My Vow Renewal was a Wow Renewal!

I never had the fancy, fairy tale wedding until this year when my husband and I renewed our vows. I wanted a natural yet glamorous look and Chelsea did more than just deliver! I was beautiful! She gave me the warmth and attention needed to reassure my anxiety throughout the process, and then, when she turned me to face the mirror, I could have cried from how beautiful I looked. I 100% recommend working with her. She listens and is super talented!

I felt so beautiful!

Chelsea was recommended to me by a friend, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone else looking for wedding make up!

We arranged a trial before the wedding to figure out what I liked best. I don't typically wear much makeup, so I didn't know what to ask for, but Chelsea created the perfect look for my wedding day. She is so kind and made me feel comfortable asking for adjustments during the trial. When I showed up on wedding day, I knew I was in great hands!

Chelsea did makeup for my 6 bridesmaids and me for our wedding day. Everyone looked beautiful and our makeup lasted throughout the evening.

My daughter and I did makeup lessons for fun! She wanted to learn to use makeup and I wanted to look younger! We both looked amazing and not like clowns! She listened and was the best teacher!!

Wonderful, beautiful and fun

We had such an amazing experience with Chelsea and her team doing hair and make up for my entire bridal party including my mom, mother in law, junior bridesmaid and flower girl! They worked wonders for 6 hours on all the girls and even went above and beyond to make sure my hair piece and veil fit perfectly down to deconstructing and reconstructing my veil comb! Can’t recommend enough!

Excellent experience

Chelsea did the makeup at my sister’s wedding over 5 years ago, but I knew that’s who I wanted when I got married in 2021. She is timely and professional, and her work is fantastic. She listens to what you like, and make changes if needed. She was timely and kept on schedule so there was no rushing on the the big day. My whole bridal party loved her work. Would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Amazing, would definitely recommend

Chelsea did an amazing job. She was on time and was able to finish everyone’s makeup in a timely matter as well. My makeup lasted all day. Looked just as good 6 hours later after sweating and picture taking. I would definitely recommend her for any event you need your makeup done for!

Chelsea was absolutely wonderful

My sister had used Chelsea for her wedding and we loved her work then that I had to use to her for my special day as well. Chelsea and her team were all great to work with and very accommodating to my ever changing schedule for the big day. Everyone LOVED their makeup and Chelsea is great to work with and very responsive and helps get all final details covered to make sure nothing & no one gets missed! 15/10 would recommend her services if you are trying to look your best!

Amazing! It truly felt magical when my hair/makeup were done and I stepped into my dress.

I loved working with Chelsea! She was so nice and listened to what my vision was for my special day! She even helped set me up with a new hair stylist (Havilah) when mine backed out. Together they were a great team and fun to work with. My ladies enjoyed working with them as well!

I adore Chelsea and her work

She was very quick to respond, and the trial was relaxing and fun. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and did the exact same thing in the day of. She went with the flow regarding who would be ready when, which was a tremendous relief. The makeup was beautiful, and through July heat, I was worried it might come off. Thankfully, it lasted until I got home! I would definitely recommend Chelsea for bridal makeup and hair.

Friendly, Professional, & Talented

Chelsea made me feel beautiful for my wedding day and postponed reception day. The makeup lasted for the entire day, on both occasions. Additionally, her makeup looked great in person and in photos - no flashback issues or feeling like the makeup was a mask. It still felt like my skin. Chelsea is also exceptionally kind and made me feel very comfortable. Each step of the way, she made sure I was happy with how things were looking. Lastly, Chelsea has superior communication skills. She was prompt in her communication and arrived exactly as scheduled. I highly recommend her services!

A Great Team

I used Makeup by Chelsea for my wedding day makeup as well as my engagement pictures. Chelsea also brought along Ryan from Studio 110 and her team for wedding day hair. Chelsea was incredibly responsive and organized. I had never had my makeup professionally done and was worried as I have a surgical scar on my face. She was able to cover it and I never noticed it once on my wedding day. Ryan even fit us in to cut my husbands hair the day before the wedding and snuck away to style his hair the morning of the wedding. Every single one of the ladies who did our hair and makeup were friendly and did an excellent job. We were all so impressed by them.

Best Team for Hair and Makeup around!

Chelsea did an amazing job for our wedding! Having fair skin, I was really worried about looking orange, and I spoke about that with Chelsea at my trial. She matched my skin tone perfectly and made my skin look beautiful – no orange tones at all! Chelsea and Ryan (who did my hair) both arrived on time and were so efficient, working with me and my sister to get us ready. Chelsea even applied fake eyelashes for my mom! Both were so personable and friendly and made me feel comfortable instantly! I love how both Chelsea and Ryan did my hair and makeup for the wedding and made me feel like a million bucks!

