The Best Venue in Texas

We could not have hoped for a better venue. Not only was it an absolutely stunning location, but everything went so smoothly; we didn't have to worry about a single thing all day. We got there 6 hours before the ceremony, and it was just a fun day for my bridal party. Brian was born to be a wedding planner/coordinator. His attention to detail and ensuring that we were happy and had everything we needed for the day truly went above and beyond all expectations. You will not be sorry if you chose to have your wedding here. The people are great, and there isn't a more beautiful place you could get married near the beach.

This venue is BREATHTAKING!!! We had the best time of our lives and our guests had a blast!! Brian, the manager, is out of this world amazing. He will drop everything to help you and did everything he could to make the day perfect.

Wedding venue

Brian did everything possible to make sure my wedding day went smoothly. I have thanked him abundantly for everything he's done and I still feel it's not enough "thank you's" given. I enjoyed my wedding so much I wish I could go back and re-live it one more time. All my guests raved about the venue and how beautifully it was decorated. Not only coming from me, but also from my guests, my wedding was the best wedding ever experienced hands down. You get a lot of credit for that Brian! If I had the chance to re-do my wedding I would still go with mansion by the sea as my venue without any hesitation or second thoughts.

Perfect wedding

Best day of our lives! I am so happy with our wedding and how everything went leading up to our day. THANK YOU, BRIAN! Our day was perfect, all because of him! During our last meeting, we got to pick out all of our decorations. He had a table set up for us and chairs done exactly as I had shown him in pictures, just so we could see how it would look on our wedding day. On our wedding day he made sure everything ran smoothly and was always around for anything I might need. Whether it was to set up the tables with decorations I brought or to put a drink in my hand! One of the things I was worried about was the sound and timing of the music that I wanted to play when I walked down the aisle. I was worried about people being able to hear the music outdoors and with the wind. The music was perfect, loud and clear, just how I wanted it. My husband can't stop talking about how perfect everything was! From our guests I have heard so far: "That was the best wedding EVER!", "We had a blast! I've never seen my husband dance like that before", "your wedding was like a Hollywood movie" and it was also described as a "fairy tale wedding". It was so hard for me to choose our venue and I am SO happy with that day! I couldn't make it any better than it was!

My husband and I had our Vow Renewal at the mansion last Sunday. When we first visited the mansion we immediately fell in love with location and decided that day we would book Mansion for our Vow Renewal Wedding. Due to unforeseen circumstances and a change in ownership we were assigned a new owner and wedding planner. We were hesitant at first seeing it was about 4months from our wedding date when we found this out. But from the beginning Volkan made the transition as easy and smooth as possible, being so accommodating with our needs and assuring us we would have the perfect wedding with no worries. Day of the wedding as soon as we got there everything was perfect. Whatever we needed Volkan and Danielle were there to help with everything. Danielle helped me and my bridesmaids get ready even pinning and buttoning dresses right before the ceremony. She was so amazing and even though the day of the wedding was the first time I met her it was as though we met a thousand times! She always made sure me and my girls were doing good and if ever needed anything she right away took care of it. Volkan also made sure my husband and his groomsmen were taken care of as well. He helped with their ties and made sure everyone was comfortable and relaxed! Throughout the night they both made sure everything was good and were told not to worry about anything but only to enjoy ourselves! Volkan and Danielle are truly an amazing couple and if you are searching for a stress-free amazing wedding to remember, Mansion by the Sea is where you need to be! You will not be disappointed! If we ever decide to have a Vow Renewal again we will definitely be back!!!

I don't even know where to start. We had a destination wedding since we leave 8 hours away. This venue is really the way the pictures show. it is breath taking. From first phone call to the our send off at the end of our wedding day, they did an amazing job. We were always supported and they made sure everything was taking care of. They worked with us for everything even though they didn't have to help us for certain things they did. I mean they were responding my questions like at 11 pm(upps sorry I was too excited, didn't realize how late it was lol :)) I highly recommend this venue to anyone. It is really one stop shop and price is really affordable considering what you are getting. It was my dream come true and I couldn't ask for better day. Don't think twice.

Hands down, the best wedding venue I could have chosen. Their attention to detail is so fantastic, it will take your wedding to the next level. Mansion By The Sea is unique is that they allow you use their decorations, but you can bring your own if you wish. Personally, I didn't want to worry about having to rent tables, chairs, linens, or buy little things like starfish, and other decorations. Mansion by the sea provided all of that, and I was able to go in a pick out everything I wanted. I even brought in my own stuff which the venue set up. The day of my wedding, I kept remembering last little details I forgot about, and I would tell them and they completely took care of everything.

They provide food and drinks for your wedding parties as you are getting ready. After we took pictures, the day of wedding coordinator, Angelia (who is seriously the most amazing person I have ever met), handed my husband and I water. She even washed my feet before I started my first dance to make sure all the sand was off my feet. These attention to details doesn't even touch the surface of what this venue does for you. The owner of the venue, Tiare, has a list of recommended vendors that significantly helps with the decision making process. But you are free to pick vendors outside of that list which I did for my hair. But literally, everything was better than I could have asked for on our wedding day. Also, quick note on the DJ. I was so overwhelmed with planning everything last minute that I didn't plan music until the night before haha. The DJ was texting me the night before giving great recommendations and just going with the flow! He was AMAZING! The price for this venue is SO worth it, you will not be disappointed.

