We got married at a pretty fancy venue that didn’t allow dogs, so I couldn’t have my best girl of 17 years there with us! Miss Design Berry had the coolest options and we got a sign that officially announced us as married with my dog Nelly on it - and it looks EXACTLY like her, it’s amazing. The sign was a real hit and I’m planning to get a second one for a bar area at our house. Oh and my sister is getting married next month and loved my sign so much she’s getting her own! -

Katie Sent on 09/26/2018We had a signature cocktail sign made and it was a hit at our wedding! We absolutely love having this sign as a keepsake. The process was so easy, the team was very responsive, and the quality of the product is great. We made several color changes from our first proof and the turnaround time for a second proof was very fast. The website was also very easy to navigate. This is a great company to work with and offers unique ways to truly personalize your big day, especially if you want to include your fur baby/babies.

I knew I wanted something special but I kept putting of looking because other things wedding related kept popping up. MDB Wedding was able to work with me within my time-line, they got back to all my messages quickly and the final product was perfect! -

Overpriced for what you get.
I ordered the “chalkboard bar menu with pet portrait”. When ordering, I was debating it because their cost was $158 , but based on the photos I thought that was a decent cost for an actual sign with a digital photo of my pet so I clicked order.
The review and proof process was underwhelming. It felt like someone was just copying and pasting things into word. There was zero special design and creativity outside of the dog portraits which were done well.
When I finally got my order in the mail is when I realized that the $158 I ordered was the BASE PRICE. Meaning, essentially I got an 8x10 printout on some paper of the word document.
I’m incredibly underwhelmed with this product and out $158 for a piece of paper I now have to figure out how to display it at my 5/15 wedding.
Don’t work with them unless you like setting your money on fire for a minimal product. -

Don't get the pens
This review is solely based on purchasing the pens from Miss Design Berry for my guestbook. (I did get the alternative guestbook and it came out great, the proof process was easy and the picture turned out well).
I would be leaving a 5star review if the representative at MDB didn't talk me into purchasing their special "archival pens." I was told these are special pens that do not fade over time and would be the perfect add on - 3 pens for $24. When paying $24 for 3 pens for a wedding guest book, you expect some nice pens, right? WRONG. They sent me Gelly Roller Gel Pens. The kind 90s and 2000s girls used in elementary and middle school! These pens can be found at dollar stores, and a quick Amazon search reveals I can buy 12 pens for $18. YET I PAID $24 FOR 3. When I reached out to them about it, they are not remorseful and not willing to refund me. I just feel like they trick their customers into purchasing this add on with a false promise. I don't even want to put these out next to my guest book as they look so childish! It's a shame because due to this experience I will never be recommend MDB to any of my friends as I was initially planning on doing so.
I know I may sound ridiculous complaining about pens, but we already spend a lot when planning a wedding and want everything to be perfect. It's a shame that MDB wants to rip you off by marketing some pens as special "archival pens."

We are sorry you are so unhappy. We have tested TONS of pens and had tens of thousands of clients, and these are the pens that work best. Sakura specializes in archival, fade-resistant pens and so that is the brand we use. I checked back to our chats with you prior to your purchase, and saw that we did explain in detail to you that these are archival gel pens - which is exactly what you purchased from us and what you received. I am aware you were able to source them elsewhere, and we always let our clients know they can be found at local craft stores, etc, when they ask. We provide pens as a convenience for our clients who want to be able to order everything they need from us for their guest book.