Wedding hair & makeup.....Wonderful experience!!

Having Chelsea do my hair & makeup was amazing, even though when I called her to see if she’d be available she already had another wedding party booked for the same day, but she said let me check what time theirs is and she’d get back to me, luckily for me she was able to fit my daughter and I both in before she had to leave. She is so good at what she does, our makeup was flawless and when I wasn’t sure how to wear my hair she would text me pictures with different styles that she thought would look good on me and I must say she was spot on. All my friends at the wedding wanted to know who did my hair & makeup, I can honestly say if you want your wedding day to be less stressful then you need to call Makeup by Chelsea.

Amazing Makeup Artist! So many compliments!

Chelsea was absolutely amazing. She did my makeup as well as my mother's and bridesmaids. She is extremely professional. She'll cater towards your visions if you want something specific, but also has an eye to make recommendations if you are like me and dont' necessarily know what you want. She was punctual, and very responsive to all communications. She's got an amazing personality, and I received so many compliments on my makeup. I certainly felt like a princess!

Chelsea is hands down the best!

After spending the day with Chelsea and seeing how our bridal party's makeup turned out, I feel like we hit the lottery. From beginning to end she was absolutely amazing!!! Professional, accommodating, and so personable the day of my wedding. Our makeup looked so natural and beautiful. People are still telling me how gorgeous everyone's makeup looked. Absolutely amazing!

I can’t say enough good things about Chelsea. I really appreciated how responsive she was throughout the whole process. I did both my hair and makeup trial with her at her studio and then had her and her coworker who does hair come to the hotel where my bridesmaids and I got ready. The whole process and all communication went so well and I was so happy with how makeup and hair turned out for everyone including myself! I’m so happy I found her.

Wonderful Experience

Chelsea and her team were wonderful to work with and I am so happy we had them for my wedding day! Everyone in the bridal party looked amazing and was so happy with how their hair and makeup was done. All of our hair and makeup looked great through the entire day and night! Chelsea and her team were also sure to stay on schedule and ended up finishing with plenty of time for any final touchups before getting into our dresses (there were 12 total for both hair and makeup). I highly recommend hiring Chelsea for your wedding day!

Couldnt have asked for a better experience. I booked chelsea just shy of a month before my wedding and I lucked out that it was a free Saturday for her. Plans changed a few times as my bridesmaids didnt want to pay to have their makeup done but the day of a few of them changed their minds once seeing her work. Chelsea luckily didnt have a time frame that day and was pretty flexable. She ended up doing eyelashes on all my girls and two extra makeup applications then we had scheduled. She was very persise and didnt waste anytime however never did we feel rushed at all. Being the bride my skin really started to act up the week before I guess a product of stress and hormones but chelsea was able to make my skin look flawless as if nothing was wrong.I would highly recommend her and would use her in the future for sure.

Chelsea did an AMAZING job on my makeup for my wedding. She did my makeup at my nest friends wedding and it was light but stayed on all night, and I loved her work so much I booked her for my own wedding! I did the airbrush and felt even more amazing and looked beautiful and like myself in photos. Her personality and work are fantastic!!

I was in a crunch to find a makeup artist for my wedding since the makeup artist I had been planning on using fell through. I reached out to Chelsea about a month before my wedding. She was so flexible on makeup trial dates and times (I was able to come in on a Sunday morning!!) and she came to me in York, PA to do just my makeup on my wedding day. One of my biggest concerns with having professional make up done was that I'd look like I was wearing too much makeup and wouldn't look like myself, but I couldn't have been happier with how my makeup turned out. Chelsea was fantastic and I'd absolutely recommend her!

Chelsea is seriously one of the best vendors you could possibly find. She went above and beyond to make sure me and my girls looked and felt fabulous. Our daughter (the bride) and her bridesmaids looked absolutely stunning on one of the most important days of their lives. Chelsea and Ryan were extremely personable and professional. They put everyone at ease on a day that tends to be chaotic. This dynamite team arrived at the venue, performed their magic, and had all six of us (including the mother of the bride) looking gorgeous; giving all of us confidence to thoroughly enjoy this special day. Chelsea is so talented and it shows! Her airbrush makeup services had me, my bridesmaids, and my mom/mother-in-law looking absolutely fabulous from beginning to end of the wedding. As I was leaving the reception at the end of the night, multiple people said to me that my hair and makeup still looked as if I had just finished getting ready, even after I spent a few hours sweaty on the dance floor with everyone. It probably would have stayed through the next day, too, if I had left it on! On top of doing 9 people's makeup for the wedding, she came to our venue the day before and did manicures for a few of us, which were also outstanding! Chelsea is a wonderfully talented makeup artist and an amazingly sweet human, and I'm so glad I met her!