I always wanted a beach wedding so when I was told about Mansion By The Sea I had to look into it. I sent an email and Tiare responded right away. She sent me lots of information and answered every question. The day I met her, I knew I wanted her to be the person taking care of my wedding. She is AMAZING and made me feel so comfortable! The day of our wedding was a dream come true!! The weather was so beautiful and even the dolphins came and put on a little show!!! The team at Mansion By The Sea really are the best and will make you feel like family!!!!

Mansion by the Sea was amazinggg. They took care of every detail and made it the most memorable day of our lives. The decorations were better than what I had imagined and the venue was beautiful. Tiare and Angela were extremely helpful and were able to calm stressed out family members. We just showed up and let them take care of everything, all we had to do was enjoy the evening.
You guys were so wonderful and made our wedding everything I've ever dreamed of and more. Thank you for such a magical night!

Ever since I visited the Corpus Christi area I just fell in love. One day we came across this beautiful place and I knew we had to get married here! Our wedding day was perfect! The weather could not have been any better and the venue was amazing. You will not go wrong choosing this place. The team at Mansion by The Sea were very helpful. We had an excellent experience at Mansion By the Sea! From the first time out to view the gorgeous property to the phone calls about details to the wedding day itself, we were welcomed with smiles, enthusiasm and professionalism. Tiare and Steve are the perfect combination of 'creative/visionary' and 'let's make this happen.' Angela, Tiare's assistant, is a dream come true! I honestly have never met a more calming person- which is what you need for the bride (and the mother of the bride). She handled all the personalities and bustle of the day with grace, poise, wisdom and attention to detail. The DJ, Brian Miller, went out of his way to make sure that the ceremony was special. Tiare provided us with a list of people she has used for photography and catering. It was nice to know that these businesses were familiar with the facility and had done a good job. Overall, we planned well, we prayed, Mansion By the Sea did their part with excellence and....the wedding was a sweet, beautiful and joy filled event.

Mansion by the Sea was the perfect venue for our wedding! The fact that it is a private venue was really what swayed our decision from other venues in the area. We didnt want to have bystanders visiting beaches or resorts floating around the day of so Mansion by the Sea was the best choice. Plus, it is GORGEOUS! From the ceremony/reception and dressing rooms, it was just so overwhelming how well we were taken care of once we arrived. We are not from the area and this made us a little nervous because we couldnt travel to and from to organize and plan with Tiare and her staff. But everything was done over the phone, Tiare was always available when needed. We sent all our decoration request to her by pictures in text messages and everything was exactly as expected!
Tiare and her staff were extremely accommodating and flexible. We had planned to have the reception outside on the deck but a cold front came in the day before and instead of sitting our guest out in the cold, Tiare and her staff moved tables and chairs inside and it was done so quickly, it didnt even hinder the evening at all.
5 years of experience, a great staff, and a beautiful venue, Mansion by the Sea made our wedding day everything we could have imagined and so much more.

Tiare and her team at Mansion by the Sea are phenomenal and made our wedding experience truly memorable and as stress free as possible.

Tiare has an incredible attention to detail and her décor is on point. She has closets full of centerpiece ideas and table cloths. Even when I changed my mind a few weeks before the event and went with totally different colors, she was super helpful and accommodating.

The facility is beautiful and well kept- your guests will love it! The deck outside gets a nice breeze and the area behind the ceremony site has beautiful greenery that makes for a very pretty backdrop for photos.

The vendors that Tiare has vetted are top notch and you can count on excellent service from her bartender, DJ, and other recommendations.

Laura, our day of coordinator, was also so helpful and kind. She made sure everything ran smoothly and I was not stressed at all on my wedding day. A guest also remarked that the evening flowed perfectly.

All in all, I loved working with Tiare and her team- they are gifted, professional, care about you, and are willing to do whatever they can to make your day special. Thank you for the best wedding day I could have dreamed up!

Mansion by the Sea is the ultimate venue for a beach wedding, especially for the bride who is a mermaid at heart! Tiare and her team made it seem so effortless and helped with EVERYTHING from vendors to last minute flower girl. They really tend to the bride to make sure your special day is as relaxing & stress free as possible with champagne glasses full of mimosas! The venue is absolutely breathtaking and adds to every brides fairytale beginning. I truly felt like a princess marrying her prince, and I have the most lovely photos to prove it! I wish we could do it all over again!!!!!!

Perfection!!! We just had our wedding August 27, 2016 and I am not over-exaggerating when I say that this is the best place to get married and have your reception. The girls and I got there at noon to an already decorated venue and once we made it to the bridal suite we were thrilled to find food trays and mimosas waiting for us! Besides the obvious beauty of the place and the fact that they did literally everything for us, the staff was the best part!! So friendly, so down to earth, we never wanted to leave! Worth every penny by far and I will never forget hearing from all of our guests about how it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever seen and that it looked like a wedding straight off of the movie screen! Thank you so much Tiare as well as the rest of the Mansion by the Sea team! Y'all made our dreams come true and more!!

We chose Mansion by the Sea because we were planning our wedding from another state and Tiare was super helpful and flexible with the set up. Our biggest concern was actually the mid-July heat. It was hot, but it helped that the bride & grooms dressing rooms were air conditioned. We also got the margarita machine from Mike's Bartending to help with the heat. The heat was only slightly uncomfortable for the groom with a black tux on, and the older guests were fine. Once the sun went down, the only people who were hot were on the dance floor. The venue is beautiful and the decorations Tiare put together looked great. There were dolphins behind us during the ceremony. The Mansion by the Sea team was awesome and I would definitely recommend them.

