    The limo service was on time and attentive however they charged our credit card twice as an initial deposit. Then after the wedding they added money to our credit card- without our approval- for a flag that had fell off the limo (they placed it on a window and never informed us it was there). When we called to have it removed, it took over a month and they needed a second reminder to refund our money. We were not pleased with either of these situations.

    You really need to research your company before you actually go with a limo company. False claims are made. The driver was rude and was on his cell phone while driving saying 'unpleasant' comments on us. When he left us he peeled out in the parking lot kicking up rocks. So i called the owner and he asked me if i graduated high school and told me i could not have my own mechanic look at the latch that was supposedly broken on the emergency exit door in the roof. I will never recommend this company. They have ruined the limo experience for me.
