photography being a hobby of mine I was VERY picky on who was going to shoot our wedding. This was probably the most important part of the wedding to me. To not only preserve those memories, but capture what we did not see in the process!

After dealing with "Mr. Resume" and "Mr. So and So" telling me just how great he was for the fifth time I ran across Megan's web site. The first thing I saw was the black and white picture of the flag on her homepage. I have spent the last 18 years serving my county in the US Navy and her being proud to be an America was also important to me. After a couple of brief emails with her webmaster, who turned out to be a old friend from college, I saw Megan was most concerned about quality and focusing on the most important things in life which is friends and family - not just making a buck! Her webmaster so impressed me with not only being pregnant at the time but to take her precious time to tell me about Megan's service and also what kind of person she was, NOT how great of photographer she was. I could see that for myself!

After a quick phone call I booked Megan for our August 18th 2007 wedding in Wellsville, NY which would be over a 2 hour drive for her one way! Being my wife's family lived in a rural area of NY state, the church was also about 30-40 minutes from the reception. Megan arrived dressed professionally mostly in black in the middle of August which only strengthened my faith in her professionalism. The day was perfect and she made the most of it! My wife and I had opted to do a butterfly release instead of the traditional throwing of rice. I told Megan that was one the most important things I wanted captured for the day. Megan had never photographed a butterfly release and was not only excited to do it but spent hours doing her own research so she was properly prepared and ready for that moment that could possibly only last seconds to a few minutes.We also wanted to stop in between the ceremony and the reception at Rock City Park for some bridal party pictures. Megan was most accommodating and was brilliant in her use of the time we had, which was not much at all. She never once rushed us only keep asking me if I wanted anything else.

In closing, I can only say even if you know about photography or do not know anything at all, this woman is one of the finest out there! You could spend $10K on some guy that will not give you half of photographs with the passion, detail and the true essence of capturing your lifes moments on your special day! I can only recommend you find out first what you and your spouse want, then make a list of what you want to see, then give that information to Megan and let her do her job! You will even forget she is there at times!