We had a perfect experience with Mansion By the Sea. There is no need to hire a day of planner because they go above and beyond to meet expectations that I didn't even have. Their day of coordinator prepared our plates and just helped the day go so smoothly! This place is absolutely beautiful and it's wonderful that they provide decorations. Once you take a look at the venue and meet Tiare, you will be sold!! The place is beautiful and Tiare makes sure things run smoothly. She knows what she is doing, and was able to help us over some behind the scenes logistics and the usual last minute emergencies. It was great!

Mansion by the Sea was a dream venue for our wedding! We loved that it was a "one stop shop" and we were able to have the ceremony and reception all in one place. The owner, Tiare, was absolutely accommodating and made us feel comfortable at her home the day we met her. There are beautiful dressing rooms for the wedding party to get hair and makeup and get dressed in which made it more comfortable and less stressful. Mansion by the sea provides beautiful decor as well. We did not have to go out and buy anything because Tiare provided it all for us. The artificial flowers that she has are absolutely beautiful. Many of my guests asked me what florist I used and I surprised them when I told them they were artificial! By the end of our wedding night we truly felt like we were a part of the Mansion by the Sea family. The entire staff was basically at our call and catered us like we were royalty. They opened their arms and hearts to us and made us and our families feel so welcomed in their beautiful home on the water. Thank you for making our wedding day so perfect!

Mansion by the Sea was perfect for our wedding! Not only is a beautiful venue, the staff and owner, Tiare, are all perfect! We got married on April 14, 2016 and the venue has a beautiful ceremony spot and you are with nature itself over the water. The reception area has beautiful places to take pictures, photobooth, and plenty of space for dining and dancing! So glad I chose this venue and appreciate all the venue's efforts in making it my perfect day!

I love this venue!!! It's beautiful elegant and has the best staff and owners you could possibly imagine!!! This was by far the most AMAZING place that my wife and I had found to be married at . The venue is gorgeous there, the service of the staff is very professional and they take so much of the stress of planning a wedding out of our hands. I loved being married on a pagoda over water it was such a unique venue with beautiful views and amazing photo ops for us. The price of the venue was very reasonable and more amazing than I expected. I was impressed at how mouth dropping the place looked it was very unique. I would highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mansion by the Sea to anyone looking for a amazing venue and professional service at a reasonable price.

I wish that I could celebrate every party going forward here. I was married here on August 29, 2015. The venue was so beautiful and services provided by Tiare (owner) and her events planner/coordinator Lyssa were just amazing. Tiare was available day and night, any email or call I sent her way was answered every time within 24 hours. She worked with us via distance as we are from Dallas. I came down several weekends in the year leading up to our wedding and she and Lyssa were extremely involved and determined to make my wedding as stress free and beautiful as possible. They provided all the decor for the wedding/reception and set up and clean up as well. They helped me plan out the timeline of the wedding and on the day of the wedding, they were seamlessly moving behind the scenes keeping everything on track and fixing any of the little snaffus that tried to occur on our day. I can't thank them enough. I can't get over how beautiful the venue was and how perfectly executed the ceremony and reception went. I'm not entirely sure how lucky I could have been but I can't have imagined a more relaxed, lovely, and unbelievably memorable they have made my wedding. Thank you so very much much Tiare, Lyssa. Thank you!!!

Perfect location not just for a beach wedding, but for a dream wedding. This venue was everything we expexted and more. Beautiful grounds for our wedding ceremony, easy transition to reception, centerpieces and decorations, dj, sercurity, parking....all included in the price! To get a private wedding on the beach in Corpus is honestly not as easy as you would think. Though it was a touch pricey it was worth having the view and privacy we had. Everyone was extremely helpful and I constantly emailed back and forth and got excellent help and advice when I needed it. Her recommended vendors were also fabulous. ESPECIALLY the caterer. It was beautiful and perfect and there were dolphins!! They did an outstanding job helping us create the wedding we imagined and do not regret our choice. Thank you to the wonderful staff. You are truly appreciated

This was a beautiful location to have a wedding. We liked it immediately and both Tiare (owner) and Lyssa (assistant) did an exceptional job in helping me plan my wedding. They made it easy for me (and for much of the prep, I was coordinating with them from another state!) - for example, Tiare had a list of approved vendors (whom she had worked with before and whom she knew provided top quality services), Tiare & Lyssa took care of all the decorations (with beautiful linens and silk flowers, lanterns to top the tables), they had wonderful recommendations from where to get my hair done, to the flowers, to catering and bartending. A DJ was provided as a part of the venue - he was wonderful. Multiple wedding guests commented that this was "the best wedding" they had ever attended. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. I could not have asked for better. I would highly recommend this venue, for the location, the presentation, and the people. Cory and I got married at Mansion by the Sea-it was the first venue we looked at, and we fell in love with the ceremony and reception spaces. The outdoor ceremony site is gorgeous and is fantastic for perfect, scenery pictures. Tiara (owner) and Lyssa (wedding planner) were friendly and responsive. They answered every question Cory and I had in a timely manner regardless of how silly it was. Tiara recommended Lyssa and we are so happy she did. Lyssa did an amazing job on our wedding day and at our rehearsal dinner. Her attention to detail is amazing! Between her and Tiare putting everything together, the venue looked beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The bride's dressing room was large enough to accommodate myself and NINE bridesmaids! There was plenty of space to take pictures in the dressing room and all the mirrors definitely helped when we were all getting ready. One of the best amenities is picking out the decorations. Tiare has so many great wedding ideas and items to decorate the venue which really makes it a one of a kind wedding. I felt like a kid in a candy store when I saw all of her decorations. It makes a huge difference that Tiare and her staff decorate the venue long before the ceremony even begins. Everything was done on her part and I cannot even begin to say what a difference it made in everyone's stress level. We highly recommend this venue. Mansion by the Sea was all the owner said it would be and more. The venue was set up and decorated as planned. The owner helped us plan the sequence of events so the ceremony, dinner, first dance and toast all flowed flawlessly.

