Mariah is nothing short of AMAZING! As the bride, I felt like a beautiful princess the entire day/night....never feeling like I had to fluff or touch up. She gave me all the time in the world to engage with our guests and still feel like a million bucks. Mariah also did my daughter's and sister's hair and makeup and it was like having a friend with us while we all got ready together. So fun! It was worth every penny to feel the way I felt on our special day!

Mariah did an amazing job with my make up and hair for our wedding back in October, I received so many compliments, it was very nice to get pampered and know that I was going to look amazing on our special day, thanks Mariah!!!

My daughter, the bride, picked Mariah for makeup. We went to her house for the trial run and everything looked beautiful. The day of the wedding Mariah came to our hotel to do makeup on the bride, MOH a bridesmaid and me.
Mariah showed up with her kit and her own chair. She set up by the window and worked her magic. The room was sort of chaotic with friends, family, the hairstylist and people doing their own hair and makeup. None of this distracted Mariah from her task. She is super friendly and worked fast. Even when the bride decided to leave for the venue earlier than planned Mariah was able to finished the last bridesmaid while the bride was waiting for the elevator!
My daughter always has problems with eyeliner running. This even happened to the trial run makeup. Mariah made adjustments and the makeup was perfect. The bride had a photo taken after the wedding, reception, cleanup (and even tears). The makeup looked like it did in the hotel, perfect.
I highly recommend Mariah.
ps-my false eyelashes were still there the next day!

Mariah does wonderful work. She will make you look beautiful on your wedding day. I also used her for our engagement photos. You will not be disappointed!

Mariah and Wendy did such a wonderful job on hair and makeup for my bridesmaids, the moms and myself on my wedding day that I could not say enough nice things. They really listened to what each person wanted and you could tell they really care and are there to make every girl feel beautiful for the day, and it really shows in the pictures as well! Mariah was very responsive to my emails pre-wedding and provided great advice when I had questions and was looking for her input on different hair/makeup options. Thank you so much for everything!

Mariah was wonderful, she was very flexible and worked with me on the schedule for all of the bridesmaids and the brides. And she was never offended when I had her change my eye makeup multiple times (including on the wedding day)

Mariah did my bridal make-up and make-up for my bridesmaids, mom and mother-in-law. Her assistant Wendy did my hair and hair for the majority of my crew. Both women were absolutely fantastic to work with. I was an out-of-town bride and Mariah was very flexible in scheduling my trial for one of the few times I'd be in Minneapolis before the wedding. After leaving my trial and living with my hairstyle for awhile I decided there were some fairly significant changes I wanted to make. Mariah and Wendy worked with me to schedule another hair trial the week of the wedding. At this trial Wendy was very reassuring, eager to find solutions and help me find the style I was looking for and I left feeling confident. On the day of the wedding they were punctual, professional, easy-going and their fun vibe fit in well with the energy of the day. Everyone looked amazing and loved their looks, including me. I felt like myself and beautiful on my wedding day in big part due to their amazing work. I am so glad I included them in my wedding day and would highly recommend Mariah's Beauty Marks to any bride.

Mariah was absolutely amazing! She was so nice and laid back to work with and my makeup was perfect! I felt so beautiful all day and got so many compliments. Her willingness to do a trial run helped me feel relaxed by the time my wedding day came around. She did exactly what I wanted but even better! I can't thank Mariah enough!

Mariah was amazing to work with! I had 5 bridesmaids and three moms to care for hair and makeup the day of our wedding and we were able to squeeze everyone in and still make our timelines! I loved the trail run and felt comfortable providing honest feedback on how I liked my hair and makeup. I would absolutely recommend Mariah's Beauty Marks to any bride looking to have hair and makeup done on-site! It's very affordable if you compare to how much you'd spend at any other salon.

Mariah did the hair and makeup for my wedding, and she did a wonderful job on everyone! She was very professional and patient. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do with my hair, and Mariah had no problem with trying out several hairstyles on my trial run until we found one that looked great! I just looked at all my photos and both my hair and makeup looked flawless until the very last dance! Thanks again Mariah!

