  Madison Limousine was wonderful and very flexible with us. They were early for pick up and were extremely polite and professional. I will use them again for any transpiration needs.

  I used Madison for a corporate fundraising event. We ordered two bus limos, a 24 passenger and a 16 passenger. The drivers did an excellent job considering the complexity of the night (had to take different guests to different restaurants around town). The buses were clean, professional, and comfortable. It was the first time we used Madison and would definitely use them again!

  Madison Limousine Services was very professional from the start of answering my phone call. Due to last minute arrangements they listened to everything that I wanted from pick up to wait times and drop off for my guests. The driver "Harry" was very professional, friendly and courteous. Called me the morning of wedding to advise the time he will be at the house to pick up all my guest. Told me where he would be waiting during the ceremony and at the reception. Could not have asked for better service from the front office and with our driver. I would recommend Madison Limousine Service to anyone and will use them again and again when needed.

  Don't understand what happened...

  Unfortunately working with this vendor for my wedding day stressed me out toward the end. At the beginning everything was great. Darren, the owner, spoke with me directly about details for my big day. About two weeks before the wedding I emailed Darren to confirm the details and I never got a response back. The week before my wedding I tried calling the company to confirm and there was no answer and the voicemail box was full. Not a problem as I had Darren's direct number. I called him and he apologized because they were have phone issues. Again, understandable, things happen. We finalized details over the phone and that was that.
  
  Then two days before my wedding I get a call from a man named Santos who said he worked for Madison Limo, and I went over the details with him. He said either he or a man named Andrew would be the driver.
  
  The day of my wedding is what annoyed me the most. I had spoken with Darren about getting one of his black party buses, he even sent me photos of three different buses one of which I was supposed to get. Instead what showed up was a huge white bus that had "First Call Limo" and their phone number on the doors. The inside did not look like the same quality of the buses I was originally shown, and the outside of the bus had rust spots in many places; I was honestly embarrassed getting into it after the ceremony. The only plus was that our driver Andrew was very nice, and a very safe driver.

  Madison Limo is a scam!!!!! Do not book with them!!! I booked a 20 passenger party bus for my high school PROM. The man I spoke too was very friendly, and we made a deal over the phone I was pleased with. Then the night before my PROM, after I made my DEPOSIT, he cancels the booking over text! What's worse is that I had to wait even to get a hold of him. Once I did get a hold of him, he told me the price has changed to 1200 dollars and if I didn't pay that, I would have to find another company. That put me a horrible position, being that it was the night before, and I collected the money from 20 other students.​
