We enjoyed working with Luxury Limo because they were so patient and flexible when it came to revisions. They were very organized when it came to drawing up our invoice and they were specific with the pick-up and drop-off times and locations. As our wedding day got closer, we had to add another limo and another party bus and LL was able to accommodate our requests.
We were able to drop off our champagne bottles to their office in Honolulu and they had it ready in the party bus for us.
The party bus was comfortable and spacious and we were not on top of each other. They provide coolers, cups, glasses, and napkins. We were able to play music via Bluetooth. There is also air conditioning.
The most important part was that the drivers got all of us plus our guests to and from our pick-up and drop-off points punctually and safely. They did just that.
LL was worth every dollar and I highly recommend their services!

User2605698 Sent on 05/12/2016A call to Chen saw my transport needs answered at short notice. At pick up I was surprised by the professional appearance and shmick car (Escalade 2016). Taking the scenic route, picking up family members and taking photos really helped take my mind of my wedding day nerves. Chen waited at the beach during the ceremony and took good care of everyone. He couldn't have done enough, we are so thankful and highly recommend you give them a call to arrange your wedding day transport. -

They are very responsive to your inquiries and they give you a piece of mind on your special day. They also accept credit card payments so you don't need to worry about payment that day. Very professional and the party buses are epic, very clean and spacious! You can dance around and pump up the music and have your own night club! Can't wait to book with them again!

However, it is hard to find one that is reliable, has clean cars and whose drivers provide a high level of customer service. This is a company that has all of the above and more. I HIGHLY recommend them for any occasion. We hired 2 vehicles for a wedding. The drivers were amazing and the vehicles were perfection. What a great way to set the tone for an event.

User2386328 Sent on 10/23/2015Luxury Limo took us from our ceremony (Makiki) to a separate location (Waikiki) where we wanted to take pictures, before taking us to our reception. By the time we were done with pictures (outdoors in the middle of the day under the hot sun), we were pretty exhausted. The drive to the ceremony was comfortable and gave us a chance to relax.
The driver we had was great. He was on time, made sure we were all comfortable, and even had bottled water for us. The water was really appreciated after our photos. I value customer service over everything else, and was very pleased with the service we received.
We spent more than we expected for almost everything for our wedding, but we were able to stay within budget for transportation. Luxury Limo was right about what we were looking to pay, and was really nice. I am not sure what the other guys offer, but the vehicle looked a lot newer (or maybe it was redone or something) than I expected. Cold AC, great sound system and a lot of space.

Melissa Sent on 03/01/2018We were referred to this vendor via our wedding coordinator. Chen was very friendly and quick to respond back via email, whenever we had any questions or concerns during the booking process. The limo driver called and texted prior to arriving at our hotel for transport to our venue.
The limo was very clean, stocked with drinks and very spacious! There was a cool LED light display on the ceiling of the limo, which I was not expecting. He had cold drinks (soda & water), that was kept on ice. The ride to the venue was very smooth, the driver never made any harsh braking or sped to the venue.
As for the ride back, there was a different driver that arrived; he was from a different company who was helping our limo vendor with providing service. This ride was unfortunately, not as smooth as the Luxury Limo driver we had going to the event. This driver made harsh braking, it was a good thing we put seat belts on so we wouldn't slide around as much. There was no drinks / ice provided; which wasn't an issue, but showed the difference in companies and the quality of service.
If you're looking to arrive in style, go with this company. It's nice that they have multiple different vehicle styles available to choose from; town cars, limos, even party buses. The price for transportation was comparable to other limo services. But when it comes to quality; I place them at the top. -

Worst rip off
We booked with Luxury Limo Service in March 2019 and was required to put a $300 deposit to hold our date in May 2019. We were nervous with the COVID stuff since their contract said the deposit was non-refundable so we negotiable a change to the contract to state that if our wedding or flight dates were changed, cancelled, or suspended due to the unforeseen circumstances surrounding the current global outbreak of the novel Coronavirus-19 we would be entitled to a full refund of the $300 deposit amount. Well, wedding date in Hawaii has been changed twice now and they are refusing to communicate with us or issue a refund of the deposit. I hate that I am going to have to take them to court and deal with this on top of everything else. It’s so not worth the extra stress. Just pick someone else who is trustworthy and don’t get yourself into what I’m dealing with!
