Beautiful photos and awesome people!

Matt and Mo did such a wonderful job with both our wedding photos and our engagement session!! I'm so glad that we decided to do an engagement session with them prior to the wedding. It really gave us a chance to get to know them and learn how they work in a relaxed setting. The actual wedding day is such a whirlwind! The artistic quality of their photos really stood out to me when I was comparing vendors, and they truly did not disappoint! I was also impressed with how organized and detail oriented they are, with advice on timelines, best photo spots, etc. The turnaround for the photos was also so quick! They are such a thoughtful, down-to-earth couple, really nice (and talented!) people. I would love to work with them again in the future.

Great job all around!

Matt and Mo did the photography for our wedding, including an engagement photo shoot and wedding album. They did a super job with all the pictures and throughout the whole process they were always super nice, professional, and easy to work with, always willing to accommodate our preferences and requests. We got tons of great pictures, and we were also very happy with how the photo album came out. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for wedding photographers!

Amazing Team

Matt and Mo did an amazing job photographing our engagement photos and our wedding. We had a vision of how we wanted our photos styled, and they executed it beautifully. Matt and Mo are amazing! They will make you feel like a movie star throughout the day as they are getting all of their shots. They know how to make the most of the venue, surroundings, and atmosphere to capture everything you could want or envision. Matt and Mo are true professionals; they use their expertise to maximize your experience, but they will listen to your input and try to bring your vision to life. They are never intrusive; you will hardly notice them as you celebrate the biggest moments of your day. We cannot recommend Matt and Mo highly enough!

Above and Beyond!

Our wedding venue provided a list of photographers they had worked with/recommended. I visited websites for each to check out their portfolios. While many looked good, none of them really wowed me. I decided to give Google a shot and searched for a photographer near the town where we would wed. I was instantly impressed with the photos on McMasters’ website and so was my (now) husband.
We set up a time to meet and while I admired the sample albums Matt brought along, he and my husband chatted like old friends. I took this as a good sign and thought this new casual friendship might eliminate some of the awkwardness that can come with being photographed. We scheduled an engagement shoot and Matt and Mo made the session fun and enjoyable.
In the months leading up to our wedding, Matt was on top of every communication and his sample timelines were a great help in planning out our DIY wedding.
On the day of the wedding, Matt and Mo were like photography ninjas! They quickly and quietly moved around without ever being obtrusive of our special day. They did steal us away a few times but only to get some amazing shots when the sun and the lighting was just right. The way Matt captures the sunlight is just magic, he really knows how to make a bride glow!
Soon came time to select the photos for our wedding album and there were so many great shots, we weren’t sure how we would ever narrow it down. Matt was ready to provide some suggestions and was extremely helpful during this process. Some might describe me as particular but he was patient with me until we got the album just right.
Matt continued to stay in touch during the shipping process and the album arrived beautifully! The craftmanship from the vendor is also impeccable and this partnership does not surprise me in the least.
We would highly recommend and hope to have a reason to work with Matt and Mo again in the future!

Peace of Mind During Our Big Day

Planning and executing a wedding is a huge task. So many vendors to keep track of and direct, plus plenty of unplanned surprises that pop up throughout the process. That's why it was SUCH a pleasure to work with McMasters Photography for our wedding.

We started our planning process with Matt and Mo back in Dec 2018 for a Sept 2019 wedding and everything went smoothly. They were responsive from the outset, and Matt's consultative, patient approach during our initial conversations gave us a ton of confidence for how they'd perform on our big day. They did not disappoint.

Matt and Mo were punctual, pleasant, and extremely professional when the day arrived. They kept us both calm and on track in the hours prior to the ceremony and did a great job capturing all of the shots we requested in advance while still giving us plenty of time to enjoy the day.

We received our photos shortly after the event and were awed at the quality and the quantity. My wife and I did not even notice them during our ceremony, but they managed to snap tons of great pics from all angles. They captured the magic and aura of both of ceremony and the reception that followed and provided us with hundreds of photos that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

On top of all this, McMaster Photography was very affordable and a terrific value. Thanks again to Matt and Mo for all their help with our wedding and preserving these incredible moments forever.