The wedding was a mini destination for us as we lived 3 hours away. Mansion by the Sea provided a vendor list which was extremely helpful for me in finding all the local vendors needed to support the wedding. All the vendors on the list have proven their services at previous weddings. This is really handy.

This is the simply the best place to have a beach wedding and reception. The view is breathtaking. The staff of the venue are professional, courteous and go the extra step to make sure the wedding is a special day. If the weather does not go as planned, they have the indoor area as the back up plan.

Our wedding was just a special event. The guests are still talking about the wedding and the venue. It was awesome.

Tiare's Mansion by the Sea turned my wedding into a dream! It is everything I've always dreamed of: the waves, the blue sky, the seagulls, the palm trees, the private beach and the beautiful mansion were just perfect. Tiare, the manager and owner, is very professional and dependable, and she has exquisite taste. She knows exactly how to organize and decorate the venue to create the perfect wedding, and she cares about every single wedding like if she was planning her own. This place is absolutely fantastic. Working with Tiare and her staff was the easiest and most rewarding experience. The venue was beautiful even on a storm filled night. The weather did not dampen the spirits of our guest, as many started dancing in the rain. What fun and what a great memory. Tiare did everything possible to make this night memorable. She worried about the weather as much as we did. I can tell she wants to make every bride have the experience of a lifetime. She takes it personally and you can't ask for more than that. Mansion by the Sea was the perfect venue for our wedding. My husband and I decided we wanted a beach wedding, and after doing some research online, we fell in love with Mansion. It was the only place we visited in person. I was a bit nervous when going to see the venue because it seemed too good to be true, but it is just as beautiful in person as in the pictures. The owner, Tiare, was so sweet and so helpful through the entire planning process. The week before the wedding I got a bit stressed, and she was so calming and reassuring. The day of, Tiare was sick; however, her assistant, Lyssa, was there and was so helpful the entire day. Tiare (turns out she had pneumonia) still popped up a couple times while I was setting up the things I brought because she wanted to make sure everything was perfect for me. Tiare and her husband live here and they take great pride in making sure their venue and services are perfect. If you want the perfect beach wedding with a private beach spot, Mansion by the Sea is the place to go! Thank you Tiare :))

When my husband and i got engaged he wanted a destination wedding, but i just couldnt justify not having all of our family at our wedding. We needed a place to old up to 250-300 people.We started looking online and trying to find beach venues but nothing was really cathching our eye, then Mansions By The Sea came up. . Online the pictures and weddings looked gorgeous and i just had to see this venue, so my parents and husband scheduled to tour the venue. When we arrived the staff was so helpful and welcoming. She showed us around and my husband and i just new this was where we wanted to get married. Once the planning started all i needed to do was tell Tiere what colors i wanted and decorations. Its nice because venue provides all the decorations for wedding, and if she doesnt have what you want she will find it for you! As it got closer to my wedding Tiere would send text messages and keep a relationship with you and run everything by the bride before hand and make sure it was what i liked or wanted. The day of the wedding i was as calm as can be, because when i walked down stairs she had everything ready to go! Tables were set, the wooden dock that we were getting married on was perfect, and everything was just like I imagined it. Mansions not only exceeded my expectations but they were the most humble people to work with. If i had to describe how our wedding was it was simply "magical". The night of the wedding when we were about to leave , the owner asked if we were pleased, she was so touched because my husband told her this was the only and first venue we looked at and wanted because we new that it was going to be fantastic and Tiere made it happen. Anyone choosing to have their wedding here will not regret it, not only will you be in love with it but so will your guest. Thank you Mansions for going above and beyond and hosting the most beautiful wedding i could have asked for.

Our wedding couldn’t be described as anything else but the perfect day. From the time that we booked, Tiare has worked with us and been very helpful in coordinating every detail of our event. I was planning this destination wedding from Austin, so only had an opportunity to meet with her once to view the venue with my fiancé and then a few months before the wedding to plan décor. During this meeting, I had casually mentioned how much I love string lights, and when I showed up the day before our wedding I was delighted to see they were just finishing installing them – it truly blew me away and made me feel special! Tiare and her staff covered every detail of the event I could think of… We dropped off supplies and pictures to be set out the day before the wedding and it was all done so flawlessly. When our catering company neglected to send the correct amount of servers and cake plates, she and her staff stepped up to help us out last minute. These are all just small examples of the fantastic service and kind gestures we experienced at Mansion by the Sea. As I mentioned, our wedding could not have been more perfect and they will always have a special place in our hearts!