Mariah was a phenomenal makeup artist for my wedding makeup. My wedding party was impressed and multiple vendors complimented on how elegant and professional my makeup looked. The airbrush lasted all day long and the eyelashes didn't even feel like they were there! I would recommend her to all brides. She is talented, professional, friendly and truly cares about making you feel beautiful on your wedding day!

Mariah and Dee were my makeup & hairstylists for my wedding. They are AMAZING at what they do. They have a passion for their job and truly want to make you (& your wedding party) feel the most beautiful!
Mariah gave me a great deal for her travel costs. She truly showed she valued my wedding day, and making sure I felt amazing!
I was so pleased with Mariah's work that I plan to use her again for my brother's wedding this coming Labor Day weekend. Looking forward to being gorgeous!!!

Mariah is very talented and made us look and feel so great on for my wedding! The products and colors were great and her presence is professional. My mom kept saying "I look like a model!"

I am SO glad I had Mariah do my makeup on my wedding day! It was
absolutely PERFECT and it lasted all through the night! I've never had
airbrushing done before and she assured me it would last, and she was
right! She was so wonderful. She was on time and the price was great! I
can't say enough great things about her and her work!!! She made me look
exactly how I wanted to look (maybe even better) on my wedding day! Thank

Mariah was great! I had a bad experience testing out makeup at another salon and was freaked out that I was not going to find someone who could do a good job on my makeup. After my trial makeup application, I had no worries that my makeup would be great on my wedding day! It was natural and beautiful and lasted all night! Mariah was prompt, flexible and added on other wedding party members at the last minute! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for great makeup for any occasion!

Mariah of Mariah's Beauty Marks is brilliant! I went to Mariah for hair and makeup services, and she did a phenomenal job!

My mother and I first met with Mariah a month before the wedding for a hair and makeup trial run. Right away we could tell that Mariah was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had ideas about what I wanted to look like on my wedding day, but most importantly, I wanted to look like...me. Mariah listened to my ideas and created a flawless look that highlighted my features.

Needless to say, we were thrilled and looked forward to the work Mariah would do for the two of us and my bridal party. Mariah did not disappoint!

The day of the wedding, Mariah and a colleague came to our lodgings and worked their magic! Every single one of my bridesmaids, my mother, and myself looked spectacular. We looked like ourselves, but with our natural looks and features lightly enhanced. The makeup (including false eyelashes) was perfect and the hair was fun and beautiful!

The best part, though, were the compliments that I overheard. I received my fair share of compliments, especially from my now husband, but I loved hearing the compliments of my bridesmaid's family and significant others. One significant other told me that they were leaving a little early so he could "show off" his lovely fiance to his mother before she went to bed. I loved hearing him go on and on about how gorgeous his fiance looked. Another said that he couldn't take his eyes off of his girlfriend the entire night. He had never seen her look more lovely. They both loved that each of their partners looked gorgeous but not foreign to them: they were REAL (and they loved the enhanced lashes)!

All in all, I couldn't have been more pleased and I know my friends also felt as though they were turned into princesses! Thank you so much, Mariah, for all your hard work and your talent in creating beautiful looks that will make our wedding that much more special and memorable.

Mariah was laid back and perfect for what I was looking for. I don't wear a lot of makeup usually and I always think I look weird when I do so I was nervous about everything. She made me look flawless and natural and it was perfect! Her prices are reasonable and I would definitely recommend her!

Great experience! Mariah did a trial run and made very detailed notes about things I liked so that everything would go smoothly on the day. On the day she was on time (I'm embarrassed to say we were about 5-10 minutes late) and was ready to go. My hair and makeup looked beautiful, it was great for pictures but she also listened to my desire to look very natural, as I don't wear barely any makeup normally. I looked like I had flawless skin and my natural "assets" were accentuated, so it was the perfect mix for looking great in both pictures AND in person. I only had her for myself, but when my bridesmaid was doing her makeup, she gave a few tips to her and also some eyelid primer so her eye shadow would stay. To me this was a simple gesture, but a lot more than some people would do! Everything was done quickly (about 45 minutes to an hour) but she did not seem in a rush and everything looked very professional. It was a great experience and I'm so glad we used her services!