Exceeded All Expectations!

Being able to capture one of the most important days of your life is a big decision. When we first set eyes on the artistry that Matt and Mo offered we fell in love instantly but thought we could never be able to afford their services. Before stumbling on their site we had viewed dozens of other photographers with higher prices that were less than magical. We figured that you only have one chance at this so we reached out out to them. We definitely made the right decision! Fantastic photos and pleasant to work with!

Matt and Mo were awesome. We loved how they captured our engagement shoot and wedding day. Our engagement photos were taken in 40 + mph winds in November and they were such troopers. Matt and Mo were phenomenal on our wedding day and our parents raved about how the final photos turned out. The turnaround time for photos was also fast! They were easy to communicate with throughout and we were so glad we had them to capture our big day. We can't say enough good things about these two as photographers. We highly recommend Matt and Mo.

We couldn't be happier!

We had a winter wedding with some very challenging lighting conditions, and McMasters Photography absolutely knocked it out of the park. Matt was very responsive from the very beginning. On our wedding day, they arrived on time and ready to go. I didn't notice them at all during our ceremony, they were so unobtrusive. I've been to weddings where the photographer is practically right up at the altar with the couple--not Matt and Mo! Similarly during the reception I hardly noticed them! But I know they were there because they got so many incredible photos. They provided all of the detail photos we wanted, and then some. Somehow they were able to photograph our first dance (a swing) plus our guests dancing, and the photos truly capture the movement and energy. Matt's artistry and technical ability are very apparent. He and Mo were really easy to work with and we love all of our photos. The hardest part was picking our favorites for the album!
In addition, McMasters is a great value. I received quotes from other photographers that were literally twice the price. Don't waste your time or money with anyone else, go with McMasters.

Fantastic experience McMasters

I loved the quality and quantity of photos from my New Years Eve wedding! The McMasters are very professional and talented! I got the photos back very quickly and I even asked a family portrait to have extra editing which they completed and sent back incredibly quickly! Very happy bride

I had seen my friends wedding photos on Facebook and knew I loved the style so I asked for her photographers name. McMasters worked with me on the perfect package for my day and was attentive to my requests and very laid back and not hovering. Very happy with the final photos and would recommend to all brides.

Matthew and Mo of McMasters Photography did a spectacular job at capturing all of the special moments of our wedding day. Initially, I was drawn to a photo I saw on The Knot and I was blown away by the color and emotion of the photo. It was exactly what I wanted for my wedding and I reached out to them immediately. Even though my husband and I felt somewhat nervous about being photographed for an entire day, Matt and Mo put us at ease and the photos they took did not capture our initial hesitance at all (Well, maybe all except my "I don't know what to do with my hands!" photo haha). Instead, they captured our silly sense of humor and my tear stricken father, as he walked me down the aisle. They captured my mother mid-laugh, who I haven't seen smile in a photo in years due to her amazing ability to flee every time a camera comes out. They captured my six month old flower girl laughing, as she rode down the aisle in a wagon. They captured all of the drunken antics of our friends and family as they bust out their best dance moves. I am so thankful for all of the wonderfully vibrant photos they took while we were surrounded by all of our favorite people and I would recommend them to anyone, without hesitation.

We were SO happy with our experience with McMasters! Matt and Mo are truly awesome at what they do. Not only do they manage to capture some amazing moments, but they are also really fun to work with. They did our engagement session at Longwood Gardens and our wedding. We were worried professional photos were going to feel awkward and posed, but these two made us feel completely comfortable so they could get some stunning shots! Both times felt a little more like hanging out than getting our photos taken, allowing us both to just be ourselves. So many of the photos we ended up with are gorgeous. They have a knack for getting some stellar candids, and also do some artsy shots and tricks with lighting that come out just unbelievable. These two are great, we can't say enough good things about working with them :)