It has always been a dream of mine to get married on the beach and Mansion By The Sea is everything I could have asked for and more! I would like to start by saying the owners, Tiare and her husband Steve are the most wonderful people who truly care about making every bride's wedding day the best day of their life. I was able to reach them whenever I had questions and I was able to meet up with them very easily when I wanted to go over wedding details, decorations..etc. The fact that Tiare has rooms full of beautiful decorations takes a lot of stress out of the planning and when you show up the day of your wedding, the venue is already beautifully decorated and tables and linens are ready to go! They also take care of the cleanup at the end of the night so my husband and I were able to leave straight from the venue at the end of the night. Tiare and her husband made sure everything was absolutely perfect the day of my wedding and her whole staff was very courteous and attentive the entire night. We all definitely had the best night of our lives and will be forever grateful to Mansion By The Sea for making it a day we will never forget! I will forever have beautiful wedding pictures out over the water with a beautiful blue sky in the background! Best day ever!!

We researched hundreds of wedding venues; Many were beautiful yet very expensive and even their best wedding package did not include what Mansion By The Sea provides for every wedding.
If you dream of a fairy tale wedding then I would highly recommend Mansion By The Sea.
The owners and staff are professional and attentive. All the while seeing to every detail, including decorating, clean up and everything in between. The venue itself is one of the most beautiful Mansions seated on the sea.

What an absolutely stunning and unique venue with friendly and accommodating owners! Our wedding was beautiful and Tiare and her husband went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied the day of the wedding and the months leading up to the wedding. They are a great team that work very hard to make their clients happy! For the second year in a row, The Rockport Group at Morgan Stanley hosted our Annual Event at Mansion By The Sea. And once again, it was OVER THE TOP! Tiare and Steve were so accommodating and helped me pull off another extraordinary event for our clients, friends and family who attended the party. Tiara exceeded my expectations with her Fiesta themed decorations and flare and even added special lighting on the deck that made for an amazing setting for our guests to enjoy dinner and the performance by our solo guitarist. Words can not explain how beautiful my dream wedding turned out! I knew that i wanted to get married at Mansion by the Sea even before i got engaged. I recently got to visit Mansion By The Sea as a vendor while coordinating for one of my brides. The venue is absolutely breathtaking! Dolphins were swimming behind the couple as they said their vows. They are extremely flexible and very accommodating. The venue coordinator and owners were both very nice and extremely easy to work with.

My daughter was married at Mansion By The Sea. The venue was so beautiful and romantic. The staff could not have been more helpful. If it was not for Christy I would not have been able to relax. She was very professional and made sure that we had everything we needed before we even knew we needed it. Christy is an angel. The venue was perfect. The decorations were exactly what we envisioned. On 4/12/14 we had a beautiful wedding reception at Mansion by the Sea. Their service was absolutely top notch. Tiare, Christy and Steve are the best, most accommodating people to work with. You will not be disappointed with the time, effort, and energy these good people put in for you and your big day. We did not bother to see any other venues because I knew no other place could top this one. Come wedding day we got so many compliments on what a beautiful venue we had chosen. There was a nice ocean breeze as well and the lighting/sound was excellent. We were so pleased! The date I had picked fell on Tiare’s (the owner’s) birthday weekend and she initially had blocked off that weekend – meaning venue closed for business. My second visit was when I was signing the contract and picking a date. Since I had visited previously, Tiare graciously agreed to give me that date despite already having it closed for her birthday weekend. That alone speaks volumes for putting the customer first. And it was a perfect date. I am so appreciative that she so unselfishly allowed me to have my perfect wedding day during her birthday weekend. Tiare and Christy were beyond helpful. Christy, Tiare’s assistant, was so generous with her time. They were there to help with any obstacle. They spent the time working out my floor plan to make sure all 250 guests were seated comfortably. They were kind enough to lend me 150 gold chargers to cut down my decorations expense and they were happy to decorate the arch on the beach even though I did not use the beach for my marriage ceremony. I was also allowed to put a tent on the beach, which had not been done before, and they kindly let me have the tent company pick up the tent the following Monday so I would not incur an after-hours charge for break down at midnight after the party. The wedding of my dreams would not have been possible without the hospitality and support of Tiare and her team. They did so much for us and I cannot thank her enough!

Everyone at the Mansion was awesome!! The Mansion itself is beautiful and it really matches the people who work there! My husband and I enjoyed every minute planning with Christy. We knew we wanted to have our wedding on the beach and Mansion by the Sea was the perfect place to host it. The setting is absolutely gorgeous with endless photo opportunities.

The food was delicious (Catered by Marco's Catering), and the staff (Tiare and Christy) were incredibly friendly and easy to work with.

Tiare and Christy listened to our ideas, offered suggestions, helped us figure out what was realistic, and was open to all of our DIY ideas. They were easy to talk to and helped us feel confident about our plans. Christy even went out of her way of holding the umbrella over my head during the ceremony as it lightly rained over us. Mansion by the Sea truly does care about making your wedding day special!

Mansion by the Sea exceeded all of our expectations, they planned everything perfectly, and even our guests were complimenting how well of a job they did for our wedding.

We would recommend Mansion by the Sea to everyone who wants their wedding dreams to come true!

I do not know where to start about how positive my experience with Tiare and Christy was, for starters you will not find a more beautiful venue than mansion by the sea in the costal bend. I had both my ceremony and reception there and it was nothing short of perfect. Tiare and Christy work with you in every way possible, they answer to every email/text/fb message immediately and are very flexible, their goal is for the bride to have the perfect wedding day and as stress free as possible.
All my guest were awe of how beautiful everyting was , we even had dolphins swimming around for our reception. the quality of service is amazing, i was a super happy bride!