My wedding day ended up being a bit more chaotic than I had hoped for. Mariah was originally only going to do my make up but after going to two different salons and still not liking my hair, I asked Mariah for help. She only had an hour and a half to do both my hair and make up and I could not have imagined it going any better. She did a beautiful job and made me feel like a beautiful bride. It was exactly the look I wanted for my wedding day. I am so thankful I found Mariah and don't know what I would have done without her, she literally saved the day. Mariah is flexible, a great person to work with, and does a wonderful job. My make up did not budge all day or night (even though it was nearly 90 degrees outside) I would highly recommend Mariah!!

Hair and make-up was the one thing I had no idea where to begin since I haven't lived in MN very long. A co-worker's daughter told me about Mariah, and I am so thankful that I found her! Mariah did make-up for myself, my mother and grandmother, and my four bridesmaids. She called in Dee to do the hair just because there were so many of us. My trial with the two of them went great. Both were very easy to work with and open to any comments I had. I gave just a couple quick photos of some ideas I had, and that was all it took for them to get the right idea. It was so much more relaxing to have them come to our hotel to help us get ready rather than going to a salon. Everyone loved their hair and make-up. Some of my bridesmaids had pretty bad tan lines but Mariah did a great job blending them in as much as possible! I would definitely recommend them!

Mariah was so wonderful! My makeup lasted through sweating and tears, and was still beautiful. My hair was gorgeous, and my bridesmaids were all thrilled with their hair / makeup as well. Some wish they'd swapped - i.e. my cousin liked someone elses hair better than hers and vice versa, but that's their fault - they didnt bring pictures or give Mariah any guidance on what they wanted. And I thought they were all gorgeous! I loved Mariah, her flexibility, and her personable demeanor.

Mariah was very easy to work with. My trial with her and Wendy was relaxed and fun and allowed for plenty of time for me to elaborate on what I was looking for. On the day of my wedding, I was asked for LOTS of input which I loved because it made it easy to be open about what I wanted changed even if it was small and nit picky. I was incredibly happy with the way I looked, I have just never felt so beautiful, and I really owe it to Wendy and Mariah. They do amazing work. And...my hair and makeup didn't budge all night long. My bridesmaids looked incredible as well!!

I was so happy to have worked with Mariah!!

I chose to have a hair and makeup trial run in addition to the day of and I was so glad I did. When I went to my trial run appointment, I had a firm idea of what I was looking for and had several pictures of it. Mariah was able to duplicate the look with no problem! However, I quickly realized that this hairdo was not that right look for me (although it was exactly like the picture!) I did not feel ANY pressure to accept a specific hairstyle or to follow through with the first one we tried. Mariah was very understanding and helped me to decide on another look.

We tried several other options until we settled on a gorgeous side up-do! I was so grateful that Mariah was willing to take the time to help me find a style that fit with my dress, style, and my overall look. Furthermore, she was able to duplicate this look again on my wedding day and I could not have been happier!!

I was astonished by how quickly Mariah was able to select tones and colors that matched my facial features and skin tone! She created the perfect "natural bride" look that I wanted on the first try with only the descriptions I had provided (no pictures).

People were RAVING about my hair and makeup all day and many asked where I had it done! I was not hesitant to inform them of Mariah and highly HIGHLY recommend her to any bride!! You will not be disappointed.

She also did my mom's make-up, bridesmaid's hair, and mother-in-law's makeup. Every person was very happy with the result (even the one or two that are very, very picky with how their hair/make-up looks!!)

Mariah was friendly, patient, affordable, and very easy to work with! Thank you Mariah, I could not have been happier!!

Mariah was fantastic to work with. She did a run through and I switched my style before the wedding. She was patient and receptive to the changes I made and my hair looked amazing on my wedding day. She also put on my eyelashes and they were done extremely well. Her prices include the run through, which seems obvious but is not the case for a lot of stylist. I appreciated this and LOVED the way my hair turned out!

I had a GREAT experience with Mariah. We did a trial makeup run a few weeks before the wedding. The trial was great and she worked with me until I knew exactly what I wanted for makeup. It helped relieve a lot of stress going into the big day, because I knew my makeup would look exactly like I wanted it to. Mariah was so flexible and ended up doing extra makeup for some of my bridesmaids. Everyone was very happy with her services!

