I fell in love with this CD and played it while guests arrived at our wedding. We were also able to play the CD during dinner - it was the perfect background music while everyone ate and we milled about from table to table mingling with our guests. I highly recommend this CD for your wedding music - both at the ceremony and during dinner and/or reception. Especially if you go with an "elegant theme."

I have been working with Sharon Ruchman for over a year now and have had the opportunity to listen to all her music. Sharon's music is a great fit for those times during the wedding that require beautiful, melodic ceremonial music. But I also find that I listen to her music during dinner, or in the office and can say that it would make beautiful background music for any wedding dinner. Anytime when guests are talking and you want music that will complement the mood, but not be overbearing. Sharon's music is heard all over the world through classical music radio so we're hoping she'll be famous one day for her incredible talent. PS WeddingWire made me put a wedding date in before I could write a review. I'm already married but will use her music for any special occasion."

I am well familiar with Sharon's work and each new CD amazes me more than the last. This album is a compilation of her earlier works and is a perfect accompaniment for a wedding or any special celebration. If your event has an elegant theme, I would purchase Love & Ceremony - Wedding Music.

Love and Ceremony Wedding Music by Sharon Ruchman is truly magical. It is the perfect music to set the tone for a wedding as you can feel the love and joy that emanates from each song. Sharon's talent is gaining notoriety and is now being played on classical stations worldwide. We feel lucky to have found Sharon's music as it is exactly what we were looking for, for our special day.

I have worked with Sharon in the capacity of Phoenix Classical - promoting her music CDs worldwide to radio & press, and her CDs have received great support and radio play all over the world, as well as great critical review from press. She writes music of real beauty with a great depth of expression - her music is poetic, melodic and masterfully composed. I would recommend Sharon Ruchman's music without reservation.

Sharon's CD "Love and Ceremony" offered a lovely backdrop to our recent wedding anniversary gathering of family and friends. The CD has so many songs on it that we played it throughout the celebration from the time of renewing our vows to the end of our informal ceremony. It was also a wonderful entree into our luncheon. The CD is a wonderful collection of music that is unique because it is all Sharon Ruchman's original music - a few people commented on its distinctiveness.

Sharon's music is a pleasant departure from the "typical" wedding music that you hear at every wedding. She has wedding music that is beautiful, but unique. She has songs that work well for both the procession and recession of the bridal party as well as generic music for when your guests are arriving and being seated.

This album is nice. It's melodic. I like it because it makes great background music for weddings or really any event or party. You can listen to samples on the artist's website too, if you want to hear the music before you buy it. I highly recommend it if you're not planning to have live music at your wedding. It's a very enjoyable CD.

There's something to be said for a once in a lifetime day: I loved having it made even more unique with Sharon's craft. Sharon was easy to work with, and her talent is beyond compare. I would recommend her to anyone who wants an original music experience.

I have known and worked with Sharon Ruchman for the last 10 years as her recording engineer/producer. Her music and this wedding CD in particular will have a universal apppeal to anyone, who likes great music that is well written, thoughtful, intelligent and best of all lovely to listen to. Sharon Ruchman has chosen some of the finest musicians in Conneticut, to play her concise, imaginative, and discerning arrangements. This is a wonderful CD.