I do not have enough words to describe my experience with Mansion by the Sea. Firstly, we were arranging our wedding from Britain, so one can imagine the stress ! Secondly, we were having a two day wedding, day 1 for Indian cultural ceremonies and day 2 for wedding ceremony. But Christy & Tiare made our job so easy ! They were always available and responsive to our panic emails & messages. We communicated via digital tools to ensure we understood each other- Christy would always come up with very imaginative ideas and tackle the difficult decisions with ease.

The venue itself is amazing ! Beautiful and stunning views (and Dolphins making a visit!!) – there was plenty of space for all guests, everything was arranged just in a perfect way !
Everyone at Mansion By The Sea went the extra mile in ensuring the days were perfect, manufacturing additional supports to hold garlands, hand stitching flowers to hang for decorations and many other things too numerous to mention.
They also took in their stride arranging for the Indian traditions (Pithi, Mehendi), something they had never done before.

We think our wedding days were more than dream-come-true days , we thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. This had a lot to do with Mansion by the sea and their flexibility, attention to detail and ability to understand your needs. I cannot recommend this venue highly enough.

What an amazing venue - absolutely stunning! After searching Houston venues for months, we gave up and stumbled upon this venue and decided we would do a mini-destination wedding here, and so glad we made that decision! The venue itself is beautiful. The owners, Tiare and Steve, go out of their way to make your day special. Christy (staff person) was also a great help on wedding day. We asked for a canopy over the alter to accommodate our Jewish chuppah and Steve actually built an addition and Tiare bought and sewed the fabric to make this happen! Tiare was very responsive and always trying to make things easier. She responded quickly and always answered my many questions! Tiare shares her experiences so that you can better understand how things work best at the venue. Mansion by the Sea is one of a kind for sure!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about this venue and its owners! It was so nice to have the ceremony & reception at the same location and how many people can say they got married overlooking the ocean? The grounds at MBTS are absolutely stunning. The panoramic ocean view is amazing – you can watch the sunset! Between the breathtaking backdrop and the venue’s structural beauty, little additional décor is needed. We had around 100 guests and it was perfect. The location was intimate, yet spacious.

Tiare and her husband went above and beyond to make sure that our special day was even more perfect than we’d imagined. They’re both very genuine and they truly are there for YOU on your big day. Tiare was even running around with a broken foot making sure all of the last-minute details were complete! Christy was also very helpful, prompt to respond, and such a sweetheart. I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience with MBTS. If we had to do it all over again, we would go right back!

Tiare and her husband are two of the nicest people I know. She was so helpful and gave me great advice on how to plan my wedding. About a month before our wedding we found out our wedding planner was a fraud, and she completely stepped in to help our wedding happen. The venue is absolutely gorgeous!! I wish I could live there with them! :) I recommend Tiare more than any other vendor for our wedding. The location is spectacular, they are so kind and tender hearted, and I truly will never forget how perfect our day was despite the drama we had to deal with. She was my guardian angel!

Tiare and Steve, the owners are wonderful people to say the least. They both were so helpful in planning our wedding and accommodating our every want and need. They were by our side every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better, more breath-taking place to have our ceremony/reception. The views are absolutely stunning as well as the service Tiare and Steve provided us.

I'm the mother of the bride. An I just wanted to say that we have waited 9 years For this wedding an it was perfect! Tiare an steve were amazing. We wanted for nothing!! It was flawless I tell everyone to have what ever event they are having to have it here!! We had amazing food!! Full bar fantastic wait staff!! Love love love this place!! Perfect day! The owners, Tiare and Steve and their manager Lyn were born to plan weddings and special events. Zero stress for the bride or the entire wedding party and guests for that matter. The location was perfect! I had a Beach sunset ceremony and the reception is at the same location which is super convenient. I cannot stop referring folks to Mansion by the Sea. You can bring in your own caterer, they have a superior music system ready for a D.J., live music or you can even just have your own playlist going without a D.J. They were prepared with a "plan B" just in case the weather acted up too. I fell in love with the owner and location within 5 minutes of visiting the venue. Let's just say there is a reason they book events so quickly :)

This is by far the best venue in the Port Aransas area. The Couchman's treated us with respect and had no issues of letting my partner and I have our commitment ceremony at their beautiful establishment. Tiare and Steve were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend their venue to all gay and lesbian couples wanting to have a commitment ceremony and in the Port Aransas area. You will not be dissappointed...it's a beautiful place

The best dream wedding ever, A cinderella white wedding any bride could ask for. Tiare was the best on helping me have the night be the best night ever. Everythhing was perfect, Family and friends couldnt of asked for a better wedding. They all said it was the best wedding ever here at the mansion. The sunset, the boat, the cermeony, the bonfire Tiare prepared for us was the best. Everything worked perfectly and everyone was so nice to help in anything we needed. The kids room was perfect for kids to watch movies, and the place was a perfect size for the family and friends. The even provided heat warmers that were needed for a bit. Everything was outstanding and the service from Tiare and her husband was the best. I recommend this beach wedding to everyone. its all well worth every penny.

The Mansion By The Sea in Aransas Pass, Texas not only provided the perfect backdrop for my daughter's destination wedding and reception, but also enabled us to escape from our worries and have fun! Such a beautiful venue! And Tiare was so much help setting up and making sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this venue for your dream beach wedding. Beautiful venue. Beautiful people to work with.

