They were great to work with and my driver was alot of fun to have...He was very polight and helped me in out of my car all day....I had him all day and would love to have him as mydriver any other day of the week.. -

We took their biggest limo/bus and it was brand new. Very clean and a lot of room, even a flat screen tv on the back wall. The owner (Joe) was our driver and he was great! They showed up on time and put up with our loudness and drunkenness for almost 3 hours!! Our wedding was in Howell, which is about an hour from their location in Waterford, so distance was not a concern for them. I would recommend this company to anyone getting married around here!! -

Luxury Limo of Waterford is a great company! We had the stretch excursion and it fit the 13 of us just perfectly. The driver was polite and on time. He knew all the places we were headed and never needed any help from me. I was able to enjoy my day and not stress about the transportation Highly Recommended! But do not confuse this company with Luxury Limo of Dearborn... they are a different company! -

They were great to communicate with, as well as the excellent prices. When they arrived the day of, the drivers were very friendly and professional. The limos were clean and well kept. Definitely recommend. -

I started off working with Joe he helped me out a great deal, let me split my 5 hour package into 2 time segments. Then he left the company. That's when it all went downhill, Dave took over the account by calling me to tell my my original limo was out of service and I would have to use a black not white limo, no big deal. I confirmed at least 4 times the price and our schedule. The driver the day of was a female, not personable at all, she was in grey capris, a black top and wedge heels... she did not call me to let me know she had arrived, instead sat for 20 minutes til we went looking for her. The radio, lights and partition did not work, she did not know why. Other than that we were on time to the reception. She was late picking us up at the end of the night and had a male passenger with her, very unprofessional. They charged my account an extra $270 and dave could not explain why. He kept saying for the other part of the day, which was untrue. He said there was a second contract, but I had only ever signed one contract! When asked how I was supposed to get a refund if he didn't know why I was charged, he said you'll have to track down Joe for it. Joe, who left the company, my contract was with Luxury Limo Car and Coach, not Joe. I am disputing this charge now with my bank since Dave was completely out of line. -