Chelsea was great. I loved my wedding day make-up. She also did makeup for my entire bridal party and everyone looked gorgeous! I also used her hairstyling team for my bridal party and they were great too. We were all done on time (actually ahead of schedule). There was bad weather the night before and the morning of my wedding, so Chelsea actually stayed in a hotel in town the night before my wedding to make sure she would be there for us all. I loved that I hired Chelsea to be my wedding day makeup artist. Chelsea is so sweet and a joy to work with. I met with Chelsea twice prior to my wedding for trial makeup sessions. I had thought I wanted a more natural look but closer to the wedding I decided to go again to try a more dramatic look. I loved my makeup and lashes! It looked perfect the entire day. All the other ladies who got their makeup done looked amazing too. Chelsea came on location to do the makeup and was right on time. She was also right on schedule with how much time she said that she needed in order to finish everyone by the “deadline” I had set based on when the photographer needed us to be ready. Chelsea might have even finished up sooner, but hung around until all the girls were done with hair. Chelsea checked with everyone before leaving and touched up anything that was needed before she headed out. She is so sweet and it was like having an additional friend in the room that morning.

My friends, family and I had a wonderful time getting ready with Chelsea and her team. They were so much fun, experienced, and responsive to whatever we needed. They did a great job on everyone's hair and makeup and ensured everyone's looks reflected their preferences and styles. Book Chelsea immediately for your wedding! She is a consummate professional who is so easy to work with -- email accessible with excellent communication, friendly, and extremely talented. I wanted to hire an all-in-one hair and makeup team, and Chelsea was able to deliver! Between myself (the bride), 2 mothers, 5 bridesmaids, 3 junior bridesmaids, and 3 flower girls (yes, we have lots of nieces!), Chelsea and her team did everyone's hair and makeup in under 4 hours. All of the ladies -- even some who were reluctant to wear makeup -- were absolutely thrilled with their makeup and hair because Chelsea and the team listened to what they wanted and what they were comfortable with (I wasn't overly concerned about everyone matching). I LOVED my makeup and hair, and my photos came out beautifully -- just the right makeup for gorgeous photos. And despite the fact that the weather was 90+ degrees, my makeup held up amazingly well. Pricing was really reasonable, too -- could not have had a better experience!

I got in touch with Chelsea about two and a half weeks before the wedding because my other makeup plan fell through. She immediately got back to me and worked out how we could get our makeup done. Ryan was beyond amazing. The makeup was perfect and jeld through all the tears. Ryan came to the venue and was early to give her time to set up. She gave us lipgloss to touch up throughout the day. I booked Chelsea for wedding day makeup and lash application. She did a fantastic job and my matron of honor and I loved her. We had a makeup trial in her studio and she was so thorough, friendly, and honest (we actually chose traditional makeup over airbrush because it worked better with our skin). She really listens to what you want and strives to make you feel and look your best. I really liked that she was able to travel to our hotel suite to apply our makeup on the wedding day, so that we could just sit back and relax. When I started getting anxiety at one point, she was calm, offered helpful insight, and diverted my attention onto something else (our honeymoon) -- what a pro! Chelsea is truly talented at what she does and the number of positive reviews on here speak for themselves. You definitely want someone like Chelsea as part of your wedding day team!

Chelsea and her team provided hair and makeup services for my bridesmaids and both moms at our recent wedding. She was great to work with! Prior to our wedding day, she was extremely responsive and promptly responded to emails and answered all our questions. On the day of, the whole teams was very professional. They arrived on time, quickly set up, did an amazing job on all the girls, and had everyone ready to go early! Our wedding planner was amazed that when she went to give them a 15 minute warning, everyone was ready to go. The makeup was exactly what I asked for - a very natural look that lasted through pictures, the ceremony and all the way through the reception. Each girl picked her own hairstyle and the stylists on Chelsea's teams gave each girl a unique style which looked great and also lasted the whole day. I had my makeup for my wedding done by Chelsea and not only did she do a wonderful job, she made that part of wedding planning totally stress free. She was very easy to work with, very flexible with setting up trial runs, and did whatever she could on her end to make the situation work out. I loved the airbrush foundation she used on my face. It was flawless and stayed on the entire day/night. She really pays attention to detail and listens to your wants and needs. I thought she was very professional yet really sweet and easy to talk to. My mom and two bridesmaids also got their makeup done and everyone loved the way they looked. My mom couldn't stop telling everyone about how much she loved her makeup. As a person who doesn't wear makeup too often, I was anxious with what I would look like for my wedding day. Chelsea was very attentive and listened for the style I was hoping for. I was very happy to come across Chelsea when researching a makeup artist for my wedding. I wanted to choose someone who made me feel comfortable and made me look beautiful on my wedding day! I chose Chelsea and she did a great job with makeup for myself, my mom, and 2 of my bridesmaids! She was there bright and early on my wedding day with a smile on her face, and she did a wonderful job! I recommend Chelsea and I also recommend getting fake eyelashes and the airbrush makeup. It lasted all day and looked great! I also recommend Chelsea for your wedding manicure and pedicure. Her salon offers a quiet and intimate atmosphere, and I loved drinking a glass of wine while getting my nails done with her!