Mansion by the Sea is a paradise for any wedding. The setting is absolutely beautiful with the setting sun on the bay. The light and sound system accented the fantastic setting of a dock on the bay, a decorated canopy on the dock, located on a sandy beach. How perfect and beautiful!
Mrs. Couchman and her husband graciously provided and met our requests for a perfect wedding. The deck has nine lighted tables that overlook the bay and a large covered area that can meet any need. This is a must for anyone who wants a special enchanting venue.

Perfect for a beach wedding with privacy. An absolutely beautiful place with amazing views. All of our guests could not (and still can't!) stop talking about our wedding. The couple that owns the mansion are so helpful and were willing to accommodate to all of our needs. We do not live near the mansion which can make things difficult to plan but Tiare was always very prompt and informative with emails and phone calls. She did above and beyond what I would have ever expected from a venue owner. We had the rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, and reception there and could not have asked for a more perfect wedding weekend. One visit to this location and you won't want to go anywhere else!

Everyone keeps telling us that we had the best wedding ever! The venue was beautiful and it was exactly was I was looking for. We booked this venue last June and have been asking the owner for contacts for venders and she got back to me very quickly. Tiare and Steve, the owners, were working very hard for us including hanging up my chandelier I brought and made it look like it was floating in the arch over the bay and put burlap to complete it. Basically anytime I needed them, they were there to help and it was very welcoming. The sound system is great and I would recommend this vendor to any bride looking for a beach wedding. The owners were amazing. They provided us with the utmost respect and the quality of service was excellent. The rooms our guests and my husband and I stayed in were absolutely beautiful. Everything was done as promised and our wedding turned out beautiful.

I don't even know where to start on describing how wonderful the entire Mansion by the Sea team was for the whole process leading up to our wedding. From the initial phone call we made to set up a tour of the venue back in December 2016, all the way up until our wedding night on May 17, 2018, they took care of everything. Tiare and her husband Steve were amazingly patient despite our many tours of the venue and assured us that everything would be taken care of. Volkan and his wife Danielle helped us with all the details in the months leading up to the big day, and were the absolutely best to have on our wedding day. They made sure everything was running smoothly for our timeline (even though some of our groomsmen and many guests were late) and taking care of issues that arose throughout the night. We hadn't put our music preferences high on our priority list during our planning, but the DJ, Brian, was so awesome and worked with us up until the morning of our wedding day to take care of everything. We had completely forgotten to ask our caterer about the plates and utensils for the cake and who would be cutting it, and after a quick conversation with me, Danielle took care of everything and had the catering company bring all the supplies we were missing. They brought us food and drinks once our reception started and made sure we didn't need anything all night. At the end of the night, I had envisioned sparklers for our exit, but after letting them know that I hadn't had time to order some, Volkan and Danielle surprised us by giving our guests sparklers for our grand exit! It was the sweetest surprise and made us really happy. On top of the fact that the venue is gorgeous and provides all decorations, linens, tables, chairs, and the DJ was included, it was so worth it. We loved our wedding here and will forever cherish our memories at Mansion by the Sea!

The venue is gorgeous! We got a bit unlucky with the weather, but Tiare, Steve and their staff made sure that things were changed accordingly, and we still ended up having a blast. I (the bride) brought a couple of little decorative extras that we used, but they have an awesome variety of decorations to choose from there that you can use for free, and Tiare was wonderful about using her decorative skills to make something awesome for us. I told her the general idea of what we wanted the day before the ceremony, and she had everything done before noon the next day!
Tiare was quick to respond to any questions we had about vendors or decorations or logistics via email/phone. Furthermore, even though she'd already given the first DJ a downpayment for his services, she told us not to sign our contract with him because he was 2 hours late to another client's wedding. She told us that she wouldn't allow that kind of service from vendors, and that she would take the hit on the money that she had given him as a reservation for our date. That's just good business, as far as we are concerned! She could've let us sign the contract so she wouldn't lose the money, but she wasn't willing to let him ruin another event! Very professional.
Overall, if you're willing to pay just a little more, it goes a long way. The venue is just gorgeous. It doesn't really require anything extra if you really love the beach feel, so there's no extra flowers or anything extravagant needed...they set everything up...they take everything down...they provide most (if not ALL) of the decorations and the DJ...they are always in communication if you need them, so they're easy to work with from afar...Port Aransas is a cute little town with great places to stay...there were dolphins, yes dolphins, jumping in water during our ceremony! Overall, perfection!

This is the perfect wedding venue for a destination wedding without leaving Texas. It is breathtakingly gorgeous, especially at night with all their special lighting. I have been around weddings for a long time, it's what I do for my own business as an event planner, and have never seen a place with as much appeal and value for the money. Tiare and Steve the owners are positively a delight to work with and go above and beyond to make your day special. I would definitely recommend them if you are searching for a venue. And did I mention..... They have their own private beach! I just can't say enough good things. The wedding went off without any problems and was perfect and beautiful! A giant THANK YOU to Tiare and Steve!

The perfect day

My husband and I were married here in September of 2019. It was the PERFECT place! They offer soooo much in one package! I love that I didn't have to lift a finger the day of the wedding. Brian was great, he made sure our wedding went smooth and without a hitch! He has an amazing personality. One of my guests thought he was a friend of the family because he was so fun and personable. This place is beautiful! I highly recommend getting married here!