Working with Matt & Mo on our wedding day was a recipe for beautiful moments to be captured. They were encouraging and provided guidance which helped my husband and I feel comfortable in front of the camera. We loved working with McMasters Photography for our wedding! It was wonderful working with Matthew & Mo-they made us feel so comfortable! They did our engagement & wedding photos. For our engagement photos they were willing to meet us at Longwood Gardens where we got some great photos. They also provided great coverage for the wedding and captured a lot of priceless photos! We used McMasters Photography for our engagement session and wedding photos. Not only were they were prompt and professional, we had a blast with them. McMasters Photography is absolutely amazing! Throughout the wedding planning process, both Matt and Maureen were so great with answering my questions and making hiring them a snap. During the wedding, they were so accommodating. They listened to what pictures I wanted to take and gave me direction on what would look really awesome. My experience with McMasters Photography was that they were professional, creative, and flexible. Since you will be spending most of your wedding day with your photographer, it is important to have a good rapport with him / her. Matthew and his assistant were calm, efficient, and unobtrusive, blending seamlessly into the background while taking some beautiful shots. Most importantly, I have a wedding album full of sensational pictures that I will cherish and be able to show my children one day.

McMasters Photography is amazing!! Not only did they provide us with AMAZING and unique photographs; they also created and set up our terrarium centerpieces.
When we received our photos online I was able to share them with friends and family. Some comments we received included "that is the most beautiful photo I have ever seen" along with compliments on the lighting, angles, romanticism, etc. We couldn't have been happier.
With the terrariums... my family wasn't too pleased about us steering away from the traditional "floral centerpieces" and there was some hesitation with going this route on their end; however, my husband and I saw the look of everything in our head, along with Matthew and Mo, and we went for it. Family was coming up and apologizing for doubting the centerpieces at our wedding and stated how beautiful they were. I would recommend trying the terrarium centerpieces for a different, beautiful look to your wedding that is unique and will stand out.

When we forgot that there was a chance to go on the roof of the Loews Hotel for pics in the rain, Matt and Maureen were there to grab us and take us up there, getting some of the most amazing shots I have ever seen. We fell in love with M&M and their creativity, and we were very much beneficiaries of their genius. My only regrets are not booking them longer and not getting more "pre" shots with them.

You won't regret working with McMaster's. They're second to none, and I'm so glad we trusted them with capturing our day!

Matt and Mo were fantastic to work with. From our first meeting to the engagement shoot to the wedding day itself, they worked real hard for us. From their facebook page, or their website, you can see plenty of the photos they've taken, so you can get a feel yourself of their style and if it works for you. They were real good about getting back to emails, and in regards to having photos ready for us... I couldn't believe how fast the turn around was. The engagement photo were ready for us within a week, the wedding photos just under two weeks. They are extremely nice and easy to work with. We barely noticed them at the reception, they were not intrusive or in the way at all.

Matthew was an absolute delight to work with. My husband and I live in Boston, but got married in DE, where we grew up. Since we were organizing the wedding afar, I didn't get the opportunity to meet Matthew personally until the day of the wedding, but had selected him as our photographer based on his wonderful reviews on wedding wire and also his work posted online. Him and his assistant were very prompt, arriving right on time the day of the wedding. They both were both very personable and easy to work with. They checked in often with us to make sure we were getting all the shots we wanted. The quality of their work was superb and I couldn't speak more highly of their talent and skills. The album Matthew put together is absolutely beautiful and I love showing it off to our friends and family! :-)

We found MP in a Google image search, viewed their website, and decided to meet with them based on the appeal of what we saw. After discussing our desires and their capabilities we agreed on a price and left our deposit completely confident in our decision. For the next 6 months photography was not one of our many wedding concerns. The week before our day we exchanged a few emails with MP to go over some last minute scheduling, their response was timely and professional. We decided on a First Look/wedding party/family photo session and to later escape for sunset couple session during the cocktail hour. We had communicated to MP what was personally important before hand, had some fun being creative on the spot, and also trusted their professional direction. All, and I mean every single one of our friends and family who we have shown and talked to about our photos have said that they are beyond amazing and that we are so lucky. Our friends have expressed jealousy and envy not for the price we paid (though they could), but for the quality and quantity of amazing photos that we now forever have. Out of the 865 pictures that were taken in the five or six hours and that were given to us first by downloadable link, then by disc, we could literally frame 80% of. We have so many amazing pictures of just us too. Our recently married friends said that they have less than 10 pictures of themselves from their wedding that they are in love with; one couple only has 1 that they like. I don't know what that would feel like, but I assume pretty bad. Without hesitation, we would willingly pay triple for the same service again. For the sake of your wedding pictures that last for eternity, I would implore you to give them the most serious consideration.