I hired Mariah to do my makeup for my wedding over Labor Day weekend. I did a makeup trial at her home studio, where she took good notes on what I liked and didn't like. We made a few tweaks to the plan on the wedding day, and my makeup ended up fabulous. She also made my bridesmaids look lovely. Super responsive, right on time and all-in-all easy to work with.

After reading the reviews on Wedding Wire for Mariah's Beauty Marks, I knew she was the one for me. I emailed her and kept my fingers crossed that she was available on my wedding day. Lucky for me, she was!
I had never had my makeup professionally done before so I was a bit intimidated going into the trial. Mariah eased my anxiety and asked all the right questions to help acheive the look I was going for (which I wasn't even sure what I was going for at that point). Leading up to the wedding day she was very responsive and helpful answering my questions about schedule, pricing etc. She was very willing to work with my bridal party on pricing etc. She also managed to squeeze in my sister-in-law for make up and airbrush to cover up a large bruise on her arm.
I can honestly say I've never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day. I got SO MANY compliments on how great I looked - makeup, hair etc. This is all credit to Mariah and her team. If I ever need make up services again, Mariah will be the first person I call.

Mariah is awesome! I booked her based on a recommendation from a friend, and am so glad I did. She is friendly, laid-back, and really listens to you. I changed my mind about my hair style after my trial, and she was more than happy to adjust. I was a little nervous about getting my makeup done professionally because I typically don't wear anything, but she did a great job of putting enough makeup on me to make me look great, but not so much that I felt like I didn't look like myself. Additionally, I was married on a sweltering hot day in a church with no A/C and my make-up stayed on miraculously well.

Also -- it was so nice to have her come to the hotel to do everything. It made my wedding day really relaxed and fun. I also liked that it allowed me to spend the morning still hanging out with my bridesmaids and mom, even though they preferred to do their own hair and makeup (we wouldn't have had the quality time if I had gone to a salon).

Finally, I think her pricing is really reasonable for what you get. She includes a full trial in the pricing, and I never came across a better deal.

Mariah provided make-up for me and my wedding party. I really enjoyed working with her. Her energy of fun fit right into the day and energy of the room as we were getting ready.

I met with Mariah a number of times before the wedding for waxing and a pre-wedding day make-up dry run. I especially appreciated her patience as we figured out who in the wedding party wanted what services.

The day of my wedding, people remarked that I looked like myself - and I think that is about the highest complement I could have received and the highest one I can give to her. She listened to what I wanted and needed, gently pushed me when she thought it was in my best interest and the result was beautiful!

I found Mariah solely based on her web-site, as I was planning a wedding from over seas. I was lucky enough to use her twice, I first had her do my make up for my boudoir photo shoot...she was awesome! I know nothing about make-up so she really took charge and showed off her creativity. I got so many compliments on it that night so I was looking forward to her doing my wedding make up too. Mariah was very easy to work with. I feel she had a genuine desire to give me exactly what I wanted on my big day. I have never worn a lot of make-up and prefer a natural look. For these reasons it was very important to me to hire a make-up artist for my wedding. I didn't feel comfortable or proficient enough to do it myself. After speaking with Mariah and doing a trial run I could not have been more pleased. She gave me a natural look with the perfect blend of wedding glam. My wedding was 2 hours outside the Twin Cities and over a holiday weekend. She was very obliging and traveled to do my make-up and the make-up of 6 bridesmaids. I would absolutely recommend her services to any bride. There were so many things I worried about on my wedding day but my make-up was never one of them.

Mariah truly has a gift - she is the best makeup artist I have ever seen and I absolutely trust and value her opinions. She is extremely professional and able to create a look that best suited my features. I loved her airbrush techniques and my makeup stayed on beautifully for my wedding. I contacted Mariah's Beauty Marks less than two weeks before my wedding date and not only was Mariah accommodating, she did a fantastic job! During the consultation, she took extra time to listen to my very specific makeup requests and made changes until everything was exactly as I wanted it. Mariah was very prompt in arriving at the hotel on the day of my wedding at 6:00 am (our photographer wanted me ready at 7:45), and despite the early morning, I have never felt as glamorous as I did that day! Mariah's prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of the beautiful work she does, and I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding makeup artist!