Breathtaking venue on the water with neat layout. Its a blank canvas so you can really create any kind of look. I really appreciated that the tables and linens were included in the contract, so one less thing to rent. The recommended DJ and caterer were awesome and easy to work with. I was an out of town bride so I had a wedding planner, but Tiare and Lyn were easy to get a hold of via email and phone if there were any questions.

Wedding March 2, 2019

We booked a year in advance with Tiare and for the most of the year we only heard from Volkan whom she had hired a few weeks before to help her. Once January came around I reached out to set up a meeting to go over our decorations, day of coordination, timeline and songs for dj. When we arrived Steve didn’t know we had a meeting set up. He explained that Tiare had passed the previous year - which we didn’t know - and seems there had been some issues internally. I must say my husband and I were a little nervous about this initial meeting. Despite this initial meeting, the following meetings with Brian and Monica were great. We really appreciate the work Brian Miller and Monica did on the day. If it weren’t for Brian I am not sure what kind of wedding we would have had.
He definitely went above and beyond to make sure that our timeline ran smoothly.
I do feel there are things that they can improve as far as using the facility for the bridal and grooms room. They do need to be clearer on some issues of areas we could use. I was not aware but as soon as 11:30pm was arriving they were rushing everyone out the door. We had the sparkler send off and were rushing my bridal party and family to pick up stuff quickly to be out the door. I understand they have a time frame but my family and friends felt too much pressure that they even dropped my guestbook and glass broke. I do recommend this venue as it is beautiful but make sure that you have an exit plan. I wish it had been told to us so we could’ve been better prepared.

All in all we had a lot of fun, we made the best we could as we had a little bad weather. It was foggy a little chilly and a bit damp. In spite of this our family and friends loved our wedding and we got so many compliments. He sights are definitely to die for.

Rehearsal/rehearsal dinners are not available at this location, which is slightly inconvenient.

We had an overall good experience and would recommend to others, but things were rocky at the beginning of our contract. The venue did their best to rectify the situations that occurred (issue was not between us & the venue, but with a former employee).

This is a beautiful venue!

An interesting experience to say the least

Booked this venue in 2021 with one general manager that was soon let go by the company. In total, worked with three different general managers during the one year period between booking and the wedding date as staff kept being let go (general managers, bartenders, etc). Company is definitely going through a transition period, and hopefully will eventually land on their feet and hire more professional staff who will make the experience enjoyable for future customers. Unfortunately, the default answer for most customer requests right now is “no”. Make sure to get any requests you are promised during the booking and design planning sessions down in writing.

Me and my husband live in Corpus Christi. I knew I wanted a beach wedding and this seemed like the perfect place. We were on a budget and did not have a wedding planner; we were paying and planning everything ourselves. When we first booked it was a year in advance. At the time the owner Tiare had an assistant named Christi. She was the one who showed me the venue, answered all my questions, she went over the contract with me and signed on the dotted line when I did. In other words she was my "go to" girl if I had any questions. Well, maybe five months after I booked I get a email from christi herself saying she no longer will be working there and I need to contact Tiare the owner from here on out. Christi and I had already discussed all the major questions I had involving B.Y.O.B, safety deposits, etc. because the contract itself was very confusing. I had even double checked with Tiare right after we booked to double verify. Everything was fine until it started getting closer to the wedding that Tiare started to verbally agree to things and then disagree and say she never agreed to such things. The owner from then on out was awful to work with. It got to the point where I had to have my maid of honor speak only with her because every time we would speak I would hang up crying. Something that was suppose to be so wonderful and fun planning a wedding turned into something awful and stressful for me. Ultimately this is a beautiful venue, and my wedding day went awesome...but it's such a shame that the owner put me and my husband through such a terrible experience. Especially since she wasn't the one who went over my contract with me when we booked, her assistant did. My advice to anyone out there getting married; if someone continues to verbally agree to something but the contract states differently, don't sign it. This is a lesson me and my husband had to learn the hard way.

Unprofessional, Tacky, Dangerous

The wedding coordinator did a tacky, embarrassing job on the little decorations that were put up, wedding started late as she was still cleaning up while guests arrived, she hit on all the male quests (including the groom), caught the bouquet, drank the special alcohol for the brides & bridesmaids, cried when addressed about her behavior and lack of coordinating the wedding. In the bride's room, a chair broke and a post-surgery lady fell to the floor because the screws were not in place. DJ got drunk and tried to end the wedding early and started issues with the groom's men. I have photos of everything.

The place itself was amazing & extremely beautiful however, the staff members including Christy failed to do their jobs, and were VERY rude and so unprofessional that they ultimately caused the bride to end her own wedding and hour and 1/2 earlier than expected. Christy continuously burden the bride and groom the entire night about problems she SHOULD have handled herself. The staff were passive aggressive the guests the entire night. They were seen arguing with the bride and bride's farther causing a public display in front of the entire guests. The bartender who had no business talking to the bride in the first place was also seen arguing with the bride. They ruined a very special day for the bride & groom and their entire family who had traveled from afar to be treated like crap. I hope someone reads this and thinks twice. I realize most of their reviews are stellar and positive feedback however you cannot ignore the issues that we present that day which ultimately ruined a very special day for the bride & groom and their families. I hope this feedback is reviewed with great concern and that the owners take immediate action towards Christy and the others. It's unfortunate that a business may suffer just because of a few staff members who obviously do not understand the meaning of quality customer service.