I would recommend McMasters Photography to everyone. Matthew and his crew were nothing but professional. I was referred to Matthew from a good friend who was getting married a year before mine. Matthew was willing to meet with me on his way to another event he was shooting. His photos are absolutely breathtaking! His prices are extremely reasonable and he was worth every penny! We couldn't have made a better decision when it came to choosing wedding photographers.
We knew we wanted something modern and timeless at the same time; and Matt / Maureen delivered the exact vision we were looking for. They work wonders with colors, shadow, and distance! And by comparison, their packages offer great value!

Matt and Maureen were a joy to work with. They made the whole process easy for us, always responsive and patient with my many detailed questions. They gave me many many practical tips for the day of which proved extremely useful.

On the day of, Matt and Maureen showed up on time, did all the shots we wanted, and even squeezed in some amazing shots during sunset without us missing one ounce of the fun from the cocktail and reception! They put up some pictures on ipad during reception for our guests to view as well, which everyone thinks was a great touch!

Post wedding, Matt setup the photo gallery for us promptly, put up with my numerous rounds of edits to the wedding album until everything was exactly the way we wanted.

I will recommend Matt and Maureen to anyone planning a wedding in the area in a heart beat.

I absolutely love McMasters Photography, and cannot review them highly enough.

This was absolutely my favorite vendor to work with throughout the whole wedding experience. Matt and Moe were fun, friendly, and got exactly what we wanted out of our photographs.

The engagement session was fun, and provided us with some STUNNING photos for save the dates and for our wedding. During the wedding they were just as wonderful, and stole us away at times for some beautiful sunset and evening photos. Despite the fact that our wedding was only 4 days ago, the images are already on their proofing website!

I really could not be happier with our choice in photographer. Our images were fun, artistic, quirky, and beautiful. They captured the moments and emotions of the day beautifully. Not to mention, Matt and Moe are so great to be around! I joked with them that we would have to get divorced and remarried so we had an excuse to get more photos with them :) (don't worry, it won't happen!)

Working with Matthew and Maureen was great! They were very accommodating, and easy to work with. We had a great time with them at our Engagement shoot, and the pictures were so beautiful. We knew when we first sat down with them prior to booking them, that the quality of their work was impeccable. And they did not disappoint. And most importantly, their price was extremely reasonable, especially in comparison to other photographers that we looked at.

They were both very professional and showed up on time, and did a great job of following the schedule that we outlined with them prior to the wedding day. At the wedding, they did a great job of not getting in the way while taking great pictures! After the ceremony, we and the wedding party had a great time taking pictures with them before the reception. At the reception, they took all the photos that we required, and also took many others where it helped us get a great view of what else was going on throughout the wedding.

We had out wedding at the end of April, and were given a link to our wedding photos just days after the wedding! After making our selections of photos for our album, Matthew sent over a draft 1 week later! Once we ok'ed the draft, we received our Beautiful album less than a month later! After hearing about horror stories about other photographers and the amount of time it took to complete the wedding album, We were so surprised with the quick turnaround.

We would definately recommend Matthew and Maureen to all of our friends and families!

First and foremost the pictures look fantastic! If you look at the website they speak for themselves. What you don't find out until you book them is how great they are to work with. Couple of big things for me were:

Matt was responsive, understood what we wanted, and took amazing pictures without me having to worry that he would miss anything. He ended up getting some shots that I love that I would never have thought to ask for.

Matt and Maureen are very good at getting great shots while remaining unnoticed. Numerous people commented on how they forgot the photographers were there.