Chelsea did makeup for myself and six of my bridesmaids. She was wonderful! She was responsive, efficient and talented!

Working with Chelsea was wonderful. She was extremely flexible and quickly responded to my emails and phone calls. Chelsea is confident in her ability to make any woman feel like a princess. Chelsea was fabulous! She worked with my crazy schedule to fit in a trial....and when I gave her hardly any direction, she somehow figured out what I wanted anyways. On the day of my wedding, she did both mine and my Mom's make-up. My Mom was very nervous, but Chelsea exceeded her expectations. For me....everything was perfect! I had so many compliments that my "make-up looked perfect." "It looks like you could be in a magazine!" I couldn't have been happier. And the bonus was that my make-up really did stay that way the whole night! Thanks again!!

The first time I met Chelsea, she made me feel special; she's very professional yet friendly. On my wedding day, she was on time, ready and made me feel at ease. She was talking to me and made feel relaxed as we prepared for the ceremony. She also made sure I was comfortable with my make-up and if there's anything else I need. My Mom was very happy with her make-up as well. We enjoyed Chelsea's company as we shared laughter and stories while we got ready for my day.

Chelsea had exceeded all of my expectations. She was able to do make up and eyelashes for 9 of us on my wedding day with plenty of time to spare. We all looked absolutely stunning. Thanks to Chelsea I felt even more beautiful on my wedding day. She is by far the best make up artist around.

After a makeup trial gone wrong, I reached out to Chelsea 2 weeks before my wedding. Although she already had another wedding booked the morning of mine, she was still able to fit me into her schedule.

Chelsea was a wonderful vendor to work with - punctual, professional, and she made me feel so beautiful! I loved my makeup - not too heavy, but enough that I felt like I looked like I was getting married!!

My makeup stayed on all day and night, through rain, dancing, and a million pictures without a single touch up. Thanks, Chelsea!

Chelsea was fabulous and great to work with! She came all the way to my in-the-middle-of-nowhere venue… and was not only on time but early! She did a great job making me and all of my ladies look absolutely stunning… and her airbrush technique lasted not only the entire day… but my make-up still looked great the next morning! Everyone also looked amazing in our photographs. She is very down to earth, easy to work with, and makes everyone feel comfortable… she even make my sister (who hasn’t worn make-up in 12 years!) feel fantastic! She is also VERY good a keeping track of the schedule… and have everyone done early! Loved working with Chelsea and would recommend her to anyone!

Chelsea is amazing. She does a fantastic job keeping you natural and sassy. The airbrush make up looked amazing all day and all night. All of our rides maids loved their look and Chelsea's ability to make their make up math their personality perfectly. She is attentive, classy, and really listens to you when you tell her what you want. I wouldn't use anyone else, you shouldn't either.

If you are committed to looking the best that you have ever looked on your wedding day, please hire Chelsea Nolan. Also, make sure that you book her hairdresser Brittany for you and your bridal party. These ladies really know how to do their work right and give themselves enough time to provide quality. Your hair WILL NOT come undone and the lashes that Chelsea put on me are not the cheap and awful strips. She will put the lashes on piece by piece to make your eyes look their best. In fact, parts of mine are still on and haven't come off yet (its been 10 days). In addition, my bridesmaids loved these ladies and were very happy that I hired them for the big day. If you recently got engaged and set your date, you need to make sure you book Chelsea and Brittany asap. Their schedule fills up very fast for obvious reasons. Good luck future brides!

Chelsea was so easy to work with! She always responded quickly to emails and was in constant communication with me during the whole planning process. She was flexible and came to me to do the trial run before the big day. Chelsea was very responsive to my needs and made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it for my wedding day! It was so wonderful that she traveled to the location of my wedding that morning so that my bridesmaids and I could get ready there. The location was a little further away then the immediate area that Chelsea is from and she didn't even think twice about making the trip. My makeup was incredible and because of Chelsea, I felt like a million bucks on my wedding day!