She used excellent products and having the ability to airbrush her clients is a major plus! After seeing all the 5 stars...I would not have believed that Mariah was so wonderful...until I worked with her!! I got the airbrush make-up done and it was fantastic! It stayed on all day and night...I did not get all shiny despite the 90 degree weather and our photographer dragging us all around downtown Minneapolis for photos. Mariah met us at the hotel and was just amazing. She did my make-up and the make-up for the 3 bridesmaids. Mariah was so accommodating and really made it easy to relax and enjoy the day. She came to my house for a consultation and practice round a couple days before the wedding so i could find a look i liked. Mariah was great- I looked great on my wedding. I appeciated that she didn't have a minimum amount of people to come over and do our hair and makeup, as I only had one person in my bridal party. You get a trial run so I went to her home and she did me up exactly how I would look on the day so we wouldn't have to worry about or redo things, and that just comes with her prices.

She brought Dee for everyone's hair (Me, My mom, and my sister) and it looked great and then she did our makeup. My hair looked awesome- I got complements on it all night!- and my makeup looked natural but enhanced my features. I upgraded to the air brush foundation and fake lashes and am glad I did- I felt so beautiful!

Getting makeup and hair done is a little expensive but she wasn't any more expensive than anyone else, and may have actually been cheaper. Would definetly recommend her for both hair and makeup, and most likely Dee will do your hair (she's great!).

Both were professional but fun! I made a great choice- so worth it to have them come to you instead of going to a salon in the moring. Definetly use Mariah's services- you won't regret it!

Mariah enlisted the help of her friend Wendy even for my trial run, given what she knew of the tight schedule of my wedding day. I so appreciated her having Wendy be involved from the outset so that there'd be no surprises. Mariah did an amazing job of making me look beautiful on my wedding day. She is very skilled and was very professional and fun to work with. Not only did she do my makeup, but my bridal party's makeup as well. She also come onsite and did my makeup which was great. I would recommend Mariah to every bride on her wedding day.

Mariah is super talented! She was flexible with my time and completed all of my bridesmaids applications on time and perfectly done to each individuals desires. What I know about Mariah is that she will go the distance to make sure you get what you asked for! She's a rockstar!

Mariah did my make-up for my wedding. She has a wonderful eye for applying make-up that enhances the natural beauty of the bride, rather than covering it up. My trial make up and wedding make up lasted all day without budging and didn't need any touch ups. She was very professional, punctual, and a perfectionist when it came to her services. I hightly recommend her.

Mariah was a pleasure to work with. She had another event on the day of my wedding but she was able to balance her schedule so that she could apply makeup for 5 of us and still make it to her other appointment. We weren't at all rushed and the results were beautiful. The air-brushing lasted perfectly on a surprisingly hot September day, during an outdoor reception in the full sun no less.

Mariah was fantastic! I'd highly recommend her. She did my wedding makeup and my bridesmaids makeup and we all absolutely loved what she did. She was super flexible, arrived right on time, and finished on time.

I was hesitant to book a make-up artist for my wedding as most were so expensive. Mariah's costs were very reasonable and she did a great job. My pictures looked great - it was well worth every penny!

Mariah did my makeup for my wedding and Wendy did my updo. They were the perfect mix of professional and laid back. I trusted them to do my hair and makeup on the day of my wedding just as we had discussed in my consultation months prior to. However, they still were able to make me feel comfortable and feel like we were just a bunch of girls getting glammed up together. They were an awesome duo and we were even ahead of the game and I had time to relax with my bridesmaids for awhile before the day got really going.

I was refered to Mariah by my personal attendant who had met her when she did another friend's wedding. I was very pleased with Mariah's pricing, flexibility and ability to add various services on to the basic package. It was also very nice that she was able to come to our hotel to do our makeup.

The makeup itself came out perfectly on the wedding day. I loved the airbrushing and false eyelashes, and she was able to create the glow I was looking for. I was uncertain that we had landed the right look during the consultation, however Mariah was willing to work with my own eyeshadow, and listened to the changes I wanted, and made my big day perfect!!
