Amber Sent on 08/23/2010I have nothing but good things to say about Matt Potvin. Matt works out of the Camp Hill area of PA and I live in the Pittsburgh area. We were actually connected through Wedding Wire as he is an active member on the forums and well respected for his honesty and relativity to whatever topic is being discussed.
Matt was going to be in the Pittsburgh area about a month before our wedding and I was teetering on doing a Boudoir Shoot for my now husband as a wedding gift. Since Matt was going to be in the area, I jumped at the chance to do a session with him.
He and I communicated back and forth and because of his accessibility and quick responsiveness, we were able to build a rapport with each other before the shoot. This helped me tremendously since I wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the photographer that would be shooting me "au naturale"!
The day of the shoot was awesome. Matt was very professional and made sure I was comfortable with posing and even let me see shots after they were taken to make sure I liked how things were shaping up. If he needed me to move a pose or if clothing needed moved, he would ask me if I was okay with it.
The shots he took were absolutely incredible. I have never felt so beautiful! I was so very proud to give my hubby his "sexy book" on our wedding day and I can assure you that he was every bit as pleased as I was if not more so.
I would highly recommend Matt for any of your photography needs! He is a genuinely nice guy, very talented, and has a great eye. -

Jenifer Sent on 06/25/2009Matt was amazing! He listened to everything we wanted and followed through with it. There was never a time that I couldn't reach him when I had a question or concern. He was always available to speak with or email. Matt was flexible with everything! Whatever we asked for he did. Matt's professionalism is OUTSTANDING! There was never a moment I didn't feel 100% comfortable and confident. Matt captured the most beautiful and crazy moments of our day. I could not have asked for anything better! The value for cost is unbelievable, I was ecstatic with the results of our photos, I never had a doubt that they wouldn't be beautiful, but Matt took them to an entirely new level! I would recommend Matt to everyone and anyone!! I truly cannot thank him enough for being the most perfect photographer we could have asked for- even our guests loved him! Thank you so so much for capturing our day so beautifully, we will never forget it!
