  Jane at Maxon's is absolutely wonderful! My fiance had my ring custom-made, and she could not have been more helpful through the whole process. There was no question that we would go back to Jane for our wedding bands; we just picked them up today, and we love them! Every time we come to the store we get a huge smile and a hug. and our questions are always answered kindly and promptly. We cannot recommend Maxon's enough.

  Very professional. They sized my ring in the matter of hours so I could have it back by the end of the day. They also have a great selection to chose from at a fair range in prices. I'm very pleased with my engagement ring!

  Jane at Maxon's is wonderful, from day one she has greeted us like personal friends and always gives us a hug when we see her! When ring shopping she took us around and tried on at least 20 rings before we decided on one, she always remembers details as well. They provide quality jewelry and sell with integrity!

  We visited several jewelry stores in Springfield (and Kansas City) searching for the perfect engagement ring. Maxon's not only has the best selection (quality and quantity), by far... but Maxon's is a true experience. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, I left feeling pampered and special. Everyone talks about how when you're dress shopping you get "THAT FEELING"... honestly, ring shopping at Maxon's was more exciting than dress shopping (and I'm a girly girl). We HIGHLY recommend Maxon's!

Maxon's not only has the best selection (quality and quantity), by far... but Maxon's is a true experience. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, I left feeling pampered and special.   In our opinion, Maxon's is the only jeweler in Springfield. My husband looked at several places when looking for my engagement ring, and they were the most helpful, with the best prices, and the best service. He had an idea for a ring in mind rather than a specific style, and they were able to create the perfect ring for me. It should be noted that he picked it out all by himself without a clue as to what I would want, so that's saying something! :) They were also great when we ordered our wedding bands. When the band I wanted wasn't available, they ordered a similar one and the jeweler made it into what I wanted, no extra charge! And they even sent us a sweet card after the wedding to congratulate us. Thanks to everyone at Maxon's, especially Nancy! If we could rate it more than 5 stars we would, because they really went above and beyond and totally exceeded our expectations! Maxon's is the only jeweler for us.