Took great shots in what could be difficult lighting at the reception.

Had the pictures back to us within two weeks and did a great recap on the blog. This is really great when you want to show people the highlights without going overboard.

We are so happy we chose Matt to photograph our wedding. His kindness, sensitivity, flexibility and professionalism were all outstanding. He and his assistant Maureen remained completely unobtrusive (and practically invisible) during the ceremony and reception, yet somehow got the most amazing coverage of both, missing nothing. Additionally, my wife and I had some family issues right after the wedding, and Matt was so patient and accommodating that we were really touched. We got very lucky with Matthew as our photographer. We did NOT want someone that was going to tell us exactly what to do down to the last detail and basically force their "vision" upon us as a photographer. Matthew's FIRST question for us was: "What do YOU two have in mind for your pictures?". And it all started from there.... my wife and I got to be as creative as we wanted throughout the entire process. HOWEVER - Matthew is very good at making suggestions without being pushy. This is what separates him from other photographers. They are merely suggestions - and neither of us ever felt pressured to just "do what the photographer wanted". The great thing is though: all of his suggestions were great! We got so many great pictures from our engagement session and our wedding. Lastly, he is really good at picture effect. Some pictures are in black/white, some have color manipulations that are so cool, some bring certain items into focus and certain ones out... he just has such a great eye for really nice photos. If I could, I would rate Matt McMasters as 120%! He was wonderful- everything we needed and with such a REASONABLE cost. I searched for a few months to find a photographer who was personable, professional and not wanting to rip us off.
Matt was extremely responsive throughout the whole process via e-mail and telephone. He made us feel comfortable and we were never unsure of what we were getting.
Probably one of the greatest things was we could see our picutres online DURING our honeymoon! And when we got back it was only about a week or two before we had a disk of the photos.
I highly recommend McMasters photography for your wedding, you'll feel stress free and have great photos!

My pictures turned out amazing! Matt and Maureen are easy to work with and take beautiful pictures. The price was right when we booked compared to others, without compromising on quality. Matt responds quickly to any and all questions and has great customer service. He really wants you to love your photos. A few things I loved about Matt and Maureen were that they were down to do whatever we wanted. They had a lot of great ideas for poses but were more than willing to do the things we wanted (working with sparklers). It was freezing the day of our wedding and they braved the cold to take as many pictures as we wanted even though I'm sure he couldn't feel his fingers anymore. And the best part was I didn't notice him during the ceremony or the reception, they were completely non-intrusive and that's what I wanted. They took natural pictures and when I got to see the photos I was surprised to see all the great shots he took that I never realized throughout the night. They really did a terrific job and you will not be disappointed!

We absolutely love Matt and Mo's work! I couldn't be happier with how our engagement and wedding photos turned out. If you are looking for a photographer that thinks outside of the box and creates an artistic feel in their work then I would recommend McMasters. We were looking for wedding photos that felt authentic and artistic; with McMasters Photography that's exactly what we got! Their preparation was meticulous and was tailored to our needs. They were willing to make multiple long drives to be able to meet with us in advance of the wedding and then to be there on the day. The photo booth was amazing and was exactly what we were looking for!

McMaster's Photography was a wonderful choice for our wedding photos. We really enjoyed working with Matt and Maureen. Matt had some very creative ideas for photos and we were very happy with how our photos turned out. Our album is gorgeous and we get compliments from everyone that looks at it. Very high quality compared to what many other photographers offer. Matt worked with us on touching up images, and even scheduling a post wedding shoot to get a few portraits in we didnt get on the day of the wedding. He was extremely easy to work with and we were happy with the overall product.

Also, I highly reccomend doing the engagement session. Those are some of our favorite photos!

McMasters Photography did a great job on our wedding. We were a little rushed as far as time for pictures went, obviously not the the photographers fault, but overall Matt did a great job and I would definitely use him again. The only issue I had was that I wish our group pictures with the wedding party and our family were a little more organized, but once again we were a little short on time. Matt was also very quick at providing our wedding pictures for us which was a great surprise :) Thanks McMasters!!
